they took amazing of my baby boy and had him ready for me before they closed on the same day they were super helpful over the phone being that this was my first time getting a pet cremated and if i have to in the future unfortunately come back i will be returning to heartland for the cremation process. it wasn’t costly like i thought it was going to be (my baby was also a 6 week old kitten) but for everything they do with the cremation the cost was cheap. they remember me as well when i came to pick tigger up and that made me feel better about it and they were just all around amazing people

I would recommend to anyone! Sadly one of our dogs passed while we were out of state. They kept him until we got back and let us say goodbye. They came in on a day they were closed. I can't thank them enough for that. They're also very reasonably priced. Will always recommend them!

I cannot sing enough praises of the fantastic people at Heartland Pet Cremation. I lost my sweet Molly who has suffered from encephalitis for the past 10 months on 11/12/22. I have never dealt with this before. I was clueless. I just knew I wanted to cremate her so I could have her with me always. I want to especially thank Sandy Miller for going above & beyond and making the whole process so much easier on me then it could’ve been. Sandy texted me all the details & choices I could make for Mollys urn. She offered to face time me when there was still confusion over the sizes of the urn. Sandy also came to pick up Molly from the vet. I was devastated as to be expected. When I went to hand Molly over to her I had her snuggled up in a little blanket. I asked if I needed to cover her face over. Sandy told me no and that she would take care of my baby. My last memory is seeing Sandy walk out the door cradling my baby in her arms. My heart didn’t even know that Id need that at the moment but that’s what I needed to help me begin to heal. Molly went into a peaceful sleep in my arms knowing how much she was loved & adored. I handed her over for the last time to Sandy knowing she was going to be in the best of care. Last time I saw my girl she was being carefully cradled out the door to go to her resting place! ♥️

One of the hardest things to do is say goodbye to a loved pet. Enzo and I spent near 13 years together. Our adventures were many. 13 years is a good long life for a German shepherd but it’s still never long enough. My tears have been great. The people at heartland did everything in their power to help me get through this time. I ask most of my questions through text messages because I really couldn’t talk to anyone. When I did have to talk over the phone they were understanding and friendly and was patient enough to listen to your stories about your pet. I highly recommend heartland 100%.

They were awesome. my baby scrappy passed away before I went to work. They were kind enough to come back after they closed so I could bring my baby to them after I got off work. So I could say good by to my scrappy one last time. It was a Friday. My only days off is Sunday and Monday. They got my scrappy done first thing Monday so I would be able to be there to pick him back up. They are so nice and sincerely caring. I got a nice box I can in grave my scrappy name on it. I got a clay paw print and a condolence card with another one of my babies paw prints. They saved some of my babies fur for me also. They also took care of my grandma's dog. That's how I found out about them. Thank u for taking such kind care of my baby. I would recommend them to anyone who has a fur baby family member they would like to have for ever with them.

We had Maggie for 15yrs. She was ours before me and my wife were married. She was there waiting to meet her two sisters when we brought them home from the hospital. She was our best friend our “first born” as we joked, but old age was getting the best of her. Heartland Pet Cremation did an amazing job with Maggie, they treated us wonderfully through the process. We lost our beloved Fluffy on Thursday and reached out to Heartland Pet Cremation to help us through our process. Still grieving when we arrived, we were treated with great dignity and respect. Pete and Kelly were so kind and compassionate, understanding that Fluffy was a member of our family. Besides being reasonably priced for basic cremation services, they include an urn and vestiges to help keep the memory of our Fluffy alive in our hearts. Also reasonably priced, we chose to have a unique urn and necklaces, available in something suitable for both male and female human companions. Because everything was handled locally, Fluffy’s urn was ready for pickup just over 24 hours later. That quick turn-around helps with the grieving process.Unfortunately, we know we have another visit to Heartland approaching faster than our hearts can bear. But, we take comfort in knowing that we have a place we can trust to help us cope with the grief we will experience once again.

Last Wednesday (11/15), I had to put my cat, Duke, down. I arrived here and the staff was so caring and made the process easy and quick. They gave me time to say goodbye and did not push anything extra, but let me know the options available. I was able to pick Duke up on that Friday and the box, clay paw print, and papers (with his hair clippings) was beautifully done. Thank you for everything!

Heartland Pet Cremation has now taken care of 2 of our sweet dogs that crossed the rainbow bridge too soon. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I just want to thank Heartland Pet Cremation for taking care of my Tater. They gave me keepsakes that i was too shocked to ask for, and too shook up over to even have a conversation.Tater lived 14 good years, he lived a very spoiled life and he knew it. If 10 stars could be given I would definitely give them. From the moment I walked into the door we were treated with such care. I was heartbroken that I had lost Chanel, but even in her death they treated her and I with such compassion and empathy. From picking the urns to giving you a moment with her before she left, it was all so sweet and caring. The next day she was finished and I missed the call to pick her up and was just sick when I figured it out. It was a Friday and I wouldn’t be able to get her till Monday. I had so much guilt and was totally upset at myself for missing the call but my daughter contacted the owner that night and I couldn’t believe it, Mr. Nichols took the time out of his day off and a family event to hand deliver Chanel to me! Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for him. Thank you so must Kyle Nichols and Heartland Pet Cremation for all that you did for Chanel and my family through this very tough time. Highly highly recommend.... Our daughter was visiting us for Christmas in Pennsylvania. Her dog ran across a road and was killed three days after Christmas. (not to mention our planned flight to Florida was canceled the day before his death with no chance to catch another one). She just wanted to get back to Kentucky and her other two fur babies as soon as possible. We left on Friday for Kentucky. It's an 11 hour drive and we left at 2p. The next day was New Years Eve. Upon calling the number for Heartland that morning, she said give us 45 minutes and we'll meet you..... They were wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for not only opening on a holiday, so we could begin to heal, but letting her take her time to pick out what she wanted and then gave her "all the time she needed" to say goodbye to her beloved baby in the back room. It helped so much in the grieving process. These folks clearly know how much a pet is loved and will be missed. I highly recommend one again. God bless you!!

Losing my fur baby was hands down one of the hardest days of my life. The employees here are so compassionate during the whole process, and it was worth every penny. I decided when I picked up the ashes that I wanted a necklace as well, and they had no issues taking it back to fill it with the ashes for me. I hope that I won't be back In the near future, but will be back when it is time for my other fur babies to go.

I am so blessed Heartland Pet Cremation exist. I can not even begin to describe my thankfulness for them and the care they showed. My husband was not for cremation at all but he knew it meant a lot to me. When the time came he agreed we could take this route. Afterwards, he was blown away with the care and process of our beloved dog whom we consider part of our family. Pete and Kelly were very sincere and genuine to our pain and loss. We dropped our boy off on a Saturday morning and had him back home by Monday afternoon in a beautiful urn and my babies paw print on a ceramic heart along with clippings of his hair and a meaningful card from Pete and Kelly. Thank you both so much for who you are and what you do. Pets are family too and the grief is just as deep. You guys are top notch!

I highly recommend this business. My cat passed away on a Sunday, and one of the owners was kind enough to meet me, even though they were not open that day. Losing a pet is already a painful, and the owner showed me and my dad so much kindness. He explained the process, ensuring the care they would give my Riley. Pete and Kelly are such kind people. The clay paw print and bit of fur they took and bagged mean the world to me. And their prices for everything they do are very very fair.

I love this place. Our baby boy troy went to heaven recently and they took care of him and showed great compassion. They restored a little bit of happiness we didnt think we could get back. I just want to thank Heartland Pet Cremation for taking care of my Tater. They gave me keepsakes that i was too shocked to ask for, and too shook up over to even have a conversation.Tater lived 14 good years, he lived a very spoiled life and he knew it. If 10 stars could be given I would definitely give them. From the moment I walked into the door we were treated with such care. I was heartbroken that I had lost Chanel, but even in her death they treated her and I with such compassion and empathy. From picking the urns to giving you a moment with her before she left, it was all so sweet and caring. The next day she was finished and I missed the call to pick her up and was just sick when I figured it out. It was a Friday and I wouldn’t be able to get her till Monday. I had so much guilt and was totally upset at myself for missing the call but my daughter contacted the owner that night and I couldn’t believe it, Mr. Nichols took the time out of his day off and a family event to hand deliver Chanel to me! Words cannot express the gratitude that I have for him. Thank you so must Kyle Nichols and Heartland Pet Cremation for all that you did for Chanel and my family through this very tough time. I honestly just don’t have the right words to express my deepest appreciation for you all. God bless you and your business.

Highly highly recommend.... Our daughter was visiting us for Christmas in Pennsylvania. Her dog ran across a road and was killed three days after Christmas. (not to mention our planned flight to Florida was canceled the day before his death with no chance to catch another one). She just wanted to get back to Kentucky and her other two fur babies as soon as possible. We left on Friday for Kentucky. It's an 11 hour drive and we left at 2p. The next day was New Years Eve. Upon calling the number for Heartland that morning, she said give us 45 minutes and we'll meet you..... They were wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for not only opening on a holiday, so we could begin to heal, but letting her take her time to pick out what she wanted and then gave her "all the time she needed" to say goodbye to her beloved baby in the back room. It helped so much in the grieving process. These folks clearly know how much a pet is loved and will be missed. I highly recommend one again. God bless you!!

Losing my fur baby was hands down one of the hardest days of my life. The employees here are so compassionate during the whole process, and it was worth every penny. I decided when I picked up the ashes that I wanted a necklace as well, and they had no issues taking it back to fill it with the ashes for me. I hope that I won't be back In the near future, but will be back when it is time for my other fur babies to go.

I am so blessed Heartland Pet Cremation exist. I can not even begin to describe my thankfulness for them and the care they showed. My husband was not for cremation at all but he knew it meant a lot to me. When the time came he agreed we could take this route. Afterwards, he was blown away with the care and process of our beloved dog whom we consider part of our family. Pete and Kelly were very sincere and genuine to our pain and loss. We dropped our boy off on a Saturday morning and had him back home by Monday afternoon in a beautiful urn and my babies paw print on a ceramic heart along with clippings of his hair and a meaningful card from Pete and Kelly. Thank you both so much for who you are and what you do. Pets are family too and the grief is just as deep. You guys are top notch!

I highly recommend this business. My cat passed away on a Sunday, and one of the owners was kind enough to meet me, even though they were not open that day. Losing a pet is already a painful, and the owner showed me and my dad so much kindness. He explained the process, ensuring the care they would give my Riley. Pete and Kelly are such kind people. The clay paw print and bit of fur they took and bagged mean the world to me. And their prices for everything they do are very very fair.

I love this place. Our baby boy troy went to heaven recently and they took care of him and showed great compassion. They restored a little bit of happiness we didnt think we could get back.
