I will recommend this place to anyone who would ask, after our little girl passed way too early and suddenly, we didn't know what to do with her, and burying was just not an option for our sweet honey. Nina was great, very compassionate, due to our situation. Thank you guys for everything. I know that our honey was treated like one of their own, and she went home with respect. I could never thank cedar shades enough.

Nina was amazing! This has been one of our worst times losing our fur baby. Nina was so professional so respectful and We are so grateful that she was here for us! We’re very thankful to have our Jack back home with us and the beautiful package she brought us! Would most certainly recommend cedar shades to anyone who’s lost that furry member of the family. My little furbaby, Stripes, was the best kitty. Our whole family has been heartbroken over the loss of him. I knew I needed to get my wonderful Stripes cremated so I could keep him with me. I found Cedar Shades Pet Memorials and Nina through Google. I am so glad I found her. I knew my Stripes was in the best hands with her. She was there for me and Stripes through the whole process. She cared for us in a way that made the whole process easier. It didn't take away the pain, but it did lessen the burden on my heart. Any questions I had, Nina was there. Paula was there to pick up Stripes, which took longer than previously discussed. She did not leave. She took our baby and he was never alone. If you have to find someone to take care of your pet or furbaby, Nina and Cedar Shades Pet Memorials is the place to go.

Nina was super compassionate and very supportive during an incredibly difficult time. Her time, attention and most importantly - her empathy through the process was very much needed and more than appreciated. My baby boy will be missed and I feel that he was handled with the utmost care.

My pet rabbit passed away and after many phone calls to vets that didn't do cremations or were to far we found Nina. Nina said they've never done rabbits before but would love to help us. She even picked her up from our house and brought her back home. Nina was kind and understanding and checked in through the whole process. Thank you so much!

Simply amazing. If you are looking for kind, caring, thoughtful and professional then Cedar Shades is it! Nina was so sweet. She truly does go above and beyond and her compassion is genuine. You can be certain that your fur baby will be loved and carefully cared for through the entire process. Most of time the loss of your pet is sudden and you don’t always think of memorabilia, but Nina does. Her thoughtfulness in gifting you the little treasures of stamped paw prints and other sweet memorabilia really makes a difference. She stayed in communication with me the entire time. I can’t thank Nina enough for everything, she truly made this heartbreaking time a little simpler.

Nina, I can’t believe that I can say anything positive about the death of my Abby girl, but I am so pleased that I found you. Your thoughtful attention to details concerning my decision for cremation was everything. You picked her up at the vets office so I didn’t have to carry my beloved, deceased dog around and then kept her quietly and respectfully until she was done. Personally brought her to me. You let me know every step, so I didn’t have to worry about her. And then touched me with the beautiful, creative way to keep and remember her. Thank you so very much.

Cedar Shades has been so wonderful to have in this hard time for myself and my family. We had lost our cat Punkin. Nina is so kind and understanding. Punkin was treated with the upmost respect. Nina went above and beyond with everything. Cedar Shades is a funeral home, it has seats an a area set up to say your goodbyes, it’s so beautiful. I never thought I would have to say goodbye to my Punkin, but I thank god for Cedar Shades, they made everything so comfortable. I recommend it to anyone who has lost a beloved pet.
