Josh and his team did an amazing job helping us on our Veterans Memorial here in Fairbury (Jefferson County). From the beginning Josh was easy to work with and very accommodating. They engraved all of the US branch slants, the big community granite slab, set the benches, put the matching granite cap on the wall (after sending back less than perfect stone to the manufacturer) for the dedication on Memorial Day in May. Currently Josh is engraving new names on the wall (we have an order going on before Veteran's Day). Cannot tell the difference between the original brick engravings and the updated ones! Beautiful work!

Saying that I am detail-oriented is an understatement. The color, font, spacing, artwork and text are all important to me. Cyndi and Josh were patient with my questions and the length of time that it took me to make my decisions. I could not be more pleased with the monument or their customer service. My uncle passed away and I was out of state trying to make final arrangements. Cyndi and her staff were so helpful in making sure that my uncle’s stone would be done exactly as he would’ve wanted it. He wanted very specific symbols and Cyndi helped me find exactly the right way to place them on the stone. They also guided me through the paperwork needed for his VA acknowledgement plaque. Would highly recommend them!

My wife and I purchased a monument for my sister from Cyndi at Quality Monuments in Marysville. She helped us pick out the monument and also with the design and the information to be engraved. We were provided a proof within days, and after a couple of revisions by us the purchase was completed. Cyndi was very professional and thorough, and the monument was delivered to the grave site one month ahead of schedule. We would highly recommend this company.

My grandmother passed away almost a year ago. They have continued to lie over and over again to my family and give us excuse after excuse about why her headstone hasn't been placed yet. There is absolutely no reason for this and I'm very disappointed that this is the place that we trusted with something so important to my family.
