Do not order a headstone from this establishment at all.We have been waiting almost an entire year for our headstone to come in. We have not received a solution to this issue.Grieving is hard enough mentally but physically having to deal with this establishment and their poor service has been hell.Stay away from this place entirely and save your self the pain and money.

Very upset with how my mother's burial was handled. I communicated with one of their representatives after my mother's death in October. Set the date for her service March 8th since we are out of state. Contacted them several times by email, message and phone. Came to town early to be sure things were taken care of to find they knew nothing since the person I dealt with no longer worked there. I was reassured on that everything would be taken care of. I was told in 2 face to face conversation that everything including the memory ring vase would be installed. Come time of the service NO VASE!!!!! Of course I was so very upset since I wanted everyone to see it and for us to be able to put flowers in it. I was told by the caretaker's the vase had been ordered but wasn't there. He was very nice and was forced to deal with a very upset and crying woman. He shouldn't have been put in that position. If they would have been honest with me I would have been mad but to see it not done 20 minutes before her service was to start is unforgivable.UPDATE: Today is Mother's day and it has been 11 weeks since I went there to verify my mother's burial. Still no memorial vase!! Was told it would take no more than 8. They never reach out. I have to contact them.UPDATE: March 16,2020. Case was installed MAY 23, 2019. The last person I spoke to did follow through with her promise and had it installed the Friday before Mother's day. I really appreciated that. It shouldn't have taken so long, that many phone calls, and I shouldn't have been promised things when it wasn't going to be done. The vase is beautiful and is placed where we wanted it.
