Our cat passed away, rather unexpectedly, on Wednesday afternoon. I was able to make an appointment with Memories Pet Loss Center and took her in that same afternoon. The very next morning we got a call that we could come and get her ashes. They also provided us with some of her fur, a paw print, a certificate of her cremation, and a letter expressing their sympathy.The staff at Memories Pet Loss Center were polite and caring and their sense of urgency really helped make this difficult time a little easier for our family. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who has had to say goodbye to a beloved pet.

I’ve had 3 Guinea pigs and 2 hamsters cremated here. Cremations are always done super quickly. I did have the problem with one not being ground enough and having large chunks of bone. But I took them back and they immediately fixed it for free. My one complaint is that the pawprints they send aren’t always the clearest.

Thank you for including the inked pawprint & the baggie of fur with the ashes. We've had two beloved dogs cremated through Memories and it's always made the grieving process a little easier. It's nice to have their ashes back so quickly. Thank you for all you do.

My daughter had to unexpectedly put her dog down. He was everything to her and it has been a very difficult week. We had him cremated and once we got the ashes back there was a surprise. They had a footprint and some of his hair along with a certificate. We are really pleased with our experience!

They took great care and sympathy for me and my pet. When I arrived to pick up her ashes they gave me a paw print and clipping of her fur. It was such a nice surprise that it brought me to tears and helped me through my grief.

I have had three pets cremated here. The young man who handles everything is very nice and professional. Any time I've dropped an animal off for cremation I was a hot mess and he handled it very well and professionally.With any basic, individual cremation, you are provided a certificate of cremation, a fur clipping, and, if possible, a paw print. Your pets ashes are returned in an appropriately sized urn.My best friend of 14 years was a 100 pound German Shepard. His cremation cost was $160.Would totally recommend this place.

We had a great experience with the memories pet loss center. They were very sweet regarding the paperwork and giving us a private viewing time immediately when we brought our dog Houston to their center without any previous notice. They also helped us on 12/31/19 which was technically a holiday. They picked up the phone immediately every time we called and we're always kind and gave us their attention and time. I'm very glad that Houston's last physical time on Earth was taken care of by the memories pet loss center. Thank you for all you did for him and for giving us a beautiful paw print of his. The Ramaswamy family thanks you from the bottom of our hearts.

Memories Pet Loss Center provided cremation services to a local pet clinic following the unfortunate passing of my family dog. They were excellent about the services they provided. I highly recommend them should you need professional and compassionate services for your beloved pet.

Sadly a week ago I had lost my beloved baby and she was taken here. I had plans already and was away when she came back. I picked her up today and found with her they did a paw print and snipped some of her fur for me and sent a beautiful letter. It was a heartfelt surprise.

I lost my Sidka dog last year. Memories took her remains. I trusted them to handle her with care. We got a highly smudged pawprint and a hair sample that was all dead hair. We were horrified at how poorly they treated her. We'll have to take our future pets elsewhere. Horrible service. Stay away.
