I've spent countless hours and days in many funeral homes with my parents who were pastors, and myself as a minister. We would visit families and loved ones in several different states. We were able to see some fantastic facilities out there, but I have never experienced a more thoughtful and caring facility than Titus Funeral Home. Cory and crew went above and beyond for the remembrance of my dad. They listened to every single word that came out of the families mouths so intently that even the smallest of details weren't missed. They truly helped us celebrate our dad and showed him in his brightest light possible. Titus helped arrange everything very seamlessly as we brought dad back to Warsaw from a few hours away. They made sure we understood the whole process from start to finish including Veteran services and excelled in having all documentation ready to process for us. I cant say enough good things. Tyler and the entire staff at Titus went above and beyond our expectations for my mother’s funeral. Her death was unexpected; she did not have anything pre-arranged. The process of choosing items and understanding the process was made much less stressful by knowledgeable and caring people.The funeral itself was a beautiful tribute to the life my mother shared. Every detail was attended. We had puzzle pieces as keepsakes, a gorgeous graphic throw that included photos and a lighthouse. We received the video played during visitation. And the guest book was amazing! The program booklet was so beautifully done.But the thing that knocked or socks off was the vault lid at the cemetery…it was incredible. Tyler mentioned I could have something on the lid, so I assumed it would be a small plaque of a lighthouse. However, it was a full-color graphic across the entire lid! It was the perfect close to a life so sweetly lived.I highly recommend Titus Funeral Home. They made the process of saying goodbye easier in a way I couldn’t have imagined.

I would not recommend Titus for cremation services. After being told by Corey the cremation would take place immediately it was 2 weeks before getting a TEXT about the cremation the day before it was to be done. This appointment was then cancelled because the furnace broke and then a week later another very casual TEXT by Corey to communicate with me. I feel like texting with a family about such matters is incredibly unprofessional. It’s been over 3 weeks and my mom is still not cremated. I wanted to witness it but due to their poor services I decided to not even go.

Over the past few months we lost both of our parents. Cory and his staff at Titus had all the answers and responded to all our needs with compassion and courtesy. Their services included so many nice touches that continue to be great keepsakes of treasured family memories. We are now working on their cemetery monument and again they respond to all the changes and revisions without any rush or push. They have also continue to give their personal touch with quiet text messages of grief support.

Our family chose Titus funeral based on reviews from the community. I wouldn’t recommend them for cremation services. Corey brought my uncle’s urn in a timely manner, but we quickly discovered the middle initial was incorrect. It took quite a long time to receive the new urn after I had to continuously email him to find out when it was going to be done. I was then asked to bring my uncle’s old urn to the funeral home to exchange the urn and have my uncle’s ashes placed in the new one. Once I was handed the cremains I quickly noticed something was wrong as my uncles’s ashes were leaking out of the bottom. The ashes were on my clothes, the seat of my car, and now currently on the table at my grandparent’s home. When you lift the urn, there are ashes noticeably around the rim of the plug. This is unacceptable as Corey never offered to come and insure it was sealed correctly or to help fix the issue. My grandparents are ill and cannot travel out of the home. For this I am grateful in this certain situation as this would have been very traumatic for them if they had picked up the urn. I do no recommend Titus funeral home for cremation services.

Titus was amazing the minute I made the call on a holiday even. They arranged for a meeting the next day and welcomed us the minute we walked through the door. Our situation seemed different than most because our son wasn't in Indiana. They made all the arrangements to get him back here and used a funeral home in NY much like them. Death is never what one wants to experience but especially when it's one of your kids. Titus listened to everything we had to say about our son and in creating his memorial book included everything that was important to me and our family and represented my son well. I would highly recommend Titus! Great staff that caterer to you!

On July 2, I tragically lost my 47 year old son to a self inflicted gun shot wound. Being in Indianapolis, I was at a loss as what to do. The detective handling the case suggested Titus. I will never be able to thank Titus enough for the wonderful way they handled my husband's arrangements . His passing was very quick so we never had time to plan. Janee wrote a beautiful obituary just from hearing my children and I talk about him. We cannot say enough good things about Cory and Tyler at Titus. When we lost our sweet alpaca, we contacted them and they did not hesitate to help us. They met us at the funeral home late that night and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet boy. It didn’t matter that he was an animal, he was a member of our family. Our family chose Titus funeral based on reviews from the community. I wouldn’t recommend them for cremation services. Corey brought my uncle’s urn in a timely manner, but we quickly discovered the middle initial was incorrect. It took quite a long time to receive the new urn after I had to continuously email him to find out when it was going to be done. I was then asked to bring my uncle’s old urn to the funeral home to exchange the urn and have my uncle’s ashes placed in the new one. Once I was handed the cremains I quickly noticed something was wrong as my uncles’s ashes were leaking out of the bottom. The ashes were on my clothes, the seat of my car, and now currently on the table at my grandparent’s home. When you lift the urn, there are ashes noticeably around the rim of the plug. This is unacceptable as Corey never offered to come and insure it was sealed correctly or to help fix the issue. My grandparents are ill and cannot travel out of the home. For this I am grateful in this certain situation as this would have been very traumatic for them if they had picked up the urn. I do no recommend Titus funeral home for cremation services.

Titus was amazing the minute I made the call on a holiday even. They arranged for a meeting the next day and welcomed us the minute we walked through the door. Our situation seemed different than most because our son wasn't in Indiana. They made all the arrangements to get him back here and used a funeral home in NY much like them. Death is never what one wants to experience but especially when it's one of your kids. Titus listened to everything we had to say about our son and in creating his memorial book included everything that was important to me and our family and represented my son well. I would highly recommend Titus! Great staff that caterer to you!

They tailored everything from the service informational cards to the actual service itself directly around our mother/grandmother and all the things she loved. They walked along side of us when my mom passed and they just went above and beyond with every detail and this was such a comfort when we couldn't even think straight. They covered every detail as if it were their own loved one. They honored my mother in everyway from the obituary to the flowers and they even made my moms special Texas sheet cake recipe and served it to us at the viewing along with moms actually handwritten recipe made into to special cards we could pass out. The banners and all the sweet cards they made up to hand out to our family just was completely over the top. I so highly recommend Titus if you lose a loved one. They made it bearable even when it was difficult.

Though the weather made it a challenge, they were well prepared so that we were able to hold a graveside service. Never been to a funeral until recently for my brother's where I could still see bruises on the body because the funeral home is apparently stingy with the make up. I would have liked to seen the bruises on his arms covered.Also, paid $132 to have obituary put in the Times-Union and our last name was spelled wrong, even after being told twice the funeral home said they would correct it on the website and never did. I just don't feel like this place is as organized as the previous owners in Syracuse & North Webster were.

Titus Funeral Home has taken care of me twice. My mother and father passed away in 2016 two months apart almost to the day. I came in from out of town with no preparation or knowledge of what to do. The people at Titus walked me through every step going well out of their way to make things easier. I am so thankful that I met them and used their services. Having to take care of someone's end of life arrangements is not a place you want to be, but having the right people by your side can make things so much better.

They deserve ZERO stars!My experience with the funeral director included an unprofessionalism and complete lack of compassion for a grieving family at a most difficult time. I truly appreciate the kindness I received and the way they took charge and took care of things that I couldn’t/didn’t even think about needing to get done. We recently attended a family member's funeral at Titus. We had been out of town a couple days, so another family member had our kids (2 & 5). We were so worried they'd be disruptive, since we wouldn't arrive til the service started. Wrong! We were very pleasantly surprised to see they had a kids area in the family "break room", and that kept them entertained (and quiet)! Definitely a great addition to their services!

I can't say enough nice things about these people. Everyone I dealt with there went out of their way to be caring and helpful. A close friend of mine died with no relatives. The folks at Titus were so unselfish and thoughtful in going through the extra work of doing a respectful funeral and burial with no family members to make decisions for them and no guarantee of making any profit on the whole experience. They consciously and willingly put caring for people a higher priority than running a business.

Titus Funeral Home has taken care of me twice. My mother and father passed away in 2016 two months apart almost to the day. I came in from out of town with no preparation or knowledge of what to do. The people at Titus walked me through every step going well out of their way to make things easier. I am so thankful that I met them and used their services. Having to take care of someone's end of life arrangements is not a place you want to be, but having the right people by your side can make things so much better.

They deserve ZERO stars!My experience with the funeral director included an unprofessionalism and complete lack of compassion for a grieving family at a most difficult time. This includes, but by no means was limited to, an almost combative attitude in denying responsibility for mis-steps made in the planning process.Owner is nonchalant in regard to the details of the business performance, even after being made aware of blatant deficits.This company will never see a dime of future business from anyone associated with my family or friends.
