I was very pleased with the services that Palmer Funeral Home did for my Dad. I am very thankful for them my funeral director was Aaron and he went over and beyond to make sure my dad service was BRILLIANT. Aaron seen my vision and helped me make it come to light. Early phones calls with me asking a million questions late phone calls he never treated me as if I was bothering him. He was always very pleasant and polite with me. Palmer funeral home did a really nice blanket of pictures of my family on it, and it is beautiful not to mention the video of pictures with the songs is phenomenal. Aaron gave my Dad a lining and a haircut, not to mention he did not have on makeup it looked as if my father was laying there sleeping peacefully. I was amazed and pleased at how he looked. I am truly grateful that I had the pleasure of working with Aaron I definitely recommend him if you have to bury your love one. Once again THANK YOU SO MUCH AARON FOR EVERYTHING, I APPRECIATE YOU SO MUCH.

Kellie Jerue's personable service to Timothy Dixon's family was outstanding. She was conscientious in her work, and performed her duties well.I was especially thankful for the masterful obituary draft which required very limited edits.Linda Lagodney's follow-up communication was also appreciated.Thank you, Palmer Funeral Homes for the services that eased my family's path during this difficult time.

My experience with the funeral home despite the reasoning behind why I needed them made me feel so much better. Everyone I talked to was kind and caring. Everyone expressed their sympathy and made sure I was aware every step of the way. I live in Chicago and had to return home shortly after the passing of my little one and they made keeping me informed a priority and even after their services I received a call to thank me and see how I was doing. I would recommend them to anyone. I wish funeral homes here were as experienced and caring as them. Thank you once again.

Palmers West on Licoln way west helped me navigate the most turbulent time in my life. My mother had passed & it was unbelievable to say the least. Palmers (Rick) was helpful in assisting us throughout the whole process. Rick is truly a blessing to his fellow men. I am grateful to have met him & his office coworkers during this time. As a black man coming from Atlanta to South Bend this means a lot.

Palmers did a great job with my brother. He looked very nice. I was very pleased with all the services that were provided by Palmers. All of the workers were so sweet and it was a pleasure working with them. I highly recommend them! Great job Palmers....keep up the good work!

Our son's recent death was our 1st experience with Palmer Funeral Home. If the interactions with their employees from the pick up of my son's body to Eric explaining our various options to the follow up after everything was finished are any examples of the rest of their staff, then it would be very difficult to find a better funeral home to handle your needs during a time of grief.

The staff at the Lincolnway site were helpful. The fact that they stepped in when the wrong funereal home picked up our body. They took care of it and us from the beginning to end. For that I have say thank you and give them nothing less than 5 stars.
