Working with Michael and Furever Angel has been such a blessing of an experience during such a difficult time losing my soul dog, Tony. They are so compassionate and caring and it brought me such comfort knowing that my dog was being treated with respect by people who truly care of animals as well as the people who love them. They get to know you and your pet along the way through the process, it’s not just transactional.Very responsive and helpful through all the details and specifics. They were prompt and helpful by phone and email. Our dog passed away on a Thursday and was back home in this lovely wooden urn with laser engraved inscriptions and photo by the following Tuesday. The price was so reasonable, along with the personal touch of being delivered back to us at our home - I would recommend their services to anyone that needs them. Furever Angel made this difficult time just a little bit easier. Thank you so much.

When my sweet Border Collie Sophie passed, I needed to know she was being picked up by kind people, who would respect her, and treat her with care. Michael and Elizabeth were highly recommended by others who had lost their precious furbabies too, and had been helped by them.They definitely did not disappoint, and helped me to feel comforted as much as was possible, considering. The personal, and quick care was outstanding, and Michael brought Sophie back to us at home, and her arrangments are beautiful. I greatly enjoyed meeting Michael, and highly recommend him.Thank you from the heart.

I had called Furever Angels Aquamation two weeks ago when we knew our sweet Simba was starting his decline due to cancer. I spoke to Michael and we talked about what their process is and what they do to help remember our beloved family member. I thought we had more time with him, but Simba was tired and last Saturday, he told me it was time. This was at around 8:00pm. By the time we got to the emergency vet and Simba took his final breath, it was almost 10:00pm. I called Michael and he said he would be there in 2 hours. I was so grateful because I didn’t want to leave my sweet boy overnight. Michael called me the next day to talk about what we wanted, to remember our Simba. He sent pictures of our options and offered suggestions. We made our choices and had asked that the clothing item that was with Simba be near him during the process and Michael said he would put it on the machine, so Simba would be near it. Michael was kind and compassionate throughout the process. We spoke several times and each time, he was kind, understanding and sincere. When Simba was ready to come home, Michael contacted me and brought him to us. It was the most compassionate experience I could’ve hoped for while my heart was shattering from the loss of my soul pup. Michael went out of his way to hear our needs and anticipate what we might want/need as well. Furever Angel took such good care of my dog Thor. They were very friendly and answered all my questions regarding the aquamation process. They delivered my dog to me in a beautiful urn and provided me with a lock of his hair. I will use them again when the time comes (hopefully not too soon).

Came to my house and picked up my little baby Bitsy. I felt so much better knowing that Michael was going to be the one taking care of her. This was our first experience with aquamation. We lost our Shihtzu, we had him for 12 years. The veterinarian ask which kind of cremation we want, then she mention the aquamation. They did a great job bringing Sam’s remains back home to us. It was nice that they are a local business.

You know that one person you can call when you need them? Even if you think that person doesn't exist. Mike is that guy. He does well at making miracles happen. I've lost a pet suddenly and another expectedly and he was there to do what he does best. Genuine compassion and reverence for the loss of your fur family. Pick up service and drop off. Very flexible as my family all get home at different times spanning 4hrs. And he brought our girl home when we all were available. My pet was worth it and Mike made the process worthwhile. As sad as the days are at the loss of a pet I'm glad about my choice in aquamation.

Michael is a kind, compassionate individual. Our Polly passed on Saturday night before Christmas. We received information for two different companies from an acquaintance. Michael answered right away and explained his services to us. We decided to have him help us and he came to the house that night and picked up Polly. He made us feel comfortable with everything that was going to be done. The urn was beautiful. He also gave us a beautiful card with Polly's paw print and a clipping of her fur. Michael was there in our time of need in the most caring and understanding way! We lost our baby Vinnie suddenly and we called the number. He was at our home quickly. He explained the process in a way that we 100% trusted. He told us he would have our baby home within 4 days, and he did! Even though it was a holiday! He brought him home to us. We did not have to worry about picking him up. As hard as this has been losing our baby, we could not have asked for any more from this professional service! Michael is the absolute best! He took such great care of our fur baby Marilyn. He was very kind and gentle. Absolutely Amazing Service! Our cat was extremely sick and we were called into the vet to make a decision the day we were to have our baby. He was there the next day to pick him up. We didn’t have to do anything except verify what goes on his urn. Everything was handled extremely well and professional for us. Once our cat Rooster was delivered, Micheal was in a suit and tie and offered his extreme condolences to my wife. Our OEB Daphne passed away unexpectedly on a Saturday morning. Michael answered the phone immediately at 3am and was at our house within an hour. He was polite, patient and answered all of our questions. He explained the process to us and told us how long it would take. He called to check up and give us an update to confirm a good time to meet. Michael brought Daphne back to our house in a beautiful wooden box along with a certificate, paw print, hair and ash memorabilia vile. Michael definitely made a bad situation a little more bearable. Michael met me at the vet the day I had to let my sweet boy go. He was so patient and gave me all the time I needed to say goodbye. Afterwards he gave a me a nice big hug and reassured me that he would take care of everything from that point. Less than a week later he called to tell me Harley was ready to come home. When our family's cat, Corky, sadly passed away, Furever Angel Aquamation was there for us in our time of need. Michael answered our call near midnight and was here immediately in the morning to take our cat to be aquamated. Michael was very respectful and willing to listen to us. He talked us through the process of getting Corky aquamated, step by step, to ensure Corky was honored in the best way possible. I was quite impressed by the ecological advantages that Michael explained compared to traditional cremation. We certainly did not have to wait long to get our Corky back, which we appreciated dearly. Our family loves the acacia wood urn that was presented with his name on it. We also loved the fur clippings and a card with his paw print on it. Now we can keep Corky with us no matter where we are.
