I would highly recommend The Heavenly Hound Pet Cremation. Susan and Andy were amazing to work with they met us at our vet to pick up our precious Odie Bear. Susan showed us so much compassion from the time I called to ask questions about the process until we received Odie back. She kept us informed throughout the entire process by sending us pictures of Odie’s paw print, nose print, hair clipping and letting us know when they had completed Odie’s cremation and when his beautiful wooden box would be finished. She went above and beyond with the service she offered. We truly appreciate everything she did for us during our difficult time of losing our 15 year old Malshi - Odie Bear.

The Heavenly Hound pet cremation is top-notch. Susan spent a good amount of time sitting with us and getting to know our pet when we brought our ferret to their business.I sent a Facebook message on a Saturday evening asking about their services. Susan returned my message in a matter of minutes and invited us to bring Buckette right away. A snowstorm was predicted for the next day. Susan wanted to make sure we were able to get Buckette there before the snow came.Buckette was ready on Thursday. I met Andy. Andy was very kind and caring. He presented the certificate, Buckette's ashes, fur clipping, paw prints, and a card with a handwritten note.If there is ever a need for your pet to be cremated and you want them cared for during the process, The Heavenly Hound is your place to contact.

I cannot recommend The Heavenly Hound enough! Susan makes such a hard loss, much easier. She met me at her business at 3:30 pm on a Saturday when she had an appointment to be elsewhere. She genuinely cares so deeply for her clients and their beloved pets who have passed. I asked for multiple different things including multiple paw prints and hair clippings. She accommodated my requests and had no issues in doing so. The Heavenly Hound is a much needed business in this area. I much prefer knowing Susan and Andy handle my pet with care and are gentle and can assure you that the remains you get back are 100% your pet’s. Much larger corporations may not show that same compassion. Thank you Susan and Andy for all that you’ve done. I will always recommend you!

I was overwhelmed with the care and love that The Heavenly Hound Pet Cremation showed our family and Chansey over Christmas. They took him in for cremation on Christmas Day and didn’t even charge extra fees. They were genuinely caring and kind and I will never go to another place. If anyone has a beloved pet pass and want them taken care of with great love and compassion, please give this small business the opportunity to take care of you.
