Everyone there was sincerely compassionate and helpful. I was so out of my mind I couldn't remember my family members names. Keith was so patient and walked us through everything in no time. I am grateful my father was in such good care... They are wonderful!

Cas, Dave, and Keith make you feel like family. Losing a loved one is hard enough but they make the process a lot less stressful. They take you through step by step. We have been to a lot of funeral homes over the years and Lakeview is by far the best. They treat you with the utmost respect like family and not like they are just there for the business aspect.. The staff at Lakeview Funeral home were so very helpful, kind, and compassionate at a time when that is exactly what my family needed. Losing a loved one is a confusing time, and having someone there to guide and support you through such difficult decisions with their knowledge and gentle manner made all of this so much easier. If I could give them 10+++ stars I would!! These are very very compassionate wonderful people!! They took care of both my parents arrangements ( my dad's just recently).. I live 2 hours away and they made it very easy for me to handle things long distance.. Summer and David did a wonderful job!! Lakeview handled my grandparents cremation and funeral arrangements in 2011 and 2016. We loved the beautiful space and the caring staff.Recently we lost our daughter prior to birth and I knew I wanted to have Lakeview handle her arrangements. Our daughter was born at night and they were able to pick her up from me late that evening/early morning. That was wonderful because I just couldn't leave her at the hospital. The next day we went and met with them to handle the arrangements and everybody was so kind and really made us feel comfortable.This was definitely the hardest thing I've ever been through yet they were able to somehow make things much easier on us. It felt reassuring knowing that such good people were caring for our daughter.They did everything for us free of charge and even offered us a loner urn until the one we ordered for her comes in. They offer a beautiful selection of remembrance jewelry and I plan to purchase a necklace to put some of my daughter's ashes in so part of her will always be with me.Thank you for making the most difficult time of our lives easier on us, and thank you for taking such good care of our sweet girl.Kayla & Zachary Sheblosky

Top Notch and 1st Class Service. Highly recommend. Our services for both my father 3 years ago and my mother's most recently were the most beautiful and professional ceremonies. From start to finish the Team handled everything with the upmost care and attention. The grounds and facility are very well maintained and interior is spacious, very clean, and tastefully decorated to feel like home. The entire experience was perfectly coordinated down to the last detail. Thank you.

Lakeview was so awesome with me and my family! I made the plans my mother ask for and they helped make it happen.. My mother passed a year ago Oct 30th 2020 and I am pleased to say we have no regrets. Cas was so kind and did everything he said he would. They were so helpful and calming. Lakeview Funeral Home was a shoulder to lean on during a difficult time for my family. During my initial call with them, they walked me through all the steps I should expect and will have to take. They were extremely professional and accommodating. Not only are they the most reasonably priced Funeral Home in the immediate area but the quote i received on the phone, including taxes, is exactly what we paid. This was the 2nd time we have had to use their services. Both experiences brought us a level of comfort because we knew we could rely on them.

I lost my son November 13 at only 5 months pregnant. They were so kind, and caring. They took care of everything making it less stressful for me when I was already having a hard time with the loss of my son. From the minute they picked him up from the hospital, they kept me updated and informed every step of the way. They called me the minute his ashes were ready, there were quick and amazing through the whole thing.

Casmir and his wife and the rest of the employees at Lakeview Funeral home are the best around. We met this family 13 years ago when we chose to use them. They have been nothing but amazing every since. We have used them numerous times and they are still treating us like family to this day. Casmir the owner made a point to come all the way to Rochester himself to get my grandmother. Not many funeral homes will go above and beyond and the owner show up to care for your loved one but he did. Thank You for everything you do for our family. We love you guys. Thank you! After 32 year I still love what I do and our staff at Lakeview is committed to helping families. I wish more people would post all the positives they experience. A few people who don't feel that funeral homes should be paid for what they do are the ones that give poor reviews. All the funeral homes in this area do a good job. You don't commit yourself to this profession unless you love people.

Summer was completely unprofessional. We were there due to a pregnancy loss and the whole time she was talking about her kids. It was very obvious she didn’t want to be there helping us and did everything to make that time about her. I did contact the owners about the matter but they didn’t seem to be concerned. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
