I took my sun conure to Tiffany at Faithful Companions. Her acts of customer service and kindness made this emotional process less overwhelming. I appreciate her and everyone involved in bringing our baby home to us. They even took some of his feathers off his body before cremation and they looked flawless like they did when he was here with us. I highly recommend Faithful Companions to anyone who has lost their forever companions.

I lost my cat, Stevie, early in the morning on 5 November. I set up her cremation stuff with Faithful Companions, and went out to bring her out on her final adventure. The employees there are so compassionate, and understand how hard it is to lose a pet. I had arrived before they opened, but a gentleman was kind enough to allow me to drop Stevie off. The whole time, the employees were professional and respectful; I knew my girl would be in good hands with these people. The turn around was surprisingly fast, and she came home that Thursday. They had done the imprint of her paw in clay, and did an ink print, but they also gave me a booklet on dealing with grief, which was unexpected, and greatly appreciated.Death is hard, but they made the transition so much easier for me and my family.

They called me when the picked up my Tigress from the hospital to let me know they have her up. The service rep was very thoughtful and sincere. We chose not to purchase an Urn from them, so she came back in a pretty velvet bag with her name on it. Inside the larger bag was ways to help the grieving process. It helped me a lot.

I was devastated when my beloved boy Jax passed away in the middle of the night. I called and left a message for Faithful Companions to give me a call back when they opened. I was able to go online and select the type of cremation I wanted and if I would also like to have a fur clipping, his paw print made and the type of urn I wanted. They have a lot of different options and I was happy that I could pay for it ahead of time because I just didn't think I could sit and do that there. My husband and I were given all the time we needed to say goodbye and he was able to pick him up that Monday. I would recommend Faithful Companions to anyone who is looking to have their pet cremated. I appreciate the staff in taking such great care of my boy.

They were able to come by my home quickly pick my boy up and take care of him their thoughtfulness, kindness, and just general concern for my well-being is greatly appreciated. We lost our 9.5 yr old Boxer on Halloween morning very suddenly. He was a big boy about 110 lbs. I called and they said I could bring him straight there. We are devastated but everyone treated us compassionately and took excellent care of him. We got a paw print, hair clipping and a beautiful engraved wooden box. I had previously had services done here so chose to go back but was very unsatisfied with the office Manager, Tiffany's, demeanor and professionalism especially working in a grief setting - maybe replace her with a warmer human? Also I did not receive fur trimmings on my last cremation... unsure if I will return

I just wanted to say thank you to my coworker Bayley for giving me the information for Faithful Companions. Tiffany was very sweet and kind, she talked to me on the phone told me pricing to get Mabel cremated and what all it included. When I got there and was completely overwhelmed with grief her and a gentleman were there and were very welcoming. They had me fill out the paperwork I made payment and she came out to get Mabel and was petting her and promised me she would take very good care of her. I was a basket case. When she texted 24 hours later to tell me she was ready she did it with kindness and professionalism that was amazingly sweet and very appreciative. When I went to pick her up she explained everything to me and even fixed a typo on the certificate. Such a nice place and people to do business with at such a hard time! 100 outta 10 highly recommend them if you loose a pet! I hope no one ever has to go through what I have been through in the past few days! Prices are very reasonable!

I’m really disappointed with the way this company handles their mess-ups. I had my cat cremated through them and they screwed up the entire process and then tried to blame in on the fact that the order was done online. Well of course it’s done online because that’s the way they do their orders but I also was on the phone with the girl throughout the whole order placement process because their site is jacked up. Anyway my cats name was spelled wrong on the urn, half of what I had engraved was left off the urn, they FORGOT to include the hair clippings I paid for and my request for ashes left out to discourse in my dads grave site was omitted. Their remedy… they’ll redo the urn and just take out some ashes for the side but there’s nothing they can do about the clippings. Just oh well, sorry about that. How do you screw up something so badly and then all you have is oh well it’s because the order was placed online. I reiterated that with her as well as the ashes left out 3 times and asked that a note be made. I don’t like this company and the way they handle their mistakes and will never use them again.

I couldn’t be more grateful to have found Faithful Companions. We lost our dog of 10.5 years while we were out of town 8 hours away. We knew we had to make it home to say goodbye but when I called our vet and another pet crematory, they both said our dog was too large for them to store until we could get there. Thankfully I called one more place, Faithful Companions. They were able to hold onto our beloved dog til we could make it home and say goodbye. They even had a private viewing room they laid him out in for us. I will always be grateful for the love and compassion Faithful Companions showed us.Highly recommend.

My Mollie passed away 8.5.2021 and they were able to take her that evening. The next day we went back to make arrangements and received so much help from Tiffany. She even brought Mollie out for us so we could say goodbye one last time. Today Mollie's daughter, Moo Moo, and I went to pick up Mollie and Tiffany was so kind. This place is amazing from the staff, services, and facility. I will be recommending this place to anyone that loses a loved one. I lost my old lady after 19 years together on 1/8/23. They got me in on a Sunday and I was able to pick her up today.. they gave me a urn, fur clippings & ink paw prints (however many I wanted/needed) and a clay paw print. I baked it at home. this is by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do.. thank you guys for making this an easier process so I can keep pieces of her with me.

Our Snuggles (Age 13,) passed away12-4-22. Faithful Companion came to the Hospital and picked her up and handled every step of the way professional. They handled our baby just as a human would be treated after life. We couldn't of picked a better place. Tiffany contacted me and from the moment I talked to her I knew we made the right choice. Jefferson Animal Emergency Vet suggested I use Faithful Companions. I placed the order as instructed. My credit card was charged twice. They are supposed to have my dog for cremation and I cannot get anyone to call or email me back. Maybe a public shaming will get y’all to respond. Please check your voicemail and return calls.

Just picked up my Doberman's ashes and paw print today. He very unexpectedly passed away one night so I was pretty distraught about the whole thing. When I received the call from Faithful Companions about the arrangements I wanted, I was too upset to think about asking about his collar. My one and only complaint about this experience was that they didn't remove his collar before cremation. I wanted that silly thing back so badly I could have fell apart when she said they didn't have it there. She said it was probably left on him during the process. Which I understand and I'm not angry at anyone at this place. I'm only upset I forgot to mention it and wasn't asked if I wanted it prior to cremation. I'm still leaving 5 stars for the kindness of the staff and the paw print coming out so beautifully.

I chose this place because it was the first place that came up when i looked up cremation services near by. I am very glad it was.The staff have been extremely responsive and caring. Everytime i call i normally get a answer or a call back that same day and the staff has been super accommodating. They do it all, urn, fur clippings, ink and clay paw prints and pricing is not too bad.They even allowed my friend who helped with the rescue of the animal to come and have visitation with the animal.These people have really been so helpful and sympathetic during an already hard time.The guy that was there and answered the phone for my husband after our pet was found was great. Tiffany is also great!I would use them again and heavily recommend them.

My experience with Faithful Companions was absolutely wonderful. Those who assisted me were understanding and gentle throughout the entire process, and I felt comfortable and reassured throughout. I recieved a beautiful certificate, and a wooden box that held my pet’s ashes. The box is beautifully crafted, and I had to stop myself from tearing up when I saw it. I had an urn necklace that I had purchased to place some of the ashes in, and they offered to fill it for me without hesitation. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience through Faithful Companions. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you for bringing comfort to me through this difficult time.

The person who took down our information for my cat made me feel like he was cold and didn't really care about our mourning because of comments he was making about how pets go fast once they get sick. He seemed like he was taking advantage of my family by suggesting add ons to the service. One of them was a clay paw print and we specifically said we wanted her front paw because she had an extra toe on her front paws. They did the back paw instead for the clay print and the ink print which was not at all what we asked for and didn't even offer a refund for their mistake that can't be undone.It feels like I lost my cat all over again and it makes me worry I didn't get my cat back after they cremated her.

We lost our dog Jake on the 21st of December and had him creamated. My husband and I were both broken hearted. We went to faithful companion to see him for one last time before creamation and was met by Dillion. Little did I know I was meeting the most kind, compasionate, loving young man that saw the grief my husband and I were going going through. He was so patient and caring. If there is a way to make 2 heart broken people feel better, that's what Dillion did. What a sweet, caring young man he is. An angel in disguise.

You went above and beyond to come to my vet (Georgetown Veterinarian Clinic) To pick up my two precious kitty's, after making the difficult decision to have them put to sleep due to illness. This is GREAT establishment. They explained all their services and pricing with great care as we dealing with our sad family event. We had our cat, Princess, cremated. Her remains were placed in a very nice carved wooden box. We also got a clay paw print. A nice certificate was also included. I should note, the paw print was an extra service which I gladly ordered. We will use this company again.

Everything was handled with care and deep attention when it came to my pup's remains. My sweet girl was sent via an animal hospital but once I call they took very good care of me and my wishes for her remains via telephone. My services included: private cremation, urn, gold plate, fur clippings (free), and paw clay print totaling around $220. I didn't pick the urn but once my pet as returned I was in awe by how beautiful it was and somehow embodied my baby girl's spirit in it. Needing a pet cremator is never a joyful occasion, but with Faithful Companions I am grateful they were there for me in my grieving time. Highly recommend.

Our Snuggles (Age 13,) passed away12-4-22. Faithful Companion came to the Hospital and picked her up and handled every step of the way professional. They handled our baby just as a human would be treated after life. We couldn't of picked a better place. Tiffany contacted me and from the moment I talked to her I knew we made the right choice. On 12-6-22 (Just 2 days later) Tiffany told me she was ready for pickup back at the Hospital. She listened to my cry out and was very professional and told me she was a call away. We are so grateful for Faithful Companions and HIGHLY recommend them. My cat passed on Christmas Eve and although the company was closed, Tiffany called me to discuss cremation options so I had peace of mind. When I stopped in to pay after the holiday, my paw print wasn't available. Tiffany got it and drove it to my house later that day! The staff is wonderful. They treated me with respect and dignity. I was allowed time to say my goodbyes to my beloved fur kid in a private room that was stocked with plenty of tissues thank goodness. When I picked him up, I was greeted with respect and empathy. His paw print was beautiful. Thank you all for making one of the most difficult days in my life easier. My heart is still broken, but now I have my buddy back home with me forever.

Beautiful service for my pet Marcus. Great affordable price for a private cremation, even comes with a wooden box urn and they do free fur clippings of every color from your fur baby. I also got the clay paw print and was super easy to bake and it turned out absolutely perfect to emobody my angel. All of this for only $192. Sean (I think) was amazing and everyone there is very respectful and empathetic with your loss. Nothing is rushed and everything is done with precision and care. Cant thank them enough!!

Thanks for the great job. My Yorkshire passed away Dec 8.2018 . She was only eight years old . My heart is broken. The wooden box that holds her ashes is beautiful. Jefferson Animal Emergency Vet suggested I use Faithful Companions. I placed the order as instructed. My credit card was charged twice. They are supposed to have my dog for cremation and I cannot get anyone to call or email me back. Maybe a public shaming will get y’all to respond. Please check your voicemail and return calls.

Just picked up my Doberman's ashes and paw print today. He very unexpectedly passed away one night so I was pretty distraught about the whole thing. When I received the call from Faithful Companions about the arrangements I wanted, I was too upset to think about asking about his collar. My one and only complaint about this experience was that they didn't remove his collar before cremation. I wanted that silly thing back so badly I could have fell apart when she said they didn't have it there. She said it was probably left on him during the process. Which I understand and I'm not angry at anyone at this place. I'm only upset I forgot to mention it and wasn't asked if I wanted it prior to cremation. I'm still leaving 5 stars for the kindness of the staff and the paw print coming out so beautifully.

I chose this place because it was the first place that came up when i looked up cremation services near by. I am very glad it was.The staff have been extremely responsive and caring. Everytime i call i normally get a answer or a call back that same day and the staff has been super accommodating. They do it all, urn, fur clippings, ink and clay paw prints and pricing is not too bad.They even allowed my friend who helped with the rescue of the animal to come and have visitation with the animal.These people have really been so helpful and sympathetic during an already hard time.The guy that was there and answered the phone for my husband after our pet was found was great. Tiffany is also great!I would use them again and heavily recommend them.

My experience with Faithful Companions was absolutely wonderful. Those who assisted me were understanding and gentle throughout the entire process, and I felt comfortable and reassured throughout. I recieved a beautiful certificate, and a wooden box that held my pet’s ashes. The box is beautifully crafted, and I had to stop myself from tearing up when I saw it. I had an urn necklace that I had purchased to place some of the ashes in, and they offered to fill it for me without hesitation. I am thoroughly pleased with my experience through Faithful Companions. I would give more stars if I could. Thank you for bringing comfort to me through this difficult time.

The person who took down our information for my cat made me feel like he was cold and didn't really care about our mourning because of comments he was making about how pets go fast once they get sick. He seemed like he was taking advantage of my family by suggesting add ons to the service. One of them was a clay paw print and we specifically said we wanted her front paw because she had an extra toe on her front paws. They did the back paw instead for the clay print and the ink print which was not at all what we asked for and didn't even offer a refund for their mistake that can't be undone.It feels like I lost my cat all over again and it makes me worry I didn't get my cat back after they cremated her.

We lost our dog Jake on the 21st of December and had him creamated. My husband and I were both broken hearted. We went to faithful companion to see him for one last time before creamation and was met by Dillion. Little did I know I was meeting the most kind, compasionate, loving young man that saw the grief my husband and I were going going through. He was so patient and caring. If there is a way to make 2 heart broken people feel better, that's what Dillion did. What a sweet, caring young man he is. An angel in disguise.

You went above and beyond to come to my vet (Georgetown Veterinarian Clinic) To pick up my two precious kitty's, after making the difficult decision to have them put to sleep due to illness. This is GREAT establishment. They explained all their services and pricing with great care as we dealing with our sad family event. We had our cat, Princess, cremated. Her remains were placed in a very nice carved wooden box. We also got a clay paw print. A nice certificate was also included. I should note, the paw print was an extra service which I gladly ordered. We will use this company again.

Everything was handled with care and deep attention when it came to my pup's remains. My sweet girl was sent via an animal hospital but once I call they took very good care of me and my wishes for her remains via telephone. My services included: private cremation, urn, gold plate, fur clippings (free), and paw clay print totaling around $220. I didn't pick the urn but once my pet as returned I was in awe by how beautiful it was and somehow embodied my baby girl's spirit in it. Needing a pet cremator is never a joyful occasion, but with Faithful Companions I am grateful they were there for me in my grieving time. Highly recommend.

Great communication during the situation which was during the ice storm and then approaching snow storm of when my beloved 14yo blue heeler Wizard had arrived and then when he was leaving to go back to vet office. Very sympathetic and consoling voice on the phone. They have a hard job I'm sure.
