If i could give this place more stars, i would in a heartbeat.I dropped my feathered girl off last week and from the start, i knew i was happy i brought her there while scheduling my drop off appointment. Colleen listened to me and was there to comfort me over the phone. just from that call, i knew it was the best choice to bring her here.i got to have a private moment w her to say my goodbyes and cry in peace. They have a few therapy animals in there and they made everything a little more bearable while being there. Bodhi, Tommy, Violet and Sasha were the best to have in the time of grieving and saying my final goodbyes. Tommy even sat in the room w me so i wasn’t alone.Jane helped me so much through this process. She talked w me about memories i had w my sweet girl, got to show her pictures and what not. it was nice having somebody there who knew the experience of pet loss. Jane so very comforting, kind, gentle and showed a little grief w me as well.I went and picked my girl up today and the amount of support given when returning was just amazing. Jane walked me through everything i got to memorialize my girl and she gave me a packet with a poem, certificate and more. I also got my girl’s ID back as well as a book for pet parents to read after a pet passes.If somebody asks me if i have any suggestions for them to take their beloved pet for afterlife care, this place will always be my recommendation. I had good faith Lady was in good hands there. She was also cremated privately, which i loved. They also offer for you to watch the process for extra! The prices were very doable and the amount of options given to memorialize your pet are amazing.Jane, I cannot thank you enough for everything you’ve done to ensure my girl got the best afterlife care. The support and love you showed was truly amazing and i will forever cherish yours and John’s caring and kind hearts.I wish you guys the greatest blessings in years to come and know you’re doing amazing work.If you’re looking for somewhere to bring your pet and ensure they’re in good hands, this is the best place. <3

Our family was completely heart broken over our furbaby Milo passing. We felt so at ease with Jane and how well she handled everything for us. Today I received a beautiful card from Jane remembering our kitty! I love and appreciate the card!

Rose Pet Memorial Center has been wonderful during this time that we are going through with our dog Blue. Our vet recommended them and I am so happy they did. This experience has been wonderful and different compared to our other fur babies we had to put down in the past. We were able to visit Blue prior to cremation in their sanctuary and we were able to sit down and have a consultation on how we would like to memorialize him. I also loved seeing all of the therapy animals (Sasha and the kitties) when we were there. That helped so much with the grieving process. Jane has been very kind throughout the process. I absolutely love that they are extra respectful of the fur babies that come in. Just how it should be. I am excited to receive the custom blanket and river stone soon too in memory of Blue. Good experience all around.

A shining light on one of the darkest days on my life. She has 2 cats and a dog that keep your departed pets company so they are never alone. To me, knowing my baby was never alone is worth more than anything of monetary value. If you're reading this Mrs. Rose just know you are doing God's work and you are truly a spectacular person. My precious Australian shepherd, Lexi meant everything to me. She was my best friend for fifteen years through thick and thin. I knew her time was near. I was searching for anything that could give her the most dignified end of life. I chose in home euthanasia and then Rose pet memorial center for aftercare. Jane Rose and her husband were very compassionate and kind during the hardest thing I have ever had to do. They came to my home and even waited patiently for a long period of time because of an issue with timing. I will forever be grateful knowing I did the most I could do for Lexi. I highly recommend Rose Pet Memorial Center.

I can not say enough about this wonderful place in such a horrible grieving time my family went through. My beloved Gizmo passed unexpectedly and I wanted to honor him and celebrate him the way he deserved. We called Jane and she was so accommodating and had us bring him the same day I called. She placed him in a bed where we were able to have our last goodbye with him which was gut wrenching but the cats and large dog in there sure helped us.. It truly felt like a pet funeral home and we felt kind of at ease leaving him here , as Jane was so compassionate and kind in our horrible time of need.. I received a beautiful card in the mail, which I’m unable to read just yet, and a beautiful cherry box with my baby’s remains in it, I also got his paw print to remember him by.. When picking him up her husband was just as sweet and comforting as she was.. Thank you for taking such good care of my beloved Gizmo in his after life.. no offense but I hope I don’t need to call you anytime soon.. we love you so much Gizmo.. I’m hoping you are ok💔💔

These are the best two people I know. I am a farm animal sanctuary and I've tried other places and this place has gone over and beyond they are the most compassion and thoughtful people they handled our oldest goat of 19 years CHANCE with respect I will always use them. Thank you so very much.

This is a long post but it's well worth the read! On June 13th, I lost my fur baby Bella due to an apartment fire. I lost everything and I was unable to go up into my apartment for 12 days. I found my baby peacefully laying down as she passed from the smoke. Somehow she was still in perfect condition! I contacted Rose Memorial the following day and spoke to Jane. Jane was so sweet and patient as I was unable to stop crying over the phone. I brought Bella in later that evening and Jane took her in the back where she cleaned off the soot to the best of her ability. I was taken into another room where she laid her in a casket and I was able to say my goodbyes. I could not believe they had an actual memorial room with a casket for pets! It was beautiful! Jane let me vent and cry and never once made me feel like I was a bother even though the center had already closed. She walked me through the cremation process and I was also offered to watch the cremation for a fee which i thought was pretty nifty! The center also sent me a card with their condolences which i thought was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. If i could give 10 out of 10 i would! They really want to make sure that you are okay in the grieving process! Hands down the best!

It is always devastating and painful to have your fur baby pass on-if you unfortunately are going through this experience or about to…I want to recommend Rose Pet Memorial Center. After celebrating 15 yrs, I knew it was coming, but wasn’t ready when it happened. Luckily, I found Jane Rose and the Memorial Center. She met me after hours, and gave me plenty of time to spend with my sweet doggie boy. The sanctuary area was a lovely way to honor him and send him over the rainbow bridge. You will get fur clippings from 4 different areas, a selection of boxes and a custom engraved plaque to choose from, plus a packet of poems and support information, a clay paw print (extra), and so much more. They sent a handwritten card with a picture of his paw on front. A bookmark with a heart to plant that will grow wildflowers. More than that though- you will find someone who empathic and sympathetic to what you’re going through. I am incredibly thankful to have found Rose Pet Memorial.*The Center does have some cute cats and a couple pyrenees keeping the place full of life.

Rose Pet Memorial handled such a devastating time for our family with grace and compassion. It was something I was not prepared for Jane's empathy made the process comforting. The facility had a wonderful place to take some time and say goodbye. I will continue to recommend her company to every pet owner I know. The presentation of the remembrance packet and the urn was exceptional.

I lost my beautiful, black cat Daisy a couple of weeks ago and was absolutely devastated. We grew up together and I wanted my best friend to have the best afterlife care possible. I found that at Rose Pet Memorial Center.The atmosphere of this facility is very calming: complete with candles, soft music, two very friendly dogs and two very friendly cats. I was greeted by John Rose, who immediately took my sweet Daisy, wrapped her in a blanket, and placed her in a private room with pews, like a tiny chapel. It was so peaceful and all I ever wanted for her. He even urged me to take as much time as possible to say my goodbyes.Rose Pet has several different, reasonably-priced packages and I felt so much better entrusting my best friend to two of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. Jane is amazing at responding promptly to calls and emails and I will continue to come to this place in the future. Thank you both so much for caring for my sweet girl as much as I did.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Losing our sweet boy Pedro has been one of the hardest things our family has ever gone through. He was very much the glue for us during his 14 years on earth. We were devastated on the night he died.Colleen showed a great level of compassion and helped talk me through, not only our options for afterlife care, but through the grieving process. She was thoughtful, kind and gentle...providing resources to cope for both us and our kids.The level of care she showed to Pedro's body helped to put us at ease that he was in good hands. His body was respectfully prepared for cremation...it was apparent that she cared deeply. The communication throughout was A+. We chatted for quite a while. It was helpful to talk through our feelings with someone who had been through it.Thank you to Rose Memorial and to Colleen. You've made a real difference in our lives. Though I do not look forward to our meeting again (b/c that means we will have lost another pet)...I know it will happen and I know who to call.

This is the second pet in 5 years that Ms. Rose has provided her services for. She has a respectful, thoughtful way of taking you through the details and has a light, and sensitive touch when dealing with the owner's grief. I highly recommend her - Rick Wagner. Our experience with Rose Pet Memorial Center has been wonderful. My dog passed away unexpectedly in the morning. When my vet's office was not available, Rose, (Jane) was there. Jane comforted me over the phone and informed me of Rose's services. Jane and her husband came out to my home and very lovingly, picked up my pet and explained their services more to me and my family. The funeral home was clean & comforting when I went to receive my dog's ashes. Overall, I would not have made it through this experience of losing my beloved dog without Rose Center's support. Jane was amazing. We brought our dog Bella to Pet Memorial Center and to our wonderful surprise was church pews and a place to place our Bella. We were given all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. It is a pet funeral home with all the loving touches you could ever want. When we picked up Bella’s ashes Jane had the urn I wanted and other beautiful touches waiting for us. I will never go any where else for my pet needs at the end of their life. This place and Jane was a blessing to my family in giving our Bella the perfect end to her life. Thank you Jane.

Losing a pet is like losing a beloved family member. Rose Pet Memorial Center is a warm, caring, sympathetic, and lovely place to say good bye to that pet. Jane and John were both supportive, patient, and comforting while helping me deal with my loss. Sam, Tommy, and Luna, the support animals, especially helped with their friendly hugs and kisses. I am so grateful to the Center for making my loss so much easier to deal with.

I have had many of my pets pass and cremated, but, I have never felt so at ease and at peace as I have using Rose Pet Memorial Center. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the most loving animals at the door. 2 big fluffy dogs & 2 adorable cats were there to comfort me when I walked in. I immediately felt better. They know, they care, and they helped. My little Pretzel was never put in a box, a bag, or a cooler. He was treated with respect and dignity. I got to say my last goodbyes in a peaceful little chapel area while he was tucked into a soft bed. Jane was absolutely wonderful! She was informative, supportive, & offered me many amazingly affordable options for my little guy. She gave me lots of paperwork that was helpful and comforting for any grieving pet owner. Thank you Rose Pet Memorial, I am so thankful and grateful that I found you! Thank you for honoring my sweet Pretzel. A+++

Jane is awesome! She has taken care of all of my fur babies that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. The compassion and time she gave me in making all my decisions at such a sad and emotional time made it easier and less painful.Her funeral home is serene and peaceful and the remembrance selections are just beautiful. I love the fact she provides the private cremations and her services are so personalized to your wants and needs to meet anyone’s budget.I have several more fur babies and I hope I have them for many many more years but I do know when it is time I will be calling Jane to help with their final day with me.Thanks Jane for all you to make sure our pets have dignity at the end 🐾

While it is unfortunate that I required their services, I couldn’t be happier with Rose Pet Memorial Services.I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl last week, unexpectedly. I thankfully remembered hearing of Rose from a couple of friends. They kindly agreed to take over the care of my dog.Jane has a gift. She listened to me cry, let me talk through my feelings. She made me feel heard, understood. She is a blessing to all grieving pet owners who require her services.She made an incredibly difficult day somewhat easier. A beautiful facility, and she gave my husband and I so much comfort and support. Her two GP’s, Sugar and Sam, could tell I was struggling, and forced their sweet love and affection on me. It was so needed.We were able to say another goodbye to her earthly body outside of the vet office. I now realize how important that was.I would recommend Rose and their services to anyone. I cannot thank them enough for their care, kindness and professionalism.

It has been exactly a year since my fur baby, Taffy, passed away. It has been on my mind a lot this last week and today I received a beautiful memorial card in the mail from the Rose Pet Memorial Center. I am so grateful to Jane for treating my girl with the utmost respect, kindness and love. She (and her fur-assistants) made the experience as easy as possible all things considered. Jane took the time to learn about Taffy's long life with me and my family. She honored all of our memories of her. I can not express my gratitude enough. It takes a special and infinitely kind person to do what Jane does. The depth of caring she has for humanity as well as our furry companions is nothing short of limitless. I would recommend Jane's kind spirit as a guide for yours a hundred times over.

I recently lost my cat, Amigo after 10 years together. He was a special boy and deserved special final care. I am so pleased with services Jane provided. She was very caring and compassionate. Jane brought a packet that included poems and pamphlets about pet loss. She even brought a coloring book about losing a pet for my 4 year old son. Jane went above and beyond my expectations. It's truly a great service she provides for pet parents and their fur babies.

Scotty passed away during surgery & we were devasted. Thought I was calling Rose Pet Memorial and reached Jane Rose’s husband by mistake. He was so kind & understanding. Reached Jane and she met us right away. My husband & I were so impressed with her kindness & compassion. She treated Scotty with the utmost respect. And for that we are eternally grateful. His urn & plague are so perfect for him. Glad to have someone like Jane to guide us through the decisions. Thank you!!Little did I realize 2 weeks after Scotty passed I would need Rose Pet Memorial again. My beloved Cody (Great Pyreness) that I adopted from IGPR , would pass. I contacted the center and once again was treated with the utmost respect Jane came to our house to pick up Cody in a manner that was so respectful. The service she provided was once again excellent. Thank you so much!Once again I found myself in need of Rose Pet Memorial. Our loving, tender hearted Westie - Tucker passed away. Jane not only offered to let u bring in in o a Sunday pm (which we chose not to do)but gave us advice to handle his passing with our other furbabies. His passing was something we had never experienced and her advice was most helpful. Not only did she do a wonderful job with his passing but directed me to someone that was experienced in different situations. It was great advice and we are so thankful for Jane.We have never had to experience a cat passing until now. We rescued a very abused older cat which took almost 2 years to trust us. His final year with us will be forever in our hearts. He learned to accept our love. we knew his time was short but he gave his all his love one pm and then passed. Jane was so understanding and kind when I called. We chose to keep him with overnight so all of our furbabies understood. Taking him to the Memorial Center was so comforting to us knowing how Jane treats us and our furbabies. Can't say enough about the love, care & kindness,

Felix was my best friend and leaving him in the hands of a someone we did not know was hard at first, then I realize that Jane would make sure Felix was in good hands. Can't imagine what Kyle is talking about in his review. Rose Pet Memorial Center is the kindest, most caring, and most dedicated pet memorial center I've ever encountered. The owners work with everyone to make a beautiful and lasting memory of your pet, big or small, to ease the pain of losing your beloved furry family member. I can't recommend working with them enough. You'll walk away feeling heard, because Jane knows how it feels to lose a pet. She runs a local animal rescue in addition to this center and has nothing but love and compassion in her heart for animals of all kinds and owners heartbroken over losing a pet.

It was the most wonderful experience I could’ve asked for my beautiful boy Quincee Joseph passed away so suddenly, but he was 12 years old. I found 🌹 Rose Memorial very quickly and she’s an amazing woman and her husband is amazing and they showed me the most respect, kind, caring, loving people, and we got to spend our time with our son, as long as we want, it was a beautiful service and I would highly recommend 🌹 Rose Memorial

We have been blessed to have Rose Pet Memorial Center help us multiple times this year. It has been such a tremendous comfort to know that they are taking care of our fur-babies. They care for them and for us, offering comfort and empathy. They have made a very tough year so much easier on us all. Our remembrances are beautiful and personal. The best place to memorialize your furry family members. The staff were so helpful, kind, and patient. I got my 3 year old hamster cremated and the cost was very affordable and it was an easy process. They gave me a sweet booklet with personalized poems, certificate of memorial, and some wildflowers to plant in her memory. If you are looking to memorialize your pet I couldn’t recommend them more! My dear ratty passed away in surgery and I had to find a place to take care of her on short notice. So happy to have found Rose center. Jane and her husband were so kind and comforting and being greeted by their sweet animals really helped to put me at ease. The experience I had there was better than my last one (different company) and I appreciated that I was given time to say goodbye to Bean before leaving. The care, products, and material provided were great definitely recommend.

Jane and John are the perfect people to assist you through one of the most difficult experiences to go through. Jane picked up our big giant, Sol, from our vet within 1 hour of calling her and she followed up later that night to let us know they got him, asking some questions about anything in particular we might be wondering or feeling, and asked if we were ready to discuss the cremation packages instead of just diving right in. About three days later Sol was ready for us. Her support animals are so important and needed; they truly made the experience that much easier to get through. She asked all of the right questions, made sure we were comfortable and happy with every detail, and even sent a personal letter in the mail. We cannot say enough great things about Jane and John Rose.

We cannot thank Jane and John enough for all the care and compassion they showed us during all our visits.Our pup was in a terrible accident and even through all the tears and ugly crying that both my wife and myself had exhibited, she held our hand throughout the entire week, as if she had lost her own.They gave us all the time we needed in a beautiful sanctuary for our beloved pup and allowed us to come back hours later so our boys could say goodbye as well.Although we have a long way to go in the sudden grieving process, we cannot thank them enough for all they did for our family and sweet Hazey Baby❤️

Jane is an incredibly compassionate, sensitive and understanding woman. After losing our beloved family member Minnie after 17 years of loyalty, love and companionship she understood the importance of her and our family being treated with sensitivity and compassion I called a few places on the Friday she passed they said we could bring her in some even offered to pick her up..but..she wouldn't be "handled" til Monday. Ummm NO. Jane met us that Saturday morning, greeted us with the same compassion she expressed over the phone and I knew we had made the right choice for our baby. She received a beautiful service, we were able to spend as much time needed to say goodbye. We received her urns and paw print, within 1 week. Jane checked on us, and kept in touch during the wait period. I would recommend her service to anyone who's having to say goodbye to their loved one.

Jane was amazing! We lost our beloved Min Pin furbaby after 12 loving and spoiling years. The compassion and care provided by Jane was second to none. She truly cares for your pet as well as the pet parents. We were treated far better here than by some funeral homes. Simply AMAZING. We lost our beloved Oreo about a year ago, and to this day we still receive cards of well wishes from Mrs. Jane. She made me and my son feel very comforted from start to finish, even giving my son a book, and also some coloring books explaining the process and afterlife. I am so sorry I didn't review sooner, as we were/are still grieving, but once I received the latest card, it sparked my memory. I will never go anywhere else for the ending of my pets life. This is a long post but it's well worth the read! On June 13th, I lost my fur baby Bella due to an apartment fire. I lost everything and I was unable to go up into my apartment for 12 days. I found my baby peacefully laying down as she passed from the smoke. Somehow she was still in perfect condition! I contacted Rose Memorial the following day and spoke to Jane. Jane was so sweet and patient as I was unable to stop crying over the phone. I brought Bella in later that evening and Jane took her in the back where she cleaned off the soot to the best of her ability. I was taken into another room where she laid her in a casket and I was able to say my goodbyes. I could not believe they had an actual memorial room with a casket for pets! It was beautiful! Jane let me vent and cry and never once made me feel like I was a bother even though the center had already closed. She walked me through the cremation process and I was also offered to watch the cremation for a fee which i thought was pretty nifty! The center also sent me a card with their condolences which i thought was incredibly sweet and thoughtful. If i could give 10 out of 10 i would! They really want to make sure that you are okay in the grieving process! Hands down the best!

It is always devastating and painful to have your fur baby pass on-if you unfortunately are going through this experience or about to…I want to recommend Rose Pet Memorial Center. After celebrating 15 yrs, I knew it was coming, but wasn’t ready when it happened. Luckily, I found Jane Rose and the Memorial Center. She met me after hours, and gave me plenty of time to spend with my sweet doggie boy. The sanctuary area was a lovely way to honor him and send him over the rainbow bridge. You will get fur clippings from 4 different areas, a selection of boxes and a custom engraved plaque to choose from, plus a packet of poems and support information, a clay paw print (extra), and so much more. They sent a handwritten card with a picture of his paw on front. A bookmark with a heart to plant that will grow wildflowers. More than that though- you will find someone who empathic and sympathetic to what you’re going through. I am incredibly thankful to have found Rose Pet Memorial.*The Center does have some cute cats and a couple pyrenees keeping the place full of life.

I lost my beautiful, black cat Daisy a couple of weeks ago and was absolutely devastated. We grew up together and I wanted my best friend to have the best afterlife care possible. I found that at Rose Pet Memorial Center.The atmosphere of this facility is very calming: complete with candles, soft music, two very friendly dogs and two very friendly cats. I was greeted by John Rose, who immediately took my sweet Daisy, wrapped her in a blanket, and placed her in a private room with pews, like a tiny chapel. It was so peaceful and all I ever wanted for her. He even urged me to take as much time as possible to say my goodbyes.Rose Pet has several different, reasonably-priced packages and I felt so much better entrusting my best friend to two of the most compassionate people I’ve ever met. Jane is amazing at responding promptly to calls and emails and I will continue to come to this place in the future. Thank you both so much for caring for my sweet girl as much as I did.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. Losing our sweet boy Pedro has been one of the hardest things our family has ever gone through. He was very much the glue for us during his 14 years on earth. We were devastated on the night he died.Colleen showed a great level of compassion and helped talk me through, not only our options for afterlife care, but through the grieving process. She was thoughtful, kind and gentle...providing resources to cope for both us and our kids.The level of care she showed to Pedro's body helped to put us at ease that he was in good hands. His body was respectfully prepared for cremation...it was apparent that she cared deeply. The communication throughout was A+. We chatted for quite a while. It was helpful to talk through our feelings with someone who had been through it.Thank you to Rose Memorial and to Colleen. You've made a real difference in our lives. Our experience with Rose Pet Memorial Center has been wonderful. My dog passed away unexpectedly in the morning. When my vet's office was not available, Rose, (Jane) was there. Jane comforted me over the phone and informed me of Rose's services. Jane and her husband came out to my home and very lovingly, picked up my pet and explained their services more to me and my family. The funeral home was clean & comforting when I went to receive my dog's ashes. Overall, I would not have made it through this experience of losing my beloved dog without Rose Center's support. Jane was amazing. We brought our dog Bella to Pet Memorial Center and to our wonderful surprise was church pews and a place to place our Bella. We were given all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. It is a pet funeral home with all the loving touches you could ever want. When we picked up Bella’s ashes Jane had the urn I wanted and other beautiful touches waiting for us. I will never go any where else for my pet needs at the end of their life. Jane Rose is very dedicated to providing caring and compassionate help. She assisted me with my wonderful Mater in 2006 and recently with Hailey. II know Dr. Clayton did all he could until he could do no more. They did a wonderful job at taking care of my Simon, who crossed the rainbow road on the 13th. We called at 4 am and had an appointment by 10 am. They were caring and considerate of our requests and completed them in a timely manner. I want to recommend Rose Pet Memorial Services to everyone! I lost my baby girl, Diamond, a month ago. I was devastated even though I knew it was her time. I was referred to Rose Pet Memorial Center by my vet. They praised the service that they have always received from here. We left her with the vet, which they took care of transport for her. I received an email from Rose with questions about type plate and print for the plate. They were very nice when contacting me (which happened a couple of times). I also received a beautiful card from them. She was ready for pickup in 2 weeks, at my vet’s office. Everything was beautiful. I’m still devastated and cry daily but know she’s back home now. I have always believed, as Dodie Smith liked to put it, that the privilege of being "owned" by a dog is to increase the love within one's family in ways immeasurable. And it is the uncompromising fierceness of the flame of their love that, outside of the natural laws, explains why they are with us for such a short time.That's such small comfort when they transition. The chasm that is left is so much worse because, at least in my experience, every moment until then had been so very good.In April of this year, we were with Bear, my Mum's Golden Retriever of 13 years, when lying on her favorite bed she left us in a manner that was as shatteringly quick as it was peaceful.I found Rose Cremation on Google in some numb moment that evening when I rationalized that, since Mum was going to be emigrating out of the country soon, maybe she wouldn't want to leave a dog who went everywhere with her, behind in Indiana.It was eight in the evening (I think) and I thought I was going to have to leave a message. But the phone was answered and between tears I was able to burble out some basic information.Rose was at our house within an hour, alongside an aide. Yet, despite the late hour, they were happy for Mum to take any and as much time as she needed with Bear and, when they did leave with her, it was as with dignity that offered the profoundest respect to both her role as a family member and our feelings to be saying goodbye.Within a couple of days, a card appeared in the mail from Rose and her staff, as if an old friend had heard about our loss. You wouldn't think so in this age where a kind word must be expressed via some hackneyed meme or in 280 characters or less, but it meant the world.When Bear came home it was with as much of a physical presence, a paw print and fur clipping as possible. Our hearts were broken but I honestly believe that without Rose and an understanding that I didn't find practiced so much as simply natural, it could have been so much worse.Then, last week, the haymaker. My beloved Dachshund Schroeder, only eight years old, suffered a devastating back injury and was gone from me in under five minutes. About all I remember from my call to Rose was that she knew who I was, even remembered him from the night they came to pick up Bear.When she called to tell me Schroeder was ready, I didn't want it to be real. I didn't want to face the paw print, the clipping, even though I'd requested it. I canceled on picking him up from her and she never batted an eye. She knew exactly why.You never want to confront it, but loss is inevitable. One's closest friends instinctively know what or what not to say.But the fact that I can say the same thing about someone who never knew my family before April, and yet who would be critical to a last and deeply personal moment speaks not so much to a business practice but honest human connectivity and something John Steinbeck once said, "A dog is a bond between strangers."

I can’t say enough about the amazing care we received after the sudden loss of my puppy, Lucy last year. My family and I were in absolute shock but were able to come to peace and spend the last beautiful moments with her in a peaceful setting while soon after I was greeted and hugged by their huge white dogs (great pyreneese) who could tell I needed them. It was truly as if they knew my pain and how much I needed a hug! I can’t speak more highly of every aspect of the care we received through this wonderful center all facilitated through Jane. I am able to think of sweet Lucy every day with the beautiful prints they made for us. I am so grateful to have been guided to this wonderful place during such a difficult time. This was absolutely the best place we could have selected to bring our dog, Parker. Rose Pet Memorial Center came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint. My wife and I were a mess when we brought him in to get cremated. He was our little buddy. Jane comforted and helped us through the process and she gave coloring books and a story called 'Dog Heaven' to read to our two young daughters who were not processing everything that was happening. Not only did she help with the emotional part but the end result was a beautiful urn and clay paw print plus 4 locks of Parker's fur to always have a piece of him with us. I literally can't say enough good things about this place. It's beautiful, it's comforting and it's the best place to bring your pet to memorialize him/her.

Needing the services of a pet funeral home is not fun, but if your pet has recently passed, this place will take away some of the stress from the situation. Jane and John are sincere and genuinely care for you, your deceased pet, and your devastating loss. They picked up our cat, Suki, and kept her at their center until I was able to see her one last time, where she was lying on a soft bed with a purple blanket. Jane understood my grief and made sure that Suki's body was handled in a dignified manner. On one of the saddest days of my life, I was very grateful to have Rose Pet Memorial Center there to take care of all the arrangements while providing me with emotional support.

I have had many of my pets pass and cremated, but, I have never felt so at ease and at peace as I have using Rose Pet Memorial Center. Upon arriving, I was greeted by the most loving animals at the door. 2 big fluffy dogs & 2 adorable cats were there to comfort me when I walked in. I immediately felt better. They know, they care, and they helped. My little Pretzel was never put in a box, a bag, or a cooler. He was treated with respect and dignity. I got to say my last goodbyes in a peaceful little chapel area while he was tucked into a soft bed. Jane was absolutely wonderful! She was informative, supportive, & offered me many amazingly affordable options for my little guy. She gave me lots of paperwork that was helpful and comforting for any grieving pet owner. Jane is awesome! She has taken care of all of my fur babies that have crossed the Rainbow Bridge. While it is unfortunate that I required their services, I couldn’t be happier with Rose Pet Memorial Services.I had to say goodbye to my sweet girl last week, unexpectedly. I thankfully remembered hearing of Rose from a couple of friends. They kindly agreed to take over the care of my dog.Jane has a gift. She listened to me cry, let me talk through my feelings. She made me feel heard, understood. She is a blessing to all grieving pet owners who require her services.She made an incredibly difficult day somewhat easier. A beautiful facility, and she gave my husband and I so much comfort and support. Her two GP’s, Sugar and Sam, could tell I was struggling, and forced their sweet love and affection on me. It has been exactly a year since my fur baby, Taffy, passed away. It has been on my mind a lot this last week and today I received a beautiful memorial card in the mail from the Rose Pet Memorial Center. I am so grateful to Jane for treating my girl with the utmost respect, kindness and love. She (and her fur-assistants) made the experience as easy as possible all things considered. Jane took the time to learn about Taffy's long life with me and my family. She honored all of our memories of her. I can not express my gratitude enough. Scotty passed away during surgery & we were devasted. Thought I was calling Rose Pet Memorial and reached Jane Rose’s husband by mistake. He was so kind & understanding. Reached Jane and she met us right away. My husband & I were so impressed with her kindness & compassion. She treated Scotty with the utmost respect. And for that we are eternally grateful. His urn & plague are so perfect for him. Glad to have someone like Jane to guide us through the decisions. Thank you!!Little did I realize 2 weeks after Scotty passed I would need Rose Pet Memorial again. My beloved Cody (Great Pyreness) that I adopted from IGPR , would pass. I contacted the center and once again was treated with the utmost respect Jane came to our house to pick up Cody in a manner that was so respectful. The service she provided was once again excellent. Thank you so much!Once again I found myself in need of Rose Pet Memorial. Our loving, tender hearted Westie - Tucker passed away. Jane not only offered to let u bring in in o a Sunday pm (which we chose not to do)but gave us advice to handle his passing with our other furbabies. His passing was something we had never experienced and her advice was most helpful. Not only did she do a wonderful job with his passing but directed me to someone that was experienced in different situations. It was great advice and we are so thankful for Jane.We have never had to experience a cat passing until now. We rescued a very abused older cat which took almost 2 years to trust us. His final year with us will be forever in our hearts. He learned to accept our love. we knew his time was short but he gave his all his love one pm and then passed. Jane was so understanding and kind when I called. We chose to keep him with overnight so all of our furbabies understood. The owners work with everyone to make a beautiful and lasting memory of your pet, big or small, to ease the pain of losing your beloved furry family member. I can't recommend working with them enough. You'll walk away feeling heard, because Jane knows how it feels to lose a pet. She runs a local animal rescue in addition to this center and has nothing but love and compassion in her heart for animals of all kinds and owners heartbroken over losing a pet.

The best place to memorialize your furry family members. The staff were so helpful, kind, and patient. I got my 3 year old hamster cremated and the cost was very affordable and it was an easy process. My dear ratty passed away in surgery and I had to find a place to take care of her on short notice. So happy to have found Rose center. Jane and her husband were so kind and comforting and being greeted by their sweet animals really helped to put me at ease. Jane and John are the perfect people to assist you through one of the most difficult experiences to go through. Jane picked up our big giant, Sol, from our vet within 1 hour of calling her and she followed up later that night to let us know they got him, asking some questions about anything in particular we might be wondering or feeling, and asked if we were ready to discuss the cremation packages instead of just diving right in. About three days later Sol was ready for us. Her support animals are so important and needed; they truly made the experience that much easier to get through. She asked all of the right questions, made sure we were comfortable and happy with every detail, and even sent a personal letter in the mail. I've had to make that call more than once through sobbing tears. They handled all of our arrangements with dignity and compassion. We lost our beloved Oreo about a year ago, and to this day we still receive cards of well wishes from Mrs. Jane. She made me and my son feel very comforted from start to finish, even giving my son a book, and also some coloring books explaining the process and afterlife. I am so sorry I didn't review sooner, as we were/are still grieving, but once I received the latest card, it sparked my memory. I will never go anywhere else for the ending of my pets life. Our 13 year ago Pug Charlie passed away unexpectedly last Friday night around 10:00 p.m. We were completely in shock. We called Rose garden expecting to get a voicemail. Rose answered and comforted us and set a 10:00 am appointment for the following morning. She met us at the door and had us bring Charlie into the Chapel to have are last goodbye time with our beloved Charlie. We sat down and she explained everything that would go on in the care that they would take with Charlie, and the fees that we would incur. We picked Charlie up that Tuesday as promised. My hedgehog passed away recently. I researched companies and found that Rose Pet Memorial offers a mini-pet memorial package.Not only was the service budget friendly, but they helped make saying goodbye to my pet a beautiful experience. The staff is very kind and friendly.The gentleman there talked about hedgehogs with me and asked me questions about my pet. It helped me remember the good times.Before leaving he placed Roly in the sanctuary so that I could say goodbye. My husband and I had the room to ourselves. Soft music was playing and everything was calm and beautiful.It was wonderful to have that time and space to have a few final moments with my pet. It was unexpected, and I appreciate it so much.Before I left I was given a grief packet. It had helpful information, and affirmations that I've thought about since Roly's passing.A few days later I received a beautiful hand written card sympathy in the mail from Rose Pet Memorial. It was very touching.Within 5 days my pet's ashes were ready to be picked up. Roly's paw prints turned out beautifully and I got to pick the ribbon color! I was also given fur clippings which I will be putting in a locket.Before I left I was given a packet with a certificate of cremation, and some comforting poems.Despite the reason I was there it was a beautiful experience. I cannot recommend Rose Pet Memorial enough.

There’s nothing to say other than you should absolutely ensure the care of your pet with Rose Pet Memorial Center. They are so caring and thoughtful and pay attention to all the details. When I lost my 15 yo Yorkie the day after Thanksgiving, they came in after hours to begin the process of memorializing my beloved companion. From the moment we first contacted them on the phone to the sympathy card they sent when the process was over I couldn’t have been more at peace.

Jane. I’m not sure what establishment you run, but it’s pretty rude to hang up on customers who just want the best care in the afterlife for their pet. I understand that small animals may be “too much” for your business but they are sentimental creatures. If someone wants to get their pet cremated, they should be able to without judgement. I’m sure you’re used to giving cats and dogs the same treatment. But bunnies, hamsters, etc, should get the same. I’d be ashamed of myself if I were you. Unless you have a deceased dog or cat, please don’t come here since any other animal is not important to Jane.

DO NOT CHOOSE ROSE PET MEMORIAL CENTER! They could care less about your feelings! I contacted Rose Pet Memorial Center on Monday, June 6 because our Airedale Archie had to be euthanized due to advanced cardiac problems. I was in contact with Jane several times through the day because appointment times had changed. Jane was wonderful, she was comforting and compassionate. During the appointment with the vet, we chose to have the vet office handle the private cremation for financial reasons. Since Jane was so helpful on the phone, I felt I owed it to her to let her know that we would not be bringing Archie. She was kind on the phone. Then a couple minutes later Jane called me back telling how the vet was going to handle my deceased pet. All of compassion and caring she demonstrated earlier in the day was gone. She was rude and hateful. She made the trauma of putting down Archie even worse than it already was. DO NOT CHOOSE ROSE PET MEMORIAL CENTER! They could care less about your feelings!

I cannot speak highly enough of Jane and John Rose. Their compassion for animals shines through with the service and care I received after losing my little dog recently. The little details they put into the thoughtful care package were incredibly heartfelt. They saw to it that my dog had a private cremation. I ordered an absolutely gorgeous glass blown sphere with my dog's ashes from their wide selection of merchandise. Rose Pet Memorial Center helped me greatly with the heart breaking experience of losing my pet. I can't thank them enough.

Our family member Molly passed away tragically. We were all so devastated and broken hearts to put it mildly. I was advised of Rose, and I thought it was something we had to do for our beloved Molly. Not only being able to see her set up in the pet bed help heal some broken hearts it made us all feel comfort in knowing we could see her one last time. We all cried over her and kissed her and told her our good-byes and I feel like for myself and my boyfriend and especially my children, it was very much needed.Jane helped us so very much with hugs, and words of advise and encouragement. She never made us feel rushed or a burden to her and that was also comforting. She also has cats and dogs there that greet you and allow you that love that animals can only give. It was a very hard time for us and we continue to have to heal, but she and this service was a huge help in facilitating that healing for us. This is awesome because now we will be able to keep Molly with us always no matter where we move or go in life.

We met Mrs Rose due to the death of our father’s elderly dog. Dad cherished Abbey and it was extremely hard to let her go. We were grateful to be able to make an appointment on Sunday, a day after Abbey passed. We were surprised about the little chapel in which we could talk and reminisce about Abbey. Immediately we felt put at ease by Mrs Rose as she guided dad through his options of memory items. She was attentive, encouraging and kind during one of the hardest days of dad’s life. Dad also received a card from Mrs Rose thanking him for allowing her to care for sweet Abbey. He found that really comforting and has read it over several times. Jane Rose is very dedicated to providing caring and compassionate help. She assisted me with my wonderful Mater in 2006 and recently with Hailey. II know Dr. Clayton did all he could until he could do no more. They did a wonderful job at taking care of my Simon, who crossed the rainbow road on the 13th. We called at 4 am and had an appointment by 10 am. They were caring and considerate of our requests and completed them in a timely manner. I want to recommend Rose Pet Memorial Services to everyone! I lost my baby girl, Diamond, a month ago. I was devastated even though I knew it was her time. I was referred to Rose Pet Memorial Center by my vet. They praised the service that they have always received from here. We left her with the vet, which they took care of transport for her. I received an email from Rose with questions about type plate and print for the plate. They were very nice when contacting me (which happened a couple of times). I also received a beautiful card from them. She was ready for pickup in 2 weeks, at my vet’s office. Everything was beautiful. I’m still devastated and cry daily but know she’s back home now. Thank you for being so good with my girl.

She made the most wonderful urn and paw impression after our rescue lost a guinea pig that had been with us for a long time. I have always believed, as Dodie Smith liked to put it, that the privilege of being "owned" by a dog is to increase the love within one's family in ways immeasurable. And it is the uncompromising fierceness of the flame of their love that, outside of the natural laws, explains why they are with us for such a short time.That's such small comfort when they transition. The chasm that is left is so much worse because, at least in my experience, every moment until then had been so very good.In April of this year, we were with Bear, my Mum's Golden Retriever of 13 years, when lying on her favorite bed she left us in a manner that was as shatteringly quick as it was peaceful.I found Rose Cremation on Google in some numb moment that evening when I rationalized that, since Mum was going to be emigrating out of the country soon, maybe she wouldn't want to leave a dog who went everywhere with her, behind in Indiana.It was eight in the evening (I think) and I thought I was going to have to leave a message. But the phone was answered and between tears I was able to burble out some basic information.Rose was at our house within an hour, alongside an aide. Yet, despite the late hour, they were happy for Mum to take any and as much time as she needed with Bear and, when they did leave with her, it was as with dignity that offered the profoundest respect to both her role as a family member and our feelings to be saying goodbye.Within a couple of days, a card appeared in the mail from Rose and her staff, as if an old friend had heard about our loss. You wouldn't think so in this age where a kind word must be expressed via some hackneyed meme or in 280 characters or less, but it meant the world.When Bear came home it was with as much of a physical presence, a paw print and fur clipping as possible. Our hearts were broken but I honestly believe that without Rose and an understanding that I didn't find practiced so much as simply natural, it could have been so much worse.Then, last week, the haymaker. My beloved Dachshund Schroeder, only eight years old, suffered a devastating back injury and was gone from me in under five minutes. About all I remember from my call to Rose was that she knew who I was, even remembered him from the night they came to pick up Bear.When she called to tell me Schroeder was ready, I didn't want it to be real. I didn't want to face the paw print, the clipping, even though I'd requested it. I canceled on picking him up from her and she never batted an eye. She knew exactly why.You never want to confront it, but loss is inevitable. One's closest friends instinctively know what or what not to say.But the fact that I can say the same thing about someone who never knew my family before April, and yet who would be critical to a last and deeply personal moment speaks not so much to a business practice but honest human connectivity and something John Steinbeck once said, "A dog is a bond between strangers."

I can’t say enough about the amazing care we received after the sudden loss of my puppy, Lucy last year. My family and I were in absolute shock but were able to come to peace and spend the last beautiful moments with her in a peaceful setting while soon after I was greeted and hugged by their huge white dogs (great pyreneese) who could tell I needed them. It was truly as if they knew my pain and how much I needed a hug! I can’t speak more highly of every aspect of the care we received through this wonderful center all facilitated through Jane. I am able to think of sweet Lucy every day with the beautiful prints they made for us. I am so grateful to have been guided to this wonderful place during such a difficult time. They are truly angels! 🌹

This was absolutely the best place we could have selected to bring our dog, Parker. Rose Pet Memorial Center came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint. My wife and I were a mess when we brought him in to get cremated. He was our little buddy. Jane comforted and helped us through the process and she gave coloring books and a story called 'Dog Heaven' to read to our two young daughters who were not processing everything that was happening. Not only did she help with the emotional part but the end result was a beautiful urn and clay paw print plus 4 locks of Parker's fur to always have a piece of him with us. I literally can't say enough good things about this place. It's beautiful, it's comforting and it's the best place to bring your pet to memorialize him/her.

Needing the services of a pet funeral home is not fun, but if your pet has recently passed, this place will take away some of the stress from the situation. Jane and John are sincere and genuinely care for you, your deceased pet, and your devastating loss. They picked up our cat, Suki, and kept her at their center until I was able to see her one last time, where she was lying on a soft bed with a purple blanket. Jane understood my grief and made sure that Suki's body was handled in a dignified manner. On one of the saddest days of my life, I was very grateful to have Rose Pet Memorial Center there to take care of all the arrangements while providing me with emotional support.

My sweet Ellee Mae crossed the rainbow bridge 10/3/2021. We thought we were going to lose her in February of 2020, but thankfully we got more time with her. February 2020 is when I started looking for places for my sweet girl to be cremated. Because I personally don’t trust bigger companies. El Bell was very special to me and she was my best friend, I wanted her to be well taken care of.Jane was very friendly, caring, and got my Ellee back to me that same week. We called RPM late on a Sunday night and she answered and picked Ellee up the next morning from the vet.I am thankful for Rose Pet Memorial and everything they did. I lost my sweet Cosmo on Monday, September 4th. We rescued him almost 9 years ago, and he has become a member of our family. He was my little baby. I was out of town when my mom called me at 3:00 AM to let me know he had passed. I've never gone through the heartache of losing a pet, Cosmo was like a baby to me and my best friend. It was a holiday when Cosmo passed, and I had no idea what to do. We found Rose Pet Memorial Center online and Jane Rose answered our call at 4:00 AM. She was wonderful. Respectful, compassionate and caring. She came out to our home to and picked Cosmo up to take him to the center for cremation. She let me take the time I needed with Cosmo to say my final goodbyes. Cosmo was tucked in his favorite bed with his favorite blanket and toys. She placed him in her carrier just the way I wanted him still in his bed. She allowed me to have him cremated in his bed surrounded by his favorite things. Jane called me a few days later and I was able to pick up my sweet boy. She let me pick out a beautiful urn, gave me hair clippings and a clay paw print. You can tell how much Jane cares about each of the pets that come into her center. She even sent a sympathy card in the mail. Losing Cosmo has been a horrible and sad experience and I miss him more than I can express. Jane helped make the process a little easier. When it's time to say the heartbreaking goodbye to your beloved furbaby, I highly recommend Rose Pet Memorial Center.

Rose pet memorial center help me with my dog Reggie. He was my heart dog the one dog that I love the most of the many years of pets. He was the one I wanted to do something special for the many years of love. So I contacted them about cremating my pet and if there was something special I could do to honor him. They told me they were many options they could help me with. They showed me a many variety of stuff that I could do to honor him for the years of love that he gave me. I brought him in and they were very kind and caring.They treated me like family when I was there of my beloved boy that will be missed but not forgotten. They treated me and him very kindly in a loving manner like a mom would to her own kids. They are a little more expensive than your vet of, but very worth the cost for a loving caring business. When I brought Reggie in they cremated right away compared to the vet that would of kept him a copple of days them cremate himI would definitely recommend them to anyone that doesn't have that much money but is willing to spend enough money on their their beloved past one for the right treatment in the dignity that your passed away beloved one deserves.

Amazing service available to pet lovers, we are so lucky to have Rose Pet Memorial Center in our community. Our dogs are our kids and Jane embraces this, makes it comfotable. I am a veterinarian. Most veterinary practices provide euthanasias and body disposal but veterinarians are reluctant end of life care specialists. So pleased to see a service and discipline developing around what pets and their humans need at this time. My heart was shattered when my Belle passed away. It was midnight, my daughter called Rose Pet Memorial and they agreed to meet us that night John took my Belle,wrapped her in blankets and put her in their beautiful chapel for us to say goodbye. We had Belle creamated and when we got her back, Jane provided me with poems to help with my grief.The absolutely care and compassion these two wonderful people showed us will never be forgotten. As we all know, the loss of a companion is devastating. Whether it's a brief illness that they succumb to or a long journey, Jane and John are very compassionate. They have seen us through 3 losses to date and I wish they would have been there for the other 4 that we've endured. Their facility is very warm, comfortable and they have a beautiful area where you can sit quietly with your companion and reflect on the life you shared. They have four legged grief counselors onsite too which I find comforting. Unfortunately, I was faced with the unexpected death of my 4 yr. old English Setter.Jane Rose was so great about doing everything for me. She arranged immediate pick up from my vets. office, which was quite a distance.The cremation was done quickly, and very professionally. There were those extra touches that mean so much. When the time comes, I will call on her again!

Jane, the owner is very responsive and helpful. They took care of every detail and did it in a gentle, comforting manner. From picking him up at the house, Nice poems, to sending a card, clipping hair, paw print, and a very nice presentation I really can’t think of anything they miss! Top notch service! Recommend and will use again - just hopefully not for a long long time!

We have used John and Jane's services for two of our beloved animals. There service was excellent and there compassion and patience meant so much at these sad times. They came to our house to pick the animals up and never rushed us or tried to force anything, with NO up-selling. We have also interacted with some of there staff and they were also very accommodating and exceptionally compassionate. It is not an easy time and I hope to never need the service again, but I would not use any other service or try and handle these type of situations without them. John and Jane are real people and treat there clients like family, THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.

My 19 year old daughter's puppy was killed by a hit and run. I called Rose Pet Memorial and all I can say was they were truly a Godsend. They picked up our dog with dignity and empathy. They truly cared what what happened and now I can be happy knowing that "Loaf" will be taken care of. I truly appreciate their help. I would recommend them to anyone that wants there pet taking care of in the that moment.

Because fur children never live long enough we have used Rose Pet Memorial Center many times. Thankful for the peace of mind when they pick up our loved ones at home or at the vets. The vast array of memorial pieces has given us ways to keep our pets nearby with beautiful glass keepsakes. Thankful to have RPMC to call when needed.

I can't thank Jane enough for the kind and compassion she has shown myself and my best friend Gizmo. He had to be be put down suddenly 2 weeks ago. She helped with the unbearable grief I was feeling. The folks at the Rose Pet Memorial Center are wonderful. During one of the worstdays of your life, these people make it better. The compassion they show for you andyour pet are over the top. I have dealt with funeral homes upon the loss of a parentand didn't receive the personal service that I did here. They have a large selection ofurns, caskets, and markers for your pet and at all price points. They have handled allthe arrangements for several of our pets that have passed over the last several yearsand will get our business in the future. Best place in Central Indiana to honor the life of your ofyour deceased pet. They understand your loss.

Jane was the absolute sweestest woman I have ever met and made me feel so special while I dropped off my hamster Kevin. She let me show her photos and talked to me and comforted me as I was crying. She placed Kevin in his own room which I thought was a wonderful touch. I highly highly recommend coming here as they care so much about you and your pets.

I want to start by saying that if anyone is having to search for a service like this, you have to search NO MORE. I don't have enough words to describe how VERY THANKFUL my husband and I were to find such wonderful people like John & Jane!!! Our little boy Petey went to heaven on Dec 2nd and we were BEYOND a mess. Having to make the decision to euthanize him was excruciating. We had contacted John around noon last Thur to see what our options were for him to pick Petey up after our 4:30 appt. We were concerned that he might not be able to make it before the vets offc closed at 6:00 but he was there before the procedure was even over!!! When coming out of the room to get John, it wasn't a handshake I got, but a big hug!!! I was blessed to get to meet Jane as well when going to pick Petey up. She is an absolutely beautiful woman who took time to go over all my options of urns, name plates, etc, and was just as considerate and caring as her husband. There just aren't enough wonderful things I can say about them. You guys are FOREVER in our hearts for taking care of us and Petey!!

My sweet Ellee Mae crossed the rainbow bridge 10/3/2021. We thought we were going to lose her in February of 2020, but thankfully we got more time with her. February 2020 is when I started looking for places for my sweet girl to be cremated. Because I personally don’t trust bigger companies. El Bell was very special to me and she was my best friend, I wanted her to be well taken care of.Jane was very friendly, caring, and got my Ellee back to me that same week. We called RPM late on a Sunday night and she answered and picked Ellee up the next morning from the vet.I am thankful for Rose Pet Memorial and everything they did. Words can’t describe how much that dog meant to me and how much I think about her and miss her everyday.

We lost our dog suddenly. Even though she was 11 years old, it was not expected. Jane was so kind and easy to work with during this difficult time. I lost my sweet Cosmo on Monday, September 4th. We rescued him almost 9 years ago, and he has become a member of our family. He was my little baby. I was out of town when my mom called me at 3:00 AM to let me know he had passed. I've never gone through the heartache of losing a pet, Cosmo was like a baby to me and my best friend. It was a holiday when Cosmo passed, and I had no idea what to do. We found Rose Pet Memorial Center online and Jane Rose answered our call at 4:00 AM. She was wonderful. Respectful, compassionate and caring. She came out to our home to and picked Cosmo up to take him to the center for cremation. She let me take the time I needed with Cosmo to say my final goodbyes. Cosmo was tucked in his favorite bed with his favorite blanket and toys. She placed him in her carrier just the way I wanted him still in his bed. She allowed me to have him cremated in his bed surrounded by his favorite things. Jane called me a few days later and I was able to pick up my sweet boy. She let me pick out a beautiful urn, gave me hair clippings and a clay paw print. You can tell how much Jane cares about each of the pets that come into her center. She even sent a sympathy card in the mail. Losing Cosmo has been a horrible and sad experience and I miss him more than I can express. Jane helped make the process a little easier. When it's time to say the heartbreaking goodbye to your beloved furbaby, I highly recommend Rose Pet Memorial Center.

Rose Pet Memorial truly helped me through the loss of my cat Simba. Jane and John Rose are extremely caring folks and they offered some wonderful support materials. They had a nice array of products for the cremains including some beautiful art glass pieces that have thecremains embedded in the glass. Our cat Tazz died at home unexpectedly at 16. For a day that I’ve been dreading for some time, I felt very at ease taking him to Rose and I credit Jane for that. Rose pet memorial center help me with my dog Reggie. He was my heart dog the one dog that I love the most of the many years of pets. He was the one I wanted to do something special for the many years of love. So I contacted them about cremating my pet and if there was something special I could do to honor him. They told me they were many options they could help me with. They showed me a many variety of stuff that I could do to honor him for the years of love that he gave me. I brought him in and they were very kind and caring.They treated me like family when I was there of my beloved boy that will be missed but not forgotten. They treated me and him very kindly in a loving manner like a mom would to her own kids. They are a little more expensive than your vet of, but very worth the cost for a loving caring business. When I brought Reggie in they cremated right away compared to the vet that would of kept him a copple of days them cremate himI would definitely recommend them to anyone that doesn't have that much money but is willing to spend enough money on their their beloved past one for the right treatment in the dignity that your passed away beloved one deserves.

Amazing service available to pet lovers, we are so lucky to have Rose Pet Memorial Center in our community. Our dogs are our kids and Jane embraces this, makes it comfotable. I am a veterinarian. Most veterinary practices provide euthanasias and body disposal but veterinarians are reluctant end of life care specialists. So pleased to see a service and discipline developing around what pets and their humans need at this time. Thank you Rose Pet Memorial Center and Jane Rose for absolutely taking end of life care to the next level for pets and helping us recently with our beloved Bear, as he passed on.

My heart was shattered when my Belle passed away. It was midnight, my daughter called Rose Pet Memorial and they agreed to meet us that night John took my Belle,wrapped her in blankets and put her in their beautiful chapel for us to say goodbye. We had Belle creamated and when we got her back, Jane provided me with poems to help with my grief.The absolutely care and compassion these two wonderful people showed us will never be forgotten. Belle was in the best hands possible.

As we all know, the loss of a companion is devastating. Whether it's a brief illness that they succumb to or a long journey, Jane and John are very compassionate. They have seen us through 3 losses to date and I wish they would have been there for the other 4 that we've endured. Their facility is very warm, comfortable and they have a beautiful area where you can sit quietly with your companion and reflect on the life you shared. They have four legged grief counselors onsite too which I find comforting. Words can't begin to express how much love and care was taken for my dog Bama. I am currently serving in Afghanistan when I got the news that my buddy and friend had passed away. I call Jane and ask if she and her husband could take care of things for me,so my wife wouldn't have to do it alone with two kids. Jane was amazing with our family. A wonderful resource for grieving pet owners who have experienced a loss. The owners / staff that helped our family was so very kind, we have 3 small kids and they had specific recommendations for helping kids to process the loss of their old buddy as well. We had a sudden passing of our cat late at night and they went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure we were helped along with the grieving process as well. At the time I declined a paw print because of the circumstances but they went ahead and had one made which meant the world to me. Highly recommend and will never go anywhere else after this experience.

Nothing good came of the visit to this god awful place. Just a money hungry owner who could care less about you or why you're there. She threatens to take you to court and has you take down any bad reviews so her reputation can be clean so more people go and give her your money. Spend the extra dollars for your furry family so not only you and your loved one can get the respect they deserve. Makes me sick to my stomach thinking back on how we were treated. I would give 0 stars if possible. I don't even feel right spending time out of my day to leave a review for her but if it stops just 1 person from going there then its a win in my book.

I WOULD NEVER AGAIN CHOSE ROSE PET MEMORIAL CENTERMy experience here started out pleasant. At first they were very kind and compassionate.I was told my sweet girl Oakley would be ready on Friday (i brought her on a Tuesday) and that they would call me. Great.Friday came and I received no call. Around 2:50 i called both numbers available. No answer so i left voicemails. Again at 3:30, both numbers. no answer, left more voicemails.I then called around 4:30 and she answered. I said “Hi, this is andrea, Oakley’s mom. I’m calling to see if she’s ready’ she said “no it’s not ready” I’m hurt by her words. So i go “okay when will SHE be ready?” She asked who i was calling about again and I answered. She goes “OH yes she is ready but we close at five and are not open on weekends”I’m frustrated. We live 40 minutes away and was never at any point told they close at a certain time and are closed on weekends. I had to dig on their site to find their “pick up hours” even though it says “24 hours a day”I ask when i can pick her up and she says Monday. Alright, but i just want my baby home.They next day, (without my knowledge) a friend calls and she says “oh we’ll be here today until 5”I’m thinking yes i can get my girl. I called and received attitude and harsh tones. I told her my friend has spoken to her and said they’d be in until 5. She said “Like i told you, you can get her on Monday” then says something about seeing if her husband will meet me so i can get her. Thankfully he met me and said i can get her. As I’m picking up her husband says “She’s just between this size and the next size” which meant, she’s crammed in there. And she was. I got an urn necklace from a friend and as i opened her box later she was packed in so tight we couldn’t get her back in almost. It broke my heart.But the day we picked up we ordered her plaque. Her husband said he’d get right on it and send me proof of her plaque in a couple days and then I should receive it in the mail a few days after.TWO WEEKS later I receive and email of the proof and in the email she asks if i knew someone who left a negative review. I couldn’t reply to her email for some reason due to a “recipient error”. So i did get ahold of her via text. I let her know about the plaque and I responded to her that I didn’t know a “Jessica Tiffin”.It has been a week and a half since I received the proof of the plaque but still have yet to receive the plaque it self.I am beyond frustrated with the service i have received here. I spent over $250 and i am displeased with everything. I have to get her a new Urn Box because she is crammed in the current one. The missed and unreturned calls is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have had to leave so many voicemails. why wasn’t i called when she was ready? Why was i giving harsh attitude when i was able to reach someone? It’s frustrating!Save yourself some heartache, frustration, and probably money and chose elsewhere.

I can’t say enough about how wonderfully I was treated on such a sad day.My dog passed away on a holiday, and Jane and her husband came to my home.Everything was handled with compassion, and I felt like they truly cared about me and my beloved McDuff.

Our sweet Bella 💜 passed away recently and we didn't know what to do. We found Rose Memorial Center online and it was beyond our expectations. She was laid to rest well and it was super affordable for our family. We definitely recommend using this memorial center!

I lost my furbaby Thumper on 8/19/2022. Daryl a close friend recommended this facility. I really felt the warmth as soon as I entered. I know in my heart my dog was in loving safe hands. That was everything to me

Nothing good came of the visit to this god awful place. Just a money hungry owner who could care less about you or why you're there. She threatens to take you to court and has you take down any bad reviews so her reputation can be clean so more people go and give her your money. Spend the extra dollars for your furry family so not only you and your loved one can get the respect they deserve. Makes me sick to my stomach thinking back on how we were treated. I would give 0 stars if possible. I don't even feel right spending time out of my day to leave a review for her but if it stops just 1 person from going there then its a win in my book.

They provide the best memorial services for your pets when they pass. Wonderful caring people. They truly love animals. They have taken care of five of my dog's final care needs. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service here is extremely helpful and thoughtful. I brought in my wonderful friend Gus for service and she was extremely respectful and you could tell she went out of her way for you to be comfortable. I want to thank you very much for the way you conduct yourself and will definitely be returning in the future.

I WOULD NEVER AGAIN CHOSE ROSE PET MEMORIAL CENTERMy experience here started out pleasant. At first they were very kind and compassionate.I was told my sweet girl Oakley would be ready on Friday (i brought her on a Tuesday) and that they would call me. Great.Friday came and I received no call. Around 2:50 i called both numbers available. No answer so i left voicemails. Again at 3:30, both numbers. no answer, left more voicemails.I then called around 4:30 and she answered. I said “Hi, this is andrea, Oakley’s mom. I’m calling to see if she’s ready’ she said “no it’s not ready” I’m hurt by her words. So i go “okay when will SHE be ready?” She asked who i was calling about again and I answered. She goes “OH yes she is ready but we close at five and are not open on weekends”I’m frustrated. We live 40 minutes away and was never at any point told they close at a certain time and are closed on weekends. I had to dig on their site to find their “pick up hours” even though it says “24 hours a day”I ask when i can pick her up and she says Monday. Alright, but i just want my baby home.They next day, (without my knowledge) a friend calls and she says “oh we’ll be here today until 5”I’m thinking yes i can get my girl. I called and received attitude and harsh tones. I told her my friend has spoken to her and said they’d be in until 5. She said “Like i told you, you can get her on Monday” then says something about seeing if her husband will meet me so i can get her. Thankfully he met me and said i can get her. As I’m picking up her husband says “She’s just between this size and the next size” which meant, she’s crammed in there. And she was. I got an urn necklace from a friend and as i opened her box later she was packed in so tight we couldn’t get her back in almost. It broke my heart.But the day we picked up we ordered her plaque. Her husband said he’d get right on it and send me proof of her plaque in a couple days and then I should receive it in the mail a few days after.TWO WEEKS later I receive and email of the proof and in the email she asks if i knew someone who left a negative review. I couldn’t reply to her email for some reason due to a “recipient error”. So i did get ahold of her via text. I let her know about the plaque and I responded to her that I didn’t know a “Jessica Tiffin”.It has been a week and a half since I received the proof of the plaque but still have yet to receive the plaque it self.I am beyond frustrated with the service i have received here. I spent over $250 and i am displeased with everything. I have to get her a new Urn Box because she is crammed in the current one. The missed and unreturned calls is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have had to leave so many voicemails. why wasn’t i called when she was ready? Why was i giving harsh attitude when i was able to reach someone? It’s frustrating!Save yourself some heartache, frustration, and probably money and chose elsewhere.

Cannot say enough good things! I’m so blessed I found this place when I lost my fur baby they are so amazing with everything I got to spend as much time with my baby and had plenty of options to carry him on in sprit. They are truly a blessing!

John and Jane were so special with my husband when I called them. We didn't know what to do that evening when my dog passed away and they helped us with her ashes, words of comfort and paw prints. Marcela was our beloved pet for 10 years.John and Jane provided us with a very special service during very difficult times for us due to the loss of Marcela. Our beloved pet came with us from our home country and we had no idea what to do. We were not prepared for that. I recommend them 100%. A professional and warm service.
