My beautiful baby Bones passed last week unexpectedly and I was recommended Pet Angel by a staff member at my kids’ school. They made the process easier for me. Colleen is who I personally dealt with and she was absolutely incredible. She was caring, truly empathetic, and let me feel everything that I needed to feel and helped me process so much of it. I finally got to bring her home today and again, Colleen was there to make sure I was okay and give my baby back. Thank you a million times, Colleen and everyone at Pet Angel. My heart is shattered that after 13 great years, Bones is gone, but I feel that I left her in the right hands for her transition. If anyone I know ever has to face this heartbreak, I’ll be recommending Pet Angel. Thank you again for taking care of my sweet girl.

We were very well accommodated after losing our fur baby. He was so special to us and losing him was a tragedy. Even after his death, we were reluctant to want to leave him somewhere alone. We left in confidence, knowing that he would be treated as one of their own during his stay. Colleen treated us like family and made us feel as comfortable as one could after suffering such a loss. The turnaround was very quick, I am so relieved to have my baby back in my arms. A huge shout out to Colleen, she’s doing exactly what she was meant to do on this earth, which is providing comfort to us and our animals during such difficult times. She made the process so much easier to deal with. We highly recommend Pet Angel to anyone who unfortunately needs this service for their babies.

Our sweet, old Daisy passed away last weekend. Our hearts were broken, but we took comfort in the thought she was no longer suffering. Our veterinarian took care of the arrangements after she passed, and we just got her back today. We were so touched by the beautiful box and certificate. As a family, we greatly appreciate Pet Angel for taking care of our baby so we can keep her with us.

I’ve used Pet Angel 3 times, and sadly I’m facing the need to use them again. They’ve always provided amazing, flexible, compassionate care and I’m appreciative that they’re there during such emotionally difficult times. We recently entrusted our Princess to Pet Angel Memorial Center and I am so glad we did. Colleen was amazing! She helped us chose the package we needed and gave us all the time we needed with our pet before taking her into her care. When I went to pick up our pet after the cremation services, Colleen asked how we were doing and said to call her if we needed anything. I know she meant that and her care was very much appreciated. I have lost two precious fur-babies within 15 years, Vinny and Isabella. I would only trust Pet Angel to care for them during such a difficult time. Pet Angel was very caring and gentle. They also took time to receive and grieve with us when we brought our babies to them. My husband and I worked directly with Colleen. I lost my boy on January 29th and just picked him up. Megan was absolutely amazing and so sweet. I called on Friday to check up on when I could pick him up and she was so nice ended the call with "I'm sorry you needed us" and that really touched me. Even called me on Monday to confirm I could pick him up which she didn't have to do but I greatly appreciate. I had asked the vet for a clay paw print that I didn't receive but I think that was a mess up from the vet, not sure.

My baby of almost 16 years, Kitty, transitioned on July 22nd. It was one of the worst days of my life. It was important to me to have her cremated so I can always have her with me. I’m thankful this was possible with Pet Angel. We received her ashes in a beautiful rosewood urn that I’ll keep on my nightstand - her favorite spot to drink water at (she had her own water mug). We also purchased a clay paw print that I cherish already. We were quoted it would take about two weeks to receive Kitty’s ashes, but I was called after 6 days to pick her up, of course, not the way we wanted to pick her up. I appreciate their timeliness as my husband and I cope with this immense loss.

The most genuine, sympathetic and caring people you could ask for to take care of your fur baby. As a single person with no children, my pets are my life and losing one is hard enough - I know they treated both of my cats with dignity and respect. When they were "ready to come home" I got a phone call and felt almost warm and fuzzy because of the warmth of the person on the other end of the phone. They are truly Pet Angels.

Pet Angel is truly a compassionate service. From talking on the phone for information to the pick-up availability. Greg was so prompt as well as so respectful. He did not rush us, allowed time to say final good byes, gently and with dignity he laid our 80# black Labrador onto the shroud. Carrying Pepper to the van and placed his body softly in. Seriously an amazing person... an company. Pet Angel was a wonderful resource at a sorrowful and confusing time. Most grateful.

I have been meaning to write about my experience and just say " thank you. " When i went to pick up my dogs paw print the doors were closed due to renovation but a wonderful women named Colleen came out with my package. She could have just handed me my bag and walked away but she didn't... she asked if I wanted to talk about him ( my precious dog) and although I laughed thru my tears and joked about not having cried in a few days it was the first time I was able to share some great memories about him and talking about him made me happy. She didn't have to do that...she didn't have to care or strike up a conversation but she did and as I drove away for the first time i felt that my tears were that of joy of the memories we had together instead of sadness. She also encouraged me to call at anytime to talk and she would be happy to listen. I know she didn't have to do that but i just wanted to say THANK YOU!!

Luckily my pet hospital worked with Pet Angel Cremation. I'm so glad they did. I lost Riley on the 30th of June. We were inseperable for 14 yrs. He was a beautiful boy inside and out. I picked up his ashes today and your presentation and careful packaging was wonderful! He was a very special dog and he deserved the special care you gave him. The people at Pet Angel Memorial Center treated me real good, and they understood how I was feeling. What really made me feel good was that they referred to my Dynasty as my baby!!!!! They also made me feel like it was natural for me to grieve when other people made it seem like something was wrong with me for grieving because they didn't understand the relationship between a person and their pet, but Pet Angels do. I traveled real far to let them do Dynasty's cremation, and I have no regrets for the long drive. It matters how someone makes you feel, and those are the people I would trust with my pet anytime. I would travel there again if I ever had to. Their service, gentleness, kindness, and expertise is A-1!! Thanks everyone at Pet Angel Memorial Center for everything you did for Dynasty and me!!!

I bought a cat shaped urn to put my beloved Siamese in when she went to heaven to wait for me. Amanda was 22yrs--2wks old when she passed. I also bought a clear plastic medallion with a paw print on it with some of her ashes in the medallion. I would. Recommend PET ANGEL to all who have lost a pet. They were sympathetic and it acted like a human funeral director would.

I drove into the parking lot with my deceased dog. I met a older blonde lady in the parking lot. She worked there and must have been returning from lunch. I asked which door to go in and she started yelling that I couldn't go in and to call the office. I started to and asked about my dog's body.. she started screaming at me that they come outside to me. I want to see where he was going. What a rude lady!I turned around, got into my car and drove my boy to Rose Memorial.

We have used Pet Angel numerous times for the cremation of our pet family. They are always respectful and return our furry loved ones in a timely manner and in a beautiful box. They incluin a certificate of cremation and a nice poem. This place is top notch. Thank you Pet Angel!

I bought a cat shaped urn to put my beloved Siamese in when she went to heaven to wait for me. Amanda was 22yrs--2wks old when she passed. I also bought a clear plastic medallion with a paw print on it with some of her ashes in the medallion. I would. Recommend PET ANGEL to all who have lost a pet. They were sympathetic and it acted like a human funeral director would.

I drove into the parking lot with my deceased dog. I met a older blonde lady in the parking lot. She worked there and must have been returning from lunch. I asked which door to go in and she started yelling that I couldn't go in and to call the office. I started to and asked about my dog's body.. she started screaming at me that they come outside to me. I want to see where he was going. What a rude lady!I turned around, got into my car and drove my boy to Rose Memorial.

The woman who picked up our Pit Bull "Buster" was as genuine as they come. Kind, thoughtful and very caring. She allowed me the time I needed to say goodbye and treated my Buster as if he were the most precious thing on Earth. Thank you for making a hard time much easier and extremely dignified.

This place was amazing....they were so kind and helpful! Our dog was originally due to be cremated, I had a change of heart and decided I wanted her to be buried at home. They were so sweet and I was able to get my fur baby back home. The paw print is perfect! Thank you so much!

With the sudden death of my mothers dog on a weekend They were ready and so kind. The driver who picked her up awesome. Told us to take all the time we needed to say goodbye. I was most impressed with their kindness. Thank you again helping us thru a hard and said time

Today I am picking up the 6th furbaby they have taken care of. One of my furnabies died on Thanksgiving day and when we called they met us there. So sympathetic and such compassion. They really understand that it is not a pet you are trusting them with, it is a family member. My Betty Boop with be home soon.

***READ PRIOR TO USING PET ANGEL FOR YOUR PET CREMATORIUM NEEDS***This place deserves ZERO stars, unfortunately had to choose one in order to post.This place has a motto that says "built on trust"... that is NOT the case. Pet Angel has been caught in a despicable LIE and tried diligently to cover it up, but to no avail..they were caught!I am referring anyone that reads this review to PLEASE view Eric's (Nomadic Fanatic) video on YouTube to see exactly how deplorable and rotten they really are. What Pet Angel has done with Jax and their deceitful practices by LYING TO THE CUSTOMER and causing so much pain and hurt is absolutely DESPICABLE and I would encourage everyone to seek pet crematorium services elsewhere!YouTube: Nomadic Fanatic

Just saw the u-tube vido how you scammed someone about their cats ashes and paw print.Shame on you. I am a dog breeder, vet tech, and dog show person. I will let everyone one know that you are a scam. Dam you. I will tell everyone to watch this vido.

Mixes cremated remains and sends out identical mass produced reproductions of "your" pets paw prints. Dishonest and despicable.
