So strange to give a 5 star review to a place you really never want to visit, but the reality is, we do visit. Flanner Buchanan handled my mother’s funeral and burial. From beginning to end they made the process so simple. The entire staff was great to work with and you can sense they really care about doing their job and treating families with the utmost respect. I thought that was enough, but today, my dad received the nicest text message from the team just checking on him. Above and beyond. While most of my family is buried in Floral Park, I would still highly recommend Flanner Buchanan. Thank you Tim and team for the best experience under the circumstances.

I don't know the business details of this place, and I'm not sure I fully comprehend the following culturally or philosophically or religiously or so forth; but you can certainly see the tokens of love and respect aimed at the departed here.

This place is the worst. This is not the first time there has been issue with this stone. Also burying others on top of people. I will be calling the news stations Monday morning.

Just wrote up my brother's prepaid funeral plans. Worked with Siobhan and had a relaxed, friendly and helpful experience. She was patient and sensitive with us as we faced some unusual decisions pertaining to our last wishes.

Y'all resantly held my nephew in law bereal Steve sexston and did an amazing job at grave side i use to do scurty at one of your places parking lot and you impressed me then y'all are one of the best way better than concol

Kristen was absolutely amazing with the planning of my mother in laws funeral!! Very nice and beautiful facility highly recommend this funeral home and director Kristen!!
