I cannot tell enough people about how wonderful this service was. I lost my dog, Loki after nearly 17 years together. I have been devastated to say the least.Mike met me in the middle of the night to accept my baby's remains. He was extremely kind, compassionate, and understanding. I opted for private creamation and I left feeling confident that I would get Loki's remains back.I got the call to come get him within the time frame I was told, and seeing how much care they put into the momentos just confirmed that the staff here is very loving and respectful. Knowing that Loki was treated with dignity through this process made this loss just a bit more bearable.We have another pup and I will be for sure trusting this business to help our family again, but I hope that is still several more years away.I want to give a very heartfelt thank you to the entire staff. You are all doing something truly meaningful and good for the families you serve.

Even though this place looks like it's somewhere to not take your pet for cremation on the outside looks are deceiving. I almost turned around lol. We did have to call to get the door opened the following morning (as instructed when we first called) so just a heads up. We went inside to see if we would give it a second look. Looks were definitely deceiving and we're soooo glad we tried them out. WOW .... Mikes Hays is soooo incredibly comforting. We were told in great detail how all this works and also had a private ceremony. There are also options for jewelry and urns. We kissed our baby goodbye and were VERY comfortable in giving him our baby. There was peace he'd take care of everything and we didn't have to worry. He seemed in excellent hands. We picked our baby up 3 (takes 3 - 4 days) days later. We received a BEAUTIFULLY carved wood box for his ashes. They put the ashes in a purple bag so you don't have to see them if you prefer not to which I thought was a nice touch. If you don't buy an urn yourself this box is perfect for your pets ashes. We also received a paw print in clay with locks of his hair and a nose print. He explained how we can be assured this was our doggie because all pets are immediately tagged on paperwork and that follows them around through the entire process. We were able to have him cremated with 2 toys and his PJs he passed away in as well. I would HIGHLY recommend going here. There's truly such peace with them. You are also given a pamphlet where your pets nose print and paw print are saved in their system so you can have 1 or both engraved on jewelry. There's a website you can post an obituary too. Such an adorable way to carry your baby around always. Very much worth going here and they charge a reasonable price depending on how much your pet weighs. For everything our cost was $ 185.00.

This is a really late review but I came across the business card and reminded me that I needed to post.When we were in the unfortunate situation where we needed Mike's services, he provided quick, caring, affordable care. Our Zeus was a very large dog, and too big for me to move. Mike came to the house for pickup. He moved him to the vehicle very respectfully. Mike explained everything and offered choices that fit in my budget. Once the cremation was complete, he left a message (that I can't bring myself to delete) that said "Zeus is ready to come home ". Such simple verbiage that made his care feel so empathetic. The paw print, fur clipping were nice keepsakes, and the box that was provided was perfect.Highly recommend! 💙

We lost our bearded dragon that we raised from a newborn hatchling. My son and Tece were best friends for 8 1/2 years. Family Forever couldn’t have been better, they treated us like family. Thank you from the bottom of my heart when I lost my pup I spent all my savings trying to save him and unfortunately we lost the battle when I contacted them I felt welcomed and supported I can’t thank them enough I was able to bring my baby home. I highly recommend using Family Forever Pet Cremation. They were very professional and caring from the very start. Our sweet boy passed away on a Sunday and Mike returned my phone call right away and walked me through the process. When I went to take him there, Mike met me with a gurney that had a blanket laid across it for me to place my cat and escorted us back to the office to learn more about my sweet boy and have me sign any necessary paperwork. He passed away Thanksgiving week so I didn’t anticipate being able to receive his ashes back so quickly but they made it happen. We received a handsome wooden box with his ashes in it, a paw print, a nose print, fur and whisker clippings along with a poem in a nice purple bag. They also sent me a sympathy card to our house. They truly did their best to make a very stressful and sad time in our lives, as peaceful as possible.

Our sweet Sarabi passed away on June 16th. I honestly did not know who to even call since it was after hours. I chose Family Forever to call first. Mike answered the phone immediately. He was very empathetic and immediately offered to either pick our baby girl up or meet us at his office. He arrived promptly and took all the time needed for us to make our arrangements and say our last goodbyes. We just received her ashes back today. I cannot say enough good things about how caring and compassionate Mike was throughout the whole process. Thank you for treating us and our sweet kitty so kind and patiently!

We had our family pet die suddenly. They were able to accommodate us without any hassle even when I called then in the evening and set up an appointment for early the next morning. We got her back very quickly. We dropped her off Thursday and could have gotten her back Monday, but because of time restraints on our end we got her back on Tuesday. It cost $135 for our ~20lb dog. We got back a little dexorative wooden box for her remains. We also got some tufts of fur, a clay pawprint and a stamp of her nose. Both of the staff we spoke tobwere incredibly friendly. Our family hugely appreciates all the care and attention given to us for your services!

AMAZING! I can't recommend them enough! I had another dog pass and cremated and spent 3x the cost as they charged me for this sweet baby who was the same size as the other. I will actually still be able to buy groceries, gas for the week, so forth vs being put in debt. Zeki was INSANELY compassionate! This was my sons dog and unforseen passing and she was phenomenal with him. As a mom I could feel his soul healing and his hurt being eased just from his interaction with Zeki. As a mom, I can't be more grateful for that! Never once we're we rushed, or hurried; we felt like family in a safe place and wanted and loved during a hard time and this was a Saturday and right at closing! Zeki could careless about time, she cared for us like she would her own children. If I didn't find them and their affordability I would not have been able to give my son the closure he desired due to costs, I can never say thank you enough. Not only was their service EXTREMELY affordable, they DID NOT cut any corners on quality! My dog who cost me 3x the price got a tin can, this facility sends your loved one home in a beautiful well made Cherry wood Urn! No extra cost! And it's gorgeous and so intricate. I really can't say enough good about Zeki or this facility. AMAZING people. I have no bad words for the facility I uses previously, they did fine. However, for a fraction of the cost, and absolutely no quality lost, but actually gained, I came recommend them enough. I feel like we met one of God's Angels today. Zeki thank you very much for all your kindness, no words can ever describe how amazing you are and what you did for my son and I'm breaking hearts/souls today. You're absolutely priceless! Never loose your love ❤️ you are one of a kind amazing!

With the unexpected loss of my furbaby Tank, I had no idea where to turn. I found Family Forever Pet Cremation on google the night Tank passed. I called at 11:00 pm and Zeke answered the phone. She was my angel. I was very emotional, she was very sympathetic and supportive. Her first question was “are you alone?” She wanted to make sure I was as good as I could be despite the situation. She had a calming voice and reassured me that they would take great care of Tank. She explained the process thoroughly. I scheduled to drop Tank off the next morning. At my arrival I was greeted by my angel Zeke. Again showing sympathy to me and Tank. She cut a piece of his blanket and returned it to me. I was told that his ashes would be ready in 3-4 days. He was ready in one business day. His remains were given to me in a beautiful carved wooden box, along with a paw print, nose print and a bag of his fur. I also received a certificate with his name and a poem. I will forever recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a pet. Spoke to someone yesterday. Had an appointment. An hour drive, Get here with my beloved pet, and they aren't open. NICE!! Not professional!!!I was there by 7:09. Yes there was construction traffic on my way. When I arrived, your fenced and gated parking lot was not open. The two doors had LOCKED gates across them. And I was not offered to come back for free services. If any of your doors had even been accessible, I Might have thought someone was in there, and you were open. Don't spin a tale that isn't true.

My sweet kitty passed away in my arms in the early morning hours of Easter. I was alone, distraught, and had no idea what to do with her remains. I had called the emergency vet to ask about my options and was quoted a pretty high price for cremation. Originally, I was going to take her there because I thought it was my only option on Easter. I read some of the reviews for Family Forever when I woke up a few hours later and saw that they answered on holidays, so I tried them just to see. The price Mike quoted was lower and I was grateful that they would collect a fur clipping and a paw print for me, because after a few hours I was afraid to look at her under the towel. I could have paid $100 for the holiday drop off, but Mike told me how to keep her body for an appointment 24 hours later on Monday. The price was considerably less than that quoted at the emergency vet. The drop off was simple and her ashes were ready for me to pick up 48 hrs later. They were returned to me in a beautiful wooden box. The paw print mold was in a nice velvet bag with a little stamp of her sweet nose too. Mike was caring, respectful, and clear through the whole experience.I am very grateful to have found Family Forever Pet Cremation to help me through the final tasks of this devastating loss.

Recently, we lost a pet while on the road for a major family move. Our poor Kitty was old and ill and didn't make it during our cross country drive. Our sweet Maddy passed away Jan 1, 2022 @ 12:17 am.I called Family Forever at 12:45am and Mike answered the phone right away.Mike was very understanding and compassionate. Mike went above and beyond for my Caesar. From the first phone call, I just knew in my heart that he was genuine and would take the best care in my big lap puppy. Caesars passing was a big shock and instant, but Mike made sure I felt comforted and supported through the whole process. Tammy was wonderful during this hard time, my baby boy passed late Friday night and she was there in an hour to help us with their services. I never knew such wonderful care existed but she was more than willing to help us after hours. She was very thoughtful and gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. This is a terrible time for me and my boyfriend but I’m so grateful to have found this loving place they take everything in to consideration from the words they use to the quick process so your baby can come home. They also made sure to get us some of his precious hair, a mold of his paw print, and we’re able to get a print of his adorable little snout. They treat each pet as if it were their own. I hope I never have to use their services again but if I do I know where to go❤️

Mike and his team took such good care of my baby Monterey. From the very first phone call to picking her up from them I felt she was cared for and we were supported in our grief. Tammy came to the house to get her and she was so kind and ensured us Monty would be cared for like a princess, and made saying our final good bye easier knowing she was loved to the very end. And Mike was so gentle and nice when giving her back to us with her beautiful memory pieces. My Cat Loki passed away two days before Christmas and Family Forever Pet Cremation helped me and worked with me. I had to reschedule multiple times due to the snow storm and losing heat at home. They were amazing to work with and very affordable. I would 100% recommend them to my friends and family and when the time comes I will use them again. I found Family Forever Pet Cremation on google in one of the worst situations, my dog had passed in his sleep and I had no clue what to do. I called Family Forever Pet Cremation and Mike answered. He was compassionate and caring. For a fee they will offer pick up services, which was extremely helpful for me. The whole process was handled with perfect care for our family and our loss. We were give a paw print, nose print and hair clipping. As well, his ashes were given in a beautiful wooden box. I really appreciate their sympathy and compassion and would recommend their services to anyone in need.

I have nothing but great things to report about Family Forever and their owner, Mike! Our sweet dog passed away on a Saturday morning at home and I was relieved that they were open on weekends. Mike came to our home when we asked him to later that morning and not only did he show us grace and kindness, but he also helped me console my daughter with a few kind words. He was 100% professional. We were able to bring our pet's remains home 4 days later, and they also provided us with a paw print, a nose print and a hair clipping. We are so glad we chose Family Forever to take care of our sweet dog Emma. She was very much a part of our family in a big way.This was a very difficult time for us since our dog passed suddenly and unexpectedly. The instant that we called Mike made us feel confident and showed compassion and understanding when dealing with our emotions. He made his services available immediately and even offered to come and pick her up. He was very kind and patient, giving us time and privacy to say goodbye to our little furry baby. So thankful to have found Family Forever for my beloved Baxter's cremation. They were easily accessible and prompt in their service. Provided us with a noseprint, paw print, and a shock of fur and our kitten's remains were in a beautiful carved wooden box. For their price, I wouldn't have expected such beautiful mementos.it's sad that other businesses seem to take advantage of one's vulnerability after the loss of a pet. The animal hospital we were dealing with recommended another business who charges over twice as much.I have already recommended Family Forever to my friends who have pets. I am forever grateful for Family Forever Pet Cremation! My Kinzee passed unexpectedly on April 1st. Mike took my call that morning and was very compassionate and gave me time to spill out what I needed and answered every single question without rushing. Mike came out to my home where we were able to say our official goodbyes and he took her to be cremated...he went through every step and what I could expect. I was completely reassured and knew my baby was in the best hands. Not even three full business days later I get a call that Kinz is ready to come back home. I get there to pick my big girl up and Mike has a certificate (with lovely poem), her paw print and fur clippings that he had informed me I would receive. Not only that but he had a very heartfelt and touching surprise that just really touched home. Mike was so caring, understanding, and compassionate through the whole process...never rushed, spoke softly to us and reassured us the whole way through. Fantastic, professional service from Mike whom I will forever be grateful for in our family's time of need. My boy Spunky passed away suddenly Saturday ( 11/7) and this was my first pet death as an adult with a companion I had since his birth 5 short years ago. Mike allowed plenty of time for us to say goodbye and we picked him up in 4 days. He came home in a beautiful wooden engraved box with a ceramic paw print, a death certificate with a lovely poem, hair and whisker clippings AND a surprise I was unaware of a nose print. Our sweet Sarabi passed away on June 16th. I honestly did not know who to even call since it was after hours. I chose Family Forever to call first. Mike answered the phone immediately. He was very empathetic and immediately offered to either pick our baby girl up or meet us at his office. He arrived promptly and took all the time needed for us to make our arrangements and say our last goodbyes. We just received her ashes back today. We had our family pet die suddenly. They were able to accommodate us without any hassle even when I called then in the evening and set up an appointment for early the next morning. We got her back very quickly. We dropped her off Thursday and could have gotten her back Monday, but because of time restraints on our end we got her back on Tuesday. It cost $135 for our ~20lb dog. We got back a little dexorative wooden box for her remains. We also got some tufts of fur, a clay pawprint and a stamp of her nose. Both of the staff we spoke tobwere incredibly friendly. Our family hugely appreciates all the care and attention given to us for your services!

AMAZING! I can't recommend them enough! I had another dog pass and cremated and spent 3x the cost as they charged me for this sweet baby who was the same size as the other. I will actually still be able to buy groceries, gas for the week, so forth vs being put in debt. Zeki was INSANELY compassionate! This was my sons dog and unforseen passing and she was phenomenal with him. As a mom I could feel his soul healing and his hurt being eased just from his interaction with Zeki. As a mom, I can't be more grateful for that! Never once we're we rushed, or hurried; we felt like family in a safe place and wanted and loved during a hard time and this was a Saturday and right at closing! Zeki could careless about time, she cared for us like she would her own children. If I didn't find them and their affordability I would not have been able to give my son the closure he desired due to costs, I can never say thank you enough. Not only was their service EXTREMELY affordable, they DID NOT cut any corners on quality! My dog who cost me 3x the price got a tin can, this facility sends your loved one home in a beautiful well made Cherry wood Urn! No extra cost! And it's gorgeous and so intricate. I really can't say enough good about Zeki or this facility. AMAZING people. I have no bad words for the facility I uses previously, they did fine. However, for a fraction of the cost, and absolutely no quality lost, but actually gained, I came recommend them enough. I feel like we met one of God's Angels today. Zeki thank you very much for all your kindness, no words can ever describe how amazing you are and what you did for my son and I'm breaking hearts/souls today. You're absolutely priceless! My fur-baby Aries passed 2 days ago. This is the first time I’ve dealt with losing an animal. Tammy was extremely patient and compassionate with me as I was very upset. She gave my s/o and I awhile alone with Aries to say our goodbyes, we didn’t feel rushed at all, although they were closing soon. Within 2 days Mike called and let me know my baby was ready to come home. Everything we got was excellent quality. We received everything we were aware of: Her ashes - which were secure in 2 different bags & a tracking #, a clay paw print, and some fur clippings. We were also given a nose print I was not expecting, her whiskers (which i had wanted to ask about but forgot as there was a lot on my mind), and a death certificate that included a beautiful poem that definitely had me tearing up. I know my baby was in good hands there. I would recommend this place to anyone. 💙

With the unexpected loss of my furbaby Tank, I had no idea where to turn. I found Family Forever Pet Cremation on google the night Tank passed. I called at 11:00 pm and Zeke answered the phone. She was my angel. I was very emotional, she was very sympathetic and supportive. Her first question was “are you alone?” She wanted to make sure I was as good as I could be despite the situation. She had a calming voice and reassured me that they would take great care of Tank. She explained the process thoroughly. I scheduled to drop Tank off the next morning. At my arrival I was greeted by my angel Zeke. Again showing sympathy to me and Tank. She cut a piece of his blanket and returned it to me. I was told that his ashes would be ready in 3-4 days. He was ready in one business day. His remains were given to me in a beautiful carved wooden box, along with a paw print, nose print and a bag of his fur. I also received a certificate with his name and a poem. I will forever recommend them to anyone going through the loss of a pet. Spoke to someone yesterday. Had an appointment. An hour drive, Get here with my beloved pet, and they aren't open. NICE!! Not professional!!!I was there by 7:09. Yes there was construction traffic on my way. When I arrived, your fenced and gated parking lot was not open. The two doors had LOCKED gates across them. And I was not offered to come back for free services. If any of your doors had even been accessible, I Might have thought someone was in there, and you were open. Don't spin a tale that isn't true.

My sweet kitty passed away in my arms in the early morning hours of Easter. I was alone, distraught, and had no idea what to do with her remains. I had called the emergency vet to ask about my options and was quoted a pretty high price for cremation. Originally, I was going to take her there because I thought it was my only option on Easter. I read some of the reviews for Family Forever when I woke up a few hours later and saw that they answered on holidays, so I tried them just to see. The price Mike quoted was lower and I was grateful that they would collect a fur clipping and a paw print for me, because after a few hours I was afraid to look at her under the towel. I could have paid $100 for the holiday drop off, but Mike told me how to keep her body for an appointment 24 hours later on Monday. The price was considerably less than that quoted at the emergency vet. The drop off was simple and her ashes were ready for me to pick up 48 hrs later. They were returned to me in a beautiful wooden box. The paw print mold was in a nice velvet bag with a little stamp of her sweet nose too. Mike was caring, respectful, and clear through the whole experience.I am very grateful to have found Family Forever Pet Cremation to help me through the final tasks of this devastating loss.

Recently, we lost a pet while on the road for a major family move. Our poor Kitty was old and ill and didn't make it during our cross country drive. Mike went above and beyond for my Caesar. From the first phone call, I just knew in my heart that he was genuine and would take the best care in my big lap puppy. Caesars passing was a big shock and instant, but Mike made sure I felt comforted and supported through the whole process. Tammy was wonderful during this hard time, my baby boy passed late Friday night and she was there in an hour to help us with their services. I never knew such wonderful care existed but she was more than willing to help us after hours. She was very thoughtful and gave us the time we needed to say our goodbyes. This is a terrible time for me and my boyfriend but I’m so grateful to have found this loving place they take everything in to consideration from the words they use to the quick process so your baby can come home. They also made sure to get us some of his precious hair, a mold of his paw print, and we’re able to get a print of his adorable little snout. They treat each pet as if it were their own. This place was great!! I lost my bunny and they made the process of getting her cremated and back to us simple and quick at a price that is much more reasonable than most places. I can’t say enough about Mike and staff at Family Forever. As we were scheduled to put down our 15 year old bulldog on Sat Feb 5th our other bulldog had a heart attack the night before and shocked our entire family. Not having it planned out and not able to use who we normally do, I googled and found Mike by the other awesome reviews. We drove to him with our guy and from the front door through the entire process was one of the best with this situation and made a horrid last few days much better knowing they would take care of it perfectly. And a few days later we got the call he was ready and all again was perfect. Sadly 3 weeks later our girl was put down and again Mike and team went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with this yucky situation. It was the saddest time for us losing 2 within weeks, but Family Forever did a wonderful job and will forever use their services when needed.

My fur baby jhoker passed on Jan.12th. I was crushed I called Family Forever Pet cremation to see what it would cost to get something like that done. Mike answered the phone and was very professional and understanding of my emotions making me talk faster than I could think. He went down the steps they do for your fur friend and the prices for it everything which was very affordable. The quickness of how fast he could get us on his schedule was amazing I called at 7am and was scheduled for a appointment at 7:30 which was great because I stay 25 minutes away. It took 3 days for the process to be complete and he called on the 3rd day for me to come take my jhoker back home. We received his ashes and this very simple but beautiful brown box , a small baggie of his fur , a print of his paw which is awesome because it the actual size of your fur baby paw and my favorite thing is a print of his nose I loved giving my boy a kiss goodnight and he would wait for them too so that touched me more than anything. I definitely would recommend this company to all my family and friends you can feel safe leaving your fur baby with them.

Bryndleigh was 8 when she passed away unexpectedly. My wife got her as a puppy but she was only in my life for about 3 years. But in that short amount of time Bryndleigh stole my heart. Loosing her was the hardest thing our family has been through. Its almost been a week now and we're still struggling trying to figure out how to adjust to her not being here. Even our other doggo Shighlough and kitty Nova haven't been the same. It's hard. She passed away about 9:30am last Sunday. We decided we wanted to have her cremated and called Family Forever. Mike was very kind and willing to walk us through the process. He even met up with us on short notice on a Sunday when most other places are only open M-F. And we were able to bring our little girl home for the last time 3 days later. We got her ashes in a beautiful hand carved box, a clipping of her fur, a clay paw print, and he was even able to get a cute little nose print. We are so thankful for Family Forever!

I was highly impressed with my experience.The owners were very nice and easy to get ahold of. I called several places on a Saturday and no answer. They picked up even on a Sat at 9:00 am. Very affordable and they go the extra step and put your fur baby’s ashes in a sealed wooden box. They also include my cats paw impression and his lil nose in a ink impression. I have used other place in the past and the quality of care was not even comparable.

I can not say enough good things about this business! I was devastated when I woke up very early Thanksgiving morning to my best friend of 11 years suffering from what I think may have been heart failure. He unfortunately passed before I could even do anything to help him. This was at 2:30 am. I didn't expect anyone to even answer the phone when I called at 3:30 am again on Thanksgiving morning. I believe is was Tammy that answered right away and told me she would come get my buddy within the hour. I was beyond grateful for the quick response and even more grateful for the care that was taken getting my 100 lb buddy from my basement to the vehicle. She was so sweet and kind and comforted me during my worst time. I got my buddy back a few days later with a beautiful nose and paw print. I highly recommend their services!

Mike and his team took such good care of my baby Monterey. From the very first phone call to picking her up from them I felt she was cared for and we were supported in our grief. I found Family Forever Pet Cremation on google in one of the worst situations, my dog had passed in his sleep and I had no clue what to do. I called Family Forever Pet Cremation and Mike answered. He was compassionate and caring. For a fee they will offer pick up services, which was extremely helpful for me. The whole process was handled with perfect care for our family and our loss. We were give a paw print, nose print and hair clipping. As well, his ashes were given in a beautiful wooden box. I have nothing but great things to report about Family Forever and their owner, Mike! Our sweet dog passed away on a Saturday morning at home and I was relieved that they were open on weekends. Mike came to our home when we asked him to later that morning and not only did he show us grace and kindness, but he also helped me console my daughter with a few kind words. We are so glad we chose Family Forever to take care of our sweet dog Emma. So thankful to have found Family Forever for my beloved Baxter's cremation. They were easily accessible and prompt in their service. Provided us with a noseprint, paw print, and a shock of fur and our kitten's remains were in a beautiful carved wooden box. I called Family Forever Pet Cremation Sunday morning at 12:30a moments after losing my best buddy Albert, he was my 5 year old beagle who was so very loved by not only myself & my kids but also those who have met him over the past several years.I was hysterically crying when I called FFPC when Mike answered the phone immediately, again it was 12:30a. He was so very kind, letting me know how sorry he was for the loss of my furchild Albert.He answered all my questions, letting me know what the process was, the cost and how long it would take to bring his remains home.I did call a few other places after I spoke with Mike, all of which were far from kind during one of the most difficult times in my life.I called Mike back Sunday afternoon to ask when I could bring Albert to him for the cremation.I set up a time for the next day. He was more kind and compassionate when I met him and his partner when I arrived. They truly went above & beyond for me &Albert i. I picked him up Friday afternoon when I was off work, he did such an amazing job that gave me the peace I needed to say goodbye to my Albert. I received a death certificate of sorts with a beautiful poem, fur clipping from Albert as well as 2 paw prints and his remains in a beautiful wooden box that is absolutely beautiful.He again expressed his sincere condolences to me & my family for our loss, letting me know that I could call him if I had any additional questions or if I should ever need help with this again.I would recommend this place for anyone who has lost a pet. Family Forever Pet Cremation went above and beyond what I excepted to receive. When my little pug passed away they sat and listened to my stories of her and looked at my pictures of her. My pug was placed in a cute wooden box , I have her paw print, fur and was surprised with her nose print. I came home and was able to set a memorial for my little Candice .

My cat passed away on the 19th and I dropped her off the same day for a private cremation. Unlike some people I didn’t sit and tell them much about my cat mostly because it’s honestly too painful to talk about her right now, but they were very nice and understanding. I came here because when I called it wasn’t expensive and they told me I’d get her ashes in a wooden urn, her paw print, and some if her fur back. I got all three of those as well as a card sent in the mail, a certificate for her with a poem, and her nose print on a card. I couldn’t be happier to have come to such kind hearted people during such a difficult time. Hopefully I won’t have to come back again for another thirteen years minimum, but if I do have to I’ll be returning here. Thank you for taking care of Cat for me.

We lost our BoJangles on July 26th. It was sudden and unexpected. I called Family Forever and was able to take him in that day. They were very understanding and made it an easy process. We picked up his ashes today.They did a wonderful job and they put him in the prettiest little box. It was also very affordable. There's a poem to frame and a paw print. My fur-baby Aries passed 2 days ago. This is the first time I’ve dealt with losing an animal. Tammy was extremely patient and compassionate with me as I was very upset. She gave my s/o and I awhile alone with Aries to say our goodbyes, we didn’t feel rushed at all, although they were closing soon. Within 2 days Mike called and let me know my baby was ready to come home. Everything we got was excellent quality. We received everything we were aware of: Her ashes - which were secure in 2 different bags & a tracking #, a clay paw print, and some fur clippings. We were also given a nose print I was not expecting, her whiskers (which i had wanted to ask about but forgot as there was a lot on my mind), and a death certificate that included a beautiful poem that definitely had me tearing up. I know my baby was in good hands there. I would recommend this place to anyone. 💙

Really wonderful team here. I was passing through the area when my dog unexpectedly passed. Not only did Mike and Eva come in on a Sunday, they had my dog back to me within a few hours so I could proceed with my trip. This place was great!! I lost my bunny and they made the process of getting her cremated and back to us simple and quick at a price that is much more reasonable than most places. I received her ashes in a beautiful wooden box along with her paw print and a ink nose print. They also mailed us a sympathy card and went the extra mile. I can’t say enough about Mike and staff at Family Forever. As we were scheduled to put down our 15 year old bulldog on Sat Feb 5th our other bulldog had a heart attack the night before and shocked our entire family. Not having it planned out and not able to use who we normally do, I googled and found Mike by the other awesome reviews. We drove to him with our guy and from the front door through the entire process was one of the best with this situation and made a horrid last few days much better knowing they would take care of it perfectly. And a few days later we got the call he was ready and all again was perfect. Sadly 3 weeks later our girl was put down and again Mike and team went above and beyond to make us feel at ease with this yucky situation. It was the saddest time for us losing 2 within weeks, but Family Forever did a wonderful job and will forever use their services when needed.

My fur baby jhoker passed on Jan.12th. I was crushed I called Family Forever Pet cremation to see what it would cost to get something like that done. Mike answered the phone and was very professional and understanding of my emotions making me talk faster than I could think. He went down the steps they do for your fur friend and the prices for it everything which was very affordable. The quickness of how fast he could get us on his schedule was amazing I called at 7am and was scheduled for a appointment at 7:30 which was great because I stay 25 minutes away. It took 3 days for the process to be complete and he called on the 3rd day for me to come take my jhoker back home. We received his ashes and this very simple but beautiful brown box , a small baggie of his fur , a print of his paw which is awesome because it the actual size of your fur baby paw and my favorite thing is a print of his nose I loved giving my boy a kiss goodnight and he would wait for them too so that touched me more than anything. I definitely would recommend this company to all my family and friends you can feel safe leaving your fur baby with them.

I was highly impressed with my experience.The owners were very nice and easy to get ahold of. I called several places on a Saturday and no answer. They picked up even on a Sat at 9:00 am. Very affordable and they go the extra step and put your fur baby’s ashes in a sealed wooden box. They also include my cats paw impression and his lil nose in a ink impression. I have used other place in the past and the quality of care was not even comparable.

My sweet Shorty died suddenly on 7/5. I email the website at 4:30 in the morning and got a response right away. Mike was super caring to us. I never want anyone to go through the pain of losing a pet, but if you do have to, please go with Family Forever.

I can not say enough good things about this business! I was devastated when I woke up very early Thanksgiving morning to my best friend of 11 years suffering from what I think may have been heart failure. He unfortunately passed before I could even do anything to help him. This was at 2:30 am. I didn't expect anyone to even answer the phone when I called at 3:30 am again on Thanksgiving morning. I believe is was Tammy that answered right away and told me she would come get my buddy within the hour. I was beyond grateful for the quick response and even more grateful for the care that was taken getting my 100 lb buddy from my basement to the vehicle. She was so sweet and kind and comforted me during my worst time. I got my buddy back a few days later with a beautiful nose and paw print. I highly recommend their services!

Glad I chose this place to cremate my dog and it took only a couple days to take him home I was able to finally have him close to me again in a beautiful box along with some fur clippings and his paw and nose printing.

I called Family Forever Pet Cremation Sunday morning at 12:30a moments after losing my best buddy Albert, he was my 5 year old beagle who was so very loved by not only myself & my kids but also those who have met him over the past several years.I was hysterically crying when I called FFPC when Mike answered the phone immediately, again it was 12:30a. He was so very kind, letting me know how sorry he was for the loss of my furchild Albert.He answered all my questions, letting me know what the process was, the cost and how long it would take to bring his remains home.I did call a few other places after I spoke with Mike, all of which were far from kind during one of the most difficult times in my life.I called Mike back Sunday afternoon to ask when I could bring Albert to him for the cremation.I set up a time for the next day. He was more kind and compassionate when I met him and his partner when I arrived. They truly went above & beyond for me &Albert i. I picked him up Friday afternoon when I was off work, he did such an amazing job that gave me the peace I needed to say goodbye to my Albert.
