My dog recently passed away unexpectedly. In the past we have always had a home burial for our pets, but as we age did not want to risk our health creating the grave. I called a handful of pet cremation service providers and just talking to Julie over the phone put me at ease. Julie was wonderful to talk with, and she connected me with Kira (sorry if spelled wrong) who as well was just as wonderful. They worked with me the same day and made arrangements for me to bring my dog to them the next morning. I let them know I could not bring myself to see his body, so they handled his body with care and asked if I wanted to stay in my car even. Death is not an easy thing to deal with and the way Julie and Kira made me feel was a nice change. I have already told my husband that I will be using these services when any of our other pets pass away. Now just to wait to bring my little buddy's ashes home to have with me for the rest of my time here on Earth. Thanks again for everything you have done.

My chihuahua died and we took her here and the people there took care of her I had her Cremated and what I ordered was absolutely beautiful I have her sitting on my coffee table and all decorated with lights wish I could send a picture to show you

Wilson St Pierre did a wonderful job with both my mother’s and father’s services. From the pre planning they did with mom and dad to their attention to detail care after their passing. In such difficult times it’s nice to have such high quality service. We will be pre planning our services with Wilson St Pierre so our family doesn’t have to worry about those things. I wish I could give this company 100 stars my dog passes away lastnight and with in two hours of her passing they was at my house picking her up the gentleman that picked her up was very professional and treated her like she was a member of my family today we had to go to the funeral home to discuss what we wanted and the lady was also very professional and let us pick out everything we wanted and didn't try to upsell anything I obviously hope to never need this service again but I would definitely use them again if it is ever needed

On June 1, 2021, we lost our Mother unexpectedly after a few days illness. She was 90 years old and loved by many. We six siblings were so full of grief and the folks at Wilson St Pierre Funeral Services helped us through the sad process. They carefully directed us as we chose the casket, flowers, videos, pictures, and burial site.None of us were prepared for this duty, but Capri and Paul went far beyond any expectations. Mom's birthday was September 5 and I received a note of encouragement from them. This was such a warm extension of their caring and attention they provide.I highly recommend their services to anyone who wants those extra details from a professional group.

Sadly we have miscarried three beautiful children. Wilson St Pierre Funeral Services has provided to us a wonderful service for our three babies. They treated us with compassion, dignity and professionalism. They also made the process very easy for us. Wilson St. Pierre went above and beyond the call of duty for our family. Brian was incredibly respectful and attentive during the funeral planning process, and the services created positive memories for us in the celebrations of the lives of our loved ones. Kristen did a wonderful job memorializing our loved ones in the designing of a beautiful headstone. The whole staff was patient and sincere during every step of an emotional process, and their expertise eased us of much of the stress that comes with the loss of family members.

It was a great comfort to us that they carried the burden of the details while we mourned the loss. Lori and the all the staff were very professional and caring at Wilson St. Pierre Funeral Services and Crematory during our families time of grief with the loss of our beautiful mom. I was impressed with each one of the staffs individual expertise to the smallest detail that Lori and her staff completed. Diane took great care of the pictures we sent her of mom and family on displaying them on a beautiful screened tribute. With the loss of someone close, it was a blessing to have great people in charge that you could trust while your heart is grieving and your mind is having a hard time trying to focus properly. All the people that were involved in both my parents services took time to help all my family not only prepare for the services but also cared after the services. They called and texted to insure all was well. They provided me with support numbers if needed. However, they promised me a fingerprint for my dad and I never got it due to their own machine not working right and their negligence on noticing. Something I'll never get back either. Be sure to make sure they get it before it's too late.

After I provided a beautiful urn for my husband, they delivered his remains in a plastic bag and cardboard box. This was not the way this was suppose to happen. Very disappointed and especially in the resolution.
