I couldn't ask for more care and compassion when setting up my father's funeral. The staff is so good at putting people at ease. They helped me through every step from planning to the service and even following up after. I am the mother of a loved one that we just lost. The staff helped to ensure I was included in the decision Process. I will support this business to show my appreciation. I highly recommend Genda Funeral Home. My loved one had a lot of facial injuries. They did an amazing job, you couldn't tell anything had happen to him. We were able to have an open casket.

Mark and staff are always professional, while being wonderfully caring and attentive to the smallest details. Their compassion and kindness during the planning and carrying out of funeral services makes those dark days more bearable. This is our family's 2nd experience with Genda, and I wouldn't use anyone else in the Frankfort area.
