Highly recommend and will be a repeat customer in the distant future. They were so caring and helpful throughout the process .I would also recommend pre planning with them so when the time comes and your emotions are high you don't need to think about logistics . Dawn is so kind and helpful and thier vet Dr.King went above and beyond . She was incredibly flexible with timing and communicated so much more than she had to and showed how much she cared , it was exactly what I needed . When the time comes it's nice to know they've got you covered and will make this incredibly tough time easier with compassion and care for both you and your fur baby . After 19 years together , having smooth passing was appreciated, Thank you ❤️

Dawn was highly caring and helpful when we had to put our dog down. She and her team give 110% to their work and try to adjust to work schedules and needs. They are very informative with what they offer and have many options when it comes to products. They have very nice boxes and memorabilia for your pet and we were not disappointed at all! This is a very caring, transparent, and clean facility compared to others in this area.Dawn and her team want to make a difference in pet aftercare, and it shows. Thank you for making everything perfect so that Max will be remembered for many years to come.

I was really impressed with how much the owner cared about you and your pet. She made me feel at ease and I am so glad I chose them. The services after all that were really reasonable. Thankyou Dawn for going out of your way to make me happy and caring. We will miss our Sophie.

One of worst days of my life was when I lost my friend Layla. She was more to me than just a pet, she was family! Her entire life she made owning her the easiest it could be! No owner ever had a better pet! The morning she passed away I was devastated and Nature's Way helped me get through it. No way could I have dealt with her body without their help. I have two remaining dogs and there won't be a google search next time, I will be calling them.

We were bereft when our sweet dog died right after Christmas. Our vet recommended someone else for cremation, but Natures Way had better reviews. I called both places and was really impressed with Dawn. We did not do all the “bells and whistles”, so it was a little cheaper than the posted prices. Our daughter had a really hard time and Dawn was so caring and gave us plenty of time to say goodbye.Other places I looked at online had horror stories of not getting their pet back and that would never happen here. Our paperwork and pet were labeled with a barcode, so they can keep track of everything.Thank you, Dawn, for making a difficult situation easier to bear.

My mother in law's cat, Jelly, passed away today and we called to get some help with taking care of her arrangements. Dawn was so incredibly kind and caring and immediately came over to help us get everything handled. She was so sweet and helpful in my mother in law's time of grief and helped me work through the process of getting everything taken care of. It's so nice to have someone handle the hard parts of a pet's death with such gentleness and kindness and I am beyond grateful for what she does.

Would highly recommend this business for your pet's aftercare considerations. Dawn and her team were so kind, caring and professional in handling our dog's cremation. They really cater to allowing you to say goodbye to your pet in a way that suits your needs. Her love for animals truly shows in how she cares for her clients and the products she offers. Fort Wayne desperately needed this pet aftercare business.

I have known Dawn professionally for several years. When it came the time that my beloved Rampage parted ways with us, I had such peace knowing where his remains would go. Dawn and her staff treat each pet as if it was their own and with integrity. I was so surprised at how beautiful and thoughtful everything was when he came back to me.

I had taken my baby Gizmo to the emergency veterinary clinic not expecting not to bring him home he had heart failure..I had found my Gizmo at 2 months old he was a feral kitten took a week to catch him with many cans of tuna ..He was so beautiful and after time he became so loving and sweet so happy that I was able to show him love andgive him a home ..Nature's Way did everything so respectful and took care of my Gizmo with kindness and respect.I am so glad now I decided to have Gizmo cremated and home with his family this is the only home he knew & family he ever knew ..So thankful for the services that Nature Way offers for our pets gives us a way to say to bye in a kind and loving way ....they are our family members..Thank You Natures Way.Debra W
