Our vet told us it would cost $500.00 to creamate our dog who died Christmas morning. Which of course we don't have an extra $500 laying around, who does? I found Burns and they offered the EXACT SAME thing for $225 (individual creamation, paw print, little urn, and hair clipping if you wanted) It was so reasonable I thought there was a catch. However there was not. Not only were they so nice and understanding I was able to bring him straight in and they said it would be only a day before we got him back. I will be forever greatful for the man that helped us! Thank you so much.

Sadly my senior fluff friend passed on a Sunday evening. When I called, an answering service answered. 5 stars to them and the patience of the lady who took down all my info in between all my sobs. 5 stars to the man who called back and set up an appt with me an hour later to drop off my furry friend. It gave a sense a relief that she wouldn’t just be lying around home while I waited for normal business hours. Yes there’s a charge, but it was worth it knowing my dog would have been taken care of in professional hands. 5 stars and some extra to Andrew who met us there. He is kind, professional, let me sob when I needed to, gave an ear when I talked about my pet, laughed with me about her, and was overall helpful in the whole process. I felt apologetic since my pet started to smell towards her rear end even tho we got there within 3 hrs of her passing- and I was assured that everything was fine and it wasn’t a problem. I didn’t get a disgusted face but got kindness instead. 5 stars to Heather who gave me a tissue when I thought my tears were going to fall silently. She is kind when returning your pets’ remains back to you. This whole place knows when to smile when you want to see it and compassionate when you need it.And 5 stars to the paw print they made me. It depicts my friends paw true to form. Including the fur that would grow incredibly fast on her grinch style paws. And forewarning, don’t read the poem. Altho meant to be kind, it’s very heartbreaking all over again. Thank you Burns service for making this hard time easier than what it would have been.I’ll miss you everyday, Iggy. I’m glad I was your human for the past 14 years.

Our sweet 14 yr old dog passed away yesterday morning and I called Burns as soon as they opened. We took him in an hour later and the boys there were so sweet, caring and respectful (I didn’t get their names sadly). They were helpful and wonderful during this sad time. We can’t thank them enough for the sincerity and care they bestowed on us.

Andrew was caring, compassionate and thorough in assisting with the cremation of my neighbor's cat.Very reasonable cost of $225 for private cremation and return of remains in a tin, a nice, neat, small clipping of fur and a paw print in clay.I highly recommend, as Andrew sat down with me one-on-one to obtain all of the details and preferences and was very kind and nice.Thank you for your help!
