absolute best experience we could have had. Ron sat with us for over an hour just to talk and make sure my husband and I were okay. We didn’t even have to make an appointment, we had called last minute and he squeezed us in. Our pup meant the absolute world to us, and Ron took very good care in making sure we had everything we needed in his sudden passing. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!

Ron took an unbearable situation, and made it a time of love and remembrance for our pup Harley, who he called our "Baby" from the beginning. He made us feel at ease, and was so kind and understanding about our loss. We talked about family, and he was concerned about Harley's fur-sister, and how she may be sad for a bit, and keep Harley's stuff for her to smell. I relate this because it made us feel that he really cared about us and our "Baby". The time he takes to make little remembrances also was above and beyond. Just wonderful. We were all sad on the way to pick Harley up, but the ride back from Faithful Friends in Passing was so much better because of Ron. Thank you, sir.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful!!The selection of memorabilia is just outstanding... they were super accommodating to meet around my schedule... significantly less expensive than the price the vet offered...Patient & kind; Ron’s understanding & sensitivity towards my grief was such a comfort! I just can’t type enough kind words to express my gratitude!!In life, my baby was about 80 lbs ... too heavy for me to carry.... he took care of everything for me!We are blessed to have this business- to have this family - in our community!!

Very pleased with this service. They went above and beyond what we had anticipated. Having always used a pet cemetery, this was our first time using cremation as an option, and I was a bit uneasy about it. We knew we made the right choice when we met with the owners.

They were so understanding and wonderful with us during our time of grief. The package they prepare is so thoughtful, and their selection of urns is wonderful. The pricing was more than fair and we are so grateful for them to help us pick the right resting place for our Anya.We picked a lovely resin cat urn that we could keep her collar on, and we placed the given paw print mold and the fur next to it. She's now resting right in her window spot where she belongs. Thank you Faithful Friends.

Our baby Radio/Bubby had been in our family for 17 years. She was the patriarch of the entire family. She was loved by so many people. We are still finding it hard that she is not with us. She passed on September 29th. Ron and his son were spectacular with our girl. Her remains will be distributed among the family. I really appreciated the plaster paw print, clippings from her fur and tag. You are amazing Ron.Kimberly and Marshall Jost.

Totally caring and professionally operated service. When we unfortunately lost our fur baby Bear we called and left a message. Within a few minutes the owner called and first off shared his condolences with my wife and I then explained the options that we could choose from in Rememberence and respect for Bear. Ron and Jodi always provide amazing care for our babies, fur and scaley alike. They make time for us to leave our babies with them, regardless of the time of day. The little memento boxes they make for you with the pawprint and fur clippings shows they care about you and your baby, too. Losing our sweet Mocha May was a first for me as an adult ... incredibly hard than I ever imagined. Mr. Ron’s care, compassion, and willingness to listen and answer all my questions made for a pleasant experience and helped put my mind at ease. I cannot express enough my gratitude for him respecting all of my wishes, and really letting me take charge of the process as he guided me.I also find it incredibly honorable that he has selflessly made himself and business available 24/7 during this COVID-19 pandemic — staying every day and night at his shop since the Governor’s stay-at-home order so Families like mine have access to this service, allowing us to go through the grieving process without additional external stressors further complicating the situation.I am a customer-for-life, and highly recommend Faithful Friends in Passing. We called right after having to put our dog to sleep this past weekend to schedule services for her. I spoke to a guy (assume the owner) on the phone. He said they couldn't pick her up due to needing to carry her down stairs at the vet's office & not having staffing to do so. He pretty rudely said we would need to go back to the vet's office & get her to bring her to their business if we wanted to use their service. We had just completed the devastating process of saying goodbye to our much loved pet & the thought of having to go back & then transport her there & go through the whole goodbye process again was horrible. Just the lack of compassion during the call made me decide to use a different service.

Ron did an amazing job for me. I lost my beloved "Dapheny" on August 20,2017, a sunday , Ron had made special arrangements to accomadate my needs. He showed so much care and compassion not only for me but also for Daph. When he got everything finished he even took his own time to drive half way to meet me to pick Daph up! (I live in seymour) I would advise anyone who experiences the loss of their furry baby to put trust and confidence in Ron. Ive since found a new companion and I plan to leave everything to Ron when the time comes.
