Very compassionate and wonderful service. Sarah walked us through step by step what was to happen in euthanizing our cat. Luna was 10 years old and asthmatic. She was in day three of an asthma attack and i could not afford another $2000 in oxygen and steroid injections.the package, you will receive: your loving pets nose print,paw print, clay paw print, hair, death certificate, and of course, a beautiful wooden box urn. Sarah Corben came by my house with almost no notice to relieve my cat Luna of her suffering. I will always be grateful to Sarah and how kind she was to me and my family during our hard time. We had a military German Shepherd that we had to be put down on veterans Day this year and we wanted to bring him home. The people at Loyal and True was so compassionate with us. They gave him the honor he deserved and we are so grateful to this people and can't say enough great things about them. They have even checked on us every week letting us know they are still thinking about us. If we have to put one of our fur babies down again we will most certainly be using them. I have never met so many caring people this kind of situation as these people are can't praise them enough.

When our Simba passed suddenly we were an absolute wreck. We had to scramble around to figure out what all we needed to do. Thankfully Loyal and True was so understanding and handled the whole process giving us so much grace. They treated my oldest friend with all the care and respect I could ever ask for. Honestly if i could give more then 5 stars I would. When you loose your pet it is one of the hardest times to go through. Making that final decision to let them go in peace. I have used Loyal & True Pet Cremation for most of my animals. They are absolutely amazing and so understanding. If you ever need anything or have questions. They are with you through it all. Even after they have returned your pet. I will continue to use them always. They still check in and it’s been about a month since my senior kitty passed away at 17. Thank you. Loyal and True has taken care of two of my babies. I’m only giving four stars instead of five because the crew that was handling the gurney lost control of it while entering the building. Which caused my deceased dog to almost fall to the ground. Luckily, my dad was right there to assist and caught her. It was an accident, but it’s not something I like to have stored in my memory on a day like that. They are very compassionate and they care about post-mortem care with your fur babies. I would use them again.

On 1/4/2023 Dr. Candace from Lap of Love came to our home and helped our boy, Jake cross over the Rainbow Bridge. She then took him to Loyal & True and they took great care of Jake. It broke my heart when the package came with his urn and all. Thank you Loyal & True for all that you do. For our beloved pets AND for us too!Jake's brother passed 7 months before and we had used a different place. But, I asked if I could have a nameplate to put on Tank's wooden urn too. Even though he wasn't taken care of there.. they're making him one and I'm picking it up today! I absolutely love everyone here. I had a house fire and tragically lost all of my fur babies. 3 dogs and 2 cats. I didn’t have the funds to get them cremated and this amazing place went ahead and cremated all of them for me and within 3 days all of my babies were back with me. Everyone here was so sympathetic and one of them was even in tears with me as I told them about all my amazing babies. I will definitely be using them any time I need that service from now on.

Loyal and True has taken care of two of my babies. I’m only giving four stars instead of five because the crew that was handling the gurney lost control of it while entering the building. Which caused my deceased dog to almost fall to the ground. Luckily, my dad was right there to assist and caught her. It was an accident, but it’s not something I like to have stored in my memory on a day like that. They are very compassionate and they care about post-mortem care with your fur babies. I would use them again.

Our English Mastiff passed away recently. We found out about Lap of Love a couple years ago and called them. They would have came out and assessed her quality of living but she passed in the early morning hours. They called me back and said they used Loyal and True Pet Crematory and they could schedule for them to come get her or I could call them myself. Since I no longer needed them to come and assess her I just called Loyal and True to come and pick our baby girl up. They were so kind and compassionate. They were careful when moving her. We asked if we could send her bed and they said of course and cremated her on her bed. Just the best experience in such bad circumstances. I can't say enough about them. Their pricing is very reasonable and if you don't need the doc to come to the house from Lap of Love then it is approximately 250 dollars cheaper. The urn, bag that ashes were in, name plate, and certificate were a nice touch. We did not get any hair like some have mentioned here but I am sure if we asked they would have done it for us. Urn is so well made and very pretty wooden box. The paw print was in the velvet bag and I pulled it out and when I did it ripped a little. I then found the card in the bag that says to leave it out to air dry for 48 to 72 hours. Well, I wish I had seen the card first...LOL But, it's still beautiful and we are so grateful for their caring and professional attitude! Thank you all so much for being there for us animal lovers!

Before finding this wonderful amazing service we had our pets taken somewhere else that only gave us a vary plain pine box. Going to this place now for our second animal my fur baby son I personally got to go through the process of arrangements. They give you time to say your goodbyes even moving your furbaby to a small viewing room which inside they have a tray with small baggies and scissors so you can get fur from your fur baby to take home that day. They have a few plans you can choose I chose the plan of getting a very very nice Oak(?) box that they once cremated him they put him in it.I also was given a metal name tag to put on the box myself as well as a paw print in a sorta soft clay. Finally they give you a folder with there card, your loved ones name and date of death on a death certificate, a poem that will bring you to tears, a paper on the pet lover's code and finally they give you information on how to make a tribute to your loved fur baby. Everyone is so kind and understanding about how much your pet means to you. I was even given a pamphlet about a grief group just for pet parents that is completely free. This amazing place will be where I'll go from now on

On 1/9/20, we had to let our Sweet Maggie go. We used Lap of Love Hospice who in turn took our girl to Loyal & True. When I went to our vet to pick up her remains I was very impressed by the attention to detail and respect shown towards her. First off I want to say the I didn’t deal with Loyal and True directly, but through Lap of Love. Our dear family dog, Richter, had passed away at home and we were completely devastated. It’s been a really tough couple of weeks, but when my best friend finally returned home I felt at ease.I’m writing this review because of the love and presentation that had been returned to me. We had another dog pass away over ten years ago and his remains were returned to us in just a plain box. This is the complete opposite of how Richter was returned to us from Loyal and True. First off his urn is absolutely beautiful and the etched name plate is a personal touch that I appreciate. We also received a death certificate and a folder of poems and resources on dealing with grief of a pet that has been useful. We also received a paw print in clay, but the enclosed small lock of hair blew me away. I was not expecting that and when I saw it I absolutely lost in a bout of uncontrollable grief. I think it was at that time that the true extent of all my grief came to the forefront.Thank you so much for showing my dog and my family such respect, it’s very much appreciated in such a difficult time.

Just last week we left our beloved Mr. Kitty with them for a private cremation. Our precious little Bismark crossed Rainbow Bridge on November 10th 2019. Our lives were turned upside down as we were devastated, lost and our hearts are still so broken. Through all of this Chris has been our Angel here on earth. She has been so kind, understanding and helpful during this most difficult time of our life. She helped us at first, get through the first days, then week and now almost 8 weeks, which seem like a lifetime, Chris has gone above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined to help us, and we will forever be greatful. We had our sweet boy back with us in his beautiful urn, with his footprint & snippets of hair within a couple days. Loyal and True allowed us to have Bismark’s tribute posted on the website and we can post pictures of our sweet boy and pour our hearts out, while going through our grieving process. After loosing our Lil Bravery "Brave Boy" today we already knew we would be having L&T take care of the arrangements and cremation services/products for our sweet boy. This was my daughter's pup, my GrandPup and it broke our hearts. The staff at Loyal and True has always treated me with a great deal of compassion and understanding when I have been in need of their services when I've lost a pet. They go beyond what you would expect.

Just last week we left our beloved Mr. Kitty with them for a private cremation. Not only is their service itself amazing, beautiful, and showered our lost loved one with care and respect, they did thr same with us. Their words of care and regret for our loss wasn't just a script they practice, they genuinely care. I am thankful for their service and allowing Mr. Kitty so much respect. Thank you to everyone at Loyal and True. Mr. Kitty is home with his family...where he should be, and you allowed us that.

I entrusted Loyal and True to handle the final arrangements for my family member of 22 years Amber (cat). I paid for a private cremation with certificate, paw print, decorative urn. etc. Her remains were processed the day after her passing BUT it was 3 full days later when Mike called and told me that she was cremated as a GROUP. No paw print, certificate, decorative container NOTHING !!!!!!. Of course it was a mistake.. So I paid for the BEST service they offer with YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AND CARING and I get NOTHING except a full refund. and I"m sorry. What about disrespect and negligence. I would hope that anyone reviewing my experience with this business would reconsider entrusting them with one of their family members.

I was very impressed by the professionalism that this company had shown. The urn, hair clippings, poems, death certificate and paw print definitely touched my heart. I want to thank all the staff for going above and beyond what other companies would have not done.

Our precious little Bismark crossed Rainbow Bridge on November 10th 2019. Our lives were turned upside down as we were devastated, lost and our hearts are still so broken. Through all of this Chris has been our Angel here on earth. She has been so kind, understanding and helpful during this most difficult time of our life. She helped us at first, get through the first days, then week and now almost 8 weeks, which seem like a lifetime, Chris has gone above and beyond anything we could have ever imagined to help us, and we will forever be greatful. We had our sweet boy back with us in his beautiful urn, with his footprint & snippets of hair within a couple days. Loyal and True allowed us to have Bismark’s tribute posted on the website and we can post pictures of our sweet boy and pour our hearts out, while going through our grieving process. We can’t say enough wonderful things about Loyal & True, the services they offer and the love we’ve received from Chris. We will most definitely refer you to others. God bless all of you! After loosing our Lil Bravery "Brave Boy" today we already knew we would be having L&T take care of the arrangements and cremation services/products for our sweet boy. This was my daughter's pup, my GrandPup and it broke our hearts. Jane & Chris took the time and presented our sweet boy so nicely for his last farewell and explained everything thoroughly and sympathetically.
