I recently used their pet services. I could not have been more pleased with their caring approach in handling my cherished pet. The onsite process was easy and made the difficult situation so much more bearable. I would definitely recommend their services. Thank you!

We used their pet services, and the facility is very warm and professional, the staff is very kind and understanding especially during a time of heartbreak for our family. Thank you for making a bad situation more bearable.

It's odd to write a review for a place you wish you didn't need to use. But they were so fantastic to work with that I feel I have to. We've had several family memorials there but until recently I hadn't been in the position to work with their staff directly. I can't say enough good things. They are kind, compassionate, and professional. We had a bit of an unconventional service and they were very accommodating.

This is a really nice place, if your needing cremation done on your loved ones or even your pet! After having our baby girl for fifteen years, we just had to give her to God! We came here to Dieters, for cremation of her and it was sooo special & soo nice for what they did for us! They let us pick out the box to have her ashes in, they even included a paw print of our baby as well as a patch of her hair! It wasn't something we expected, and it added to the touch with her! We thank you sooo much for your friendless and compassion for our loss... We also was able to stand in a room and say our last goodbyes to her for as long as we needed! Truly was a nice goodbye for us for her!!!! We thank you from our hearts, for what you did! Definitely recommend them if your looking for what we needed. Great place!

We had our funeral and visitation here, the staff were so friendly and helpful, they went above and beyond our expectations. The facility was excellent too, we were able to host a video slideshow (which Deiters helped put together) and numerous poster boards.I could not recommend Deiters any higher

Madison was amazing at guiding us through this incredibly difficult process. Losing a loved one is never easy and can be incredibly tough for so many different reasons. Madison helped calm me from the very first phone conversation. She scheduled us quickly and the moment I met her, I knew I was in good hands and so was my loved one. Madison was professional yet incredibly human and kind and understanding. She handled all aspects so well, just so helpful for what we were going through. It isn’t something I want to go through again but I know that if I need to, Madison and Deiters will be where I choose.
