We lost 2 dogs to cancer in the last 3 months. Our Tommy is buried in the yard but our Lola passed after the ground was frozen solid. I honestly didn’t know what to do until we found this place. Unlike other places, they care to help people for such an affordable donation. Then on top of that they were very kind and empathetic. I really appreciate everything! 🫶

I am so thankful this place exists and helps people cremate their pets. They were so kind, compassionate and empathetic. It meant the world to us. I could not be more grateful to this company. We took our chihuahua’s remains in on Saturday morning and her ashes were ready on Monday for pickup.They say Free* because they asked for a small donation to a pet charity in exchange for the service.RIP Roxy Babygirl 10/31/2010 to 5/18/2024

On March 28th we had to say goodbye to our beloved 3 yr old Corgi Wilson. I found this place via google search. When we got there we were taken straight back to a room. Being not in the right mindset I didn’t pick out an urn that day but was told I could at pick up. They gave us time to say more goodbyes and the lady gave me a hug. At pick up I picked out an ur. And gathered his prints and ashes. The gentleman who helped me had me crying all over again. These people are wonderful in time of sadness. While waiting I notice Dory in the fish tank and took it as a sign to just keep swimming. Thank you for taking care of Wilson and being so fast to getting him back home. I can’t thank you enough for the kindness

I, honestly, cannot say enough good things about this place. Not only are they doing this service for free (while others can cost $200+), they only ask for a donation so they can give it to a pet charity and give back to the community! I mean who does such a wonderful thing!?!?!? They are professional, caring, patient, and understanding. Wow, our family is speechless at how nice this is. I can only give them a 5 star rating because the rating scale only goes that high. In my book though, I give them a 100 stars out of 5. Thank you for doing what you do.

Thank you so very much assisting my family and I with our baby girl Zuri. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND CARE CREMATION CENTER JOHN WAS VERY NICE,ACCOMMODATING,VERY HELPFUL,PASSIONATE AND THE CENTER AND STAFF WAS VERY WELCOMING VERY NICE!!!!! ZURI WAS IN GREAT CARE. Just found out when picking our puppy ashes up that they not only pets do they service pets but humans. GOD BLESS YOU JOHN AND STAFF THANK YOU AGAIN FOR EVERYTHING MY FAMILY AND I YES IS IS VERY VERY PLEASED!!!!

They took us in late on a Saturday after tragedy struck from a drunk driver who hit and killed our dog unexpectedly in her own yard. They were very sympathetic and did a beautiful job preserving the memory of our precious girl. Highly recommend this facility and their prices make it so you can really afford to handle the loss of your loved one humanely.

This place is awesome, caring, and compassionate with our pet. We just had the difficult discussion to put out pet down 03/29. And we used this place. Everyone was great!! Thank you, thank you for being so understanding, and helpful. I would recommend this place to EVERYONE!!!!

Sending a special Thank you to At Care Cremation in Romeoville IL. I highly recommend their services. They treated Winston with dignity and care. The facility is immaculate, and the staff is compassionate. The best part is that they use the donation money, collected for service, to assist local pet shelters to give other furbabies a fighting chance.

My little passed at home the evening before the 4th of July. Knowing that most vets would be closed I called this number I found on google. This place is amazing. The facility is very nice, the owners are big dog lovers and the prices are unbelievable, best of all they do this service for donations to help animals.

First of all on google it states they are open 24 hours for secure pet drop off and when I called yesterday they told me that they close at 7pm and that they will reopen at 7am. Dissapointed since they it states on google 24 hour but ok whatever strike one. When I called this morning to drop of my pet for cremation guy picks up the phone and tells me.... Yea I won't be there till 8 I said we'll the kid yesterday told me you open at 7. He said yea well I won't be there till 8 strike 2. I said we'll that sucks cause I was doing it on my way to work. He then told me we'll you don't have to take your pet here stike 3. Once he told me that I knew that these guys don't care about your pet and how they may be cremated spend the extra money and go to someone responsible and reputable I can see why it's 50 bucks because they don't give a.... about your loved pet. Beware they don't care how they treat you look at the three star review no wonder they only have a few reviews probably friends and family.

I had to bring my beloved pet here because I could not afford veterinary cremation, however I believe this was a better overall experience for such a tough situation. They return calls as soon as possible and they are very patient and understanding, you are given 60 days to claim your pet's ashes. All staff interactions were kind and careful, it is clear they all have a lot of experience with these situations and do not lack empathy. If you are ever unfortunate to need their low cost or free services, I cannot recommend them enough.

Brand new facility that is beautiful, clean and the staff were all so caring, considerate and understanding. They made a very difficult process, much easier for us. Could not ask for a better experience from them for the situation we will all be going through if in need of their services.

My boy Jett passed the Sunday before Thanksgiving. Although the owner had left the facility, he had his son meet us there.Very professional. Individual cremation certificate and nice temporary urn containing his ashes sealed and tagged.

I strongly suggest Free Pet Cremation to anyone that loses a pet. They are very professional personable and discreet. They took my call early in the morning and we're at my home when promised. The van and all equipment used was very clean. I used a different company in the past. I wish I would of known about this company before.
