Our beautiful Lucy of 16 years passed away and even though we knew her time was limited we were still devastated. We knew we wanted to cremate her but had no idea where to go… we called Faithful Friends and spoke with Elizabeth who was so kind and understanding. When we met with her she was truly the same and even more. We can’t say enough about her and Faithful Friends. We highly recommend Faithful Friends and will use them again .

We called on Faithful Friends to take care of our cat Little Man. They were very kind and sympathetic and walked us through everything over the phone and then in person when we arrived. We were able to pick out an urn for him from the lovely ones they had available there. We left him in their care around 1pm and were able to pick up his ashes in the urn the following morning which brought us much comfort. We worked with Kristen who was professional, compassionate and sincere. Faithful Friends went above and beyond my expectations and we will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I truly cannot say enough about this place and the owner. Our dog was declining rapidly from liver cancer. We knew we had to figure out the logistics of how this works. My husband called one afternoon, and they were extremely kind. They talked us through everything and answered any questions we had. I will forever recommend this place to everyone. Putting down our dog was the most difficult thing I’ve had to do, and you guys made it just a bit easier. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts!

They were very caring during my time! They have been there three of my dogs passing over the last 3 years! They took the time I needed to take! Thank you for giving me good memories of my fur babies crossing the rainbow bridge for the last time

We had a long time dog of ours pass away at home and Faithful Friends were there to accommodate us with his cremation. They were extremely kind and professional. They got us in last minute and made our grieving process much easier.

They made the process as easy and manageable as possible for a difficult situation. They were reasonably priced with lots of options to tailor the experience for what we wanted. Would very strongly recommend using their services if you need them. I don’t recommend very many places, check my history, but this cremation/funeral service is highly recommended and will help you when you’re in need of closure.

I am so disappointed that I was not able to catch her name, but to loose a pet that was only a baby and the pet happened to be your child's is one of the most heartbreaking things I've ever had to go through, faithful friends made this is so much easier with sincere compassion something that is so hard to find in today's world. Thank you so much for the love my daughter and I were shown today we will carry it with us during this time

Our cat passed away suddenly. Faithful friends was quick to respond and helped make us very comfortable. It was a great environment and it was super sweet how her last place was on a comfy bed with a candle lit next to her. Very reasonably priced and so many beautiful urns, key chains and other trinkets for ashes. We're very thankful for Jennifer, she was caring, compassionate and very informative with everything we talked about.

Our sweet dog jet passed away this week. Wasn't exactly sure where to take him as it happened suddenly. I called around a few places and no one got back to me. I finally called faithful friends and the lady on the phone was super sweet and understanding. She said I could bring him in right away. When we got there we were able to lay him on a cozy pet bed on a table to say our last goodbyes. Everything went really quick. It was very affordable compared to some places we looked not that money meant anything but if you are on a tight budget it was reasonable. They said they weren't very busy that week and I had a private cremation. They told us a day or 2 and I can come get his ashes. They were quick about it. They made us a clay paw print for a decent price. They also have a variety of urns and commemorative treasures. They made a certificate and put him in a decent box until I received my urn I had picked out online already. We have one more dog that is 16 and probably not far behind. I am definitely going to use them again when the time comes. If you have an animal that needs cremated I would highly recommend faithful friends! Thank you so much for taking care of our fur baby and making it easier on us.❤️❤️❤️

I only had my sweet boy a short time. He was a rescue that we soon found out he was diabetic, so he being sick sometimes wasn't a big surprise. A week shy of his first birthday he suddenly became very ill and passed the following morning. I will always remember that last morning, looking into his eyes so full of love and kissing him goodbye. I suddenly realized I had know idea what to do with him. I looked at a few crematories but for whatever reason, I wasn't pleased with what I was reading. Then I came across Faithful Friends Pet Funeral & Cremation Services and I knew I found the place for me. From the multiple phone calls to them dealing with his body, I felt at ease. They made sure I had everything I needed. I felt as though they went above and beyond to make sure my accommodations were met. And still, months later, continue to do so. Thank you, Elizabeth (and staff) for absolutely everything! Thank you so much for continuing to check in with me. And THANK YOU so so much for taking such wonderful care of my sweet Marshall.

Found my husband’s furry best friend for 10 years this morning sleeping. Called Faithful Friends just after picking him up and they were able to get us in within a couple hours for an appointment to drop off. Called us about 2/3 hours after drop off to pick up the ashes and the other items we ordered, and even through in a paper of his paw prints for free. They were so kind and compassionate, and genuinely wanted to help. Truly thankful for their services, quick response and caring demeanor.

I recently lost my hamster Mochi and this was the first place I decided to look into. I’m glad I chose Faithful Friends! Everyone I spoke with was very kind and ready to greet you with open arms. They also made sure I was okay emotionally and said they were always available if I needed to speak with someone. The price to have my hamster cremated was reasonable and cheaper than expected. I opted to spend an extra $10 however to keep a patch of her fur and whiskers. The fur and whiskers came in separate cute containers I have displayed beside the box containing her ashes. I’m also glad I was able to open the box and place some of her favorite seed mix in there with her. The woman I got Mochi’s remains from gave me a hug and made sure I was alright, we looked at the whiskers and fur together talking about how cute the whiskers were. I don’t think I could have asked for a better experience during such a difficult time. Thank you to everyone at Faithful Friends. Our pets matter to us, no matter how big or small, it means a lot to us that you take such great care with our animals, our family. Thank you for showing that you care on a personal and professional level.

The services they provided for our dog Toby was excellent. They comforted us and paid special attention to my 6 year old granddaughter who was distraught over losing her best friend. Excellent excellent.. Are some of the words that express how i feel about the services performed for my deceased puppy.. They made us feel at ease with our loss and treated our angel as if she was family in which she was.. Reasonably priced for the services and custom urns. I cant say enough but.. Thank you so very much with helping with this tough time..
