I would highly recommend using Peoria Pet Crematory Services. From start to finish, Lance was nothing short of amazing. Compassionate, empathetic and just down right friendly, made me feel like we were family and he understood how much Tara Jai meant to us. They have plenty of products to choose from; from basic to beautiful high crafted urns/wooden boxes for your beloved pet. Communication with Lance was 2nd to none and the promptness of service was amazing. If you have lost your beloved animal, I would choose Lance and the team always to assist our family with our animal.

First of all, I just want to thank Lance for being so kind and generous with his service. He was accommodating with planning the drop-off and pick-up, he really had my trust with handling my fur baby. I recommend this place to anyone who seeks great care and trust with making sure your loved one will be in safe hands.

This is not my first time saying good bye …but it was the best possible experience. the owner showed compassion and caring . i highly recommend over more expensive options i have exercised in the past. kind, caring and compassionate at such a difficult time. I will miss my girl .

Wednesday was one of the hardest days I've ever had, my cat passed away and i was torn up over it. Lance helped me with handling the arrangements and the price was very reasonable, He was very helpful, understanding and compassionate. When i picked up Kaz's ashes they even had a card written out. I would reccommend this place to anyone, who needs the service. Thank you again Lance.

Met Lance today with my puppy that passed fast and unexpectedly. Very kind person. I was a mess. But i felt ok crying there. Picking my Yoshi girl up tomorrow so she can spend forever with us. Highly recommend. And the prices are very reasonable and made it possible for us to keep our good girl close to us.

Our dog passed the morning of Memorial Day. We were able to make an appointment, drop him off and have him back home by the afternoon, even on a holiday. Lance was compassionate and accommodating. He helped to make a tough day a lot easier.

For it being after 20 years growing into who I am with that kitty cat I didn’t realize just how important she was to me when she died in my arms I had Already made arrangements and Peoria pet crematorium. The only comforting thing about the entire experience was when I was there the kindness and cleanliness and overall service and literal love I felt from those people Day after day somehow find it in themselves to be courteous no matter what mood they’re in understanding her grief and how important diesel animals are in our lives I don’t even know how they do it the satisfaction and respect that I left with and returned when I picked up my Bonnie and they made it even capable for me with leave her there in the first place I think honestly it was the only time I was comfortable even to this day When my booches left us. I have nothing with the utmost respect and this is the only online review I’ve ever written if there were a possible 10 stars they would get it thank you from the bottom of my heart truly.

We had a 10:30 app't at our vet for euthanasia, I called ahead, spoke to Jamie to make arrangements. Met Lance and Bruce at the facility, we were treated with utmost care and compassion, and our dog's body treated respectfully. We were able to bring him home before dinner! Thanks for helping us through a difficult day!

We were very devastated over the unexpected loss of our 11 year old Yorkie. She was extremely loved and we would give anything to have more time with her. I notified them at 1 am and i cant remember if i talked to Bruce or the other gentlemen (whom i unfortunately cant remember his name at this time). He was soooo accommodating and sympathetic over my loss after i just woke him up from his sleep that night. They fit me in immediately that morning and the process was the best i could imagine it to be. I would highly recommend them to every pet owner who is suffering from the loss of their pet. 5 stars is just not enough for these guys.
