I recently went to get my Bunny Bella cremated here. Not a thing you ever want to do or look forward to doing, but the owner was very empathetic and kind. There are a lot of different options of items to choose from, and we got time to say goodbye. I really loved the additional little details added upon receiving Bella’s urn. It made me shed a few tears on my way home. Thank you so much! The process was very quick too as well as all the availability.

I brought in my guinea pig yesterday and received it today . I thank God that I came to this amazing/ beautiful place. The owner was VERY kind and patient. He mentions all the iteams we will receive. I love the planting seeds it comes with, it is so nice and kind of them to add it. What really touched my heart is the fur they put in the bag for you. They have plenty of options for urns as well, different prices which are amazing. He gave us time to say our goodbyes and even gave us time to pick out the urn . I didn’t feel rush. Perfect place to go to, very understanding and professional. The drive was an hour due to terrible traffic, I called in to let them know if I can be there 10 minutes after closing time and he was nice and kind to allow it. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you so much for making this tough time, a nice experience. I appreciate the love and care you have for pets.

My little guy just passed a couple of days ago so I decided to go here to get him cremated so I’d always have him with me. When I initially went to drop him off, Jim was very caring and thoughtful and described the services in great detail. He gave us time to say goodbye and let me know when I could pick him up. He got the ashes back to me in a timely manner, gave me a bit of fur and a really cute rainbow bridge bookmark. I cannot thank him enough for the peace he has have given me during this time. Thank you so much.

My furbaby Charris passed away and the following day I contacted Jim and that same day he picked him up and within 24hrs in Jim’s care, my baby was returned. It was such an easy and quick process. Though Jim did initially forget my necklace that I had purchased. He made things right and returned to pick up the remaining ashes to then bring my baby’s ashes back and the necklace. I would definitely recommend Jim. Thank you for your great service. May God bless you.

I wanted to take the time to thank Jim and Cypress Woods Pet Crematory for their services recently. I called Jim on short notice about the recent passing of my dog and he was very responsive and professional with the questions I had about their cremation services/process. Additionally, he was also compassionate and gave my family and I time to grieve before we said goodbye to our pet. Losing a pet is something no one likes to think about, but if ever the case, just know this is place where they will be handled with care.

Was very unsatisfied with this process. I spoke to a person on a Tuesday, and they said things would be ready on Friday. I arrive and they then tell me Monday. Well, I got a message on Friday saying to come at 9am on Saturday and I could pick up my dog. I get 2 minutes away and get a call saying that the urn didn't arrive and that I would have to wait until Monday. At this time, I had no clue that they were not going to have regular hours of operation that was never told to me. Also, after Saturday's mishap I get a text on Sunday saying I could come after 10 on Monday and someone will be there to release the remains. Once I had proof that the urn was there, I worked on getting someone there (in the mist of this the operator of the facility informed me that they were going on vacation and were boarding a plan (never provided information for the new contact). I told them I could be thereby noon and was informed that no one would be there (huge shock since hours of operation still were not given to me). Well, I attempted to call the contact shortly after my partner left at 930 to find the number going straight to voicemail. After which my partner gets there, and no one is there that could assist. Finally, hours later I got the contact information for the person who is covering for the operator. Now I have a set time for around 930 tonight. I will provide an update later on how that turns out.Overall, horrible experience. I do not recommend this business. If you do decide to use this business, make sure you get proof that your pet is 100% ready. My drive by the way is 35 minutes highway and 45-50 in the streets. Frustration is high on this.

I am a truck driver who had an accident on the road. My dog who road with me died in the accident. I was broken and had no idea how i was going to take her home to Arkansas. I reached out to Jim here late at night around 10pm. Not only did they open up late for me to drop my baby girl off, they were able to get her cremated and ready for me to pick her up the next day. Jim then sat with me talking for a few hours helping me feel better. He has my eternal gratitude.

Jim changed his night schedule for us, to accept our dog at 10pm. And he did so with such kindness and sympathy. He’s great to work with, and the turnaround time is quick. Not that we ever want to have a pet crematory in mind, but Jim’s compassion is leaving us recommending him to all the pet owners we know. We are very grateful for you, Jim! Thanks for caring so much about our fur babies.

Great service! Jim was so helpful and amazing! He helped us get through a difficult time and gave us the ability to have our family dog with us. They even went above and beyond by giving us some of our beautiful dog’s hair and some flower seeds in her honor. I definitely recommend!

My elderly cat passed early morning on Sunday, I wasn’t sure if I would be able to bring her in to be cremated anywhere on a weekend. I found Cypress Woods through a google search and they were so accommodating on very short notice. You can just feel how compassionate they are right away. I am so grateful for them and the care and empathy they have for both your beloved pet and you. My cat was my best friend and I am so happy she could return home with me so quickly after her passing, Although I hope not to have to visit Cypress Woods again for a good, long while, I would trust them with any of my fuzzy companions again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend them to anyone who has unfortunately lost their best friend. Thank you again for all you provide in such hard times 💖

My boyfriend and I lost our sweet baby dog Karma storm. 💔 I am just so blown away by how Gentle Jim was. He was so understanding and took us right away. My cat passed away recently, it was a heart-breaking moment. This happened on a Sunday and Cypress Woods was the only crematory that picked up. I was met with empathy. Jim was very helpful and gave me an appointment for almost immediately so that I could drop off my cat. He explained the process in detail without losing sight of the was sadness I was going through, it wasn't just a business transaction for him. I received my cat's ashes in a beautiful urn fairly quickly. I am grateful for all their help.

Cypress took care of Voyage with kindeness and care. It was a great relief knowing my baby was their. Voyage was picked up that sad day, She was returned in a very special way. A card was enclosed that offered word's of inspiration and a keepsafe footprint that’s was not an expectation. Voyage certification of death was enclosed, my baby now is in heaven that’s I knows. Cypress is a good place to trust will your best friends, their care and consideration was extended from the beginning to the end.

This is a great place that is very understanding about losing a pet. It is also more than fairly priced. I would recommend this place to anyone who has lost a fur baby, they have a lot of options for you to memorize you beloved pet. I would recommend that you check for proper business hours

Very caring. Wonderful customer service. I would never doubt my beloved pet would be handled any differently then I would handle her. They even picked her up for me because I couldn't bear to bring her in. They included an urn with a "rainbow bridge" quote for me. The most thoughtful, caring place I have ever laid any of my animals to rest.

Very respectful & professional during what was, & is still, a hard time. They went out of their way for me when I was having a hard time even picking up Olivia's ashes (my Great Dane). They offered to drop them off & everything was beautifully done. Never a review I wanted to have to write but after reading horror stories about other places im very grateful they didn't make a traumatic event worse but instead offered their sympathies.

Our beautiful girl sadly passed away and finding somewhere to cremate is always something that is not easy . Jim made is very easy for us and when the weather was bad he waited for us to drop and pick up our girl after our appointment hours , He also stayed in contact with us .When we picked her up there was an envelope with a card and a couple of little things but you could just tell the details they put into it they cared for her like she was their own .
