Todd at HPW was incredible from the first phone call we made when my mother died in Texas. They literally took care of every single detail, walked us through the process of what needed to be done and when. Simply incredible. They communicated brilliantly, always answered our questions thoroughly and promptly. The service itself was amazing as they stood right next to our family. My mother looked absolutely beautiful and they were very respectful. The gravesite was beautifully presented and how the huge amount of flowers made it ahead of the family still astonished us.The real mountaintop experience was when HPW drove my Mother to the farm one last time. Powerful. They were so sweet. The book they provided that was full of donations, flowers etc was just icing on the cake! Bravo HPW!!

The entire staff is amazing. After losing my mother I couldn't the believe the amount of care that we received. They made sure we were all comfortable & went above and beyond. My mother looked so beautiful and at peace all because of the talented staff.

My family lost our very beloved Shamyra we were blessed to have the team care for her. Carrie was very empathetic with our family amidst COVID-19 restrictions. From the moment I called to inquire about services, I instantly knew Hinchliff-Pearson-West was the best choice for us. Our family was treated with respect and care. We had a graveside service for my husband today. Todd helped me put it together and Kari was on hand today to make sure that it went as planned. The staff at HPW is extraordinary and I am so thankful to have had their help with Dan's funeral back in December and now his graveside service today.
