The staff at Elm Lawn are kind, compassionate, patient, and very helpful. I primarily worked with Kenn, however, when on the phone, I have also worked with other members of the staff. Kenn has helped us through this painful process and we are grateful that he has been there every step of the way. Even when we were finalizing the gravestone, Kenn would even call in Alison, one of the office ladies, and James, one of the groundskeepers, for their opinions to help us in creating the perfect memorial for our Libby.

When we had to put a loved one in his niche, Bob was the person that was assisting us and we couldn’t have asked for kinder, patient and empathetic person. Giving condolences and space to let us not only say our goodbyes and put him to rest and decorate his space. Thank you to all the staff there.

Elm Lawn Memorial Park provided an exceptionally compassionate and professional service during a profoundly difficult time as I had to say goodbye to my beloved dog of 16 years. A standout mention must go to Kenn, who went above and beyond to ensure that the burial was exactly as I wished, demonstrating not only professionalism but a genuine understanding and empathy for my situation. The care and attention to detail made my final farewell to my dog not just a mourning of loss but a beautiful send-off. I am deeply grateful to Elm Lawn Memorial Park and Kenn for making such a painful moment as peaceful and beautiful as it could possibly be.

I cannot express my gratitude enough for the extraordinary support I received from Kenn Kulpinski. The staff there are professional and caring. I worked with Wanda, not only did she assisted me with mom's interment. She also assisted me with a replacement grave marker through the VA for my dad. She was very pleasant person to work with.

Very disappointed with the upkeep and maintenance of this place. A lot of the beautiful trees are dying and not cared for or maintained. And when they fall they are not replaced. Plots from a year ago are muddy and weeds. They should be seeded or sod, watered and green in the spring and summer. I’ve been to other cemeteries where maintenance is done and respectful. Wish we had known this before selecting.

I lost two pets back to back 2 years ago and been meaning to write a review about the wonderful staff at Elmlawn . Wanda is THE absolute best !!!! Donna is absolutely wonderful as well! Mary is lovely ! I seriously don’t know what I would have done without Wanda’s help ! I was so much in shock and grief but she made all the arrangements and took care of everything!!! Both my pets were buried next to each other and she made that possible as well. She helped me every step along the way and also in picking the headstones . I’m beyond grateful to her always and forever !!! I hope she plans to be there for long long time !!!! We’re actually friends now lol :) Suji
