Pet cremation was closure for me but so hard to find an affordable service until I came across Fox Valley Pet Cremation Services. Keith handled Maya with such care and I am so blessed we found him. Bringing her home was so important to me. The urn she is in is beautiful and he even went above and beyond by including some fur, a cement paw print, a picture magnet and a beautiful letter. My beloved Doberman Pinscher Monza passed away suddenly, he wasn't sick and we had just celebrated his 11 birthday. Monza died in his favorite spot, which was in his crate. I was lost because I didn't know what to do. Monza weighed 98lbs, how was I gonna drag him out of his crate and then carry him?I googled pet cremations and Fox Valley Pet Cremation Services showed up as to what was near me, so I called.I spoke with Keith and he took the time to explain to me what was going to happen and what needed to be done. Keith said he and Grace would drive to my house and pick up Monza. When they got to my house, they handled Monza with such care, they picked him up and took him.Keith called me 3 days later to say Monza was ready to come home so I drove to pick him up.I am so thankful for them, they are the most kindest people I have ever met. Not sure what I would have done. It was a very painful and difficult moment for me but Keith and Grace made the process easier, thank you so much! I have my baby home with me now. 💙

Our German Shepherd Apollo passed away unexpectedly recently. We were at a loss as to what to or who to call. After gathering our thoughts, I called FVPCS and Keith answered the phone. I explained what had happened and he was so thoughtful and respectful of our feelings. He went on to explain how cremation services operate in our area. Very informative and quite interesting. But within a few moments, I knew we would want him to take care of our boy. He did so with such care and made us feel so comfortable with all that he did from start to finish. After a short time, Keith actually came to our home himself, and delivered our best friend back to us in a beautiful urn along with a small fur sample, paw print, and a photo. We would absolutely recommend Keith and his company to anyone that loses a pet. He truly helped us through a very difficult time.

Kieth, Sue and Grace turned one of the hardest moments of my life into something that I will always cherish and remember. They got back to us very quickly, even offering to pick up our Lilly. From the moment I met Kieth, he brought a sense of tranquility and trust that made it easier to hand over our beloved pet. They went out of their way to provide each member of our family with a clay paw print to remember Lilly by. Included with the beautiful urn we received we were provided with fur samples and ink paw stamps that will stay with us forever. Thank you for the kind words and helping us get through such a hard loss. I wouldn’t have wanted to let anyone else care for her after her passing but Keith and his family. Our dog unexpectedly passed away at home. We were then faced with what to do next and I began researching private cremation places vs. bringing her body to the emergency vet since it was a Sunday morning at this point. My son really wanted her ashes back but it was just too cost prohibitive for us to do so. He was begging and pleading but I saw no way we could afford something like that given the prices I’d been given from the vet’s office as well as other private facilities. Then I stumbled upon Fox Valley Pet Cremation. I called them and they responded right away and asked for a small bit of info and then the rest was done over text. They came out within only an hour or so to gather her body, they were so reasonably priced we were able to get her ashes back, in a beautiful urn with 5 pictures to remember her by, a clipping of her fur and a paw print keepsake to treasure as well. It was absolutely the perfect solution for such a horrible problem to have. Everything they did was with grace and they made the whole process so incredibly easy. I would recommend them to anyone and when we unfortunately find ourselves in this position again, I will use their cremation services over my vet’s office for sure.

We got Cosmo back from the funeral home today, and I can't say enough good things about Fox Valley Pet Cremation Services!!!! They came and picked Cosmo up from the house, attempted the casting mold for me (because we didn't get the chance before he died), they also included a handmade urn with 5 photos on it, a clay foot print and a lock of his fur, along with his personal remains for a Very Reasonable price. They also delivered him back to me!! I recommend them to EVERYONE! They are located in Elgin!!Cosmo- we miss you more than we can even put into words. Rest in Peace baby.

Fox Valley Cremation Services was amazing!Keith was an absolute pleasure dealing With. He cremated our beloved Family Dog Koda. He was extremely Genuine and Sympathetic. He went above and beyond with late night communications when our dog passed away one late evening. He made a bunch of Paw Prints and Fur samples as well as a beautiful Urn to Remember our Furry Four legged Friend. I can’t speak highly enough of him, and his business. Our Baby Bella passed late at night on 10/27. We called and were told we could bring her over immediately. This was such a relief. The whole process was made very easy and the respect given to Bella was above & beyond. When we received her ashes back along with a paw print and a loc of hair was such a personal touch. I received a call from my cousin who was out of the country about her dogs devastating news on a late Monday evening in Elgin. Unable to do much from afar, I was asked to help find a place who would take her angel same day overnight. As I was looking for cremation places who was open and willing to explain the process in detail with such compassion Fox Valley Pet Cremation Services was there for us. This was my first experience, Keith walked me through the process and even offered for pick up of sweet Milo while other places did not offer such services. Including, individually cremating a pet (which I had no idea places even combined pets) as well as an urn, paw print, and a fur sample. The handle, care, and professionalism was beyond expectations. Communication and transparency helped during this difficult time for my cousin. The whole process overall, I do recommend and exceeded beyond my expectations. Fox Valley PCS did an exceptional job when we lost our beloved bulldog Duke. Lost of dear Ben quite suddenly late one night in Feb. Ben became sick out of the blue...started coughing with labored breathing & a few hrs later was gone. No time to get help for drive to vet. Called Keith @Fox Valley Pet Cremation that next morning. He arrived a couple hrs later and kindly took over. He gave us time to say our goodbyes & assured my daughter that he would take good care of her dog. He made a traumatic situation bearable & peaceful. I highly recommend this man, the co and his services.

I unfortunately experienced pet loss for the first time two and a half weeks ago when my hedgehog died. Keith made this sad time as easy as possible and was quick to respond kindly to any questions or concerns I had. I was met with compassion from the moment I first reached out up until I got my pet’s ashes back and I greatly appreciated the gesture to pick up my hedgehog and also drop off his ashes at my home. While I hope I don’t have to go through this anytime soon with my other pets- I now know who I will be trusting to take care of them when the time comes.

Exceptional service! Keith at Fox Valley Pet Cremation was able to come out to my parents home an hour after our family’s dog passing. At a time of great sorrow Keith was able to arrange for our last moments with our dog of 16 years to say one last goodbye with beautiful human like memorial experience.

Keith was amazing from the moment I emailed him to the moment he dropped off our sweet mira. Even though I was all for driving and dropping her off myself because she was just a little sugar glider. He insisted to pick her up and drop her back off. And he even had her ready in great time with us being in a time crunch due to moving. Would definitely use them again
