Customer Reviews Summary
All Paws Pet Cremation has received a mix of reviews, with many customers praising the compassionate service and timely return of ashes. However, there are significant concerns regarding the quality of urns and paw prints, as well as issues with communication and transparency in pricing. Overall, while many found comfort in their services, others experienced disappointment and frustration.

They were extremely nice and understanding ❤️. We received our cat's ashes back within a few days even over a holiday. And they were by far one of the cheaper options in the area!!

There are no words to describe the absolute devastation I'm in after losing my best friend Valentino. When I contacted Mike at All Paws he comforted me and assured me that my boy would be taken care of. Everyone there was very compassionate and obviously know what our pets mean to us. My boy is now resting forever in his beautiful urn that Mike helped me picked out and is back home with me in the front bay window he loved to look out. Thank you Mike and everyone at All Paws. I highly recommend them!!!

It took me a minute to give Mike a review, and i still haven't got over our shock of loosing our dog, Fozzie. But Mike was awesome, very calm and understood what we were going through. What started off as my dog going to the vet, sent home with meds, ended up my dog passing in the middle of the night as I woke up to pee. He lived closer to me than his crematory so had us come to his house, helped me pick out the urn, and brought back Fozzie's ashes so I wouldn't have to drive extra. Even though I wished I never had to use his services, and wished myself or anyone else needed him either, I know with 3 more pups at home, the day to use him again will come up, and I will show up to him like a hot mess again, I'm sure. Thank you again Mike, sorry it took a few weeks for a review, but that is on me.

Please don’t ever call this establishment if you are in need. Spoke with them on Thursday, February 12 2024 And was told they would be there for my pet within an hour of passing.Call the next morning at 11 AM after he passed and was told that he was not in the office that day, but would pass it onto his supervisor and I would get a call back.By 5 PM I decided to call Fox Valley cremations. The most wonderful people I’ve ever dealt with after the deaths of several cats in my lifetime.I’m sure this post probably won’t ever make it to the reviews but please do not call All Paws Or their affiliates that do not respect your needs Nor do they respond

We spent hours looking for a cremation service when our dog passed away. We reached out to several places, asked questions and even drove out to some and every one gave us reason to be skeptical of how they operate. When we met Chris at All Paws, his genuine kindness and willingness to do everything in his power to ease the pain of such a heartbreaking process, we knew he would make sure everything was done right. He's a truly wonderful human being and we're grateful we found him!

Before they asked you if you wanted VIP or not.The paw print sure got way better too and the selection of urns. Way to step up your game.

Our family pet passed away peacefully at our home. The first place we called was All Paws. From start to finish our experience was amazing. Mike was very understanding and had us bring our sweet girl Lucy to their location shortly after we contacted him. We received a paw print and said our goodbyes. I would refer anyone to Mike at All Paws. There’s no words to describe how thankful we are for the experience.

Our little dog Butters passed away at home and we took him to All Paws. Chris was wonderful, kind and caring. He went above and beyond to help us through our sad journey. Thankful to meet such a nice person.

My husband and I lost our baby Peanut so unexpectedly and our hearts are absolutely shattered. I forgot to ask the vet for some of my babies hair because I was so distraught. I contacted All Paws and talked to Mike. He was beyond kind and was able to fulfill my request and they couldn't have taken care of our baby girl any better. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. 💔

Last night my oldest pup passed away around 8pm. I ended up making a phone call to all paws and left a voicemail at almost midnight. In less then two minutes Mike called me back. I told him my concern that we did not want to put our baby girl in a freezer for several days. He said let me see what I can do and I’ll call you back because tomorrow is Sunday. He called me back in about five minutes and said Brandon would be there at 7am to cremate our beautiful girl. Brandon was very understanding and extremely gentle with her. We said our goodbyes and he made us a paw print. He let me stay in the room as they put her in. One of the most difficult things I’ve ever dealt with was made much easier to deal with because of Mike and Brandon. For that my family and I will be forever grateful. Anyone having to deal with this terrible situation, all paws is a great option. Thanks again for taking care of us and our baby girl !!!

I would highly recommend the services of All Paws Pet Cremation. I have used their services for my companion animals for many years and I have always found Mike and his entire staff to be very courteous and compassionate during these very sad times. They have always shown therespect and kindness a loved pet deserves, and one knows they sincerely care about providing the best service possible at such a sad and difficult time. There is no easy way to get through the grief and sense of loss when a beloved pet passes away, but the support and compassion of the staff at All Paws is very comforting during such a difficult time.

Last month I had to say goodbye to my precious 12 year old Yellow Lab. I was presented with the option for cremation at the vet. I never had a pet cremated before so I had a ton of questions so I decided to email All Paws. Mike was great, he wrote me back the same day explaining the process and totally putting me at ease. A week later I realized the vet had my old address on file that they failed to update and verify before sending it to All Paws. The office manager Liz was so helpful in getting my package re-routed to the correct address and in a timely matter. When I finally received my pet's cremains, it was well packaged and professionally done. I would give All Paws Pet Cremations Five Stars for being so helpful and answering all my questions and concerns. I would without a doubt do business with them again. I highly recommend them!

The staff and management of All Paws is the best pet cremation service I have ever dealt with. Following in-home euthanasia on an early Sunday, Mike responded to my call right away and arranged for drop-off. Chris met me at the facility, on time, and was so friendly and considerate. My dog's ashes were ready the next day. There was no pressure to add in services and the cost was fair & clearly explained. I've used pet cremation services for other pets, and All Paws far exceeds all others.

I lost my love, Max. Today I brought him back home and was so pleased with how wonderful of a job they did for my husband and I. The vet we use is in West Bend Wisconsin but they use All Paws. It was difficult to see my love in an urn because I want him with me on my lap as he always was. The urn is beautiful and his paw print has his name on it. Also a beautiful story about the rainbow road. Thank you for treating my sweet boy with such respect. And thank you for giving my husband and I our baby back.

We lost our beautiful 5 year old Boxer to cancer last week. Our vet handled her cremation for us, and when we went back to retrieve her, on the day they promised, I was very touched by how lovingly her remains were prepared. We received a beautiful urn, and a clay paw print. Each packed very carefully in beautiful boxes, with acertificate and explanation of the Rainbow Bridge. I miss her terribly. But now she is home again with the family in a very special way.

My nine year old St. Bernard passed away very suddenly in the middle of the night. He weighed over 250 pounds. Mike was nice enough to come out to my house right away at 4 AM to help us lift him into the truck to be taken for cremation on what was a tough day. The urn and presentation w/clay paw print is very professional and is a good memento. For anyone with the misfortune of having to make arrangements for a deceased pet, I'd recommend this company.

Very disappointed with the service. I was unaware my vet clinic used this cremation service if I had known I would have absolutely not chose this company to deal with my pet's remains. My dog/ family member of 9 years almost 10 passed away and my family and I chose to have her cremated to have her back home with us, while doing so we chose to have a pawprint made to have as a keepsake. I can't say how terribly disappointed I am in the quality of the pawprint that we received. Once I opened the box from picking up the remains from my vet clinic immediately the pawprint looked very rushed and not even the size of my dogs paw. So I decided to call all paws to find out the reason her paw print looked different I totally understand death and being frozen can affect many things so I figured I allow them to explain to me. I had to leave a voicemail as no one picked up and I did receive a call back from a gentleman by the name of mike who was just rude from the beginning. he started off to tell me it was a back paw instead of a front and explicitly stated how when the dog is frozen and they could have feces ect... that affects them taking a front paw. Okay I get it, however since I was with my dog at the time of passing I did ask if he could check what the exact circumstance was that they where unable to get a front paw since it would have been harder to get a back paw then front due to her position at the time of death. Now mike said he would check at this point he just seems like I'm totally inconveniencing him and I would hear back from him soon without him even knowing my last name or the name of the dog I was calling about. I asked him would you like the name of the dog to check he states I thought you gave that to me already I stated no I did not otherwise he would have just hung up not even knowing our information. Well hours then days passed and I never heard back on the fourth day I wrote him a text as he called me from his cell phone and stated I was disappointed in the service and would write a review of how I felt about the service and then within 20 minutes he bombarded me with 5 text messages and a phone call. I could only hope they treated my dog with some sort of respect while she was there. As anyone would know cremation is not necessarily a cheap service and we also paid for the pawprint and the quality we got back was just terrible and the service from mike couldn't have been any worse. I'm not writing this to talk bad about mike however to let others know do your research about the crematorium you trust your pet with. I had never had to put a pet down this was our first time, I hope we will never have to again however if so I will absolutely do my research on the company and ask my vet first who they use . This company and especially Mike made a very hard situation even more stressful for our family .

I can't say enough about how sweet, warm and understanding they are and so very sympathetic. We had to make the most difficult decision to put our male cat down. He was so sick and miserable we felt we had no choice. All Paws let me spend as much time with his body as I needed holding him and saying good bye before I left him. The next day I picked up his ashes in the container we asked for with the Certificate of Cremation and a beautiful story about how we will all meet again on the Rainbow Bridge. I highly recommend All Paws!

I went to this place through my moms vet since this is where she had gotten her cat cremated through… First off, my cat was a pretty big kitty and the amount of ashes that I received back was such a small amount it makes me think if I even got all of her back. The quality of the ashes are absolutely terrible! It’s chunky with bone pieces inside and I can’t even fill a remembrance necklace up because of this. They put her ashes inside of a plastic bag; which is wrong in my opinion, and the quality of the urn is so cheap. I will never go through this place again, and I wish I would’ve paid the extra money at a different place for better quality of receiving a beloved pet back.

My 9 year old cat passed away from kidney failure, we decided to cremate him so that we were still able to keep him with us forever. When we received his ashes back, we were presented with a soft bag that reads "Until we meet again at the Rainbow Bridge." Inside the bag was the wooden box with his ashes inside. Also inside was a certificate that had his name along with his cremation date on it. On the back of the card was a very long and incredibly hard to read description about Rainbow Bridge. I say that it's hard to read because it's hard to get through the first sentence without tearing up.By cremating your pet, you are not doing the wrong thing. You're able to keep your deeply loved pet with you all the time. It is in no way cruel or disrespectful. We were reassured that the ashes we received were definitely his. I will definitely be cremating my other three pets when it's their time, but hopefully not for a long time.I'm extremely happy that we have a company like All Paws that allows our furry family members to remain with us.

I recently used All Paws after my dog passed. I was assured that I would receive his remains and a beautiful clay paw print. Today I picked up his remains and the print from our family vet, and was really disappointed in the quality of the paw print. I was told the print would be a beautiful keepsake, and instead it looks very rushed. His print is completely stretched across the clay, which looks like they obviously had to make two attempts to get his paw print completely on there. I also found several white hairs lingering in the bag. This makes me worry about the amount of respect paid to my dog. Yes, he may have just been a dog, but he was a beloved family member and I was assured in the quality of this service.

All Paws did an outstanding job with my beautiful, sweet cat Saber. Received his urn and paw print in a carefully packaged, decorated box. Complete with sympathy card and copies of The Rainbow Bridge. Thank you All Paws, I will cherish my Saber forever.Thank you for helping me get through this very difficult time.

We Remember the morning we awoke to find our MJ had passed. Calling all over town that day was a nightmare until a gentleman we had called gave us Mike's number...he came out picked up our MJ talked about the services they offered. Reasonable pricing and some very nice Urns to chose from. Mike was Nice Polite and Understanding....thank you All Paws

I ordered a clay paw print after having to put my grandfathers 15 year old dog to sleep. They some how “forgot” to do the paw print and would be partially refunded. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a company. I cannot believe that they “forgot” to do it. There’s absolutely no way He will be able to have a physical memory of her, and it was supposed to be a surprise for him. I guess I’m glad I never told him about it because it would of broken his heart even more.If you get a pet cremated here make sure they don’t “forget” to actually read.

Wonderful and kind. They offer private cremations and allowed me the time to say goodbye. I know what happened to her at every step. She wasn’t placed in a plastic bag and kept in a freezer. They made arrangements for my Golden Retriever, Holden, to be cremated within less than 24 hours of her passing. They gave me peace of mind.

We recently lost our beloved cat due to a tumor September 2019 we had our cat cremated at All Paws ! Just received the ashes and clay Pawprint today . Everything was wrapped so nice very padded so nothing was damaged during transport , over all very satisfied with the quality even the box the ashes came in was a beautiful metal container . I def recommend this company to any pet owner who loses a loved pet

No words can explain much I appreciate mike’s help the same night we put our beloved Gorgi down. He came out of his way to meet us at midnight even though I woke him up. He was gentle and mindful of my cat and our emotions. Thank you so much for helping us during such a hard time. I am confident in calling this our go to if anything were to happen again. There urns and products are beautiful. There prices are great. The overall experience couldn’t have been better. Once again, thank you Mike.

I was really pleased with the way All Paws handled my cat Mini Me cremation From my first phone call to dropping her off and picking up her ashes up and most of all the way they they put everything together when you pick up the ashes .I just expected a box of ashes a certificate and a claw print on apiece of paper, but I was wrong .here is what I got also. I included a picture of my beautiful 19 yr old kitty .

I don't know much about this company, but what I do know is that they contract with the emergency vet where my dog suddenly passed away. At that time it was decided that he would be cremated. Several hours later, we feared we had made a mistake and wanted his body back. Upon calling the vet they said he'd already been picked up by All Paws, but they would see what they could do. I don't know who made the choice but the vehicle that had picked up his body actually turned around to return him to the hospital so we could take him home. Now that's good karma. We get to lay our friend to rest at our own home with no additional emotional hassle or distress thanks to you. You must really care.

Words alone cannot describe the kind, caring, professional & dignified services provided by this outstanding business in our community. And, "business" is hardly a term to be used, as they are providing a service when you can be at one of the saddest times in your life. They handled the loss of our beloved dog with such dignity & compassion, it made our loss a little less sad. Matt, Mike & the entire staff have our many thanks & highest recommendation.

Unfortunately I have used their service twice in a last few years. At first, I had a very difficult time to reach someone just to ask about receiving my pet's ashes back. Finally, when I was able to talk to a person, he did not know what pet I was talking about, if was cremated already or not. It is hard to believe that that place receive many great dane harlequins every day. I did not find this place friendly and concerned about its customers.
Christopher Taylor
I dealt with Chris for both a holiday weekend drop off and the subsequent pick up. He was very timely on meeting me for the drop off. Throughout our conversation, he was friendly, courteous and respectful. The service was done by the time he promised, and everything appears to be done well. This isn't the type of service where I would look forward to being a repeat customer, but I would use this company again.

Thank you for the beautiful arrangement for my beagle Buddy Joseph. I could not ask for better. He is home now with me, and we are at peace. Thank you again for your compassion, respect and having back home in a very quick time. Very highly recommended..

My dog was cremated and placed in a cheap plastic urn. Which is ok as I wasn't sure what I wanted to do with his ashes. What did upset me though, was they put his ashes into a sealed plastic bag inside the urn. When I picked up his ashes and took the urn out of the shipping box, there was ash covering the outside of the urn. I looked inside the urn and the bag was still sealed. Needless to say, the ashes covered my hands and clothes (I didn't expect to have the ash outside of the urn). They couldn't even be bothered to wipe the outside of the urn before they packaged the ashes for shipping. I though it was very lazy and insensitive of them. Don't think I'd go back to them in the future.
Leanna Stop
This place never got my cats paw print and charged me for it. So I got to pay money for the wonderful experience of never seeing my beloved friends foot again. I was robbed of something incredibly precious and I'll never have that opportunity again because my cat is cremated.
Mike Mercury
Very kind and caring people. They go out of their way make sure you are happy. They also have options that best fit you and your pet. Their compassion and the way they handled my best friend my beloved family member helped ease the pain of the loss.
Bill Moulas
The remains should have been in a velvet bag as advertised inside the tin and instead were not, just a clear bag. Otherwise the amount of ash returned was less than expected and less than my previous pets of equal and smaller size.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. My cat was sent to be cremated on 8/8. Ten days later I called my vet regarding her ashes. I was told that instead of being treated with the respect that I expected from my vet, my cat was just put in and cremated along with others so they couldn't guarantee that the ashes that I'd be getting were in fact my pet's. NEVER will I again use ANY vet who uses them as a cremation service.

Our sweet cat passed away at home later on a Wednesday. I spoke with Mike and he was wonderful. He was able to arrange for someone to pick up our sweet boy. From there, I mostly dealt with Chris. He was very caring and compassionate. They made this awful stressful time more manageable.

This place never got my cats paw print and charged me for it. So I got to pay money for the wonderful experience of never seeing my beloved friends foot again. I was robbed of something incredibly precious and I'll never have that opportunity again because my cat is cremated.
