I cannot say enough good things about Trusted Journey in Champaign.My cat passed away at home late in the afternoon. I brought her in and they were so sweet any patient with me as we completed the paperwork. It was the end of the work day and I know they were due to go home, but they never rushed me. Even chit chatted about pets with me. They clearly love animals.They were able to get her remains back to us quickly and had packaged the urn and paw print beautifully for us.It was terrible day in my life and they were nothing but kind, compassionate and sympathetic.If you are ever in the unfortunate circumstances of needing their services, I have full faith that you will be treated the best possible way.

We lost our loved one just a few days after getting home from Fla., and taking him to Bike week. He had lost his pet cat last year and missed her terribly. When I called to set up an appointment to go in, they were very kind and understanding. We asked if the 2 of them could be cremated together, and they said no problem. So now they are together forever. Upon seeing that we are Harley people, they took it upon themselves to change out the ribbon on the sack to Harley ribbon. Everything was done with much love. They are reasonable on their pricing, too. If you are looking to get your pet cremated after he/she passes, I suggest giving them a chance.

Had a great experience with Trusted Journey. Very attentive and highly compassionate. They did a wonderful job with my beloved dog’s urn. Definitely recommend.

Recently our Great Dane crossed the rainbow bridge.Paws and Remember was the solution proposed to us by our vets at Northgate in Decatur.When they came to pick up our pet, the gentleman, was extremely nice and tender while handling him.Next day we went to give our final goodbye, and even though we knew that this was not a funerary setting, they still presented him in a very good way and allowed us to say our final good bye's.The service, the staff, everyone was super nice and thoughtful with us, making the experience a wonderful one.Me and my wife would highly recommend their services, which are also quite reasonable.

Beyond kind and caring. They treated my daughter and I with gentleness and patience as we said our final goodbyes to our FatMan. For those concerned with cost, they were very reasonably priced and have a multitude of options from urns to memory items like the inked paw prints and necklaces we opted for. Very satisfied and beyond thankful for Julie and Paws & Remember.

When we lost our beloved dog, I called with a question and was fortunate enough to talk with Julie, who answered all my questions and listened to me cry and told me she would “take good care of her.” Her words were reassuring, and she did indeed take great care of our best friend. Julie went above and beyond, calling me later because the paw print necklace I ordered had a free engraving option that she knew I might like and she and I messaged about my dog for a while. You can really tell that she loves animals and wants to help them and their people during a time of need, and she does a great job of it.Their services are very professional and the urn is beautiful and so much nicer than I’ve ever seen for a pet before. They understand that our pets are important and loved, and treated us with compassion and respect. There were extra touches, like a sweet poem, and a photo frame, and her urn came to us nicely wrapped, which made us feel they understood how important our dog is to us.Paws and Remember in Champaign-and Julie in particular-made a difficult time less difficult and I highly recommend them.

I really Love this place. My Beautiful Baby Sassy died last Fall. She was 14. I was devastated to say the least! Julie is Amazing! She answered all of my questions. Said to call if I had anything else. I put her in the Black cat urn. It is longer and heavier than I expected. Very Pretty. I have ordered another one. So I can divide the ashes with my Daughter. I cried on the phone...when I went t to pick her up a lot. She is so sweet & compassionate! Thank you so much! Definitely recommend!

We recently had to say goodbye to our dog, Miko. It was the hardest thing we have ever done, however, Julie at Paws & Remember was so kind and caring. She made the cremation process fast and efficient so we did not have to wait long. I will never forget the phone call letting me know everything was ready. She said, "Miko is ready to go home." Those words meant so much to me because that is exactly how I felt, I was ready to bring him home. She will never know the appreciation we have for her quick response when we called that devastating morning to the wonderful job she did with the prints and urn. I def recommend Paws & Remember to those looking for professional and compassionate cremation services.

I would highly recommend Paws to remember to anyone Julie and her husband are very understanding and very patient with our situation. I would say that everything they did for our dog Ricky Bobby they did with respect and walked us through the whole process. Thank you both for your patience with me and glad we talked about Ricky and your dogs it's hard but I will see him again someday.

My Doggy Lily passed away last October and Paws & Remember was absolutely wonderful! The service was wonderful. They offer beautiful engraved urns and were very accommodating. My Lily was given the best care and I will always use Paws & Remember in Champaign.

Julie was amazing as always. I have had to take two of my fur babies to her over the last 5 years and I guarantee I wouldn't go anywhere else. The care, comfort and concern received made the whole process a lot less stressful and helps to put this mama at ease knowing my babies are in good hands.

Warm greeting when arriving & friendly throughout the process, as well as courteous and caring. Shows great interest in your and your pets history. Informative of pkgs available without being pushy. These guys were so wonderful and professional. Very caring and compassionate. We should this service for our ol boy. It was actually last year. The process was very easy and respectful. Also extremely affordable. The experience is so hard. But they made it beautiful. We will always be grateful for their service!

These guys are amazing. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. When my dog Roman passed, they all went out of their way to make sure I was happy with everything I ordered in remembrance of my fur baby boy. Thank You so much for everything you do. I know it is not an easy job.

Thank you for handling our 14 year cat Princess with such kindness and caring. She passed away late in the day and we were able to get her right in and have some time to say our goodbyes. Wonderful service.

we all make mistakes, i understand that, cause i make mistakes too but when i do i try to make up for my mistake. i sent my best friend Chewy there because my vet office had a wonderful urn package with them, (which it is), but when i got his remains back, my paper work did not match my tag inside my urn (that was wrapped around his ashes) =( so i have to wonder do i really have my dog. so i called them and they said sorry and reassured me that i do have him, but refused to make me a new tag with the right # on it. all i want is a tag with the right # and where he was cremated at but was told NO.

I could not be happier with them. They keep prices low so everyone can afford to pay proper respect to their fur babies. They are caring and sympathetic. I cannot say enough positive things about them. The quality is beyond what I expected. THANK YOU 😺😻😸

After losing 4 family members 2 dogs and 2 cats to a house fire they were amazing and very compassionate would reccomend them to anyone and everyone will always use them in the future for all my animals thanks so much for all you did for us during that difficult time.
