Moss Funeral Home was fabulous during a difficult time for our family. The professionalism, care and comfort they gave to us was outstanding. Anthony was our "go to" person and was sensitive to our grief. He thoroughly explained the entire process and made it easier for us. Ashley and Brian were also very helpful throughout. I was in search of a place that would cremate my pet cat. I called here, the receptionist was very nice. Mr. Moss was very nice as well. when I got there. The gentlemen that helped me was very nice and professional. even when I got my Kitty back it was in a cute, plastic marbled like urn. everything was handled with care. Thanks.

This place is fantastic. I lost my daughter in late January and was of course devastated. I called Moss and they took over right away. I didn't know the process at all for setting up a wake or funeral and Moss made it a breeze. When you’re grieving for a loved one the last thing you want is a run around or anything to be complicated. The professionals at Moss did all the work and took us through everything we needed to know. They worked quickly and made a warm and welcoming service for my daughter. I can’t thank you guys enough for your great service. Thanks so much Moss, you all should be proud of the great job your doing for people who are in a time of great difficulty in life.

Our family used Moss-Norris Funeral Home after the death of my mom. Our experience was beyond positive! My mom died at home and Becca Ehlert came to mom's house that evening. She was kind, compassionate and answered any questions that we had. There was a gentleness to her that gave us such peace during this very difficult time. They handled my mom's body with such care and respect. The next day we went to Moss-Norris Funeral Home in St. Charles. Mr. Bryan Moss and Becca helped our family seamlessly plan my mom's visitation and mass. The process went so smoothly - beyond our expectations actually. Bryan is very knowledgeable giving suggestions yet allowing us to plan the service as we saw fit. He did so while providing genuine compassion and excellent service for our family. He was there every step of the way. The day of the visitation and funeral could not have gone more smoothly. Bryan was amazing guiding and directing in a quiet reassuring matter. He was very prepared and thought ahead knowing what needed to be done and when. It was such a difficult day to bury our mom but Bryan and Becca made the day one where we could honor my mom's life and not worry about the details. We can't thank Moss-Norris Funeral home for the amazing service they provided!

It feels like Mr. Moss really takes pride in his work. He makes sure every little detail is accounted for and conducts the whole thing from the background, letting the family plan everything how they please while not needing to worry about little hiccups in the road. At Moss Family Funeral Home, they come fully prepared from start to finish and ensure the experience is as smooth as possible for the family. 10/10

I've met Mr. Moss on several occasions. He is kind, knowlegeble, and compassionate. I know first hand from friends that work at Michelson 's and Homestead ,when Mr. Moss has been called to pick up the deceased. He will come in the middle of the night completely dressed in a coat and tie, and very gently handles the deceased..I've not met anyone working in that industry any kinder , or considerateas Mr. Moss and I know I wouldn't hesitate using him personaly.
