We lost our Saint Bernard Sully to bone cancer and he crossed over from the cool grass and shade of his favorite spot to lay in his back yard. Everything Dr Staker did during this trying time made the whole process of saying goodbye easier. All of my questions were answered and the whole process was very peaceful and respectful. Dr Staker gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye before and after. He allowed me to focus on Sully and not worry about what was happening. Before we found Staker Animal Cremation nothing was working out and trying to schedule everything was only making the whole situation worse. I wanted to give Sully the respect he deserved and found it at Staker Animal Cremation. I highly recommend Dr Staker.

Staker Animal Cremations are respectful and comforting during a difficult time. We first went to them in 2022 after using another location initially who butchered the urn. Staker was compassionate and created a beautiful memorial box fixing an issue they didn’t even create. Recently our beloved Zeus passed away. Staker Animal Cremations gave us clear communication about the process. They have a great selection of memorial items to commemorate your pet. The staff is supportive and we now have 2 beautiful, personalized chests to cherish our pets memory.

Well I must review when the service is exceptional ❣️On Wednesday Jan 8th my sweet rescue Tony got out of the house and got Hit on our country road, my boys were so sad we decided to cremate his so they could keep his ashes since it was winter and we couldn't dig a hole on our property😔 I called the very next morning for an appointment to bring him in, got him dropped off, they said it would be a few days so I figured it would be the next week as it was now Thursday. Then by my surprise he was ready the next day.💕 So I gave them a time and went and picked him up 😭 they have urns available but I had already ordered one from Amazon, that arrived the next day and now we will forever remember our dearest sweet Cat 🩵Tony 🩵(aka Tony from the streets) The 5 months we got to Love on you we will never forget. We will forever miss you lil dude 🤟Thank You Staker for giving my boys closure ❣️

We lost our little dog on a Saturday. He was hit by a car. We called and they were so great to meet us after hours. Losing a pet is hard, but having such kind people to help with afterlife care is awesome. They made us feel so comfortable leaving our dog in their care. We got our dog back promptly and in a beautiful alder box. I honestly can't say enough good things.

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Our precious dog, Geist, passed Sept.1st, on a Sunday. We felt lost on a holiday weekend and called Staker. Not only did they answer when they were closed, but they met us within 2 hours to take our baby. They were very compassionate and caring. They had our baby back to us within 3 days. I was dog sitting my brothers 20 year old dog, while they went on a vacation. They wanted me to use my own judgement and wanted it done while they were gone, my brother could have never handled it. I looked around for someone to come to their house but couldn't. When I talk to people at Staker Animal Cremation the people were so sweet and understanding of all the concerns that my Sister in-law had. They let me bring Oliver their other dog in with me. they help me get through a very difficult time, excellent service and they gave me the time I needed with Ichabod. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area.

While it is a bit of an unfortunate pleasure to write this I'd like to commend the amazing staff here who take care of our beloved pets who have passed away. They have now done 3 of my fur babies. Each circumstances have been heart breaking and difficult, but the staff are caring and understanding. The beauty in the paw prints I received, from my most recent loss, had me sobbing in my car. Had to say goodbye to my first pet and my best friend. Had her for 16 years. She meant to the world to me and it was hard to let her go. We called moments after her sudden but peaceful passing. We are able to head to the clinic immediately to get her cremated. The staff was super helpful, friendly and patient. For cremation the prices were great and we were even able to get a discount. They offer many options for pet parents who want to keep a respectful memory of their fur kids.I was able to get a paw print necklace with her ashes in it, and every service comes with complimentary good quality black velvet back that stores the ashes if you’d like.I would definitely recommend their services. For anyone who has lost a pet and wants to get them cremated, this is the greatest place to do it around here. They made a very heart breaking experience seem comforting and it gave me peace knowing my little girl would be in good hands and treated respectfully.

We recently experienced a tragic accident that left our beloved 4 year old English Setter dead while we were traveling between our homes.Staker Animal Cremations answered the phone immediately and was able to accept our Pete as we travelled through Idaho Falls. I was then was able to pick him up again just days later on my way home to Montana. Their facility was easily accessible, even for a nonresident. The receiving area is thoughtful and appropriate. The woman that helped me was kind and understanding. I was given all the time needed to say goodbye at that especially hard time .The same young lady was there to give me Pete’s remains.Thank you so very much for your kindness!I was able to pick him up with no delay in my journey.Losing a loved one is never easy, Staker Animal Cremations made this process for us, as simple as it could possibly be. I wasn't in a very good state of mind when I arrived with Keaton but the woman that met with me was very kind and patient. This place is a ways out in the country so it made for a nice "final" ride with my boy. If Keaton had been alive he would have had his head hanging out the window and he would have been barking at the cows :) I absolutely recommend ~!

Just want to say thank you to Chase and others for making the best of a terrible tragedy, the death of my 14 year old girl named Star (photo is from 2007 when she was a young girl). I have had the privilege of using Stakers for 2 animal cremations. The first was in 2021 when my oldest child's beloved Hades was hit and the damages were to much for him. They were so kind then. We recently had to honor of using stakers again with my daughters rescue kitty from Texas passed away. They were great both times. We will use them again.

Makenzie was patient, courteous and kind. She answered our questions and was very helpful. She let us know our precious girl could have her favorite blanket with her , which was comforting to us. We opted for 24 hour service and were shocked that not only could we bring our girl home the next day, but her little “necklace “ name plate would be engraved and included .This kind of service is not often thought about as pre-need. However, you can arrange for end of life service in advance, which is a great option. We would give 10 stars if possible.

We unexpectedly lost our sweet dog. We wanted to keep him with us as best as we could after he was gone so we went to Stakers and couldn't have been more happy with how they took care of us and treated our boy so well. Took my fur baby of 16 years here after he tragically passed. They were super friendly and actually cared. I felt much better knowing that he would be taken care of immediately which is what they did and I got him back the next day. Also a month and a half later, his sister passed away as well from the heart break, it happened later in the evening on a Saturday and they were so willing to stay late and wait for us so that we could feel more at peace knowing she was being take of insteading of laying somewhere for the rest of the weekend. They took such good care of my babies, and I had complete trust in them. It's so hard to find people who are so empathetic as these people are during these times. These people are amazing. my mom recommended staker to me, after I lost my dog on a Saturday afternoon. Chase and his wife were able to meet with my husband and I that same day. They were both very professional and gave us a moment to say our good byes. Their prices are very reasonable as well. My only negative comment would be, they didn't call when my dog was done, I had to call them to check (Not a big deal though). I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is the second time I used Staker for one of my pets. Recently I lost my "Uma" after 16 years. This is my second loss in two years. We are fortunate to have this service in the Idaho Falls area. After the sudden unexpected death of our beloved Poodle, Bijou, this business was greatly needed.When I first called I got the answer machine but the call was returned shortly with apologies for not answering.The young man explained everything in detail, prices, urns, etc.He answered all questions in detail really putting me at ease for the upcoming procedure.When most places were two weeks out he said no I think probably two or three days.I would recommend this business to bring your loved pet to to be assured of a great final act of love.

I lost my kitty and someone was able to meet me within the hour. I had no clue what to expect as I have never had to have an animal cremated before. We don’t own the house we live in and I couldn’t stand the thought of not being able to take my cat with me when we take our next steps. The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it was clearly a small family business run out of their house. Jeff was very professional and gave us a lot of options for our cat as far as urns and stuff. The process was very fast. Our cat passed away at 9 am and we had his ashes and an engraved nameplate in our possession by 5 pm. I would definitely recommend them.

Staker Animal Cremations has gone above and beyond for my family and I. We are visiting West Yellowstone from Las Vegas and our senior dog, Luc passed away. They met us after hours and made sure Luc was ready for us to pick up and take home when we were leaving. I can’t even begin to say how thankful I am for their care. My cat of 20 years died. I called all around the area of Spokane nobody would do a witness cremation because of covid-19. I found Staker animal crematorium and called them. They did it and we're very well priced very courteous walk me to the whole process. There is no place better that I could recommend. It may be a small building and seem out of the way don't let that fool you they are very busy and I could see why they are the best. I felt safer from covid there then anywhere else..

These people are the greatest!!! They were very caring, and respectful. They understood that our pet was a member of our family, and treated us and our pet with respect. They went out of their way in every aspect of the whole ordeal. We werevery pleased with the amount of care they took with us, and our pet. I lost my kitty and someone was able to meet me within the hour. I had no clue what to expect as I have never had to have an animal cremated before. We don’t own the house we live in and I couldn’t stand the thought of not being able to take my cat with me when we take our next steps. I picked out everything about her box and tag and the gal was so kind and quick to help me. I got my cat back a few days later and when I opened the card with my kitties ink prints on it I lost it. I will always keep her around and her sweet little prints, thanks for helping me, I hope I don’t have to bring any more animals to you though!

The location is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it was clearly a small family business run out of their house. Jeff was very professional and gave us a lot of options for our cat as far as urns and stuff. The process was very fast. Our cat passed away at 9 am and we had his ashes and an engraved nameplate in our possession by 5 pm. I would definitely recommend them.

Our pet “TJ” was a big part of our family, as most are. Most importantly, he was my son’s childhood best friend. TJ stayed with me when my son started his life and headed to Arizona.
