They made a heart-breaking situation bearable. I had my sweet golden retriever's cremains back within one week of her passing. Two days after she had passed, I called them wanting to know about the process and they were so kind, gentle, and explained everything to me. The man who'd answered the phone even asked about her, stories of her, and showed genuine interest in her life. When I received her urn, it was well worth the money spent and they had wrapped it so snugly and it was protected well. We got her paw print back, as well, and they sent us the certification of her cremation as well. This company is absolutely the utmost in professionalism, and they will care for your pet like it was one of their own. I will only go through them from now on. Thank you, West Coast for taking care of my Maggie.

West Coast Pet Memorial Services worked with us on short notice and was able to provide everything we asked for. The individual cremation services through our vet provided a viewing and ensured we could watch our beloved dog enter the chamber. Being able to say goodbye to her body and knowing that we stewarded her until the end gave us the closure we needed to say goodbye to this once in a lifetime pup. West coast pet memorial was sensitive to our loss and professional every step of the way. I encourage you to ask questions and explore their website as they have lots of good urns and keepsakes. I recommend using them for pet cremation services.

My sweet boy Sugar (The Little King), had to be euthanized on April 8th after a sudden attack at home. He was nearly 14. It's been heartbreaking. The people at West Coast Pet Memorial Services provided the most beautiful and soothing package for me in his tribute that I'd ever seen. I feel he was treated gently and with respect as they handled him. His passing has been very hard for my family, and having this wonderful tribute is truly making a difference to help and ease the pain that we're experiencing over his loss. I will highly recommend them should a need for services like this ever arise. Really great job.

I took my pup in to be cremated today, I called the day before hand and set up an early time to take him in and have a private cremation done and it was easy. Michael helped us, and was extremely kind and considerate the whole process. They had no issues with letting us watch the entire thing. This is the place to go if you were very close to your pet and wanted to see them every step of the way through the cremation process. It was hard, but seeing everything made me feel very secure. Great price and great people. I highly recommended this place.

This has been one of the most heartbreaking experiences my husband and I have ever been through. Our sweet Tinkerbell was the best companion and most loyal family member. I worked in the veterinary field prior and have never seen such a beautiful presentation. I was already emotional picking her up but once I looked through everything I started sobbing. The clay paw print I will cherish forever. I was super sad that I didn’t ask the veterinary staff prior to leaving if I could have a paw print on a flat piece of paper for a tattoo we plan to get. To my surprise, West Coast Pet Memorial Services had one already in there and to top it all off they even put one of my sweet babies nose 🥹. I was really crying by this point BUT THEN.. I also found some of her hair clippings in there and they even included her white and black fur. The absolute care and thought that was put into this is truly remarkable. If every crematory put this much effort in, all pet parents would have a small piece of their heart back. I want to thank your team from the bottom of our hearts for taking such amazing care of our little Tinkerbell. The amount of peace I feel is indescribable and so happy to have my baby girl back home. When our other pet passed about 7 years ago, we got a nice box, hair and a paw print. Nothing special but it was nice. A few weeks ago we lost our 14 year old girl. Today when the box came in the mail we could not believe the amount of detail that went into every tiny detail. I cant thank you enough.I got my dogs ashes back today and i cried happy tears because i feel like he was in the best hands. His urn is so beautiful and special. The sweet card i got with his fur in it just melted my heart. The beautiful velvet bag and all of it just ment so much to me. I lost my boy, Booger a week ago. Today I also picked him up from West Coast Pet Memorial Services. This has been so hard on me and to have his ashes along with his paw print and fur is a small step towards healing. While I'll never fully be whole as a part of my heart is missing, I just want to give a big thank you to your company and what you all do. I can't imagine the type of person it takes to deal with people's pets and death all day. I commend you and am forever grateful.

My 15 year old corgi passed last week.. we had taken her to the emergency vet and this is the company they use. I was surprised to hear they already had her ready for pickup today. I was even more surprised by the amazing package i was given. Its clear they really care about what theyre doing. I have had a few pets cremated but this was by far the nicest quality/presentation I've received. Thank you for taking care of my Buffy girl and Im glad shes home again.

We had our dog put down for cancer thru our vet. West coast cremations took care of the cremation. We were amazed at the urn and how we received our baby dog ashes back. It was very nice . The urn came in a velvet bag with a cremation certificate. That all put in to a custom carrying bag. Thank you so very much!

It has taken me over 2 months to write this review and it is very hard for me to do, but I feel the need to do so since I was treated so kindly. Both my fur babies (2 Chow Chows/same litter) passed away within 2 weeks of each other. As you can imagine, I was extremely distraught..and still am to this day. Michael and his staff went above and beyond for me. They didn't treat me like a "customer", they treated me like a human being with compassion, sympathy and care. Michael understood my heartbreak and went to great lengths in explaining why he understood. He took the time out of his busy day to comfort me and reassure me that my doggies would be in safe hands. Even though their souls have left this earth, I was still concerned about how they would be treated. Michael and his staff exceeded my expectations and I am so thankful I went to them to help with the remembrance of my little loves. I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Michael truly understands that some people feel their animals are their family, their babies...not just a pet. Some people get it and some dont. It would have been much more difficult if they didn't understand how I feel. Michael...once again, I thank you so much for your kindness and for making this difficult time a little easier on me. You guys are so wonderful!

Our beautiful loving Pitbull Diamond was reunited with her pack to once again run and play without restrictions. Ada Creamatoriam was very helpful and kind during this time for us and went above and beyond to meet our requests. Diamond is now a shining star in the sky and forever in our hearts.We had to make the heartbreaking choice to have our little Ramsey put to sleep about a month ago. West Coast Pet Memorial once again was there for us. This time we made the choice to have a private cremation. The attention to detail and the outstanding care from the staff was very helpful. Ramsey was a little guy who made a big impact in our lives and I will think of him all the time until we meet again.

I had 2 birds that were bonded for years. One of them passed away, 2 weeks later her mate followed and passed on. West Coast let me bring back her ashes so their ashes could be combined forever. Amazing customer service during a very difficult time. I can't recommend West Coast enough.

Our little dog died fairly suddenly over the weekend and we took her to this facility. Hands down, this is the best facility for this type of situation. I first spoke with Caden who answered all my questions and put my concerns to ease, even when I called him a bunch of times. Today we met with Michael, the supervisor. He was kind, professional and so understanding. He put us at ease and walked us through the entire process. He understood how we wanted to have our little girl cremated and what we wanted to do when it came to our involvement in the process. These folks are incredible, to say the very least. I would recommend them to anyone looking for this service. They are completely transparent, which means everything in a world where people can be so shady.

Our fur baby was attacked and did not survive while visiting from out of state. Ada Crematorium was extremely supportive and helpful, was able to pick up our baby sameday and keep our travel schedule. He will be making the ride home with us after all. The lost of a pet is never easy. And what to do after their passing is limited and confusing. We had an "exotic" pet, a squirrel, and because it was considered a wild animal, most places wouldn't touch her. But she was still a part of the family and we wanted her to be treated the same way.Ada Animal Crematorium was great. They gave us the respect of losing an animal as well as honesty. They gave us genuine advice and also pointed us to other options they themselves couldn't do. They weren't pushy on the product nor were they trying to rush through the process. The prices were completely reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who loses a pet.

We used the AAC's service after recently losing our dog. We did not know at the time who provided the cremation services (we had euthanized at WestVet), but we just got the ashes back for our dog and was pleasantly surprised. We her real paw print impression with her name stamped on it as well as a snippet of hair along with the nice wooden urn. It brought more tears, but we are very thankful for their services.

But she was still a part of the family and we wanted her to be treated the same way.Ada Animal Crematorium was great. They gave us the respect of losing an animal as well as honesty. They gave us genuine advice and also pointed us to other options they themselves couldn't do. They weren't pushy on the product nor were they trying to rush through the process. The prices were completely reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone who loses a pet.

Ada Animal Crematorium took care of my sweet calico Clarice this weekend. I felt very comfortable leaving her in their hands. Michael was very responsive when I emailed questions and allowed for a special request I had for her cremation. I highly recommend them and so appreciate their services.

It’s been over a year since we entrusted you with the remains of our best dog friend. I don’t remember your names and I fled with that too-small box with tears streaming down my face. Very professional and understanding during a very hard time for me and my family. They took care of our beloved dog and returned her to us with paw print the following day. Pricing was very reasonable and they are accessible on weekends. Thank you Michael and staff.

We used the AAC's service after recently losing our dog. We did not know at the time who provided the cremation services (we had euthanized at WestVet), but we just got the ashes back for our dog and was pleasantly surprised. We her real paw print impression with her name stamped on it as well as a snippet of hair along with the nice wooden urn. It brought more tears, but we are very thankful for their services.

Michael was very kind during a real difficult time. The loss of my little yorkie Max was and is devestating for me. I was treated with such compassion ,I greatly appreciated this. If you are ever in need of services for your fur baby, this place really understands your needs and knows these babies are family !!
