I lost my pet very unexpectedly and traumatic, they let me stay as long as i needed and were soooo kind to me. they gave me back my boy better than i could’ve ever expected. The engravings are done so beautifully. I also got with his urn, a vile of his hair and i was expecting a small amount of hair and they stuffed it full which i immensely appreciated. i would take me animals as a first choice 100 times over. thank you so much!

I greatly appreciate how well you treated my sweet baby girl Nuggie. Who I lost Unexpectedly, she was only four months old. She helped me through a rough time when she was born. I lost my cat of 16 years two days after she was born.Loosing her was very hard for me to deal with. And am so grateful that I found Never Forgotten Pet. Them made it easy and she was home with end a couple days. Compared to over a week where I had my other baby done.Thank you so much for all you do for our fur babies.

If I could give this place more than a 5 star rating then I would! When I lost my dog it was very hard for me to figure out what the next steps were. I called my vet to see if they could do the cremation but they were all full with their freezer space. My husband was looking around and found you guys. I want to say thank you to Brenda for adjusting the drop off time and getting us in early, also thank you for being so sweet and professional when answering the phones. I can’t remember the name but thank you to the young gentleman who patiently explained to us what the process was and went over items and pricing with us, thank you also for being so gentle and understanding when I was having a hard time saying goodbye to my sweet Pokey. Thank you for being so gentle when you took Pokey and thank you for folding her sweater and blanket when giving her items back to us, it is the small things that count and you guys showed that. Thank you Levi for taking care of Pokey’s cremation and making sure we got her ashes back. Thank you again Never Forgotten Pet Cremation in Boise. I will definitely be recommending you to anyone who loses their pets. You have blessed me beyond what I can express.

I’m so very grateful to Never Forgotten for their kindness, compassion, and caring service. Working with them to have my little girl Taffy cremated was such a positive experience. Brenda was incredibly helpful, and ensured that my wishes for Taffy’s remains to be mixed with the remains of her brother, Chico went smoothly. She handled all the possible issues with my plans upfront and made suggestions that meant I was able to accomplish my final wishes for Taffy and Chico. These folks have a hard job, but they excelled at making an incredibly difficult time just a little more manageable.

Our kitty, who was a son to us, left us after 19 years. We were devastated 💔. We wanted him with us forever. We found these wonderful, caring people on the internet. I just wanted to say that this business and the people that own and work there made the transition with our pets so much easier. It's still incredibly hard but the people here are so caring, understanding, gentle, and kind. They have an amazing selection of beautiful memorial pieces as well. We had a run of bad luck last year and lost our dog, cat, and two bunnies throughout the year. It was so hard for us but Never Forgotten helped us so much. My sweet Shadow passed away on August 22nd due to a brain tumor. I stumbled upon Never Forgotten Pet Cremations after a quick google search and they squeezed me in before they closed. When I arrived, Dan was the one to talk me through the process. I was a total mess and couldn't stop crying. But he never rushed me and handed me a box of tissues while I talked his ear off about my fur baby and even managed to make me laugh a few times. Due to work, I'd been unable to pick her up until today. They were very flexible and when I called them after getting off early for once, they told me to come right over.I appreciate you guys so much. Thank you for everything❤️

They were so extremely amazing, they made sure to have us send in options of pictures and seeing the one they chose truly made us all light up when we picked him up. It's taken me 3 months to write this review due to my grief but I wanted to thank y'all for your kindness and compassion you showed my husband and I. We were having the literal worst day of our lives and y'all were nothing but kind even though we showed up right around closing time. We paid extra to have Delilah returned to us as soon as possible and y'all made that possible just 15 hours after bringing her in, even honoring our request for her knee hardware and for her ashes to be easily transferable to a custom urn we purchased. We will be forever grateful for your services and will return when the time comes.

I cannot express how grateful I am for Never Forgotten. I’d been out of state when my beloved kitty ventured from my backyard (he never had before) and was struck by a car on a nearby road. I was notified by a Good Samaritan the day this occurred. I’d made a couple calls to the city/vet but nobody would pick him up. The only ones who were willing to retrieve his body for me were Never Forgotten. Although located a 45 minute drive away, Dan picked his body up and managed to save his collar for me. I now have a beautiful urn and necklace, as well as his collar. I’d spoken with three staff members in total between the initial call and urn pick up, all of which were very pleasant. I lost my dog after 17 years together. I call the two prevailing crematory services company in Boise ID. This one was exceptionally accommodating and quick. Though not the decision factor, the charged me 70% less for a private cremation that also included a nice handcrafted wooded box for the ashes. The other place I called was Gentle Goodbyes. These people were urging me to let them terminate my dog (apparently they also offer euthanasia) and buy the "deluxe" package, while my dog was still alive!

The urn with my dogs picture on it that they engraved is absolutely beautiful and spot on. They have always been great in my eyes because we've had several pets cremated there and I can't say enough about their service. I also got one of their necklaces that has some of my DACY ashes in there and that means so much to me that I can't tell you. Will constantly request you if I am able for any pet that passes. When i called in a hurry when i need to find a place to have my cat cremated. On the phone they where so caring and nice to me. We got there to drop of my cat miss. I took my pet bunny Trappy to All Valley Animal Pet Clinic to get him cremated but never knew who was the one that will provide the cremation services until last night I got him back. Love the serviceMy trappy was my pride and joy and the only thing that kept me from ending my life 5 years ago. He cross the rainbow bridge unexpectedly and I’m still grieving. Our beloved goat recently died and we decided to have him cremated. I thought I would get laughed at when I explained we wanted to cremate our goat, however the gentleman told me that they had cremated several goats and it was not out of the normal. He was super compassionate and helpful and also over $100 cheaper than the first place I called. They picked up our goat the same day we called and he was ready to be picked up the following day. We were so impressed! And the handmade urn with our goats name (and little hoof prints) engraved was just beautiful. All in all a super good experience. We will definitely use this company again as needed!

Many tears today-sad because we miss him so much, happy because he is back home. Duke was my daughters best friend - they were joined at the hip and she will tell me she misses him so bad it hurts but she doesn't know how to not miss him. I have never had such an amazing experience as I have had with this company. My mother's bunny died and I was able to work with them with my work schedule, and meet up with them to give her a few things to help her grieve. They were so kind to meet up after they closed and secretly do this for her. They kept in contact with me for her and informed me of when they were in shop for my mother to pick the ashes early for her pet. The most amazing company, and the most considerate people! You can feel their compassion and empathy! Thank you so much. This means a great deal to our family in our time of loss. My hamster had passed away unfortunately and I called for info about cremation, amazing prices compared to others and the woman at the front was so amazing and kind. I got my hamsters ashes back 24 hours later in a beautiful urn. Definitely recommend!

I cannot explain how grateful I am to NFPC! Our baby passed of old age on a Sunday a.m. no one is open on Sundays. Regardless, Dan responded to my email on a Sunday. We wanted to price things out, we have 5 kids and it is Christmas time so we were strapped. After calling around not only were they the best priced but also the sweetest and most amazing! I dropped our Mandy girl off on a Tuesday and she was ready to come home on Thursday. The ink paw prints were a great thing to add to keep with us! I am so thankful!

Rascal is the first pet that myself and my family have lost and it was hard, to say the least. I called many places and it was so expensive to get our kitty's ashes back. Then I called Never Forgotten, not only were they less expensive but also very compassionate. (not so clinical) I think I called 2 or more times asking questions before I made an appt and everytime they answered with the utmost respect. They were very accommodating to all of my requests. I was expecting to wait over a week and they surprised me and only took 5 days!!!! Rascals urn is just so perfect!! I am recommending Pet Crematory to every furbaby owner I know!!! If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I am an owner of a large variety of animals, and with that being said loss happens more frequently with so many different species and age ranges. The last 3 pets I had to say goodbye to were all brought to Never Forgotten, and the results are always so stunning. They care so deeply about our fur babies and treat everyone of them with the utmost respect. They are consoling with every pick up and drop off as well. I am so happy with how convenient it was to take my incredible dog. My dog passed away at about 10:30 at night and the most stressful part was what to do with his body because I didn’t want to have to keep him in the garage until the morning and bury him. I didn’t want to have to deal with the pain all over again in the morning, so I called All Valley animal hospital and the took him that night and set him up to be cremated. A few weeks later I received the beautiful urn with his ashes also a paw print in clay and one in ink. They did a great job. Thank you Forgotten Pet Cremations you guys really made this tuff time a lot less stressful.

Our precious Jessie Akers passed away and this company provided the cremation service. We chose to use our own urn. When we picked up Jessie’s ashes, they were given to us in a baggie with her name written on it using a black felt pen. Her paws were put on scrap paper that looks like a 3 year cut the squares. Both were different sizes and cut uneven. There was no care at all provided for our Jessie or care for our loss. We have always provided our own urns for our dogs and our ash’s were given back to us in a container that satisfactory and not degrading like it was done for Jessie. This was just awful to know that our Jessie was not handled with love and care. It has just added additional pain to our loss.

When i called in a hurry when i need to find a place to have my cat cremated. On the phone they where so caring and nice to me. We got there to drop of my cat miss. The staff was So nice walking us through the area to pick out a box for her. When i picked her up still very nice and kind. Thank you to you all in my time of need.

I took my pet bunny Trappy to All Valley Animal Pet Clinic to get him cremated but never knew who was the one that will provide the cremation services until last night I got him back. Love the serviceMy trappy was my pride and joy and the only thing that kept me from ending my life 5 years ago. He cross the rainbow bridge unexpectedly and I’m still grieving. But having him back gives me peace. I want to thank Marcus for taking care of my boy.

Our beloved goat recently died and we decided to have him cremated. I thought I would get laughed at when I explained we wanted to cremate our goat, however the gentleman told me that they had cremated several goats and it was not out of the normal. He was super compassionate and helpful and also over $100 cheaper than the first place I called. They picked up our goat the same day we called and he was ready to be picked up the following day. We were so impressed! And the handmade urn with our goats name (and little hoof prints) engraved was just beautiful. All in all a super good experience. We will definitely use this company again as needed!

Many tears today-sad because we miss him so much, happy because he is back home. Duke was my daughters best friend - they were joined at the hip and she will tell me she misses him so bad it hurts but she doesn't know how to not miss him. He is by her bed, right where he always was.Thank you for your kindness and patience. The picture of Duke is so awesome--as my daughter said, its like he is watching me. You have gave her some peace.

I have never had such an amazing experience as I have had with this company. My mother's bunny died and I was able to work with them with my work schedule, and meet up with them to give her a few things to help her grieve. They were so kind to meet up after they closed and secretly do this for her. They kept in contact with me for her and informed me of when they were in shop for my mother to pick the ashes early for her pet. The most amazing company, and the most considerate people! You can feel their compassion and empathy! Thank you so much. This means a great deal to our family in our time of loss. My hamster had passed away unfortunately and I called for info about cremation, amazing prices compared to others and the woman at the front was so amazing and kind. I got my hamsters ashes back 24 hours later in a beautiful urn. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I recently lost our sweet girl, Molly, and we just picked her up yesterday from our vet. We are so grateful for Never Forgotten Pet Cremations. The care that was taken and what we received back means so much to us. The card with her paw prints was so unexpected and means the world to us and her urn with her name on it is so nice. Losing her was devastating and it’s so comforting to know that she was treated with such loving kindness.

I cannot explain how grateful I am to NFPC! Our baby passed of old age on a Sunday a.m. no one is open on Sundays. Regardless, Dan responded to my email on a Sunday. We wanted to price things out, we have 5 kids and it is Christmas time so we were strapped. After calling around not only were they the best priced but also the sweetest and most amazing! I dropped our Mandy girl off on a Tuesday and she was ready to come home on Thursday. The ink paw prints were a great thing to add to keep with us! I am so thankful!

Rascal is the first pet that myself and my family have lost and it was hard, to say the least. I called many places and it was so expensive to get our kitty's ashes back. Then I called Never Forgotten, not only were they less expensive but also very compassionate. (not so clinical) I think I called 2 or more times asking questions before I made an appt and everytime they answered with the utmost respect. They were very accommodating to all of my requests. I was expecting to wait over a week and they surprised me and only took 5 days!!!! Rascals urn is just so perfect!! I am recommending Pet Crematory to every furbaby owner I know!!! Thank you for taking such good care of my Rascal on her final adventure.

If I could leave more than 5 stars I would. I am an owner of a large variety of animals, and with that being said loss happens more frequently with so many different species and age ranges. The last 3 pets I had to say goodbye to were all brought to Never Forgotten, and the results are always so stunning. They care so deeply about our fur babies and treat everyone of them with the utmost respect. They are consoling with every pick up and drop off as well. Thank you guys for always doing such an amazing job!

I am so happy with how convenient it was to take my incredible dog. My dog passed away at about 10:30 at night and the most stressful part was what to do with his body because I didn’t want to have to keep him in the garage until the morning and bury him. I didn’t want to have to deal with the pain all over again in the morning, so I called All Valley animal hospital and the took him that night and set him up to be cremated. A few weeks later I received the beautiful urn with his ashes also a paw print in clay and one in ink. They did a great job. Thank you Forgotten Pet Cremations you guys really made this tuff time a lot less stressful.

When we had our family dog put down suddenly at All Valley Animal Care Center, we elected to keep his ashes, and Never Forgotten is the company that was used. Our wooden box urn is absolutely beautiful, and the name placard on the front is lovely. Thank you for the beautiful keepsake.
