It takes a special type of people to do what Pat and his Ohana do at Sunset Pet Memorial Services. Our cat of 22 years passed away recently and we wanted to have him cremated. We just moved from Oahu and didn’t know where to take him so I googled it and Sunset Pet came up and it had excellent reviews so I called. Pat was very kind and personable from the start and explained to us how it would be done and in a week we got our beloved Yoshikazu back in a nice cedar urn with lock and key. Pat delivered him to us on a Sunday. I feel good knowing we did the right thing and that Yoshi was in good hands. I highly recommend Sunset Memorial Pet if you are looking for a compassionate way to say Aloha to your pet friends when the time comes.

Mahalo mahalo Sunset Memorial Pet Services! Appreciate Pat & son's compassion for our beloved Hoss passing at home! Fortunately, we're able to drop him off prior to the weekend because they're closed. SPMS have cared for several of our dogs. Always provided professional service!

Appreciate Sunset Memorial Cremation! Our Senior Doggy passed on Saturday evening @8:30pm. Soon after we called & left message on voicemail! They returned call @9:10pm offering to pick her up from our home next morning 7:00. And will bring her back to us with memory & engraved urn. Awesome delivery!! Payment is due upon pick up, we are thankful for their support, care & love of our pets Ohana!! Yes, your vet has the ability to utilize them as well! Due to the fact our vet isn’t available later evenings nor weekends...SMC is a blessing!! They will take care of your 4paw family member!! Thank you thank you SMC!!

Great crematory services by Pat and John. Friendly and quick service. Delivered cremains from their location to my home in Hilo town. I had forgotten to mention we wanted to get the stuffed animal back from the box we dropped off our little pup with them. Pat went out of his way to deliver the box to us. Thank you SPMS.

Cremation was arranged via Maika'i Veterinary Clinic. We were extremely pleased with Sunset Pet Memorial Services. They are trustworthy and professional. We love the cedar urn and the nameplate that came with our burial package. Thank you.
