A couple of days ago, was looking for a place to get my father’s cat and a kitten that me and my wife had that both passed away. My father’s cat was 14 years old and she had a kidney issue. Me and my wife’s kitten was hit by a car on Christmas.When I talked to Jim and explained the situation, he was humbled about my situation. Looked at places around the Macon area and the prices were out of my range. Even though this place was two hours away, it was in my budget.Today me and my wife traveled up to here and was greeted wonderfully. We went in detail of what was needed and he did it all.My wife wanted a nose print of the kitten, he did the best he could. After my wife really looked at the print, the nose print was just fine. She will be painting it to bring it out but sir you did a great job. It shows up. Paw prints from both cats were great as well.Thank you so much sir. You went far and beyond on this service. I highly recommend taking pets here. They will be treated with great respect. I am 1000% glad I found this place.Again sir, me and my wife want to say Thank You So Much. It means a lot to us.

Jim is such a wonderful person! Worked with me and my husband on getting a nose print and with all things considered it came out great. I’m very pleased with the whole experience. It’s a horrible thing to go through but he really helped this broken heart get some closure. Our beautiful little girl Rosa Lee wasn’t even 9 months yet and I miss her so much. I love the containers they use. Very adorable. I highly recommend this place.

I had the best first experience. Not handling losing my baby after 14.5 years. Barbara was so sweet and hugged me as If i was family to let me cry when I picked my baby up and told me not to leave until I was ok to drive.Thank you for what yall do and making this experience pleasant.

The absolute best place ever. I had my sweet girl for 19 years. And I was devastated when she passed. Jim and his sister showed me so much compassion and love. I can’t thank them enough for making this hard hard journey much easier. Thank you guys so much.PLEASE use this company always. I will never use another. They feel like family to me.

I’ve used them twice, once with my cat, and again today with my beloved dog Heidi. Every interaction I’ve had with the entire family include the father mother and daughter have been nothing but kind caring compassion and empathy. I was met today with a hug after calling me back after hours last night to make sure I was taken care of promptly. I couldn’t ask for a better experience as I brought my girl in she asked about her and pet her with me before I said goodbye for the last time. On top of the stellar customer service they’re affordable and it’s always so tidy when I’ve gone. Thank you for offering a service that I’m able to have a piece of my babies forever. I will continue to recommend them and use them in the future if I need it.

I have used North Georgia Pet Cremations over a dozen times over the past 20 years. I adopt senior and disabled animals and rarely have fewer than 7 to 8 animals. Sadly, while they live well into their teens, they don't live nearly as long as I wished they did. Jim provides a needed service with the greatest of compassion and patience. He is so accomodating, which is greatly appreciated when going through something so traumatic. I can't thank him enough for what he does. Knowing that I can always have my furbabies with me is such a comfort. I wouldn't use anyone else.

I would not even dream of using ANYONE ELSE ever.Over a decade has passed since i 1st required their services. And after 10 years Jim knew exactly who i was and immediately came to to help us un our time of unimaginable pain n grief.All 4 of my Great Danes were treated with so much care, understanding, compassion and respect. I know my babies were in loving hands when i reluctantly had to walk away. Jim makes us feel like hes know us for years. HMost of my babies were returned to me overnight. I cant say enough positive things about them.Thank you so much. Much love.Candice

After meeting the people that run this place, you can see that they legitimately care about what they do. This kind of service isn't something that you want to think about, but it's necessary, and they make it easier to handle the loss. Much appreciated.

This is the second time we have used North Georgia Pet Cremations. The owner is very professional. He came to the house to pick up our dogs and then, per our request he delivered them back to us in an urn that had dog paws on it and a touching passage about how they are playing where the rainbows are. Would recommend them highly.

This is kindest and most professional fur baby cremation service there is. The owner, Jim is so nice and caring. I have taken two of my dogs there and have felt comforted and informed throughout the entire process each time.Here's my first time experience with making the decision on where to cremate my dog and what to expect if you choose NG Pet Cremation:With the passing of my first senior dog I was unsure of what to expect and where to go? I wanted her cremated, but had read horror stories about people not getting their dog's ashes back. So, I had done some (so much) research beforehand and funeral homes seemed to be the legitimate way to go. After a little more searching I found North Georgia Pet Cremations and Little and Davenport Funeral Home in Gainesville Georgia. I called the number on the site, spoke with Jim and we arranged to meet at the funeral home with my late girl when the day came.When that day arrived he met me at my car to help gurney her. He was sympathetic and kind, while also answering my millions of question. He walked me through everything.They have a completely separate cremator onsite dedicated to just pets. He showed me the room and explained the entire process. Jim will even allow you to watch your baby going into the cremator, if you are worried about not receiving their ashes back. If you are okay with leaving them, you can come pick them up the next day or when you feel you can. Payment upon pickup. Your baby's remains are retuned in a thick plastic bag, placed inside of a nice tin.I cannot say enough good things about this business. Oh, and did I mention his mom sends you a condolence card. I'm not crying, you're crying!
