We contacted them late in the afternoon & they said they would be there! (Over 80 miles one way) It took me 4 weeks to get my courage up to pick up my boy. They had his paw print, clipping of his fur for me which I was not expecting. No extra charge. I hope I don't need their service anytime soon,but if I do I will be contacting them. These ladies treated both my family and my sweet girl Tamale with so much compassion and gentleness. They truly made one of the worst things to happen to us so much easier. Knowing she was cared for after leaving us made it much more bearable. Incredible…….I just got home! I can’t stop crying over the fact that he is home and what has been done in his honor! Laura and Paws went WAY beyond and I’m breathless! He’s sitting with me on the couch as I reflect about the efforts to preserve him and honor his life. Our pets are family and they have demonstrated a genuine understanding of how we feel even though we couldn’t convey it at the time. I am so humbled by the care for Scully and I am beyond grateful!As a family, we are humbled by your compassion! If i could leave 10 stars I would. During the most dofficult part of owning a pet they were like the angels that came to take my girl over the rainbow bridge. The death of my german sheppard Eleanor was sudden, unexpected, and tragic. The beautiful experience I had with them gave me such comfort because i know the love and care she was given. When i went to gether ashes, and i saw this beautiful box with her name on it and an ornament, all i could do was thank them for doing what they do for us. My dog unexpectedly passed away late on a Saturday night. I assumed I would have to take her body to the emergency hospital in Savannah. Fortunately, I reached out to a friend, who reached out to a local vet tech, who told me about Paws 'n Reflect. I never imagined there would be a 24/7 service like this (I've lived in much bigger cities that didn't have something like this).My call was immediately answered and Laura came shortly after. She was patient with us as we said goodbye to our dog - we didn't feel rushed at all despite it being 9pm on a Saturday. On Wednesday, we were able to pick up her ashes and paw print. I really recommend getting the paw print (or more than one, which I did). I'm so grateful for this service. Thank you for helping us during this difficult time.

I have had so many cats over the years but Toni was my ultimate. She slept on my shoulder for 18 years. We took her to Paws and Reflect and Cierra took so much of the pressure off of us. She was so kind and friendly. Toni's box is beautiful and we are so happy with her clay footprint. We would never take any other animal anywhere but to Paws and Reflect.

I highly recommend if you’re seeking options other than Burial for your beloved companion. Our baby passed unexpectedly Thursday April 28th. We were completely broken and I knew right away that burial was not what we wanted for him. Paws and reflect has been awesome every step of the way. I was not in a place to drive our passed on pup to them as I was sobbing vigorously. Even though my tears and shaking voice, they were able to help me arrange transportation for him. We sat with our boy until they arrived to transport him, he arrived in an extremely timely manner and was very patient and kind with us in our fragile state. We were able to pick up his ashes exactly a week from his departure day. I would have paid anything to bring our boy home but was surprised by their very reasonable price upon pickup. I was also surprised to find that his ashes did not come home with us in a bag and that they and put him in a beautiful wooded box with a plaque that has his name engraved on it. I can't say enough about the staff, especially Laura. I was met with nothing but respect and compassion, even when I first reached out via email late Sunday night knowing the decision I would have to make in the morning with my senior girl and her failing health. They communicated very well with me, were very responsive (email and text), and even allowed us to have an additional urn so that both of her human parents could keep part of her memory in different homes. Again, I highly recommend these guys for all of your fur babies' end of life memory and honoring them. Thank you so much! 💓

These guys are simply the best out there. They treat every animal as their own. In such a sad situation as losing a furry member of the family, the compassion, care, and love they show is outstanding. The thought that goes into each return package is felt when you open it. I wanted to thank this company for there heartfelt help. My dog was tragically hit by a car. She didn’t make it. I called this company. They answered the phone immediately. Said they would be at my home in 15 minutes, they were. They took my little dog with blankets and a special pillow. The were so nice and helpful. It gave me peace immediately, knowing I chose the right company for my little fur baby!

I simply cannot put into words how wonderful and professional these kind folks are! Some people don't think that animals are members of your family and question how a person can mourn their loss, but, Laura and Bob truly understand. They have helped us gain closure and made sure that we were kept informed through the entire process. They picked our baby up from the animal hospital and made sure to treat her with dignity and respect. The staff at our vet's office were so complimentary of them. The extra touches like her little nose print stamped in ink and her paw print are extra keepsakes that we can cherish for years to come. I wish that I could find the words to thank them appropriately, but alas, I cannot. i can simply say that I am so thankful to the entire staff here at Paws 'n Reflect for helping my Mom and I during our time of great loss. Whiskey was far more than just a pet....she was my sister and had been with us through trial and triumph. It hurts to know that we will never hear her little bark or hold her in our arms, but, we will at least have her ashes and memento's that Paws 'n Reflect made for us. We love you Tallulah River Whiskey - Momma and Bubba will always love you. They were very kind during the entire process. They picked our dog up directly from the vet with only a week turn around for the whole thing. We got a nice box for him with a name plate on it as well as a clay paw print and some of his fur for keepsakes. Miserable circumstances but they were very personable.

I lost my girl mollie of 13 years. Due to illness I had to make the decision to send her across the rainbow on November 20th 2023. She was sent to paws and reflect for cremation. I picked her up today Dec. 5th from vets office today expecting really just a bag of ashes but I was so moved as to how paws and reflect had brought her back. The box was beautiful and also recieved a small package with my mollies hair. I want to thank you so very much for what you did that made this hard time aa little easier. I pray God blesses you all.

My little dog , was accidentally hit by a car, I was devastated. I didn’t know what to do,I talked to a friend who recommended this company. I am so thankful for there help. I can not thank them enough for a smooth process in a difficult time. They were extremely caring. I had seen reviews and knew they were the ones I wanted to call. Bob called me right away to let me know when he was able to make it to my house. He was understanding when I was so extremely emotional. When they called to let me know callies ashes were ready, they had everything set up in such a beautiful display. To top it all off, they are extremely affordable. I can not even express how Wonderful these people are!!! Our 15 yr old lab, Bella, passed very suddenly right before Christmas this year. We were heart broken!!! Bella always went camping with us and our Family christmas trip is coming up January 1st! I had a 23 year old pitbull rescue that was my beloved child. When the time became apparent, Laura was more than accommodating and stayed on standby. When we scheduled a day and time they showed up, were extremely professional and respectful. They stayed in the background until I was ready. I could not say enough good things about this company. We recently lost our beautiful puppy Odín and we decided to cremate him so we could take him with us forever. I contacted several places, but were more expensive and tbh I felt like they didn’t care much about anything but $. Paws and Reflect were very kind to my pain and considerate to my circumstances ( I had another very sick pup at the hospital at the same time ). They came to 4 Rivers vet, took Odín and were so kind to meet up close to my home ( Lyons ) AT NO COST!. They placed him in the most beautiful customized wooden box, and send me a beautiful card giving me condolences...that meant A LOT to me!! Thanks so much for your outstanding service and for helping me to get back my precious Odin.

When they called to let me know callies ashes were ready, they had everything set up in such a beautiful display. To top it all off, they are extremely affordable. I hope you never have to use them, but if you need to, they are the best. Thank you for taking care of my Callie girl.

I can not even express how Wonderful these people are!!! Our 15 yr old lab, Bella, passed very suddenly right before Christmas this year. We were heart broken!!! Bella always went camping with us and our Family christmas trip is coming up January 1st! The wonderful people at paws n reflect not only made sure she was back for the trip, but she is home before Christmas!!! Our family is extremely thankful!!! Thank you all so much!

I had a 23 year old pitbull rescue that was my beloved child. When the time became apparent, Laura was more than accommodating and stayed on standby. When we scheduled a day and time they showed up, were extremely professional and respectful. They stayed in the background until I was ready. I could not say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them.

Reached out to them minutes after our German Shepherd puppy passed, and they responded immediately. Our pets are members of our family and Bob treated Zuma accordingly. I can never thank him enough for the care he extended and for going ABOVE and BEYOND for me in taking care of my pup and driving nearly 40 miles to bring him back home again. Will never forget the kindness.

We recently lost our beautiful puppy Odín and we decided to cremate him so we could take him with us forever. I contacted several places, but were more expensive and tbh I felt like they didn’t care much about anything but $. Paws and Reflect were very kind to my pain and considerate to my circumstances ( I had another very sick pup at the hospital at the same time ). They came to 4 Rivers vet, took Odín and were so kind to meet up close to my home ( Lyons ) AT NO COST!. They placed him in the most beautiful customized wooden box, and send me a beautiful card giving me condolences...that meant A LOT to me!! Thanks so much for your outstanding service and for helping me to get back my precious Odin.

My lovely Lucy was cremated and they put her in the most beautiful wooden box. They offer other amazing containers . My fur family member will always be near. Service was next day with guaranteed certificate. You will be pleased.

Laid up with a broken leg, and my wife and sister in laws baby passed away. Paws n reflect picked her up, and brought her home for us. Wonderful, respectful people. Kind, courteous, and considerate. Would recommend. Wonderful service and a very reasonable cost
