My husband and I used Pet Love Cremation & Memorial for the cremation of our 7 month old black lab, Shadow. They were beyond kind and understanding. I must leave a five star comment for this place. The staff who provided services for us was an kind and generous old man. He is so nice, mine was two hamsters which was pretty small, but my hamsters was very tiny which was not enough 2 grams and he only charged me for one price, I was prepared to pay for two separate prices because it’s two hamsters, and he said it was too small so he would only charge me one and won’t charge me for another urn. And the certificate is so warm, this is the first time I received a certificate(I had done a cremation for my other hamster half year ago in another state but there was no certificate). Would definitely recommend this place if you have any cremation services needed for your beloved pets, reasonable pricing and warm services.

Losing a pet is never easy. Pet Love was so accommodating. Every interaction I experienced was based on compassion and understanding. Highly recommend Pet Love. Excellent customer service, they walk you through every step, no high pressure sales. Sookie’s remains were placed in a beautiful carved wooden box, received her paw print, along with a certificate of cremation. Overall, a very positive experience. I called very frantic. The man on the phone was super nice, when I called back, he understood everything And told me everything I should do to preserve our little baby until we could get there the next morning. The puppy was the size of a pinky They had a little wagon for him. The procedure was fast. And they have lots lots of memorable Stuff I got footprint with name, engraved, cremation certificate, box for the ashes with the name on the bottom with little stickers💕💕 Very, very kind staff! Pet Love responded on a late weekend night to help with my dog Drake. When everyone else was closed, this team had a quick response and showed such compassion to our family. Really kind service, guy running the show is personable and really approachable, it's good to know an actual human's running the business and not trying to turn a profit of pets that passed. I was crying on the way there but ended up having a good conversation and laughed a bit talking to him.Also the only business to actually be open 7 days a week, lots of crematoriums are listed here and did not pick up the phone. He immediately picked up and said he could be there in an hour. Even offered to keep some pet fur too.

An absolutely amazing experience!When I called in to ask about the process (my little boy passed away only a few hours ago) I started crying … the gentleman on the phone was incredibly kind and understanding. It was important to us to cremate his body quick so We can free our little guy’s soul. He allowed us to visit the Pet Love Cremation & Memorial within an hour. We were able to receive a Private Cremation (only our little one cremated separate from other bodies).The gentleman allowed us to sit in a room with our little boy’s body to say our goodbyes. We purchased some flowers. We payed our boy on his favorite blanked and placed the flowers all the way around him. Then he was cremated. It took a couple of hours for the cremation to complete. So we left the facility and came back. We received a very nice bag with a thoughtful poem. We also received a certificate of cremation. We were not rushed and given enough time for every step. Thank you again for helping us take care of our little boy.

Willow was cremated in her cardboard box-lid which she loved to stay in for rest. Thank Mic for doing that and for letting me view the cremation for a small fee.
