I lost my little sweetheart after a battle with cancer. I was very grief stricken as she was not just a pet, Lucy was part of our family. I called Rainbow Bridge from my veterinarian office and I told them what had happened.Jennifer made what was the worst day I’ve had in a long time more bearable. She is very compassionate and empathetic. I got a very pretty urn, with a beautiful engraved poem. Locket of her hair. A memorial with some pictures of Lucy Jennifer got from me and an ink paw print of Lucy. I also got a clay paw print. It was all very beautifully done.Elizabeth from rainbow bridge has kept in touch with me checking on me.I highly recommend them.

When I lost my 15yr old white Boxer Bella in the early morning hours of Nov 28th 2023, I was devastated. She passed in my arms. Baker McCullough funeral home was just down the street and I took my baby there. They were so kind and compassionate. I just knew they would treat her with dignity and respect. I was so emotionally destroyed but they helped ease my pain. I thank all you guys so much for everything.

I had read the other reviews here prior to choosing Rainbow Bridge, thinking that we would have a warm and compassionate experience, but unfortunately that was not the case.When we brought our cat’s body in to the funeral home, Dusty said “I’ll take that from you” like I had brought him a sandwich. He was not at any point rude, though the entire experience felt extremely transactional. He did not offer any condolences or apologize for our loss.I left feeling uneasy and regretting not going elsewhere. Dusty did send us an email asking for photos to use for the memorial folder they would be making. I sent the photos about a week and half later, apologizing for the delay.When my partner picked up our cat’s remains, the woman at the desk laughed at him when he was asking questions about the ashes. They also did not use the photos I sent. I imagine they had already printed the folder by the time I had sent the photos but at least responding to my email to let me know that would have been appreciated.Incredibly disappointed, will not give them our business again.

These people are the most compassionate people you will ever come across. You want your pets to be treated as you would be treated. They do that for you. They are a one stop shop and have your cremains beautifully packaged when it is returned to you. Months after my little thing passed, I got a check up text, and I’ve never experienced that kind of Customer Care before. Trust me, I have a wall of all of my pets cremains, this service is the best of all.

We lost our Noah on 7-14-2024 We were emotionally devastated and it was on a Sunday and didn't know what to do. Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation Services was absolutely wonderful to my family and me. My mother’s 125 pound lab passed away, and we didn’t know what to do. This dog was like my mother’s baby. They were so kind and caring with her. All we had to do was call and open the door. For something so sad and heartbreaking, the less we had to think about it, the better. I'm so grateful for Rainbow Bridge offering services and remembrances for family pets, and even more grateful they accept all kinds of pets, not just cats and dogs. I am very grateful for the services they provided for my fur baby, Cookie. He passed away unexpectedly at home during the weekend and I had no idea what to do. I emailed Rainbow Bridge and quickly got a call back on a Sunday. I had done research at this point and wanted to make sure he would be in good hands . I loved the fact that they only did single cremations. When I brought him in, they were very respectful and sympathetic . But, it was when I picked him up, I truly knew they cared about him. They had made an impression of his paws, an obituary, and they saved some of his fur for me to keep. He was also in a nice container. It’s hard to let go of our pets. They become family, but I feel like I definitely made the best decision I could to honor my Cookie by bringing him here.

My Boston Terrier “Skipper” has absolutely been the best friend I have ever had for the last 14 1/2 years. I have had wonderful dogs my whole life but this is the first time I’ve had my companion cremated. He was that close to me. I’ve told my family that I want my ashes mixed with his. The folks at Rainbow Bridge made this difficult decision so much easier than I expected. My part Pitbull, Miss Ivey, passed over the Rainbow Bridge the 1st Monday in January of 2023. She was home with us, recovering for surgery in December 2022. She was not in pain and just went to sleep not to wake up.I was at such a loss as what to do. I had been told about the Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation / Baker McCullough-Fairhaven Funeral Home. They will only cremate one pet at a time.The people were very help & understanding. Sadly, I do not remember the name of the gentleman who helped me with the service options & the paperwork. He took his time to explained different options.A week after leaving Ivey, she was returned to me. A Beautiful Carved Wooden Box, Brass Name Plate. A Lock of Miss Ivey's Hair, two paw impressions in clay.I give the Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremation Funeral Service 10 STARS for being so understanding & being so helpful !!

We were so grief stricken with the sudden death of our 15 year old teacup chihuahua. Our daughter had recommended them from a previous client. Jason and staff was very reassuring that our memory of her could be reserved. I didn’t want her buried I wanted her with us at all times. We had her cremated by the rainbow bridge company. We got her back with in a short while. It came with her paw print in clay. Her ashes in a nice wooden urn. A nice plate with her name date of birth and date Of death. Thank you we will use the service in the future.

A piece of my heart left me when my Kuzco passed away. I was referred, by my vet, to visit Rainbow Bridge Cremation. I called first thing in the morning and made arrangements to come in. I was a little nervous at first, being that it is inside of an actual funeral home. The guy at the front desk was very kind and he even gave me a little card with uplifting words for those who have lost someone, and he even shared a story about how he lost his pet. It was a very sad moment for me, but the staff made me comfortable during the process. I was able to pick up my baby after 9 business days and they even reached out to me weeks later to see how I was holding up. I thought that was a very thoughtful gesture of them. If you allow them to service you, you will not regret it.

Found out about their rainbow bridge pet cremation services through the web, and I could not ask for a better place and staff. I unfortunately lost 2 cats in 4 months and only found out about them the second time around and everyday I wish I had known about them sooner. The sweetest, and kindest people around. They even included paw prints of my precious cat along with some fur when I picked up her ashes and were very quick to get the clay paw print I asked for shortly after. My tiny, part-feral cat had gotten sick and passed away on April 25th, 2022. I'm just now writing this review as it's difficult thinking of her......I miss taking care of her, and her strange and loving personality. I took her to Rainbow Bridge that day and the lady that received her spoke to her "sweet girl". I had chosen Rainbow Bridge primarily because they cremate individually, so that you only get your pet back. The cost for this service is very reasonable. About a week later I had picked her up, and upon bringing her home I noticed that along with her ashes was a small bag containing a cutting of Starla's fur. Someone must have noticed that I was trying my best to cut the mats from her fur with scissors while she ate. This is the type of caring that will bring me back; I have a cat that is almost 20. When the time comes, I have a plan and know he'll be well cared for.

Our sweet Regal crossed the Rainbow Bridge a week ago. I reached out to Gary and he immediately came to get our baby boy. I could not ask for more compassion with our loss. Gary and his staff took such wonderful care of Regal. He was given back to us in a beautiful box along with his paw print and a lock of his fur. I just wanted to give a huge thank you to Rainbow Bridge, but especially their representatives. The first person that helped me was so kind and patient, their warmth genuinely helped me to turn over my baby to them. When I received the call for Christian's pickup, the next representative displayed that he was genuinely saddened by my loss. We recently lost our beautiful family member Cooper. Cooper was with us for almost 17 years. Rainbow Bridge (Jason) was very professional and considerate to our grief of losing a loved one. They took care of us and Cooper. They placed his remains in a very nice wooden box with name plate, got a clay paw print from him, gave us a lovely card with pictures, of Cooper and got his hair clipping. In November, I said goodbye to my beloved pet. Within an hour I drove her remains to Rainbow Bridge. I was met with understanding and respect for my loss. Putting my trust in them is a decision I am proud of. The staff were very kind, offering their own number if I needed to talk to someone over my grief. They even allowed me to personalize the name plate on her urn at no extra charge. She was returned to me within 9 days (I was quoted 10 days). The staff have my utmost respect.

RBPC was very attentive to our needs for honoring the passing of our cat. Treated us and our pet with the utmost respect. They even washed the blanket we had our cat lying on and returned to us along with the ashes. They also do more than just cremate your pet. There were paw prints made, one on a clay coaster, hair clippings, and a way to get other items with our cat’s paw print. If your pet is like a family member, then RBPC is definitely the go-to for honoring them. Elizabeth even reached out to us on the 1 year anniversary to let us you know they were thinking of us. That in itself was amazing and only confirmed we made the right choice.

I was very upseet at losing my Pomeranian Bandit having had him for 11 years. I spoke with Gary Vinson onn the phone and met with Angie when I brought him in. We were so grief stricken with the sudden death of our 15 year old teacup chihuahua. Our daughter had recommended them from a previous client. Jason and staff was very reassuring that our memory of her could be reserved. I didn’t want her buried I wanted her with us at all times. We had her cremated by the rainbow bridge company. We got her back with in a short while. It came with her paw print in clay. Her ashes in a nice wooden urn. A nice plate with her name date of birth and date Of death. Thank you we will use the service in the future.

A piece of my heart left me when my Kuzco passed away. I was referred, by my vet, to visit Rainbow Bridge Cremation. I called first thing in the morning and made arrangements to come in. I was a little nervous at first, being that it is inside of an actual funeral home. The guy at the front desk was very kind and he even gave me a little card with uplifting words for those who have lost someone, and he even shared a story about how he lost his pet. It was a very sad moment for me, but the staff made me comfortable during the process. I was able to pick up my baby after 9 business days and they even reached out to me weeks later to see how I was holding up. I thought that was a very thoughtful gesture of them. If you allow them to service you, you will not regret it.

I would like to thank the compassion showed by Elizabeth & her team. It was a tough day when Sara ( my late grandparents cat) passed. She was a huge part of the family for many years. I lost my Rose March 27, 2024. She saw me through a pretty rough patch. Rose was my best friend for 6 years and I miss her every day. Rainbow Bridge was there for Rose and my family during this unexpected loss. They treated Rose with the respect and gentleness my friend deserved. Found out about their rainbow bridge pet cremation services through the web, and I could not ask for a better place and staff. I unfortunately lost 2 cats in 4 months and only found out about them the second time around and everyday I wish I had known about them sooner. The sweetest, and kindest people around. They even included paw prints of my precious cat along with some fur when I picked up her ashes and were very quick to get the clay paw print I asked for shortly after. And even nearly a year later I had someone check in on me about how I was doing etc. Thank you to all of you. You made it so easy and stress free. Appreciate you guys.

I can not say more how professional and caring Rainbow Ridge Pet Cremation was during this sad time when our best friend passed away.
