I had the unfortunate need to use Heavenly Paws for two of my beautiful boxers. One lived to be 13 (Abby), but the most recent one only lived to 6 (Tiny). Cancer really sucks. When my first boxer passed in 2018, I had to search for dog cremation and it was plain awful, after 5 mins I had to stop searching. The next day, I got on Google to make another attempt and I immediately saw Heavenly Paws Aquamation appear. It was like guardian Angels were sending me a sign and I took it. I had never heard of aquamation before but as soon as I read their website, I couldn't believe how affordable it was...but the best part was how much more humane it was for my beloved pets. The cost is beyond reasonable for the service and care you are given here. I then went to "tour" the facility in 2018 and met Tyler and he was just so kind and caring. He's better than me because there is no way I could handle deceased pets daily. It is gut-wrenching as a pet parent to go through this! But, Thank God for him and his business! He just took the best care of both my sweet girls, esp my Tiny and I couldn't be more grateful. Losing Tiny, who I had a super special bond with, was the most difficult thing I have ever done and Heavenly Paws treated her like family and kept in communication with me from start to finish. Tyler even personally called me to ask if I was okay, even though he knew I wasn't. Bless his heart for having to deal with emotionally sensitive pet parents constantly. Please, if you want the best care and most humane way to get your pet's ashes, look no further than Heavenly Paws Aquamation. You will not be disappointed. And, if you need an in-home euthanasia vet, he works closely with Dr. Christi and her vet tech, Carmelle. He can get you in touch with her and everything will be as seamless and caring as possible. Dr. Christi & Carmelle were the absolute best with us. I appreciate everything. Thank you Tyler, Dr. Christi, & Carmelle. You are all absolutely amazing! Our 90 lb dog, Hero, passed away unexpectedly. I called Heavenly Paws at 9:30 and Tyler was at our house before 11:00 picking up our baby. Sidney was so sweet on the phone while I was bawling my eyes out. Tyler was amazing, too. Thank you both!! Someone was already looking out for Hero in November. I didn't see the light when I took the photo.

I just want to say thank you so much to Heavenly paws. Nothing about losing my Rottweiler was easy but Heavenly gave us so much peace. We opted for the package that has a my baby’s ashes(urn), her paw print, her fur and a wildflower seed to plant in her honor. Today is my sweet girls birthday so we are planting it today. Saying goodbye to our sweet MoMo was one of the hardest things we've ever had to do. In the middle of our grief, we called Heavenly Paws, and within just a few minutes, Tyler was there for us, ready to help without hesitation. His kindness and understanding made an unbearable moment a little easier to face.When we arrived, we were given a quiet, peaceful space to say our last goodbyes. It wasn’t rushed or clinical—it was calm and comforting, giving us the chance to have a small farewell for MoMo in a way that felt right. That meant so much to us in that moment.We’re incredibly grateful for everything Heavenly Paws did, from the care they showed MoMo to the thoughtful keepsakes they gave us—a beautiful urn, a fur clipping, and a paw print to hold onto. Knowing he was treated with dignity through the gentle and ethical aquamation process brings us a sense of peace. Highly Recommend!! Online said 2-3 weeks, but our girl was ready within a week. When we came in to pick her up, we were taken to a private viewing room. We were shown all of the items in the bag. The paw print was perfect & I was so happy the fur clipping included all 3 of her colors. The lady was lovely and put some ashes in a separate bag when I mentioned sending some in for a glass-blown memorial. Overall great experience and very sympathetic. They understand pets are family.

Cannot say enough about how incredible Heavenly Paws is. We were given their name by our mobile Vet, Dr. Christi and Carmelle of Gentle Touch Mobile Vet when we were approaching the time to help our sweet girl, Mitty, gently leave this world. Mitty was 20 years old and we received her urn and paw print today. Dr Christi and Carmelle delivered the packaged items from Heavenly Paws. We sat down and opened each and every item they sent us after they provided Mitty's aftercare. The attention to detail was so reassuring that Mitty was respectfully cared for by Heavenly Paws. We cried, we smiled a little and we felt so touched and reassured by a business we had never actually spoken to. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You are true angels in a business that has to be difficult. Thank you for treating Mitty with such respect. We will treasure the items you prepared for us and the small fur clipping was a welcome surprise that made us feel of sense of Mitty now being with us. This was the first time I’ve had to make arrangements for a family pet. I work on the human side of the funeral industry and recognize the good from the not-so-good. I chose aquamation for the gentleness of the process. Tyler and his staff at Heavenly Paws far exceeded my expectations. I felt as comfortable as possible with leaving our sweet dog in their care. They allowed me all the time I needed to say goodbye. They can even accommodate a whole family coming in to say a final goodbye to a beloved pet. From the initial phone call with Tyler until I picked up Penny’s remains, they treated her, and us, with dignity and respect. Their pricing is fair and reasonable; their service is priceless! I will only use Heavenly Paws when the need arises with our second dog.

We lost our sweet beauty only a week ago. From the minute we walked in to Heavenly Paws, they were kind and gentle and really understood the pain of losing a pet. When we lost our sweet Coco Puff, we went with Heavenly Paws because it was close to home and reasonably priced. The website was easy to navigate and made the process easier. We submitted the preplanning form as soon as we knew the end was near. A representative reached out to is the next business day to make sure we did not have any questions or concerns.After our pet passed, the service was quick. Just short of two weeks after our loss, we received our pet’s remains in the high-quality vessel we selected along with a sympathy card, hair clipping and the clay paw print impressions we had requested. We would recommend Heavenly Paws to any pet owner finding themselves in need of final arrangements for their beloved pet.

On 5-22-2024 my little man Silver died at home. I called Heavenly Paws and asked them about cremation for my little man. I set up an appointment and when I arrived, I was met by Sidney. I have not had good luck this year. I lost my beloved shih Tzu Bella in December and now recently my 18-year-old cat Pishu. I found out about heavenly paws from our vet when the dog died. I can't say enough about Tyler and his company in the way they handled our dogs death from cancer. They give you not only the remains of your beloved pet but a certificate of death, some of her fur, a paw print with attached easel, an urn, and so much more. He made a horrible experience for us into something beautiful. So in our cat died I went to heavenly paws again and experienced the same kind of empathy and compassion I got when my dog passed. I tell everybody about their facility. So in conclusion if you want to make a heart-wrenching experience into something beautiful, go to heavenly paws. You will never regret it. My family and I recently miraculously found Sydney and Tyler at Heavenly Paws Aquamation during the difficult time of saying goodbye to our beloved furbaby Buddy. The first time I called, in the exploratory phase, Sydney was so compassionate and sympathetic, and she immediately gave me a “warm and fuzzy” about the business and level of service we would receive. She could not have been more compassionate and I highly recommend Heavenly Paws. Even though Heavenly Paws doesn’t perform euthanasia, they do provide space for a family and vet of their choosing, if a space is needed. Our family didn’t end up needing the space at Heavenly Paws, but we were thankful to have that option if needed. My family opted for all 4 pawprints in both ink and clay, and Buddy’s snout in ink. The sweet tribute package that we got back exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been happier with the items that commemorated our boy. The staff even remembered to label each paw and to set aside some ash for us to potentially use for commemorative items down the road. Their thoughtfulness was exceptional – they went above and beyond to give us a peaceful end of life phase for our sweet boy Buddy. They delivered the level of quality we have come to expect with our boy – the service they gave us was priceless. It was a blessing to our family to have an alternative to cremation that seemed more peaceful and gentle. Although it was incredibly painful to say goodbye, we can’t imagine a better end of life tribute for our family member, and will be forever indebted to Sydney and Tyler for the sense of peace they brought to us during this difficult time.

I can't share enough praise for my experience with Tyler and Heavenly Paws. My grief at the loss of my 19-year-old "Miss Kitty" has kept me from leaving feedback until now. My 17 year old calico passed away two years ago. I had a friend whose pet just passed and the vet clinic suggested Heavenly Paws and it opened an old wound for me. When my cat passed, I was talked into using Heavenly Paws as a more environmentally conscious alternative to cremation. I filled out the form when Daisy passed, selected that I wanted her paw print and “ashes” back, and waited to be contacted as the vet clinic told me would happen. After about a week, I called, only to find out that they had neither taken her paw print, nor kept her “ashes.” So where did my loyal companion’s body go? Did it really get disposed of with dignity? How would I ever know. To top off the uncertainly, I never heard directly from Heavenly Paws, but rather received a very generic sympathy card in the mail with some kind of tree seeds to plant. I wish I would have used Deceased Pet Care as I have done all the times in the past. This new process and company did not work for me and it haunts me to this day that I have nothing to remember my sweet Daisy by because of their misconduct somewhere in the process.

I discovered Heavenly Paws from a brochure at the emergency vet where we had to take Paisley, our Maltese, and make the hardest decision ever. I didn't know about aquamation, and we felt like it was a nice option over cremation. Tyler could not have been more compassionate every time we talked. He picked up Paisley and let me know when she was there safely. When we picked her up, we so appreciated all the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. We did get an extra paw print. I didn't realize we could have also gotten a nose print. There are so many ways to remember your precious pet. They have a beautiful selection of urns. I am sorry for anyone who needs this service, but Tyler and his staff are just the best for both you and your pet.

There aren't enough words to explain the gratitude I have for Heavenly Paws. They go the extra mile to make sure your baby is taken care of in their final stages. I am completely heartbroken at the loss of our boy of 15 years, Boodle (Boo as we called him) and they made the process more bearable. It is not lost on me, that they went above an beyond for him/us. I can not say enough kind things about the sweet soul that I spoke to on the phone a couple of times. I wish I could remember her name. This has been such a difficult time and they truly seem to understand that. It is very obvious that they understand that these are your family members and they treat them as such. I can never repay them for the peace they brought to me and my family. The entire process was made easier by them and I can not recommend them enough! My MIL used them for her fur baby as well and was beyond pleased. We recently used Heavenly Paws for afterlife care for our 18 year old cat, and it was truly wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful, kind, and patient, answering all our questions. Heavenly Paws was a blessing during a very, very trying and painful experience in our lives! We will forever be appreciative of Tyler and Simone who showed us unconditional compassion paired with extreme professionalism as we had to say a very difficult goodbye to our sweet Bear-Bear of 15 years. Raised from a puppy, she was our constant and lovable companion who gifted us with many, many hours or joy and laughter and innumerable memories. We initially considered cremation for Bear, as we had for our other fur babies, but we found the Heavenly Paws website and quickly changed our minds based on the posted reviews. . . . which we now can affirm due to our own experience! What added to the heaviness of our experience was that we had we had travel and an extended stay out of town that was scheduled to occur shortly after Bear's unexpected passing. We had resigned ourselves that we would not be able to pick her ashes up until our return in 1 month. On the day we were enroute through Atlanta, my cell rang and it was Simone telling me that Bear was waiting to be reunited with us. Words cannot express our appreciation!. Consequently, she accompanied us for the drive to Houston for a month-long stay with family to care for a new grandbaby. Having her with us definitely helped ease the pain. I'm a hard judge but was shocked at the sturdiness AND attractiveness of the biodegradable urn! Her ashes still reside in it as we are taking our time to consider other vessels. The memorial pieces were WONDERFUL. Being able to see her little paw print and fur provided significant peace to us. Tyler went above and beyond for us as we realized the this was an extraordinary feat. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL for Heavenly Paws and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service!! I know our precious Bear-Bear was treated with the kindness and respect she deserved! Until then, I will wait till we meet, Sweet Pea, at the Rainbow Bridge and I can again kiss your soft and velvety muzzle!!

Today was a such a devastating day for my family and I. Our beloved missing cat Peter was struck by a car and passed away from his injuries. Lucky we found him not far from our home. The first call was to Sydney at Heavenly Paws Atlanta. Even though the facility closed at noon, Sydney told me to get there when I could.She took her time and explained each package and the process throughly but with compassion. She even cleaned up our precious Peter to make him presentable for my daughter to view. We choose a few memorable items and was given an acceptable timeline and price for his services.I highly recommend this firm for all your pets pre-needs and at need services. I couldn’t imagine a more compassionate and professional group of people than those at Heavenly Paws. My husband and I brought our weenie dog of 16 years to Heavenly Paws last spring and every bit of the process was handled in more kind and gentle way. The viewing period is a beautiful time to say goodbye and see you pet at peace for a final time. We now have the snoot and paw print they took for us framed on our wall. This folks absolutely aided in our closure, grief and healing period. When my friend’s cat passed unexpectedly today, I recommend we take him to Heavenly Paws. We were met with that same level of kindness as before. As unfortunate as it is to face the end of a pet’s, I’m very thankful we found Heavenly Paws. I received great service throughout the entire process from start to finish. I had some questions in preparation of when the time came. Cat was very quick to respond via email and answered all of my questions. When I had made the hardest decision I've ever made, they were very kind and helpful to set up an appointment for them to pick up my dog because I knew I wouldn't be able to drive anywhere after it was done. They were very flexible with setting up a time for pick up. When Tyler arrived, he was understanding and patient while I said my final good bye. He brought a basket with blankets to transport with care. They were also quick to go through the process and I was able to pick up my dog's remains by the next week. When I picked up my dog's ashes, everything was packaged beautifully and with care. I would highly recommend to anyone who has to go through the same situation.

My 15.5 year old Pug, Murphy crossed the Rainbow Bridge on 1/25/23. The Heavenly Paws staff handled his cremation, memorial and everything involved with grace and compassion! Our nearly 20 year old cat passed away and Heavenly Paws did a tremendous job of helping us along the way. They coordinated with a vet close to our home to provide in-home services but ultimately were not needed. When we arrived with our beloved kitty that somber morning, Tyler and his team gave us the support and time we needed. Less than a week later they notified us our boy was ready for us. Again, when we arrived Tyler and his team greeted us with warmth and care while asking how we were dealing with everything. Then they showed us all the items from the package we purchased. Considering the circumstances we could not have asked for a better experience. If you need services such as these, Heavenly Paws is the only place I would recommend.

I don't do reviews, usually. As a matter of fact this is only the second online review I have ever done. But if 10 stars were available I would rate Heavenly Paws a ten!When it became evident that we were going to have to face the heart wrenching task of putting our precious Cadie girl to sleep we were not only dreading that but the thought of putting her through the cremation process was the last thing we wanted for her. Two years earlier when her brother died, we cremated Smoky and both of us hated the thought that we actually "burned" him through the cremation process. But we were unaware of an alternative other than burial in our back yard. That really wasn't an option either. So when a friend told my husband about Heavenly Paws, we looked them up and read the reviews. But I had questions, so I called and spoke to Tyler.He was so very kind and patiently answered all my questions, some of them 2 or 3 times without even so much as a hint of wanting to rush me even though he could probably tell I was crying working through the process. He spent a good 20 -30 minutes on the phone with me.When the day came and we left the vet with our precious Cadie's lifeless body and went straight to Heavenly Paws, Tyler met us with nothing but kindness, understanding and compassion. He actually seemed to understand and feel the pain we were going through and that was extremely comforting. I totally believed he was as sympathetic towards us as if he had known us and more importantly our Cadie for her entire life. He was gentle and loving with her body and afforded us as much time alone with her to say our final goodbyes as we needed. When we went to pick up Cadie's remains, true to form, Tyler was just as compassionate; as much as anyone could ask - pet or human.I can't say enough good things about the staff we have met and talked to and more importantly the care they displayed to both my husband and I and to our "baby girl". I wish we had known about Heavenly Paws when our Smoky passed!If anyone has to say goodbye to a beloved fur baby, don't even think of going somewhere else. I lost my ferret last year and used this place. I came in crying like a child and the lady was so kind and had a voice I can only describe as soothing. The office is also very cozy. I left feeling like I could manage my grief. The service was only slightly more expensive than cremation (~$15 I believe), yet I received so much with the most basic package. I was given a fur clipping, high-quality footprints, etc, all in a velvety bag, whereas I only got ashes for my previous pets. And it was so comforting knowing my baby was handled by such kind-hearted people. I will absolutely only be using this service in the future, and highly recommend them to everyone dealing with the loss of their animal.

I lost my two pet rats 3 months apart and took them both here. The service offered was incredibly heartfelt and professional, making this time as easy as possible. I know my boys were treated with respect being laid to rest here. I got clay pawprints for both of them and they turned out beautifully. We recently lost of sweet dog, Ginger. My husband did some looking online and found Heavenly Paws. We took our precious baby there, and from the minute we walked in the door, they were so kind, respectful and sympathetic. They lead us to a quiet room while they took Ginger back to go through the intake process. When they came back into the room, they asked questions about Ginger and asked us to tell them all about her. It meant the world to us that they cared about who she was. They have lots of different products available to you to memorialize your pet, but not a single "high pressure" tactic was used. Their prices were clearly listed on the website, which I appreciated. They told us her ashes would be ready in a week, and at exactly a week they called. We went in to pick her up, and again they were so kind and compassionate. They let us sit down and see each of the items we ordered. Everything was done perfectly, and they were genuinely concerned about how we were doing. We have several other pets, and I know we will entrust all of them to Tyler and the staff at Heavenly Paws.

Heavenly Paws has been awesome through my whole process of having to put my fur baby Spritz down. Kat was amazing and was with me through the whole time, Tyler was very nice and both of them were so compassionate during this time. I am forever grateful!!! Thank you guys!!! We can't give enough praise to Tyler and his team for being absolutely wonderful and caring in helping us, in taking care of our little ones. We had our first toy poodle being cared for back in February 2017 after 17 years with us. More recently our 2nd toy poodle, close to 19 years crossed over and we had no doubt in letting Tyler and his team, take care of our little one. On very short notice, they made sure to get our baby right away at our Veterinarian and made preparations to return him back home to us in a very short time.Thank you so much for really caring and being honestly sincere during this difficult time. You'd think that after years of dealing with people grieving over their lost pets, the staff would be callous to my plight.From the moment I call the Heavenly Paws, the staff was super empathetic and understanding... no rush or sales pitch of any kind unless you ask first.After I got there, they let me have moment with Chico and say my goodbyes one last time.Chico gave us 16-1/2 years of joy and emotional support... he was one of my best friends.Today, I picked up the beautiful picture frame w/ paw print, and I would recommend it to anyone.They even included a hand-written card and it means a lot to our family.I would highly recommend Heavenly Paws to anyone.Thank you Heavenly Paws... I have not had good luck this year. I lost my beloved shih Tzu Bella in December and now recently my 18-year-old cat Pishu. I found out about heavenly paws from our vet when the dog died. I can't say enough about Tyler and his company in the way they handled our dogs death from cancer. They give you not only the remains of your beloved pet but a certificate of death, some of her fur, a paw print with attached easel, an urn, and so much more. He made a horrible experience for us into something beautiful. So in our cat died I went to heavenly paws again and experienced the same kind of empathy and compassion I got when my dog passed. I tell everybody about their facility. So in conclusion if you want to make a heart-wrenching experience into something beautiful, go to heavenly paws. You will never regret it. My family and I recently miraculously found Sydney and Tyler at Heavenly Paws Aquamation during the difficult time of saying goodbye to our beloved furbaby Buddy. The first time I called, in the exploratory phase, Sydney was so compassionate and sympathetic, and she immediately gave me a “warm and fuzzy” about the business and level of service we would receive. She could not have been more compassionate and I highly recommend Heavenly Paws. Even though Heavenly Paws doesn’t perform euthanasia, they do provide space for a family and vet of their choosing, if a space is needed. Our family didn’t end up needing the space at Heavenly Paws, but we were thankful to have that option if needed. My family opted for all 4 pawprints in both ink and clay, and Buddy’s snout in ink. The sweet tribute package that we got back exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t have been happier with the items that commemorated our boy. The staff even remembered to label each paw and to set aside some ash for us to potentially use for commemorative items down the road. Their thoughtfulness was exceptional – they went above and beyond to give us a peaceful end of life phase for our sweet boy Buddy. They delivered the level of quality we have come to expect with our boy – the service they gave us was priceless. It was a blessing to our family to have an alternative to cremation that seemed more peaceful and gentle. Although it was incredibly painful to say goodbye, we can’t imagine a better end of life tribute for our family member, and will be forever indebted to Sydney and Tyler for the sense of peace they brought to us during this difficult time.

My 17 year old calico passed away two years ago. I had a friend whose pet just passed and the vet clinic suggested Heavenly Paws and it opened an old wound for me. When my cat passed, I was talked into using Heavenly Paws as a more environmentally conscious alternative to cremation. I filled out the form when Daisy passed, selected that I wanted her paw print and “ashes” back, and waited to be contacted as the vet clinic told me would happen. After about a week, I called, only to find out that they had neither taken her paw print, nor kept her “ashes.” So where did my loyal companion’s body go? Did it really get disposed of with dignity? How would I ever know. To top off the uncertainly, I never heard directly from Heavenly Paws, but rather received a very generic sympathy card in the mail with some kind of tree seeds to plant. I wish I would have used Deceased Pet Care as I have done all the times in the past. This new process and company did not work for me and it haunts me to this day that I have nothing to remember my sweet Daisy by because of their misconduct somewhere in the process.

I discovered Heavenly Paws from a brochure at the emergency vet where we had to take Paisley, our Maltese, and make the hardest decision ever. I didn't know about aquamation, and we felt like it was a nice option over cremation. Tyler could not have been more compassionate every time we talked. He picked up Paisley and let me know when she was there safely. When we picked her up, we so appreciated all the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. We did get an extra paw print. I didn't realize we could have also gotten a nose print. There are so many ways to remember your precious pet. They have a beautiful selection of urns. I am sorry for anyone who needs this service, but Tyler and his staff are just the best for both you and your pet.

There aren't enough words to explain the gratitude I have for Heavenly Paws. They go the extra mile to make sure your baby is taken care of in their final stages. I am completely heartbroken at the loss of our boy of 15 years, Boodle (Boo as we called him) and they made the process more bearable. It is not lost on me, that they went above an beyond for him/us. I can not say enough kind things about the sweet soul that I spoke to on the phone a couple of times. I wish I could remember her name. Heavenly Paws was a blessing during a very, very trying and painful experience in our lives! We will forever be appreciative of Tyler and Simone who showed us unconditional compassion paired with extreme professionalism as we had to say a very difficult goodbye to our sweet Bear-Bear of 15 years. Raised from a puppy, she was our constant and lovable companion who gifted us with many, many hours or joy and laughter and innumerable memories. We initially considered cremation for Bear, as we had for our other fur babies, but we found the Heavenly Paws website and quickly changed our minds based on the posted reviews. . . . which we now can affirm due to our own experience! What added to the heaviness of our experience was that we had we had travel and an extended stay out of town that was scheduled to occur shortly after Bear's unexpected passing. We had resigned ourselves that we would not be able to pick her ashes up until our return in 1 month. On the day we were enroute through Atlanta, my cell rang and it was Simone telling me that Bear was waiting to be reunited with us. Words cannot express our appreciation!. Consequently, she accompanied us for the drive to Houston for a month-long stay with family to care for a new grandbaby. Having her with us definitely helped ease the pain. I'm a hard judge but was shocked at the sturdiness AND attractiveness of the biodegradable urn! Her ashes still reside in it as we are taking our time to consider other vessels. The memorial pieces were WONDERFUL. Being able to see her little paw print and fur provided significant peace to us. Tyler went above and beyond for us as we realized the this was an extraordinary feat. WE ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL for Heavenly Paws and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service!! I know our precious Bear-Bear was treated with the kindness and respect she deserved! Today was a such a devastating day for my family and I. Our beloved missing cat Peter was struck by a car and passed away from his injuries. Lucky we found him not far from our home. The first call was to Sydney at Heavenly Paws Atlanta. Even though the facility closed at noon, Sydney told me to get there when I could.She took her time and explained each package and the process throughly but with compassion. I couldn’t imagine a more compassionate and professional group of people than those at Heavenly Paws. My husband and I brought our weenie dog of 16 years to Heavenly Paws last spring and every bit of the process was handled in more kind and gentle way. The viewing period is a beautiful time to say goodbye and see you pet at peace for a final time. We now have the snoot and paw print they took for us framed on our wall. I received great service throughout the entire process from start to finish. I had some questions in preparation of when the time came. Cat was very quick to respond via email and answered all of my questions. When I had made the hardest decision I've ever made, they were very kind and helpful to set up an appointment for them to pick up my dog because I knew I wouldn't be able to drive anywhere after it was done. They were very flexible with setting up a time for pick up. When Tyler arrived, he was understanding and patient while I said my final good bye. He brought a basket with blankets to transport with care. They were also quick to go through the process and I was able to pick up my dog's remains by the next week. When I picked up my dog's ashes, everything was packaged beautifully and with care. I would highly recommend to anyone who has to go through the same situation.

My 12 year old shepherd passed away at home. I was 19 when I adopted Carly and she was the first thing I ever took care of on my own. The service provided by Tyler and Brandon at Heavenly Paws was so appreciated during the sad days following the unexpected loss of our of our sweet cat. Everyone at Heavenly Paws was so caring and empathetic when my husband and I brought in our hamster Dandy. We had been so worried that we wouldn't be able to find a place that would take good care of a small "exotic" pet like a hamster. Dandy was returned to us within the week and Heavenly Paws also gave us a lovely paw print and fur clipping that was included in their pricing.I had been nervous about bringing Dandy in because I had experienced some "it's just a hamster" from others in my life and I was questioning if I was making the right choice for us. The team at Heavenly Paws gave us such a wonderful send off for Dandy that I know neither myself or my husband would have been able to on our own. They all showed great understanding that even though Dandy was small, he was a big part of our hearts and we truly missed him. It was July 2021 and I’m only writing a review now. The guys were absolutely fantastic. I could bring up a bunch of superlatives but I’ll limit myself to saying that they were professional, kind, paid attention to detail and made us feel cared for, as well as our dear now departed Seven of Nine. I wouldn’t think twice before recommending their services. The process was quick, simple, and, unlike our previous cat, we can be certain that it is her remains that we got back. That certainty is really important in these situations. Again, we wanted to say, thank you Heavenly Paws. You do something good for people, their pets, and for the environment.

I've had an opportunity to get to know Tyler and understand how he operates. I am equally impressed with who he is as a person and the way he runs his company. His thoughtfulness is evident online through the packages, items and prices he provides. His compassion and empathy can be felt the moment you walk into his office. I came upon Heavenly Paws by accident when my girl Bella died suddenly. Tyler was so good to me on the phone, and I didn’t even care that it was some distance from my home.When I arrived, he took such good care of Bella, and I spent some time with her in a visitation room. I passed on the memorabilia, because I have plenty of pictures, but there were all sorts of sweet options to remember your friend by. When my Lola got sick, I started thinking about aftercare and just wasn't sure what I was doing. I was stressed and scared, but Cat talked me through everything. Lola passed away last week and somehow the process was seamless. I was informed once Heavenly Paws received Lola's body from the vet, given an expected time when her remains would be ready and even received a check in call from Tyler just to see how I was holding up. Honestly, they went above and beyond and were so patient and compassionate through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and go to them again.

I recently had to put my precious 9 yr old dog down and it was the most heartbreaking experience. I had also just lost my cat 12 yr old cat 2 days earlier so I was crushed to say the least. My wonderful vet was incredibly kind and made all the arrangements to have Jaxx taken care of for me and that is how I heard about Tyler and Heavenly Paws. I am so very thankful for the service that this company provided to our little family. On the heels of another recent review, my little guinea pig (a small exotic pet), Sweetie passed away very unexpectedly after a quick illness. My son and I cared for her for three years and were close to her. Personally, having had a serious bout with blood cancer, I got her as soon as I was released from the hospital and she was an incredible companion to me while I was homebound for close to a year. She was the sweetest little girl and I was and still am heartbroken over her passing.I don’t have the physical strength to bury her at home and I wanted to take her to a place that I hoped would care for her properly and also take the loss of such a small, non-traditional pet, seriously. I also knew that I wanted her remains to remain private - I wanted to receive only her remains back. Having read a review about a hamster on here, I called and spoke with Tyler who told me I could bring her in on short notice that same day that I called. The staff was very kind and accommodating. There was a slight hiccup through no fault of their own with one of the rooms being occupied with a previous appointment which I completely understood - even still they went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable when we left.When I returned to pick her up the following week, they had been kind enough to include an additional keepsake in recognition of the slight delay at drop-off (again, the drop-off ran smoothly and I was very happy with it). I greatly appreciate them recognizing that and offering something additional. It’s actually something I had meant to order but was so upset that I forgot to.I drove in from Marietta - between the two trips I invested a few hours of driving (I only had Fridays for drop-off and pick-up)... but I would do so again in a heartbeat and recommend this business to anyone else who’s needing these services. My first and go to recommendation. I wish I could remember the name of the woman that worked with me but she was an angel. Loosing my cat was easily the hardest thing I have ever gone through, it was sudden and unexpected. For someone who knew nothing about me or my cat, she started to tear up in the room with me. I left my cat there know that she was gonna be in the best hands and that this worker really was gonna do everything she could to get a paw print. So when I came back and she wasn't able to get one, I wasn't upset at all cuz I didn't doubt that she tried her best. The most touching part, though, was when I went to pick up my cats ashes and she made me tion about how she had been thinking about my and my family and was hoping that we had been doing ok. She really cares about her job and made the whole tradgic experience something that felt so peaceful

We just moved from Montana with our 10 year old Male shepherd and we had no idea he was so sick. When his time came 2 months later, we had to put him down. We we're heartbroken, and didn't know where to have him cremated. Our vet recommended this company to me.We have never felt compassion like this from ANY company. Cat called me to let me know my boy had arrived and went over my wishes and payment. We talked for about 10 minutes that day. Our nearly 20 year old cat passed away and Heavenly Paws did a tremendous job of helping us along the way. They coordinated with a vet close to our home to provide in-home services but ultimately were not needed. When we arrived with our beloved kitty that somber morning, Tyler and his team gave us the support and time we needed. Less than a week later they notified us our boy was ready for us. Again, when we arrived Tyler and his team greeted us with warmth and care while asking how we were dealing with everything. Then they showed us all the items from the package we purchased. Considering the circumstances we could not have asked for a better experience. If you need services such as these, Heavenly Paws is the only place I would recommend.

I don't do reviews, usually. As a matter of fact this is only the second online review I have ever done. But if 10 stars were available I would rate Heavenly Paws a ten!When it became evident that we were going to have to face the heart wrenching task of putting our precious Cadie girl to sleep we were not only dreading that but the thought of putting her through the cremation process was the last thing we wanted for her. Two years earlier when her brother died, we cremated Smoky and both of us hated the thought that we actually "burned" him through the cremation process. But we were unaware of an alternative other than burial in our back yard. That really wasn't an option either. So when a friend told my husband about Heavenly Paws, we looked them up and read the reviews. But I had questions, so I called and spoke to Tyler.He was so very kind and patiently answered all my questions, some of them 2 or 3 times without even so much as a hint of wanting to rush me even though he could probably tell I was crying working through the process. He spent a good 20 -30 minutes on the phone with me.When the day came and we left the vet with our precious Cadie's lifeless body and went straight to Heavenly Paws, Tyler met us with nothing but kindness, understanding and compassion. He actually seemed to understand and feel the pain we were going through and that was extremely comforting. I totally believed he was as sympathetic towards us as if he had known us and more importantly our Cadie for her entire life. He was gentle and loving with her body and afforded us as much time alone with her to say our final goodbyes as we needed. When we went to pick up Cadie's remains, true to form, Tyler was just as compassionate; as much as anyone could ask - pet or human.I can't say enough good things about the staff we have met and talked to and more importantly the care they displayed to both my husband and I and to our "baby girl". I wish we had known about Heavenly Paws when our Smoky passed!If anyone has to say goodbye to a beloved fur baby, don't even think of going somewhere else. I lost my ferret last year and used this place. I came in crying like a child and the lady was so kind and had a voice I can only describe as soothing. The office is also very cozy. I left feeling like I could manage my grief. The service was only slightly more expensive than cremation (~$15 I believe), yet I received so much with the most basic package. I was given a fur clipping, high-quality footprints, etc, all in a velvety bag, whereas I only got ashes for my previous pets. And it was so comforting knowing my baby was handled by such kind-hearted people. I will absolutely only be using this service in the future, and highly recommend them to everyone dealing with the loss of their animal.

We recently lost of sweet dog, Ginger. My husband did some looking online and found Heavenly Paws. We took our precious baby there, and from the minute we walked in the door, they were so kind, respectful and sympathetic. They lead us to a quiet room while they took Ginger back to go through the intake process. When they came back into the room, they asked questions about Ginger and asked us to tell them all about her. It meant the world to us that they cared about who she was. They have lots of different products available to you to memorialize your pet, but not a single "high pressure" tactic was used. Their prices were clearly listed on the website, which I appreciated. They told us her ashes would be ready in a week, and at exactly a week they called. We went in to pick her up, and again they were so kind and compassionate. They let us sit down and see each of the items we ordered. Everything was done perfectly, and they were genuinely concerned about how we were doing. We have several other pets, and I know we will entrust all of them to Tyler and the staff at Heavenly Paws.

We can't give enough praise to Tyler and his team for being absolutely wonderful and caring in helping us, in taking care of our little ones. We had our first toy poodle being cared for back in February 2017 after 17 years with us. More recently our 2nd toy poodle, close to 19 years crossed over and we had no doubt in letting Tyler and his team, take care of our little one. I loved heavenly paw pet Aquamation, this was my first time using them, the day my baby girl died on 08-08-17 I called that morning spoke with Tyler this was last minutes I was calling around trying to find someone I called heavenly paws and I got a caring. Concerned voice on the other end told me to bring her in didn't tell me to wait but to come on, I got lost alone the way called Tyler he was Waiting outside when I pulled up, took my beloved dog in for me put fixed her up and bought her back to viewing room to where I could say my last good by. Sat with me gave me all the details I needed to know, he set there listened to my stories of my baby never try to rush me, but listened and was very compassion and understanding, let me have as long as I needed with her to say good my final good by, I dropped her off on a Tuesday she was ready on a Tuesday I called him because I could not afford to pay till Friday he held my beloved pet three extra days for me so I could pay, I will for sure use them in the future if something happens to my next beloved pet, I highly recommend if you want to be treated with respect as well as your beloved fur babies I suggest going to heavenly. paws pet Aquamation, my dogs. ahses, paw print. hair clipping among certificate of Aquamation was set up very nice in the way they done it

If you are writing a review here is because you just went through a really painful lost, so if in the middle of this pain we find time to write a review here is because this people went above and beyond for you in such a painful time.I lost my baby boy Dabo four months ago, he was my EVERYTHING for 12.5 years, I have been in so much pain but I decided to write Heavenly Paws a review because they were nothing but the best when I decided to use their service.They took Dabo in On a Monday and they told me they will give me the remains in one week, my family was coming on Wednesday to be with me until Sunday and I really wanted them to be there with me for support when I went and got his remains, also I wanted to do something to honor Dabo with his ashes and wanted my family to be there, so I called Heavenly Paws & explained them my situation & beg them to try to give me the remains before the weekend so I could do this with my family and Cat told me she will talk to the owner and see what they could do. She called me same day & told me they would work on the clock to be able to give me the remaining of Dabo by Saturday and they did ❤️🙏🏼. They understood my pain & my situation & they delivered the best customer service under the circumstances and I will be forever thankful to them.I highly recommend this business and this people to anybody.

Highly Recommend!The employees are excellent, they are always very respectful and understanding of people who feel like the loss of a pet is very significant. They don't act like it's a business. I was very impressed every time I spoke with anyone on the phone or met them in person. I like that aquamation is environmentally friendly, and the remains are returned to you in a biodegradable container. I got a paw print on canvas and a lock of hair and a HAND WRITTEN note. I would 100% recommend this company to a friend or relative.

Heavenly Paws helped our beloved Basset Hound, Buford, cross the rainbow bridge yesterday. If was very tough to let him go but we chose the in home option and Dr. Greg performed the service. Dr. Greg is extremely compassionate after having been a vet for 30+ years. He understands the emotions you are going through and really comforted us in letting us know we had made the right decision. Buford went very quickly and peacefully and I was glad I could hold him and rub his belly one last time while he passed. Although it may cost a little more, I highly recommend in home euthanasia. Buford was surrounded by family and appreciated going to sleep one last time in his own living room.

When we euthanized our dog, Ace, at Cobb Emergency Vet Clinic in mid-July, we contacted Heavenly Paws to learn more about the aquamation process as a way to get back Ace's ashes. Tyler immediately answered the phone (even though it was a Saturday), and educated me about their services, the process, and how we could submit an online request to have Ace's body picked up by Heavenly Paws for the aquamation process. We completed the on-line request that day, and the very next day, a Sunday no less, Tyler contacted the Clinic and arranged to pick up Ace's body on Monday. Everything quickly deteriorated from there, and the Clinic ended up sending our dog's body off for mass cremation before Heavenly Paws could pick up his body. Tyler was so wonderful in helping us cope with the reality of the Clinic's mistake, despite us never paying him a dime for his time and efforts. (He even retrieved our dog's collar from the Clinic, and spent his own money to mail it to us.) No one could have been more compassionate and understanding than Tyler, and I am so thankful that he and Heavenly Paws offer a wonderful cremation alternative to Atlanta pet owners, and that they are so caring about the deceased pets with whom they are entrusted - I will help spread the word about Heavenly Paws and the aquamation process, and I hope you will too!Kerry

Every bit of my experience with the staff has been wonderful and pleasant. My Elder kitty, Isis, had come to the end of his long life. He had been part of my life since June 2007, and April 1, 2022 was his last. I will miss my Grumpy, ferocious kitty so much. I hired Heavenly Paws Pet Aquamation to take care of my furry friend Luna's body when she died this year. I was treated with empathy and compassion- and felt as if Tyler was helping me with a member of my family (he was!). I recommend Pet Aquamation based on my experience and also because this "cremation" approach is much more "green" / "environmentally friendly" than traditional cremation.After my father died last year, i spent timing researching "green" approaches to death and how our society deals with our bodies. I encourage you to read the book "Smoke gets in your eyes"- and then decide for yourselves.

My 12 year old shepherd passed away at home. I was 19 when I adopted Carly and she was the first thing I ever took care of on my own. My husband and I cared for her right up until her last breath, but once she passed I didn’t know what to do next. Everyone at Heavenly Paws was so caring and empathetic when my husband and I brought in our hamster Dandy. We had been so worried that we wouldn't be able to find a place that would take good care of a small "exotic" pet like a hamster. Dandy was returned to us within the week and Heavenly Paws also gave us a lovely paw print and fur clipping that was included in their pricing.I had been nervous about bringing Dandy in because I had experienced some "it's just a hamster" from others in my life and I was questioning if I was making the right choice for us. They all showed great understanding that even though Dandy was small, he was a big part of our hearts and we truly missed him. It was July 2021 and I’m only writing a review now. The guys were absolutely fantastic. I could bring up a bunch of superlatives but I’ll limit myself to saying that they were professional, kind, paid attention to detail and made us feel cared for, as well as our dear now departed Seven of Nine. I wouldn’t think twice before recommending their services. The process was quick, simple, and, unlike our previous cat, we can be certain that it is her remains that we got back. That certainty is really important in these situations. Again, we wanted to say, thank you Heavenly Paws. You do something good for people, their pets, and for the environment.

I came upon Heavenly Paws by accident when my girl Bella died suddenly. Tyler was so good to me on the phone, and I didn’t even care that it was some distance from my home.When I arrived, he took such good care of Bella, and I spent some time with her in a visitation room. I passed on the memorabilia, because I have plenty of pictures, but there were all sorts of sweet options to remember your friend by. When my Lola got sick, I started thinking about aftercare and just wasn't sure what I was doing. I was stressed and scared, but Cat talked me through everything. Lola passed away last week and somehow the process was seamless. I was informed once Heavenly Paws received Lola's body from the vet, given an expected time when her remains would be ready and even received a check in call from Tyler just to see how I was holding up. Honestly, they went above and beyond and were so patient and compassionate through the entire process. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and go to them again.

I recently had to put my precious 9 yr old dog down and it was the most heartbreaking experience. I had also just lost my cat 12 yr old cat 2 days earlier so I was crushed to say the least. My wonderful vet was incredibly kind and made all the arrangements to have Jaxx taken care of for me and that is how I heard about Tyler and Heavenly Paws. I can not express enough how wonderful they were in taking care of her for me. They were kind, compassionate, caring, understanding and spoke of her as if they knew her. They communicated with me regularly so I didn't have to worry or wonder. I felt completely comfortable with her in their hands. And the package they put together was just beautiful, and so very thoughtful. I hate I had to meet them under these circumstances, but I am glad they were there to care for her. I’m so torn with this review. On one hand they took great care of my baby Carrie, who’s been apart of our family for 6 years now. However when I arrived to pick up her memorial items, I was very very displeased with the inappropriate language, and racist remarks I overheard from THE OWNER! LOOSING OUR ** KUKY** was a very sad experience for Us...Our chihuahua was only XV years old... So many people were surprised, every time they asked for her, and we respond.. She is ok...Most of them expecting for us to say... Oh.. She is gone... And we always answer back....**We DON'T want to think about it**... We will miss her.. Absolutely astounding, caring staff. I lost my cat and dog a week apart and they were able to make sure that we felt cared for in our time of grieving. They even gave us time for a final goodbye with blankets and roses. We are so grateful for heavenly paws for all they have done for us and our babies.

I am so very thankful for the service that this company provided to our little family. On the heels of another recent review, my little guinea pig (a small exotic pet), Sweetie passed away very unexpectedly after a quick illness. My son and I cared for her for three years and were close to her. Personally, having had a serious bout with blood cancer, I got her as soon as I was released from the hospital and she was an incredible companion to me while I was homebound for close to a year. She was the sweetest little girl and I was and still am heartbroken over her passing.I don’t have the physical strength to bury her at home and I wanted to take her to a place that I hoped would care for her properly and also take the loss of such a small, non-traditional pet, seriously. I also knew that I wanted her remains to remain private - I wanted to receive only her remains back. Having read a review about a hamster on here, I called and spoke with Tyler who told me I could bring her in on short notice that same day that I called. The staff was very kind and accommodating. There was a slight hiccup through no fault of their own with one of the rooms being occupied with a previous appointment which I completely understood - even still they went out of their way to accommodate us and make sure we were comfortable when we left.When I returned to pick her up the following week, they had been kind enough to include an additional keepsake in recognition of the slight delay at drop-off (again, the drop-off ran smoothly and I was very happy with it). I greatly appreciate them recognizing that and offering something additional. It’s actually something I had meant to order but was so upset that I forgot to.I drove in from Marietta - between the two trips I invested a few hours of driving (I only had Fridays for drop-off and pick-up)... but I would do so again in a heartbeat and recommend this business to anyone else who’s needing these services. My first and go to recommendation. I wish I could remember the name of the woman that worked with me but she was an angel. Loosing my cat was easily the hardest thing I have ever gone through, it was sudden and unexpected. For someone who knew nothing about me or my cat, she started to tear up in the room with me. I left my cat there know that she was gonna be in the best hands and that this worker really was gonna do everything she could to get a paw print. So when I came back and she wasn't able to get one, I wasn't upset at all cuz I didn't doubt that she tried her best. The most touching part, though, was when I went to pick up my cats ashes and she made me tion about how she had been thinking about my and my family and was hoping that we had been doing ok. She really cares about her job and made the whole tradgic experience something that felt so peaceful

We just moved from Montana with our 10 year old Male shepherd and we had no idea he was so sick. When his time came 2 months later, we had to put him down. We we're heartbroken, and didn't know where to have him cremated. Our vet recommended this company to me.We have never felt compassion like this from ANY company. Cat called me to let me know my boy had arrived and went over my wishes and payment. We talked for about 10 minutes that day. She called again about 2 days before he came home, just to see how we were holding up...Wow! Then Tyler called me tho let me know he was ready for pick up. My vet has recently started using Heavenly Paws. It's been a difficult time losing our dog of 15 years. My heart is warmed by receiving the fur sample, paw print and heart-shaped urn, along with flower seeds to plant. These folks are great. The service that they provide is an ecologically friendly alternative to traditional cremation for a deceased pet. We unfortunately had to use them today and they were everything you would want and hopeful. Compassionate, kind, professional and knowledgeable. They are priced right and I would recommend them to anyone.

I loved heavenly paw pet Aquamation, this was my first time using them, the day my baby girl died on 08-08-17 I called that morning spoke with Tyler this was last minutes I was calling around trying to find someone I called heavenly paws and I got a caring. Concerned voice on the other end told me to bring her in didn't tell me to wait but to come on, I got lost alone the way called Tyler he was Waiting outside when I pulled up, took my beloved dog in for me put fixed her up and bought her back to viewing room to where I could say my last good by. Sat with me gave me all the details I needed to know, he set there listened to my stories of my baby never try to rush me, but listened and was very compassion and understanding, let me have as long as I needed with her to say good my final good by, I dropped her off on a Tuesday she was ready on a Tuesday I called him because I could not afford to pay till Friday he held my beloved pet three extra days for me so I could pay, I will for sure use them in the future if something happens to my next beloved pet, I highly recommend if you want to be treated with respect as well as your beloved fur babies I suggest going to heavenly. paws pet Aquamation, my dogs. ahses, paw print. hair clipping among certificate of Aquamation was set up very nice in the way they done it

If you are writing a review here is because you just went through a really painful lost, so if in the middle of this pain we find time to write a review here is because this people went above and beyond for you in such a painful time.I lost my baby boy Dabo four months ago, he was my EVERYTHING for 12.5 years, I have been in so much pain but I decided to write Heavenly Paws a review because they were nothing but the best when I decided to use their service.They took Dabo in On a Monday and they told me they will give me the remains in one week, my family was coming on Wednesday to be with me until Sunday and I really wanted them to be there with me for support when I went and got his remains, also I wanted to do something to honor Dabo with his ashes and wanted my family to be there, so I called Heavenly Paws & explained them my situation & beg them to try to give me the remains before the weekend so I could do this with my family and Cat told me she will talk to the owner and see what they could do. She called me same day & told me they would work on the clock to be able to give me the remaining of Dabo by Saturday and they did ❤️🙏🏼. They understood my pain & my situation & they delivered the best customer service under the circumstances and I will be forever thankful to them.I highly recommend this business and this people to anybody.

Highly Recommend!The employees are excellent, they are always very respectful and understanding of people who feel like the loss of a pet is very significant. They don't act like it's a business. I was very impressed every time I spoke with anyone on the phone or met them in person. I like that aquamation is environmentally friendly, and the remains are returned to you in a biodegradable container. I got a paw print on canvas and a lock of hair and a HAND WRITTEN note. I would 100% recommend this company to a friend or relative.

Heavenly Paws helped our beloved Basset Hound, Buford, cross the rainbow bridge yesterday. If was very tough to let him go but we chose the in home option and Dr. Greg performed the service. Dr. Greg is extremely compassionate after having been a vet for 30+ years. He understands the emotions you are going through and really comforted us in letting us know we had made the right decision. Buford went very quickly and peacefully and I was glad I could hold him and rub his belly one last time while he passed. Although it may cost a little more, I highly recommend in home euthanasia. Buford was surrounded by family and appreciated going to sleep one last time in his own living room.

The staff here is wonderful. Our beloved dog's service was kind, compassionate, and well organized. The owners are incredible people who listen, handle delicate situations very tactfully and with empathy.They are very straight forward with pricing, no hidden fees or anything to complicate the process.Although what they do is hard, losing a family pet is never easy and it is always emotional, I would recommend their services to family and friends.

When we euthanized our dog, Ace, at Cobb Emergency Vet Clinic in mid-July, we contacted Heavenly Paws to learn more about the aquamation process as a way to get back Ace's ashes. Tyler immediately answered the phone (even though it was a Saturday), and educated me about their services, the process, and how we could submit an online request to have Ace's body picked up by Heavenly Paws for the aquamation process. We completed the on-line request that day, and the very next day, a Sunday no less, Tyler contacted the Clinic and arranged to pick up Ace's body on Monday. Everything quickly deteriorated from there, and the Clinic ended up sending our dog's body off for mass cremation before Heavenly Paws could pick up his body. Tyler was so wonderful in helping us cope with the reality of the Clinic's mistake, despite us never paying him a dime for his time and efforts. (He even retrieved our dog's collar from the Clinic, and spent his own money to mail it to us.) No one could have been more compassionate and understanding than Tyler, and I am so thankful that he and Heavenly Paws offer a wonderful cremation alternative to Atlanta pet owners, and that they are so caring about the deceased pets with whom they are entrusted - I will help spread the word about Heavenly Paws and the aquamation process, and I hope you will too!Kerry

Every bit of my experience with the staff has been wonderful and pleasant. My Elder kitty, Isis, had come to the end of his long life. He had been part of my life since June 2007, and April 1, 2022 was his last. I will miss my Grumpy, ferocious kitty so much. Everytime I spoke with anyone from the staff, they were very kind and remorseful too for my family's loss. Other establishments I had called earlier in the process, well to put it simply, where to chipper.

I hired Heavenly Paws Pet Aquamation to take care of my furry friend Luna's body when she died this year. I was treated with empathy and compassion- and felt as if Tyler was helping me with a member of my family (he was!). I recommend Pet Aquamation based on my experience and also because this "cremation" approach is much more "green" / "environmentally friendly" than traditional cremation.After my father died last year, i spent timing researching "green" approaches to death and how our society deals with our bodies. I encourage you to read the book "Smoke gets in your eyes"- and then decide for yourselves.

I’m so torn with this review. On one hand they took great care of my baby Carrie, who’s been apart of our family for 6 years now. However when I arrived to pick up her memorial items, I was very very displeased with the inappropriate language, and racist remarks I overheard from THE OWNER! The tone of the office immediately changed for me. I couldn’t believe my ears! Unethical and Unprofessional. I hope no one else will have to go through that experience.

Highly recommended!! The most compassionate and accommodating people we've ever met -- wish we could hire them anytime we need outside help. LOOSING OUR ** KUKY** was a very sad experience for Us...Our chihuahua was only XV years old... So many people were surprised, every time they asked for her, and we respond.. She is ok...Most of them expecting for us to say... Oh.. She is gone... And we always answer back....**We DON'T want to think about it**... We will miss her.. But when times reach the cruel reality...Was so hard to believe it... We have a broken heart...!! Increible how special, and spoiled she was...THANKS TO MR. STEWART.
