Lance has taken care of two of my cats. First, my senior cat Butterscotch who died in April 2022. And second, a kitten we adopted in September 2024, who died very suddenly within a week of adopting him. Lance was incredibly kind and compassionate, especially when he understood the financial strain of cremation costs after preparing for a new kitten. He worked with me during that challenging time, and I am beyond grateful.While I hope none of our current pets pass anytime soon, Lance will be the first to call when it happens. I love this service! I recently lost my baby rather suddenly and I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to everyone if they lose a pet family member. Last Saturday my baby Xena passed away, she was 7 years old, when I called they were very quick in getting to me and my baby. They were sympathetic and efficient, their service showed compassion and understanding one thing my former vet lacked sorely. I will continue to use them. Thank you for treating my baby with care and like the family member she was to me. Plus they have beautiful containers to put your babies in.

My fur baby passed unexpectedly and they made this process of getting him cremated very easy and stress free. I was able to get ahold of the owner and he assisted me with all of my questions and went to pick up my baby within the hour. The men that came to pick him up were very nice in our communication over my ring camera and took the time out to retrieve him from under my patio and were very gentle with him. They did his private cremation and returned him too me the very next day! In the event i have to use cremation services again he will definitely be my first call!

I just want to thank Lance and his staff for their time and dedication in helping my family and I in this difficult time. We lost our baby girl Georgia yesterday and we’re so thankful we were able to find bi-city was open, on a Sunday and made it just in time before closing. The gentleman we met yesterday was very professional, helpful and talked us through the entire process. We lost our 12 year old dog, Ruger, to cancer at the beginning of November. Our vet at Double Churches Animal Clinic recommended Bi-City to me and I'm really glad I took their advice. My fur baby passed recently and my vet office said they use Regency for cremations. I looked them up online and realized they are a facility out of town. I couldn’t stand the idea of my baby being taken that far away and handled by strangers. I googled local crematories and found BiCity. Bi city are the best. They have cared for my pets and my late mothers pets for many years. They worked with me just recently to cremate my mom's 15 yr old dog Peanut. I lost my mom May of 2022 and cared for her baby until he left us this year. I couldn't have done it without their help. Loosing our pet “Major” was a heart breaking experience. Bi-City’s staff was compassionate and caring for him which made the process easier for me and my mother. They came to her home and picked him up and also helped us plan the next steps compassionately and caringly. They also returned him after cremation. Our vet works with Bi-city pet cremation so that’s why we used them when our lab died last week. They were so wonderful handling the cremation of our lab. I recommend them to anyone who has to make this hard decision about their pet. I had my Buddy for 17 years. He went through alot of things that was life changing to me. He watched my kids grow up and was here for my grandbabies coming into the world. He was our protector, our friend, and we loved him dearly. It was and still is hard knowing my Buddy was called home. My fur baby passed recently and my vet office said they use Regency for cremations. I looked them up online and realized they are a facility out of town. Loosing our pet “Major” was a heart breaking experience. Bi-City’s staff was compassionate and caring for him which made the process easier for me and my mother. I write this review with a broken heart, we lost our Gigi on July 10th, 2020. It was a unexpected event for us, as was the phone call with Lance, I could hear and feel the compassion and respect in his voice, I didn't expect someone on the other end of the phone to be so caring and understanding for a complete stranger but that is exactly what I got. I didn't feel like I was speaking to a company per se but another human being. Our vet works with Bi-city pet cremation so that’s why we used them when our lab died last week. They were so wonderful handling the cremation of our lab. The person who picked up our dog Jake was compassionate and professional. The person who returned Jake to my place of employment 1) did not wear a mask inside a healthcare facility where signs were clearly posted, 2) said nothing to me as he handed our beloved dog of almost 15 years back to me; we made prolonged eye contact and nothing was said; I turned to walk away and over the shoulder the person commented, "I'm sorry about your loss." This was uncomfortable and hurtful, coupled with disrespect for a healthcare facility. This would affect our decision to use this provider again, despite having used them in years past.

They picked my dog up on June 8 2017. It took weeks to get my dog back. You wouldn't bring my dog back to the southside of Columbus where u picked him up I had to give u an uptown address to get my dog back. I paid for a bronze mold his paw in which I never received so I asked for a refund for the bronze paw. You said ok you was going to put the check in the mail and I would receive it next week. That was another lie told to me out of the owners mouth because its been going on 2 weeks and no check. So I called and asked for the address so i can pick up my check only for the man they had call me back to tell me I was threatening him. I was like really I just want 2 come pick up my check without all the run around. Long story short I still haven't got my refund for a service I paid for. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE A RIP OFF.

When I called I was told it would be around $130, I asked for fur the first time on the phone and then asked for paw prints too.They didn't cremate my dog until September 11th and didn't give me a piece of fur. My card declined on September 8th and didn't get told anything until I called on September 10th.
