Today was the last day I saw my little dog, Saffron. Iβm so thankful that I took him to this company to prepare him for his ceremony. Sasha is a gentle and beautiful soul. She helped me to go throw the process wonderfully with her patience and understanding.Thank you, Sasha to take care of my babe. Youβre amazing.

When I brought my little girl in, I was surprised at how beautiful they made the transition for me. I was leaving my girl and I was never going to see her again or pet her or hear her voice. There were good-byes at the vet but bringing her to be cremated and leaving her little body was very hard. When I went in I was immediately relieved to see how much respect they had for her. There was a beautiful basket for me to place her in. I was able to say my good-byes and pet her. They were very very patient and kind. I asked if I could place her in the cremation box and they let me do that, she could have her blankie and they gave me choices about her blankets and her lamb chop. Everything was explained in as much detail as I needed. I felt good about leaving her there. When I went back to pick up her ashes, again, very kind to me and respectful of my little girl's ashes. The footprints came out better than I expected. This was an emotional and difficult time and they never rushed me. I appreciate them and if anyone asks me, I will recommend them. This was at the Marietta location.

I can't recommend Paws, Whiskers, & Wags enough. From start to finish, everyone I talked to was so nice and so comforting. They made the process so easy and as painless as you could possibly hope for when dealing with the death of a pet.

This place was great and really went above and beyond for my baby. The person who took her body in let me stay with her for as long as I needed and offered to send me pics of ink prints of her nose and paw for free, which was greatly appreciated. The person who took her urn out to me was also wonderful, and gave me advice about how to approach the situation that lead to my baby's death in the first place. Everyone I interacted with was caring and kind, and I really appreciated it.They also included a paw print, poem, lock of her fur, and a list of grief counseling resources, which really went beyond what I was expecting.I definitely recommend them and plan to use them again (hopefully FAR in the future).

Losing a pet is never easy, but Paws, Whiskers & Wags made the process much more bearable. Their staff was incredibly compassionate and treated our beloved pet with the utmost respect. They took the time to explain every step, and the facility itself was peaceful and welcoming. The urn we selected was beautifully crafted, and the thoughtful touches, like a paw print keepsake, meant the world to us. I highly recommend Paws, Whiskers & Wags to anyone in need of these services. Their kindness and professionalism provided comfort during a difficult time.

Loosing a loved member of the family is hard. When it's unexpected it hurts, when it's expected it hurts, there's no difference. I've had many animals in my life and couldn't tell you the names of the companies I've used for end of life services....until 2020. 2/8/2020 my best friend Clark didn't wake up for playtime, it was extremely unexpected and hit me hard. The individuals here were so compassionate, understanding and respectful. Due to Covid the building was closed to the public so everything was handled outside. I was able to wait for Clark as he was very small. I remember the care when they carried him away from me, allowing me to say goodbye again, carrying him as if he was still alive. I was informed throughout the entire process and brought him back home with me. The love and attention Clark and I received on this day was enough to make my permanent choice for after life options facilities. I did not accompany Brady, as it was arranged by my vet, but I know he was handled with the same loving and caring attention as Clark was. They really do care and it shows. Paws, Whiskers & Wags.....my pets would have chosen them too ...

Amazing service at Marietta location. Shantel was so kind, professional and caring and took care of my baby BB. I was crying my eyes out while completing the paperwork, she was so patient with me and so caring. She gave me time to say good-bye to him after the paperwork and called me when BB was ready to come home. I'm very appreciative of her. I highly recommendPaws, Whiskers & Wags to whoever needs their service.

This Company and their employees are beyond amazing and respectful. During such an awful time of suddenly losing our cat they went above and beyond what I expected. They took the care and time to allow us to say goodbye and did a wonderful job communicating throughout the process. Would recommend them to everyone. Very impressed with their level of service and professionalism.

Today was our second time using Paws, Whiskers & Wags and both times have been such a kind experience. Both times weβve brought unconventional critters: guinea pigs. And no one treated us any different for it not being a dog or cat.The woman who helped us today (amidst the grief, Iβve forgotten her name Iβm so sorry) was so kind, patient and understanding. She listened to us tell her our goofy little guinea pigs name (itβs quite a mouthful) and graciously shared stories of other unconventional animals sheβs attended to when my husband asked to try and lighten our minds a bit.My sweet boy was ready for pickup within hours and was treated with such care. I hope to not have to use this service again for a long time (my pets better live for many years) but itβs comforting to know that when I should need it again, I know my babies will be treated with as much love as they had in life.

When I placed my cat in the box filled with flowers and visited the office, I felt genuinely thankful for the support and empathy, as they shared our sadness together.I wished I could express more at that moment, but due to my limited English, I conveyed my feelings by bowing deeply and asking to take good care of my cat. When we went to the crematorium, it was a pleasant surprise that our Korean was recognized, and a letter translated into Korean was handed to us, providing unexpected comfort as we tearfully carried our cat's remains home.Discovering the letter on the way back was truly heartwarming, and I received a great deal of solace. Thanks to ChatGPT for helping me put these feelings into words

Words cannot express how grateful we are to Paws, Whiskers, and Wags for how they facilitated our best friendβs transition to his next phase. We are broken hearted after his passing, but having his remains and paw prints back home so quickly after his passing over the weekend has calmed our hearts and is helping us to move forward with the grieving process. It seems that everyone involved is a pet lover themself, so it cannot be an easy job, but you all lessened the burden of saying goodbye. Thank you.

Highly recommend this pet crematory for those who have furry family members!!ChantΓ© was such a joy & pleasure to work with these past few days. When our sweet Ollie passed away, I knew I wanted him to be cremated. As any person would do, I called around getting estimates for private cremation & everyone I spoke to wanted $175-$300 to do those services even though he was so very tiny. When I called PWW & spoke with ChantΓ©, I knew right then & there that I wanted her to be the one to help us along the way.Speaking with ChantΓ© made the process so much easier & her kindness was overwhelming but in a good way! She literally made us feel like family & like we were at home & not anywhere else. Her help eased our minds & made everything less stressful upon all of us, even my daughter seemed to be more at ease. The care that she showed our sweet Ollie was so amazing & very tender loving. She showed him the love that I showed him as I was doing my best to raise him from almost a newborn. When we got the call this morning about picking him up (the turn around rate to get cremains is so quick!), I was honestly very eager to go & get him to bring him home. When we arrived, we did have a very small wait as there was another family going through the process & it was so very understandable. I gave ChantΓ© a call to let her know that we were there & that we completely understand the wait, to take her time & we were in no hurry. When ChantΓ© came out to pass Ollie back over to us, she was still that same tender loving caring person that we met yesterday. She completely blew us away with the extra mile that she took by giving us little ink prints of his little nose & toe beans πΎ ChantΓ© is such an amazing young woman & you can really tell that she cares about her clients & her caring spirit. She has her own little twist & such a beautiful sparkle in her eyes when caring for furry loved ones. She radiates care, love, positivity, calmness, everything! I will definitely recommend this business to anyone I know & Iβm so grateful to have found you when I did. From the bottom of my families heart, thank you so much & we truly & deeply appreciate you so much, ChantΓ©! ππΎ You have been such a pleasure working with during this tough time π©΅

I had such incredible service here. When you come in, thereβs a private room that you, your family, and your pet will go into. The way the room is set up felt like we were holding a memorial service, which we greatly appreciated. It was the perfect place for me and my family to get closure with our dog. We decided to do a private cremation, as well as a few additional services for keepsakes. ChantΓ© helped us throughout the process and was, overall, absolutely amazing. She was very calm and patient with us and explained the process thoroughly, and we trusted her. You can tell she truly cares about her job. We called a few other places, and in comparison, the prices here were great and fair. From me and my family: thank you to Paws, Whiskers, and Wags and ChantΓ©.

We lost our Merlin last February after 12 years. Due to an untreatable tumor we chose euthanasia, and we entrusted his cremation to the Marietta location of Paws, Wags, and Whiskers. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by Chante, who carefully explained the available service options. We opted for a private cremation.Merlin was brought to Paws, Wags, and Whiskers wrapped in his favorite blankets from the vet. Chante graciously to wash and return the blankets if we chose to leave them with Merlin for the cremation. The very next morning, we received a call informing us that we could pick up Merlin's remains. Chante had not only washed his blankets but also folded them, tied them with a ribbon, and placed them in a tastefully arranged gift bag.Chante treated both Merlin and his belongings with utmost respect and dignity. While nothing can ever replace Merlin, Chante's compassionate and professional attention made a difficult and stressful time easier to process.

Saturday was one of the worst days of my life. I lost my cat of almost 15 years π She had passed away while we slept. I called Paws, Whiskers and Wags as soon as they opened at 9 and Ms. Shantay (sp?) was extremely helpful and we were able to drop off my precious kitty that morning. She let us say goodbye in a special room and let us take our time. She made this agonizing experience so much more calming and it just felt like she understood my pain. I got more sympathy from her than some of my own family members/friends. So many people just donβt see animals as worth any grief, but here I felt understood. I was shattered. The process was so quick and my Fluffy was back in my house by Tuesday. I felt some comfort having her with me again. The paw prints are an amazing keepsake so donβt forget to order one! Also, they will keep some of their fur for you which Iβll be honest, is what made me shed tears all over again. Even though this was one of the hardest experiences Iβve ever gone through, Iβm thankful they made it so much easier on me. I highly recommend this place with all my heart. Thank you for taking such good care of my baby girl β₯οΈ

Our beloved 11-year-old Chihuahua passed away early in the morning unexpectedly. I was distraught and didnβt know what to do. I began calling around and no one was open. Not only was Adriano the most professional and caring during this difficult time. He answered my call very early in the morning and allowed us to bring our pet that same day and be present throughout the entire cremation process. We didnβt want to have her picked up and he understood that. I couldnβt have asked for a better service. He was so gentle and caring with her. It was a wonderful last goodbye. We chose the Memories Package and it was perfect. The price was exceptional for the level of service that we received. Her final presentation was beautiful and I am so happy we chose Forget Me Not. The Rosewood Carved Urn is beautiful. The clay paw print in the leather box with two photos of her and the keepsake fur clipping were very touching. We highly recommend this cremation service for your beloved pet.Thank you again for everything you did for us Adriano we very much appreciate your professionalism and compassionate service.

After a horrific accident that took the life of a beloved pet, I called repeatedly during the hours listed on the website; however the phone was never answered. I filled out the website contact form and submitted it. No one contacted me. I left a voicemail but did not receive a callback. Perhaps Paws, Whiskers & Wags doesn't think parrots deserve the same consideration as dogs and cats and couldn't be bothered to inform a grieving parrot mom.

I recently had one of the hardest few weeks of my life and had to say goodbye to two of my elderly fur babies within weeks of each other. You guys were absolutely amazing. If you are seeking a place that you can trust the staff will treat your loved one with respect and care, look no farther. The quality of service is above and beyond and the people that work there are so kind and genuine.

Going through a Petβs loss is never easy but this company, especially the one in Marietta had made this horrible experience a bit better by their tremendous service. I lost my fur baby back in December of 2022 and Shantay (sorry if I misspelled it) was so strong and helped us get through our grievances. I wish I could give her 10 stars if I could. Very informative and quick to respond. Especially a lot of ways to customize your fur babies final resting place with beautiful urns and more. I was also surprised with how affordable it was and all the mementos that was included that I treasure everyday. Thank you so much for making the best of the worst day of my life.

We are so glad we chose to go here; they made such a sad experience much easier to get through. The staff here was so comforting and caring, and they really seem to personally care about you and your pet. Even when speaking with them on the phone, they are great at answering questions, providing instructions, and making you feel calm about the situation. They provided us way more than we expected, including some personal touches that really made a big difference for us. We could not be more grateful for the staff here, and we will definitely remember them and recommend them to others. The service itself was simple, stress-free, and extremely well priced.

Haven't lost an animal since childhood. I got my sweet tabby kitty, Lucy, for my 21st birthday... 11 years later cancer finally got her. PW&W were amazing for this entire process. They picked her up from the emergency vet, gave me ample time to make decisions, expressed their sympathy, and were very compassionate throughout the process. I was able to choose an urn that is exactly how my kitty would lay. She was so "fluffy" she would "loaf" and you couldn't see her paws when she's lay down so they had one just like that! I got the clay paw print and lock of fur as well which mean the world to me. I had saved Lucy's collar so she's now home with her collar on & watching over me. PW&W were so kind even in person when I picked her up. She poetically said "this is when I say I hope to not see you again for a very long time" and that meant a lot. I will be adopting another kitty in the future and I concur. Thank you so much for the kind care and would 10/10 recommend for anyone sadly in need of these services.

This service is just amazing. We lost our 7-year old Bulldog on Saturday, very unexpectedly. The owner called me within 5 minutes and came to our home within 90 minutes. We received text updates through the process and they just now delivered a beautifully presented bag of items. Ashes, photos, a paw print, etc. Iβm stunned at the compassion shown, the quality and value of this service. We are so grateful to have found these people.

This crematory is really a class act. I drove all the way from Rome to have a private cremation for my dog after finding out that the crematory that supposedly picks up at my vet's office doesn't actually exist. Imagine the horror/stress/pain. There is transparency and compassion here from start to finish. You can watch the whole process in person, or wait in the waiting room or come back. The waiting room was comfortable and there were refreshments. If you can't be there, they gladly offer the CCTV footage for you to be assured that what was supposed to happen, happened. It was nice, clean place in a an office park and very easily accessible off of I-75. I finally feel like I have closure. The rates were also very reasonable. The owner has a very interesting story about why he opened up Forget Me Not. The fact is, this is a totally unregulated industry (for pets) and you don't know who to trust. You can trust this place. I highly recommend it.

I couldn't have asked for more during my loss. The package they give is great. I received a lock of my precious Hogan's hair, his ashes, sympathy card, grief pamphlet, tin hurn, and paw prints (additional cost). They allowed me to grieve in peace and even let me see them start the cremation process. I'm really humbled by the whole experience and can't thank Chante enough. I'll miss you and love you always Hogan.

As much as I wish we never have to use a service like this again, itβs so comforting to know this company is there for when we do. We lost our pup unexpectedly during the night, and didnβt really know where to turn. After calling around, we found Forget Me Not and knew immediately that we made the right choice. Adriano was so kind, and so caring towards our girl. We felt at ease leaving her with him. Later that evening, he stopped by our house to hand deliver her back to us with a card and wildflower seeds to plant in her memory. We felt the price was extremely fair, and will always recommend them to anyone else going through that difficult and sad situation. We are so grateful to have found them.

My 19 year-old Jack Russel Terrier, Riley, passed away in May of this year. The day he died was without a doubt one of the worst of my life and the week following was filled with a great amount of grief and stress. I searched through a few companies, but what sealed the deal for me was that Forget Me Not Pet Cremation was the only one to offer me a peace of mind guarantee that Riley would be coming home. The owner went to pick him up from the clinic and personally deliver him to me within hours. If that's not great service then I don't know what is. When the time comes for my other pups, I hope they'll be offered the same courtesy and care.

Grieving and in shock after our beautiful and funny Shih-Tzu died, the staff here was phenomenally kind, reverent, and quiet while they took care of our final arrangements. Very professional outfit.

Adriano is wonderful. He was waiting for us when we arrived at our vet with our baby and he patiently waited for us. He was extremely courteous and comforted us during this very painful moment. We feel really blessed that Adriano was there with is throughout this whole life changing event.

We had to let our beloved Tater cat go to the Rainbow Bridge. Adriano with Forget Me Not made us feel so welcomed and comfortable. He offered to let us spend as much time with Tater as we liked, and honored our extra requests. While losing Tater was one of the worst experiences of my life so far, our experience here was wonderful. We will be calling again when our other pets go.

I will not say it was a pleasure to visit this place, I will say as someone who worked within veterinary medicine for a decade this was a blessing to be able to experience in one of the darkest times of my life. The service and understanding as well as the professionalism here was above and beyond expectations. They really do care about you and your beloved companion receiving the best care possible. Even on weekends. I can not stress how thoughtful and well done this experience was. It still hurt, but the respect and care was beyond expectations. Customer for life.

This place is absolutely the best place to take your baby. The owner is so compassionate and empathetic with you and itβs almost like heβs grieving with you. He cares so much about your animal and makes sure youβre there for every process. I brought in my beloved cockatiel who passed suddenly, and despite how small he was and how small the amount of ashes we got from him was, he did everything in his power to ensure a beautiful experience. Words cannot describe how the experience was, Iβm tearing up writing this because I had such a good experience. Thank you, Adriano! Kimiko is at peace now and I couldnβt have found a better place to put him to rest.

I want to say a most sincere thank you for taking care of my beloved dog, Commander. From the moment we called your company to request your services, to the moment you delivered the cremation package you were compassionate and understanding of our heartfelt loss. I highly recommended this company to anyone who has loss their pet. Excellent service! I thank you again for being there for us.

My ESA was cremated by your company and I requested to pick up his remains from the Marietta location instead of having him transported back to the animal hospital where he was euthanized. Whoever I spoke with on the phone said this wouldnβt be a problem and that they would contact me as soon as he was ready to be picked up.Without informing me and without my consent, his remains were transported back to the animal hospital. I wasnβt informed until a full two days after his cremation. Returning to the place where my baby died was traumatic for me.On top of this, whoever took my information on the phone got my email wrong on the paperwork. Now, Iβm not even sure if the remains I received are actually of my baby. You should respect pet owners final wishes for their babies. I am horrified with the experience.

Michael was so nice kind and wondurfull love him. Ash too who was listening to me. and attentive to my need. it is becoming all too rare these days to find a company that goes to such great length. to satisfy its customers I hope your success will show others that old fashioned hard work and consideration for customers are values that are rewarded in our society.

I cannot begin to express how happy we are with the service here at Paws, Whiskers, & Wags. Kalie was so compassionate and knowledgeable, making this difficult process as easy as it could be. We felt heard and taken care of completely. Going in, we were not familiar with the process of losing a pet, and Kalie walked us through everything with a kind heart. My family and I are so grateful for her help after losing our Archer. Thank you, Kalie.

We lost our little fur baby (Dante) a few days before thanksgiving. We had him for 15 years and all of the emotions we experienced was very new for all of us. It was really hard for us to process everything but we are so so so glad we went with cremating Dante at this place. Adriano just went above and beyond and was just so caring. You can really tell he cares about his job and about animals. He let us have a few moments with our Dante until we were ready. He never rushed us or anything and let us take as much time as we needed. We stayed the whole time until the cremation process was done and I feel we definitely got some closure.

Jack Bauer was a stray that came to our house when my daughter was 5 yrs old. Kathy kept asking me to keep him. Fast forward a few weeks and JB became the permanent King of the Lane household. He taught us to love unconditionally, to accept people and pets as they were. After twelve years of him living with us we watched him turn into a beloved, still gentle, old friend. We got to the point of physically having to carry him to do his business, to buying soft cat food and mush it up for his few remaining teeth to eat. We didnβt want to, but it was the right time to say good bye. Forget Me Not accommodated the three of us to be present during his cremation. When we wanted to have him with us for a few more minutes there was no rush, we never felt there was any hurry. We will never forget of how gentle Adriano was handling his body. The small container with JB's fur sits on my desk, it was such a nice and thoughtful surprise, thank you so much.

I cannot begin to say how amazing Forget Me Not is, We live in a day and age of jaded people and cold souls and when we need compassion and understanding during our time of sorrow and loss it is comforting to know that kindness still exists. We lost our beloved cat Chloe in sept of 2019, with heavy hearts and heartbroken children we turned to Forget Me Not, from pickup to delivery, the compassion and care was second to none, the beautiful urn and gift bag made you feel as though you were getting a gift and you are, a gift of closure. 3 weeks ago, we lost our best friend, our 16 year old Aussie/Golden mix Haru, his passing left a hole that will never be healed, within minutes of his passing and without hesitation we contacted Forget Me Not to handle this amazing creatures cremation. I have personally inspected the facility and it is top notch, You KNOW you are getting your beloved pets remains back, you can watch via cam if you so choose, you can remain on site during cremation as well. You truly feel as though you are family. I will trust no one else but FMN and neither should you, our pets are our family, they deserve the best.
Matthew Falkler
Our family had a sudden loss of our cat, Sully. The Emergency Vetβs office informed me the cremation service would contact me within 48 hours (this all happened on the night of Christmas). True to their word Paws, Whiskers & Wags called me on the afternoon of the 27th. The representative clearly went over the services offered for Sully. On the 29th, they called me again to inform me Sullyβs urn was ready for pickup. Both representatives I talked to were beyond friendly and expressed such sympathy for the sudden loss of Sully. The memorial we received of Sully was so caring and well put together which included a card, his urn, and a molded paw print. We will forever remember Sully and what Paws, Whiskers & Wags put together was beyond thoughtful. Thank you for this service and allowing us to memorialize Sully this much more.

I cannot say enough about how special this place is ! After losing our beloved Lincoln - forget me not took amazing care of him from leaving our house, to when he arrived at the facility and most important when we received his belongings. The care that was taken with his footprint, nose print warmed my heart during this extremely difficult time. I have never seen such care before, and I am so thankful that forget me not took care of my baby- thank you from the bottom of my β€οΈ!!

I visited the facility in Marietta, Georgia, and was very impressed. Thank you for treating our pet, Ginger, with dignity. I have already recommended Paws, Whiskers & Wags to friends. ~ Robert Harris

Now I have found Paws, Whiskers and Wags, I won't go anywhere else! Excellent service by truly caring staff.
Brett Galbreath

David Hughes

Jonathan Dalton
I cannot say enough good things about the people at Forget Me Not. Pets are family and losing one is heartbreaking. Forget Me Not were incredible - kind, supportive, personal with excellent communication throughout, and generous when we lost our beloved cat Harley. They truly made a difficult time, truly a little bit easier.Thank you again for everything you did for us, we very much appreciate your professionalism and compassionate service.
Lyn Oliver
A beautiful tribute to my dog. We are very appreciative of the friendly and informative staff. It helped make the worst day a bit easier.

I canβt thank you enough for taking care of our Piper during this difficult time. It meant the world to me to hand her over to someone who would care for her just like we would. It was difficult choosing the right place to take her to but we made the right decision. Your work shows the compassion you have for people and their animals during the most heartbreaking times. Everything was done beautifully. Thank you again.
Melinda Rodriguez
We made an appointment to have our dog cremated as she had passed away the night before. When we arrived they wouldn't even let us in and said they were full and she couldn't have services for several days. What is already a very difficult day just became worse. Insensitive people with no empathy. They have no respect from me after this horrible experience. I do not recommend this business to anyone.
Judah Katz
Losing Bitty my little boy has been extremely heartbreaking and surreal for me and i don't believe i could of found better service anywhere than the one provided at Forget Me Not. This service is excellent and very personal, respectful and compassionate and the owner Adriano Maciel is an absolute mensch who really cares about helping people who are grieving the lose of their pet and for me, Bitty was my little kid and i love him and miss him dearly. Thank you very very much for going the extra mile to help me put my boy to rest. G-d bless you!

I reached out to Forget Me Not back in May of this year. I had just lost my little Lilly, recently divorced and moved in an apartment. Lilly was my only companion after 20 years of marriage which ended with my ex cheating on me and leaving the country afterwards, leaving me without a home and $70k in debt which I didn't know I had. I didn't expect life to get worse, but one morning Lilly was gone, forever sleeping in her little bed, at just 8 years old. Living in an apartment, I couldn't bury her. I couldn't afford a private cremation, my salary as a teacher could barely cover my rent, insurance and other living expenses. I really couldn't even afford a communal cremation. I called forget me not and asked if I could make payments to have her communally cremated, I was so embarrassed. Adriano asked me to bring her in. I was so terribly lost, part of me just wanted to end my life and rest with her. I couldn't help, just let it all out, couldn't stop crying for what seemed an eternity. Adriano sat next to me, and just listened. It was the first time in years that someone actually had taken the time to listen to me, paying attention to my words and understanding my pain. He is the kindest person I have ever met in my life. Now, six months later, as I celebrate Christmas, with a new job, friends and a new home, I am looking back and I can certainly say that Adriano was a bright light shinning during a very dark time of my life. He did not charge me for a private cremation, just asked me to pay forward one day when I could afford and so I did. Your family and friends are blessed, I am forever indebted to you. Thank you.
Samantha Fitzpatrick
If I could give them more than 5 stars I would because they truly deserve it. I couldnβt have picked a better place to take my Nala to. Adriano was very respectful of my princess and the care that was given to her throughout this process made coping with her loss a lot easier to bear. I pray no one has to feel the pain of losing their special family member but I would 100% recommend Adriano and Forget Me Not in a heartbeat to anyone put in this position.
Donna Bledsoe-Buffington
I cannot say enough good things about this place. They were so kind during a difficult time. Called my dog that passed "your sweet baby" when it was time to pick up his ashes. Means a lot to have people that care about our fur babies even on this last part of their earthly journey.
Alex Beswick
My boyfriend had to say goodbye to his dear girl Sarah, of 16 years. Forget Me Not Cremation was very empathetic, thoughtful and offered many wonderful services with the package that my boyfriend bought. I highly recommend Forget Me Not. They took time with us and brought us through every step of the way. thank you so much

Adriano was very professional and extremely compassionate. From our very first conversation, to our last, I had the confidence that I had chosen the right facility for my Pasha. Thank you again my friend, you are truly a blessing to our community.

Chante was amazing in helping us with the private cremation of our dog, Lucy. She was very empathetic, and attended to all of our needs with care. Highly recommended.

Words alone cannot express my appreciation for the care and services provided by Forget Me Not. Adriano was very empathetic and compassionate. He patiently walked us through the process and was very gentle and respectful in his handling of my sweet Sarah. My experience with Forget Me Not gave me closure on one of the darkest days I've experienced. Customer for life.
Brandon Long
I couldn't have asked for more during my loss.

Keith Peters
Grieving and in shock after our beautiful and funny Shih-Tzu died, the staff here was phenomenally kind, reverent, and quiet while they took care of our final arrangements. Very professional outfit.
Deana Dalrymple
Adriano is wonderful. He was waiting for us when we arrived at our vet with our baby and he patiently waited for us. He was extremely courteous and comforted us during this very painful moment. He was very gentle with our baby and took great care with him. Adriano was always quick to respond to any of our questions and concerns. We feel really blessed that Adriano was there with is throughout this whole life changing event.
Jessica Place

Lyn Oliver

FMNPC was amazing when my 12 year old dog passed. Communication was wonderful, and I was so impressed at the quality and professionalism. Everything felt genuinely heartfelt and compassionate. I highly recommend them to anyone!
Roman Biscuit
Patient, quiet, and respectful. I was doubtful that they would do private cremations for a bird as small as my Inky, but the staff assured me that they did. It made things a lot easier when picking the location. If you're looking for a place to send your baby off, this is the one.
Andrea Paulinelli
As difficult as this time is, we couldn't have found a better place to help us deal with our our beloved doberman's passing. Adriano treated him with dignity, is very professional, courteous and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this business.

They are just so kind. The dignity and compassion given when we took now two of our pet family members is great comfort. They cremated on site so that gives a feeling of additional comfort.

Very unhappy when I went to pick up the remains of my dog.... I was greeted with a sign located on the front lawn advising do not come into the office but to call on the phone and that they would bring the remains of my beloved pet out to me in the parking lot while in my car!!!! I found it so impersonable, callous and cold... Of course they hid behind the excuse of covid! Yet when they came to get my pet, when he died at my house, they were on top of me less than 6 inches from my face shoving the form for my credit card signature.... They sure weren't worried about covid then but once they got my money it was a totally different story!!

I brought my beloved dog Charlie here to be cremated, and I didnt know anything about the process or what to expect. Forget Me Not helped walk me through everything so I could put my best friend Charlie to rest. Thank you for the amazing service in such a painful time in my life.

Very difficult for my mom when she lost her best friend Baby. Forget me Not managed our loss with compassion and professionalism. They were open and Sunday and hamdled everything. Thank you so much for providing such incredible service.

I very rarely leave online reviews, it has to be a very exceptional service either poor or, as in this case, great service. Their bedside manner is bar None and the value you get for such a small price is ridiculous. I would recommend them to anyone losing a loved one.

Truly an amazing pleasure to meet you and all you did for my daughter! Shooter was her best friend growing up and you made this less painful. And we will always be grateful for that. Such amazing people.

I just wanted to say thanks to the owner for treating my best friend Milo with the respect he deserves. Milo meant so much to me and I will be forever thankful to this place for helping me keep him in my heart forever.

Called to get information on bringing in my pet and the guy on the phone was rude and short and hung up on me. Going to take my baby elsewhere. Not a great feeling to be treated like that during this awful time.

I appreciate your gentle way of handling my girl, and the rapid turnaround for me to retrieve her ashes. Also really appreciated the fact that you didn't pressure me to purchase one of your urns and allowed me to use my own. Thank you for that!

Thank you.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. They were so kind during a difficult time. Called my dog that passed "your sweet baby" when it was time to pick up his ashes. Means a lot to have people that care about our fur babies even on this last part of their earthly journey.
