Today was the last day I saw my little dog, Saffron. I’m so thankful that I took him to this company to prepare him for his ceremony. Sasha is a gentle and beautiful soul. She helped me to go throw the process wonderfully with her patience and understanding.Thank you, Sasha to take care of my babe. You’re amazing.

When I brought my little girl in, I was surprised at how beautiful they made the transition for me. I was leaving my girl and I was never going to see her again or pet her or hear her voice. There were good-byes at the vet but bringing her to be cremated and leaving her little body was very hard. When I went in I was immediately relieved to see how much respect they had for her. There was a beautiful basket for me to place her in. I was able to say my good-byes and pet her. They were very very patient and kind. I asked if I could place her in the cremation box and they let me do that, she could have her blankie and they gave me choices about her blankets and her lamb chop. Everything was explained in as much detail as I needed. I felt good about leaving her there. When I went back to pick up her ashes, again, very kind to me and respectful of my little girl's ashes. The footprints came out better than I expected. This was an emotional and difficult time and they never rushed me. I appreciate them and if anyone asks me, I will recommend them. This was at the Marietta location.

I can't recommend Paws, Whiskers, & Wags enough. From start to finish, everyone I talked to was so nice and so comforting. They made the process so easy and as painless as you could possibly hope for when dealing with the death of a pet.

This place was great and really went above and beyond for my baby. The person who took her body in let me stay with her for as long as I needed and offered to send me pics of ink prints of her nose and paw for free, which was greatly appreciated. The person who took her urn out to me was also wonderful, and gave me advice about how to approach the situation that lead to my baby's death in the first place. Everyone I interacted with was caring and kind, and I really appreciated it.They also included a paw print, poem, lock of her fur, and a list of grief counseling resources, which really went beyond what I was expecting.I definitely recommend them and plan to use them again (hopefully FAR in the future).
