We had to make the decision for one of ours at the vet hospital yesterday and they use Faithful Companions. The vet said they would call us and at lunch time today I had a call that Bear was ready to come home. We live outside of the service zone because our vet is 1.5 hours away from us and I offered to meet up and they said no we will bring him to you. They were so kind and the guy who dropped him off was so kind and nice and they offered their condolences. We are very happy with the urn and the paw print and the hair. He is already sitting with his sister that passed the day before we got home in 2016.

Excellent customer service and genuinely compassionate staff! I received the private cremation option with a paw print and everything turned out better than expected. I was impressed with the quality of the box and the size and quality of the paw print. They were also surprisingly affordable! Our faithful companion took her rest yesterday. It was and is so very hard for us. But the Faithful Companion Cremation Services helped us in this very difficult time. Ms Lakeisha was very understanding and compassionate and she went over and above to help us in our grieving process. When I left my baby in her hands I knew that she would be treated with love and respect. When I picked up the urn today, I knew I had made the right choice taking my baby to Faithful Companion Pet Cremation Services.Very compassionate. Very professional. Would recommend to anybody at such a devasting time. I lost my dog unexpectedlyon Friday at 7:30pm. I called seeing they closed at 8pm and Alvin was very calm and welcomed me to head over to get Chunk in that night. The whole process was quick, everyone was sympathetic and the final package was beautiful. Thank you all for being there through a heart breaking experience.

Unfortunately it is not the first time that I used pet cremation services, and faithful companion really helped me, especially Lakeisha, she was a true angel. I was with my toddler alone, and it was already 7pm. She made sure to help me with my dog. Thank you so much

Unbelievably positive experience with this company, and I can't recommend them highly enough. I've been a pet owner for almost 25 years, and no cremation service has ever come close to these guys. We had to make the unexpected decision to let our girl go on a Tuesday evening, and they hand delivered her back home to us on Thursday morning along with a beautiful paw print keepsake. I've had remains returned in a cheap tin can or what looked like a garbage bag. Even their basic wooden box is pretty, and the remains aren't just packed in a plastic bag inside it. These people treat your pet with care and the thoughtfulness that they put into every detail is so appreciated.

I originally had an unfortunate experience, but that was corrected. So I have altered my review. Simone, the manager of the Marietta location for faithful companions, called me this morning and fixed the issue which was extremely professional and polite of her, and I greatly appreciate her professionalism during this very hard time for me and my family.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism, compassion and efficiency of Faithful Companion. My girl passed on Sunday morning, and within an hour of calling, they arrived to pick her up. There is nothing they could have done better. Their communication skills were above and beyond my expectations, with care expressed by every member of the team. I highly recommend

When they called, I told them that I would be able to come the next day to pick up the ashes. She said that she’d put a note that I would be by to pickup and informed me of the hours of operation. Upon arrival, the door was locked with a sign stating to call to be assisted. No one answered. Despite showing up during business hours, calling several times and leaving a message, it took 28 minutes before I was able to get through the door.The wooden box provided was nice.
