I had a wonderful experience with them! They answered any questions I had, very professional, very caring! I was devastated about my 8 year old chihuahua Clover passing and I appreciated them being so patient with me and I got my baby back very quickly. Big thank you to Kelly specifically. Soon as I pulled up she came outside to take my baby in for me and showed so much compassion. ❤️

Losing our 17 year old dog was extremely difficult and Harts was very instrumental in helping us thru the process. I highly recommend them. They were very responsive and sympathetic and pricing was very reasonable esp for meeting with us “off hours.” Thank you Harts for lightening the load in our time of grief. We also appreciated the paw print service.

My family has used Harts Petuary for many years. We have found their services to be consistently excellent. The staff are professional with compassion and an understanding of the important place in our families and hearts that our pets hold and the pain of their loss. Our family received exceptional services from Hart’s Petuary.A week before we lost our dearly beloved, I called to asked questions about services. Every time I called, I was greeted with compassion, professionalism, and information to help me prepare.During our most difficult time Mr. Chad provided an enormous amount of support. He met us at Nevaeh’s place of departure and provided a dignified removal along with a presence of remorse and concern.Mr. Chad then followed through with finalizing our service requests and closing moments.My husband and I are extremely grateful for the services provided by the Staff at Hart’s Petuary!!!!Sincerely,Mr. & Mrs. White

These people really care about you and your animals. While I was not able to get my cat's paw print due to the person not being available, I received the utmost care and hospitality from them. They are respectful and compassionate.

These are the sweetest people ever. I called the wrong place cuz I thought they were the ones in Warner Robins and I had spent a good 10 minutes on the phone giving him the info on my dog and then realized it was the wrong place and apologized. They were so sweet about it even though I wasted their time and today I get a letter in the mail with a sweet poem about the Rainbow Bridge. Definitely use them because they are genuinely kind people and I would definitely trust them with my babies.

Hart’s Petuary is an amazing company. They went above and beyond my expectations. Becky was amazing from the moment I called. My Fricka passed away in a Saturday and I was in a frantic mess attempting to find a crematorium. All the ones listed that said 24 hours either didn’t want to help on a weekend or didn’t call me back. As soon as I spoke with Becky I felt reassured that I had finally found someone who cared. She made the process as smooth and painless as it could be considering the circumstances. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for the kindness and compassion you all have showed from the first phone call.

I was really touched by the compassion and the heartfelt sorrow we received from Vicki and Chad. Getting that sweet letter in the mail with those poems made my day. I’ll forever miss my little one, but I only have good memories of her, even of the very end of her life. Thank you.
