My crested gecko, Kevin, passed away very unexpectedly. I toured this facility as a part of a school group with my college and I thought it was an amazing option for after life. I've never been too fond of cremation as the thought of flames just seems really harsh. Upon finding out my boy had passed, I immediately knew that I wanted him aquamated, I reached out rather late in the evening and was expecting a response the next day, but Ron responded that night! He was extremely kind and spoke to me like a friend which made this process much easier. I asked for a foot print and since Kevin was so tiny, they couldn't promise but they said they'd surely try. When I received the ashes I also received not one, but multiple little foot prints and prints of his little body! I also received his ashes very quickly. I am beyond happy and grateful for Soothing Streams for taking care of my sweet Kev, I recommend them to anyone who is considering cremation, as aquamation is quite similar but a much gentler option! Thank you so much to Ron and his amazing services he provided :) I will return whenever the time comes for my other pets as my first experience was more than amazing!

We sadly & suddenly lost our sweet boy gizmo after almost 10 years with him on 12/16/2024. During the worst possible time in my life, just days before Christmas I was calling everywhere looking for the perfect place for our boy, preparing for him to pass at home when my sister found soothing streams online and I sent an email since it was after hours. Ron called me almost immediately and gave me all the details. He was kind and compassionate, even over the phone. We lost our boy 4 hours after I spoke to him. The next day we loaded him up for one last car ride and headed to soothing streams. We were met with a smiling, warm face and the upmost kindness. I guess he could tell I was so nervous to leave him so he walked us through and showed us the entire process start to finish that he would go through. As weird as it is to say, I left there that day with an extreme amount of peace in my heart as I knew we made the right choice in places for afterlife care. I can't thank them enough for their kindness, compassion and overall genuine respect for our sweet boy! We pick up his ashes in about 20 minutes and Ill be so happy to have my baby back home.

Being my first time,I felt I waited too long to end Humphreys pain. I contacted Soothing Streams and cannot be happier about my decision. Doing this in the comfort of your pets home is the way to go. Although I did it at their office, I know now why they prefer your home and it would have been better for Humphrey at home. I’m sorry Humphrey. Thank you Ron for putting up with us.

Thank you so much to Soothing Streams Pet Services for their excellent care and compassion during one of the most difficult processes anyone has to go through. Ron was so professional and caring through it all. He asked questions about my boxer Odin, let me spend an extra moment with him before we left, and reassured me multiple times that he was in good hands. It really was one of the best experiences I could have asked for during such a hard time. No one ever wants to say goodbye to their best friend, but when the time comes, I would HIGHLY recommend Soothing Streams.

Losing a fur baby is never easy! Ron and Nick were so genuine and compassionate. Speaking with Ron was like speaking with an old friend. Wish we had met under different circumstances. Having Soothing Streams handle my baby's cremation was the best part of an extremely difficult process. From the beginning, Nick and his father were patient, pleasant, and gentle with me and my dog's remains.I got an ink print of his nose and paw print that I adore, in addition to the wonderful urn they provided with the service. It's wooden, so foolproof for all my fellow clumsy folk.I hope to not experience such a loss for a long, long time, but if you're looking for a place to honor your fur baby, I cannot recommend this family business enough. Nick, thank you again for soothing my soul during such a tough time. I wish you and your family the absolute best.

I stumbled across Soothing Streams’ website when I was on the fence about euthanizing our sick baby during the weekend. While most places weren’t open, they were, which was reassuring as we did not want to prolong my dog’s pain.I also didn’t like the idea of cremating my boy and when I read about the process of aquamation, i felt comfort knowing that his body would be broken down through water, not fire.Nick was very professional and compassionate and led me through the steps and was as flexible as he could be as he had other appointments. He also helped with finding a vet who could assist with the euthanasia on a Sunday.I’m so grateful that Soothing Streams was available when others weren’t and feel like God led me to them. They are family owned, and very personable and i didn’t feel rushed through this difficult time. I highly recommend them when it’s time for your loved one to cross the rainbow bridge. If you take anything from this review, let it be; Choose Soothing Streams, you will not find better!My dog, Domino, passed away New Year’s Eve in our home after his battle with cancer. I was so consumed with him getting better that I didn’t think about what to do once he crossed the rainbow bridge.Soothing Streams was the first place I called with no plan or knowledge about what to do. I spoke with Ron and he was nice, gentle and gave me a wealth of knowledge. He did not pressure me to choose their service and I knew instantly that I would be using them. I didn’t even bother calling anyone else.We decided to drop him off instead of utilizing their pick up service and the process was so peaceful. We were in a clean room alone and got to say our final goodbyes in peace.Nick, followed up with me within the week to express his condolences and to confirm my order. He had the same gentle tone and offered to provide clarity on anything if needed.Ron and Nick kept me updated throughout the process, and were so respectful and patience. When it was time to pick Domino up, Nick walked me through everything we were taking home with us and once again expressed his condolences.We received a beautiful wooden urn that doubles as a picture frame, a tuft of hair, paw print and nose print.I just truly couldn’t be more grateful of how smooth and serine this entire process has been. I felt like I was speaking to family members and knew we were in good hands.Thank you guys so much for everything ❤️

It’s very hard to lose a fur baby and Nick with Soothing Streams was so very kind and sweet. When I came in balling my eyes out, after loosing my Boston Terrier of 16 years, Nick was so very compassionate and professional. I’ve never had a pet cremated before and he explained the entire process and took very good care of my Butus. I received his ashes back within a week along with his 🐾 print and a tuft of his fur. I highly recommend Soothing Streams.UPDATE: Wasn’t expecting to see them again so soon but 3 weeks later I lost my cat Millie. At this point, I had no more tears to shed but Nick was so very kind. They took very good care of her and I received her ashes very quickly - less than a week.

It is obvious why Soothing Streams has nothing but give star reviews. Ron and Nick are compassionate and sympathetic.Jimmy (our Weimaraner) started having seizures less than a month before his seventh birthday, and they were a lot for him. The vet believed he had a brain tumor, because his blood work didn't point to any other issues. We got them under control and were blessed with four more months before making the decision to let him rest.It was difficult to know what our next steps would be, but something drew my husband and I to Soothing Streams. We were unsure about letting the vet do his cremation, because there were so many other animals being sent to the same place. What if we didn't get his remains back? What if they were somebody else's? We needed to be sure it we would be getting him back. When we chose to work with Ron and Nick we had no doubt that it was the best choice. They explained the entire process multiple times, and listened to our stories of Jimmy.They called us about a week later to let us know he was ready to be picked up. His remains were placed in a beautiful urn that also holds a photo, a paw print, and some of his fur.Ron has reached out multiple times to check in on my family since Jimmy passed. Not once did we feel rushed or pressured to choose them. There is no better choice than Ron and Nick, as they truly care about your family and your pets after life care. I could never thank them enough for how they guided us through this devastating loss.

I am grateful to this company and Nick for his services. Our longtime family pet (Libby, a black lab) passed over the rainbow on the start of a weekend in the wee morning hours. We needed to get her final arrangements done, and there was no shortage of stress. We found Soothing Streams in our search for a less aggressive/gentler and more environmentally sensitive way of dealing with her cremation.Soothing Streams is newer than many other options, so you may not have heard as much about it; nevertheless, it provides a superior service, with high empathy, needed integrity, and does it all at a remarkably fair price. I highly recommend them and am confident you will also find comfort in your decision about your pets final arrangements in an already trying time.

Soothing Streams provides a wonderful service that helped bring us closure after the passing of our beloved dog, Karma. I had never heard of "aquamation" beforehand, and I am so grateful that I discovered Ron (the owner) and Soothing Streams for the cost-effective, green option. Entire process from my initial phone call with Nick was so seamless. Right away he made a very sad and uncomfortable day less so by offering his kindness and service. This is by far the best and most professional place to care for your pets after they have passed. I was new to the pet aquamation process and Ron was very informative on how it all works. I had heard of Soothing Streams and the gentle nature of this type of cremation. Our sweet 6 year old cavapoo was unfortunately hit by a car one morning and given the tragic nature of her passing, we knew our only option was to entrust Nick with Soothing Streams to care for our beloved girl. Knowing that she was in Nick's care brought a sense of peace during such a difficult time. Nick went above and beyond, he was responsive, quick to pick her up from the vet, and he delivered her back to us in the most professional manner. 5 stars isn't enough for the service we received. We highly recommend Soothing Streams!

I reached out to Mr.Ron on 12-26-24 after my Moms pet of 13 years transitioned.He assisted our family throughout the process as we had her cremated.He explained the process to us and gave us great comfort as the process was gentle.We are very satisfied with the service.She returned to us in a beautifully packaged.We received a keepsake paw print and her death certificate and a patch of her fur.I would highly recommend this service to anyone that has loss a fur baby.

Nick was great, he is so kind with the patience of a saint. Nick and his dad made this very sad time in my life, comforting and less painful. I am so thankful for their kindness. The process was smooth and easy, my baby (Chunky Butt) was given back to me in the time frame I was told. I had a picture of my baby boy and Nick offered to place it on the front of the urn himself, so it would already be on when I picked up his ashes. That was very thoughtful, everything was beautiful, including the cute paw print bag that he put everything in. Thank you!

Lost my dearest dog I've been with for a little more than 15 years just last week and a half ago and while searching for a place to cremated her through teary eyes after she passed (I didn't do any previous research in case it jinxed anything), I came across this place and just from the quick look at all the lovely reviews and finding out about the new thing called aquamation and its benefits had me pick this place immediately. Our sweet 6 year old cavapoo was unfortunately hit by a car one morning and given the tragic nature of her passing, we knew our only option was to entrust Nick with Soothing Streams to care for our beloved girl. I couldn't be happier with the kindness, compassion, and service I received. Our dog passed away on a Sunday and when I called on a Sunday, I didn't get an answer and I didn't leave a message.
