I cannot speak highly enough of these amazing people. They understand, listen and show true compassion throughout the entire process. From start to finish I never once had to worry or stress about what was going to happen to my baby girl. I truly appreciate everything that they did and provided. The amount of care given is unsurmountable and will be forever remembered. I highly recommend Rainbow Bridge pet crematory for your babies final journey and will continue using them in the future for all of our rainbow bridge needs.

As you can tell by the photos, my sweet girl was well loved by me as well as everyone she came in contact with. Six months ago, I had to make two of the hardest phone calls I’ve ever made. Schedule an in home vet visit, and to Rainbow Bridge Pet Cremations. Though I was a crying mess, they took their time, and as passionate as they could be, throughout the entire process. For such a hard part of life with zero upside, choosing them was the silver lining. I’m happy to have chosen them. My baby was in good hands here, and yours will be too.

Thank you for all the care you put into my dog Ruby’s cremation. The paw print was really well done and so touching. The bag and items that came with her remains were very thoughtfully put together. It is an incredibly hard time for me, but it is a relief to have her back home. Thank you.

Kyle and team are Very kind and considerate, went out of their way to help me during a very sad time. Highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if I could. If you are ever in a situation where you need your pet cremated, this establishment should be your go to!

I do apologize for the delay with my review still not sure if I’m ready to write this or not but he it is.. On Aug.16 2022 I had to make the hardest worst decision I could possibly make… my princess Chole was and angel sent from above she was perfect in every way and was truly my best friend, and we were both of each other’s emotional support. She was around 16 years old and was suffering in pain (not sure why did take her to 2 different vets and got no where other she is old). I have already called Rainbow Bridge to get information and give them a heads up and the day came when I was pushed to put her to sleep thank God for everyone there at rainbow bridge they treated her like a princess and was very humble during this time. I love the package I got which was the yellow package and beyond pleased!!! I could never thank y’all enough to allow me the opportunity to at least still have her near. With every breath I take I couldn’t explain what y’all did for me and my family!! Thank you!

I'm sure it's a beautiful and sweet company if you have a dog or a cat based on reviews. But I unfortunately wouldn't recommend if you are a fellow reptile parent like us, mainly just disappointed.

No one wants to have to use this type of service, but it is inevitable. That being said, I had the best experience with Rainbow Bridge! We had two pets cremated here and they handled with care and the service was completed quickly. Very reasonably priced and the presentation was top notch! Highly recommend.

My adorable 5 year old Yorkie Sasha passed away last Saturday. I was referred to Rainbow Bridge by Dr. Nunn. I immediately called Kyle and he was so sympathetic and caring and compassionate. Due to it being a Saturday he told me what to do and my husband took my baby on Monday. We had a family emergency in the meantime and Kyle was amazing. My husband picked her up for me on Thursday and it was way more than I expected to get when I got her home. Thank you Kyle for everything you've done for me and thank you for being there for our community. You do an amazing job and you're such wonderful person. Thank you again.

On September 15 2023 our beloved Nash Sterling Miller (15 year old Weimmie)passed away peacefully at Paws and Claws. Paws and Claws had Nash sent to Rainbow Bridge for us as we did want him to return home, what we received back was very breath taking to say the least. It felt nice knowing that even in death he was well respected by a stranger as Nash never met strangers, only friends in his life time. My wife was so heartbroken but after making arrangements with Kyle, she was able to find some peace. Such a wonderful place to bring your pets after they have passed. Very personable, caring, and attentive to your wishes. They handle everything for you. I highly recommend Rainbow Bridge. What makes it even better is that it is family owned! They are there for you and your loved one. Mr. Kyle Nelson was an absolute professional, went above and beyond, helping me through a very tough time. He picked up my boy from the vet 30 miles north of his business on Tuesday, and my boy was home with me Friday afternoon. During a tough time, Kyle and his business were shining stars. I can’t express how thankful I am for Kyle and the Rainbow Bridge staff. We unexpectedly lost our kitten Trixie Wednesday morning. After calling multiple places I called Rainbow Bridge and Kyle answered, I was able to take her in later that afternoon. She was returned to us Friday. Kyle was great enough to bring her to us instead of driving from Ludowici to Kingsland. Again I can’t thank them enough!!

Losing a beloved pet is never easy. We lost our girl Gingy, peacefully at home. We took her to Kobie and he took care of everything ❤️ Gingy’s human is in the Army now and things were a little hectic, he handled us all with care!
