What a blessing these people are. Our beautiful pup passed away unexpectedly, and we didn't know what to do. We looked online and found this company and called them immediately. They answered right away on a Sunday and within an hour and a half, they were here at our home to take care of our Max. The Ashbox we received along with the resin paw print we're just absolutely beautiful and amazing. I've never seen anything like it and I would highly recommend this company to anybody who is going through the same thing.

Our 14 year old dachshund, Trixie died unexpectedly on a Sunday evening in February 2022. I couldn't get my vet let alone any other vet in town to take a call on a Sunday evening. As we headed to emergency vet in Florida my dog died within a few minutes of the trip. I called Compassionate and they met me at their establishment within 30 minutes. Very kind, Compassionate owners. When the hardest part of pet ownership happens this is the place to take your fur baby.

These people are absolutely amazing made my experience so easy Amanda husband was there from beginning to the end with my boss crossing the rainbow bridge. They are so thorough with helping with explaining everything and picking out the items to make you feel so much better. Amanda hand makes everything and does such an amazing job. When I picked up my boss my heart was whole again and I was so appreciative of everything that they did for me. If you want kindness and compassion and understanding and some one to help you through this process they are the ones you need. I recommend them over 150 percent. I am forever grateful to them.

About 10 days ago we lost our beloved German Shepherd mix Jada she was the most amazing dog. She was 12years old and she was our queen bee. We called Compassionate Care, Kingsland and they answered and came right away. The were very understanding of our loss. She was taken great care of. Amanda and her husband were the best. I have to say for the situation if you need to use someone please call them.

When I showed up at midnight with my daughter’s puppy, they were kind, sympathetic, and gave me enough caffeine to make the hour drive back home in the middle of the night. Last week my husband and I were faced with the heartbreaking decision of having our sweet boy Simba euthanized. He was an FIP kitten and went down hill quite suddenly. We stumbled upon Amanda and Jack's pet crematorium on a recent trip to Kingsland, unbeknownst to us that we would soon require their services. Jack even picked Simba's body up from the humane society after the fact. Two of the nicest, most caring people you will ever meet who sat down and explained their process to us in detail. The urn Amanda handcrafted was perfect, complete with a picture of Simba I had taken that she embedded into the wood with resin. We will definitely be using them again when the time comes. Hopefully the next one will be from old age.

We called after hours, Jack came and picked up my daughters cat that has been her baby for 11 years. He was the best. My daughter has grown up and lives out of town now, so instead of bringing the ashes back to me they were nice enough to ship them to her once they were finished. They put up with all of my texts for updates with no problems, they are the best, most kind couple of people to work with. The only picture we could find of her wasnt the best one to work with but the artist did an amazing job on her urn. If anything ever happens to Izzys little sister, I know who to call, I have Jacks number saved in my phone. 5 stars all the way! Thanks guys for helping me get my daughter through this loss!

Amanda did a great job of recreating my Hank on the cherry box urn. She had to create a whole paw that was excluded from the picture so that the engraving will look like he is sitting fully on the box. She also was great at texting me with responses....Amanda is very creative and a perfectionist! worth my money every time.

They are amazing. Had to use thier services for a second time a few weeks ago. It's a hard business to own, your customers only come by when there has been a tragedy. Amanda's loving, empathic, sympathy, personality really puts you at ease, knowing your furbaby is going to be taken care of. Everything is personalized. If I could leave 0 stars I would. We came here after reading countless glowing reviews about how wonderful they are. We also felt they were great, however I have now learned they were anything but compassionate and caring.After opening the ashes to get some for an art piece, I found a tag within the ashes that had another dogs name and cremation number on it. A tag with my own dogs name was nowhere to be found. After reaching out to the owner of both locations, I have discovered that not only were we charged $90 more than the cremation price (with no urn or anything additional) the cremation number from the person who cremated my dog, and the cremation number on my dogs certificate given to me by Amanda, do not match. Meaning someone at this location was messing with my dogs ashes after they got him back, and they did not give me back my own beloved pets ashes after charging me an additional $90.I am hurt, disgusted, heartbroken, and shocked. I want to make sure nobody else ever has to go through what we are going through right now.Stephen is the owner of both locations I believe (and Amanda and her husband run the Kingsland one---turns out this seems to be a pattern with them) He is the one who cremated my dog and has been very helpful during all of this. I truly felt he cares about what he does and was mortified, and he did go out of his way to give us a refund and then some for our suffering. But there is still no answer on if this isnt my dog, where is he?I feel bad even writing this review because Stephen was so wonderful, however the Kingsland location is not a safe, compassionate, and caring place to take your pet. There is a chance you may not get your own pets ashes, and then will never be able to bring them home.

I've needed the services of Compassionate Care Pet Cremation in Kingsland, GA, twice in the past year as the cats left in my care by my sister & niece to keep me company passed of old age. My long-time companions & I were all treated respectfully and with empathy. They even responded extra quickly with our most recent loss, as I was in the middle of moving to another state. The handmade boxes for our Spaz & Sylvester's remains are unique, beautiful & customized to each pet, as are their paw prints in resin.

My sweet Dixie passed away at 1:30am on a Sunday night/Monday morning and since she was almost 100lbs and I couldn't bring her to them, they came right to my house to pick her up. They understood that I didn't want to have my girl lay there for hours until 7-8 am. They were so kind, she even asked if I wanted her to engrave the names of 3 wooden boxes that I have my other late dogs in. They stayed awhile and talked with us which made us feel comfortable knowing my girl was in good hands.

Amanda showed so much compassion when we loss our sweet Sadie. Her dedication to the integrity to make sure your fur baby is treated with dignity really meant a lot. Knowing how it was important to make sure we got Sadie’s actual ashes back gives us comfort. Hopefully we won’t need the services anytime soon. We would recommend Compassionate Care of Pet Cremation of Kingsland GA and Amanda for your fur babies for dignity in the toughest time you will have to go through. Thank you Amanda.

Someone who Cared about my FEELINGS as I had to Turn Over my Baby Miss Coco this past Feb she Truly showed Great Concern for Me and my Fur Baby. I Hate having to say this but this is the second time I've had to use Her Place. Because I also Lost my Baby Prancer Last March an because of how Caring Ms Amanda an Her Family were to me then, I didn't Think Twice about anywhere else to Turn to when Miss Coco Passed. I wasn’t happy about loosing my cat of 21 years but I am absolutely thrilled I went to Compassionate Care Pet Cremation the family Amanda and her husband were the most wonderful kind and thoughtful people I have ever met and I’m for my other furbabies I won’t go anywhere else except to where they are! They found the perfect words to say at Themis most unimaginable moment in my life the cat was like a child or sibling of mine I grew up with this cat. They made me feel at home immediately with their own furbabies their at the office it felt like I was at home. I can’t thank Amanda and Jack enough for the most sincerity and love for my fur baby. I don’t think that I would have been able to pull through if it wasn’t for people like them. Not to mention the work Amanda did on my urn with the picture! Again thank you so much I recommend this company over any other! 1000 times over and over! If you ever have a loss with one of your furbabies don’t hesitate to call them! Compassionate & care is in the name and that's exactly what you'll receive here. For it currently being a one woman show, she's beyond amazing for such a hurtful and sad moment in our lives. Her and her fur babies were a great warm welcome and we knew our little guy was in good hands once we walked through them doors. Amanda and her husband are simply the best. They took care of my pup and were so incredibly kind during such a hard time for me. Amanda customized a box with a wood burned portrait, and made a resin paw print with the ashes. The box came out so beautiful I asked her to make a box for another pet who had been cremated out of state. She is so incredibly kind, helpful and an amazing artist.100 percent recommend them. They make a painful process a little bit easier.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. We came here after reading countless glowing reviews about how wonderful they are. We also felt they were great, however I have now learned they were anything but compassionate and caring.After opening the ashes to get some for an art piece, I found a tag within the ashes that had another dogs name and cremation number on it. A tag with my own dogs name was nowhere to be found. After reaching out to the owner of both locations, I have discovered that not only were we charged $90 more than the cremation price (with no urn or anything additional) the cremation number from the person who cremated my dog, and the cremation number on my dogs certificate given to me by Amanda, do not match. Meaning someone at this location was messing with my dogs ashes after they got him back, and they did not give me back my own beloved pets ashes after charging me an additional $90.I am hurt, disgusted, heartbroken, and shocked. I want to make sure nobody else ever has to go through what we are going through right now.Stephen is the owner of both locations I believe (and Amanda and her husband run the Kingsland one---turns out this seems to be a pattern with them) He is the one who cremated my dog and has been very helpful during all of this. I truly felt he cares about what he does and was mortified, and he did go out of his way to give us a refund and then some for our suffering. But there is still no answer on if this isnt my dog, where is he?I feel bad even writing this review because Stephen was so wonderful, however the Kingsland location is not a safe, compassionate, and caring place to take your pet. There is a chance you may not get your own pets ashes, and then will never be able to bring them home.

I've needed the services of Compassionate Care Pet Cremation in Kingsland, GA, twice in the past year as the cats left in my care by my sister & niece to keep me company passed of old age. My long-time companions & I were all treated respectfully and with empathy. They even responded extra quickly with our most recent loss, as I was in the middle of moving to another state. Amanda and her family are amazing people who have a true love for animals and true compassion for the pet parents who suffer the loss of their furbabies… several months ago I adopted a beautiful but very senior pit who suddenly passed away after a sudden seizure a couple months ago, she started seizing in the back seat of my car late in the evening on our way home. I pulled over to try to bring her out of it then started cpr while trying to call all the vets offices and leaving a message hoping one would call me back. Within seconds she took her last breath leaving me sobbing and feeling helpless. Not knowing what to do with it being so late I started searching for pet cremation places as I knew I wouldn’t have anywhere to keep her until morning! Amanda answered her phone even though she was only at her business finishing up some renovations she was doing and was waiting for her husband and son. She was very compassionate and concerned with my emotional state and told me to bring my furbaby to her she would wait for me, as I pulled in to her place of business a little after 11:30pm she and her family (husband and son) met me at my car to console me and to carefully pick her up out of the back floor of my car where she was laying on a towel. After sitting with me while I hugged my baby and said my goodbyes, Amanda let me sit inside and cry for a few minutes and tell her all about this amazing old furbaby! By the time I was comfortable to finally leave her and go home it was almost 1:00am, I felt so bad to keep this wonderful family from going home but they let me know they wouldn’t have it any other way. Amanda is also a very good artist she custom made a wood urn for my furbabies remains with her picture designed on it!I was again greeted by Amanda and her family when I picked the remains up, again the family was very accommodating and compassionate about the loss of my old girl… I highly recommend them for when you need to put a furbaby to rest when they cross over the rainbow bridge!

Absolutely, the best experience I could have asked for during my daughter's first loss of a pet. From the quick response time on Facebook messenger giving me quotes and the number to Amanda here in Kingsland to the experience with Amanda. She was so professional and treated our Sophie with respect. Not at any point did I feel like the loss of our bunny was not given the same compassion as the loss of a family member. Her emotional support kitties that great you when you walk in the door was just the touch of special my 12 year old needed to process her loss. I can't imagine going through a pet loss ever again without using this business. Oh and the beauty in her artwork with the urns and wooden boxes is beautiful! Something unique I have never seen before.

It’s nice knowing we have a local alternative with more affordable prices than the vets charge. Our dog passed away on a Friday evening and we were met at the Kingsland location on a Friday night. Our boy was returned to us a couple of weeks later and they truly are compassionate. Highly recommend for your pet.

My sweet Dixie passed away at 1:30am on a Sunday night/Monday morning and since she was almost 100lbs and I couldn't bring her to them, they came right to my house to pick her up. They understood that I didn't want to have my girl lay there for hours until 7-8 am. They were so kind, she even asked if I wanted her to engrave the names of 3 wooden boxes that I have my other late dogs in. They stayed awhile and talked with us which made us feel comfortable knowing my girl was in good hands.

If your looking to have the best end to your fur baby’s life, this is the place. I walked in the office on what seemed to be the worst day of my life, and a friendly cat named digit greeted me.
