These employees were amazing. I recently lost my dog Ace and was told to just take him to vet where he would have to be there hours waiting on pick up from another company. I was so upset and found this place.From the moment I called they were so compassionate and understanding. I took him there and they were so gentle with him. I got to pick out my urn for him there and everything I wanted. There was no rush, they listened to me as this day I was so upset and crying that I had just lost my bulldog.They truly understood. In less than 24 hours they called me to pick him up. They gave me nose and foot imprints of him.The place was so clean and well organized. They made me feel better in this difficult time knowing that my Ace wasn't just waiting at some vet for someone I didn't know to come just pick him up for hours.They handled him with care and love. I thank all of them for listening to me and helping me during this difficult time. I highly recommend this place for cremation for your pet. Even though it was hard I like that I was able to take him there and pick him up from there in a beautiful urn. I will miss him❤️

No one wants to need these services but we all do at some point. We recently lost our sweet pup unexpectedly and used Pet Cremation Services of Columbus. They were so kind and gentle with us and accommodated all they could for us. They offered to take fur trimmings and nose and paw prints. They returned our baby to us within 24 hours. When the time comes again, we will certainly return to this establishment.

We had Tucker since he was a kitten. He passed away at the age of 15 years. Highly recommend! The employees were respectful and gentle from the beginning. My dog Athena passed away on Sunday evening at home. I contacted Jessica immediately and she answered all my questions. (We connected in the animal rescue community last year.) It was late evening but she never made me feel like I was a burden answering my 101 questions. (PS this is my first dog that naturally died at home.) The next morning I dropped off my dog, Athena. Caroline was the same as Jessica. She was so sweet. She got my information and unloaded my baby. I was able to pick up my baby that afternoon and bring her home. I was highly impressed with the level of professionalism and respect all the employees had.

I highly recommend Pet Cremation Services of Columbus!I spoke with Stacy several times today in regards to my sweet Bobo boy. I just wanted to let someone know how amazing and sweet Ms. Stacy is. I’m not even sure exactly how she was able to understand me because I was a blubbering idiot 85% of the time but she was absolutely amazing and so helpful. Before speaking with her, I had tried SEVEN different crematoriums. I understand that cremating very large animals like Bo, a highland cow, is not a very wide market and not a lot of places are able to accommodate that size animal but every last one that I spoke to, before Stacy, didn’t even bother to let me finish my sentence before saying they couldn’t help me…Stacy called the state lab in Auburn herself to figure out how they could help me. Even if it came down to that they just couldn’t do it, which is completely understandable, I am just thankful for her help, her understanding, her heart, and her words.Being heartbroken over a cow seems so ridiculous but Stacy made me feel validated and like I wasn’t being ridiculous.I am thankful for them and especially for Ms. Stacy ♥️

Monday, I lost my best boy at 20 years old. I am so glad Legacy kept sending me to voice mail because I will never go anywhere else but PCSC. They were so kind and helpful. They had Scruffy prepared to come home so quickly and they made the process as painless as possible. Thank yall so much for genuinely just being good people. He will always be so much more to me than "just a dog." Probably the most affordable and professional cremation service in the area. And the comfort kitties make all the difference. "One call that's all"!We lost our little dog Shiloh Friday morning due to her little heart giving out. We had a great 14 years with that little one. After we said our sad good-byes we called. Our Great Dane passed away last night…called this location when it happened and was given info to speak with someone I. The AM. Spoke to them at 9 AM. He was picked up by 9:45 AM. At 2:35, he was ready for pick up with a beautiful box, ink imprints of his nose and paw and Clay imprints that we paid extra for. They made this hard situation so much easier to deal with.

Our sweet kitty passed in the early morning hours and our vet recommended Pet Cremation for a private cremation. I called before they were open and they returned my call immediately with answers to my questions with such kindness. I loved that they were able to come to our home on Ft. Moore and pick up our girl, and we were able to pick up her ashes and paw prints the same day. A bright spot in our sad day- thank you!

I had an awful incident New Year’s Eve with my miniature dachshund that was not only a household pet, but my best friend and with my heart being torn apart I was able to call them when they were closed they took the time to meet me and take my baby and take the best care of him and me. I cannot rate this company higher as there are only five stars. Ms Stacey arrived at the vet's office while we were still there with our baby. We were able to follow her to the cremation site and be present for the process, which I appreciated more than words can express. Ms Stacey was so patient, she explained everything carefully and thoroughly and was so gentle and caring with our pet. I feel she made this last stage much easier to process, I am forever grateful.

Our little Chipper was with us for 15 years on Feb. 15th, 2021. He became really sick and his heart was giving out so we had to put him down. It was very hard for us. We called and Pet Cremation Services were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about what we wanted for our baby. We were very pleased with Stacey who helped us from start to finish. On Tuesday me and my husband made the difficult decision to put down my 14 year old Luciano due to his quality of life. I misunderstood my vet and because it was done in my home,I assumed his remains would be handled by them. It was not. She immediately contacted B&H, the morning of and within the hour of his scheduled passing, and without hesitation they obliged. They were here within the hour and so understanding and professional and polite. 10/10 will recommend to anyone in this hard situation. May I also add that their prices were WAY cheaper than I had imagined even considering they drove from Columbus to Phenix City to provide their services. Thank you B&H for your gentleness and professionalism on such a hard day.

When our beloved Josie passed they were very professional. Scott kept in contact with my wife until after the vet left our home. Shortly thereafter they arrived to pick her up and they were very courteous of the situation. We were able to pick up her remains the following day along with both a plaster and ink print of her paw. Losing a pet is devastating. Our family lost 2 of our members on the same day and we could not have asked for a better experience than we received here. Stacy was incredibly patient and respectful. We called twice to have some details changed and they never made us feel like a nuisance. I know we left our babies in good hands and that they were treated with respect until returned to us. I would recommend this company any and every time I'm asked. The level of care and compassion could never be matched. I am so very thankful that I chose them over the other local company that I had called first. I was told that it would be next Wednesday (6 days)until we could get our Baby Boy home. He passed away last night at 6:46 pm and we were on the way home with him this morning at 9am. I was so pleased with Ms Stacy for letting me view my Semmie one last time. We were both struck by a copperhead snake and he went to the vet and I was taken to the ER. My Semmie didn't make it. We called on Sunday morning after my sweet Aslen died. Left a message but didn't get a call back. Called again that afternoon and did reach someone who said we could bring him Monday morning. I explained I did not need an urn, as my husband made him one. He arrived at the appointed time (9am) to someone who knew nothing of the arrangements. I waited all day for a call that he was ready to pick up, but never heard from them. Waited until 4pm the next day and then I called and asked when he would be ready, and we told "now". My husband immediately left to pick him up. He was returned without his tags, which I want and in a box I did not want. When I called to inquire they insisted they returned everything, and we were told he could be picked up the same day. We weren't, and they had both our phone numbers.

Amazing.....The unexpected death of my cat Zero left me, my brother and mom upset and shaken. He was a beloved cat that was with me in some hard times. The owners of this place are calm and understanding with us since had to handle paper work and cremation unexpectedly. I was stressed about finding a place for Zero to be cremated but they are the best choice for the job and I am happy with the results

My husband and I lost our beloved Duke several years ago, and Jessica was OUTSTANDING!!! We live over an hour away from Columbus and she met me with his urn over half way to Thomaston, GA to give me his urn.We just recently lost his sister, Pepper, a few days ago. This week has been hard losing our sweet dog Maggie. In all the grief, I want to give a shout out to Pet Cremation Services of Columbus, Inc. They made a terrible moment, a little bearable by going above and beyond. I can’t begin to say enough amazing things about everyone there. They were so professional. I never imagined the quick turnaround. We dropped our sweet Maggie off mid day and they had everything prepared and she was home with us that evening. They included the sweetest mementos. I’m forever grateful for the kindness and compassion they showed us during this hard week. If you are looking for cremation services for your pet, I recommend them entirely. I had an awful incident New Year’s Eve with my miniature dachshund that was not only a household pet, but my best friend and with my heart being torn apart I was able to call them when they were closed they took the time to meet me and take my baby and take the best care of him and me. Very caring and helpful!!! Everything was absolutely perfect ❤️

Our sweet baby Rue passed away unexpectedly. I was out of town for work, and my wife was completely distraught and didn’t know what to do. I called many places with little response or care about our situation, but your team was receptive and quick to support our needs. You handled Rue with the perfect amount of care, were responsive to all of our requests, and she will be picked up much sooner than expected. I cannot rate this company higher as there are only five stars. Ms Stacey arrived at the vet's office while we were still there with our baby. We were able to follow her to the cremation site and be present for the process, which I appreciated more than words can express. Ms Stacey was so patient, she explained everything carefully and thoroughly and was so gentle and caring with our pet. I feel she made this last stage much easier to process, I am forever grateful.

Our little Chipper was with us for 15 years on Feb. 15th, 2021. He became really sick and his heart was giving out so we had to put him down. It was very hard for us. We called and Pet Cremation Services were extremely kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about what we wanted for our baby. We were very pleased with Stacey who helped us from start to finish. We recommend this Pet Service for any of your babies. If I could give them a “10” I would. Stacey went over and beyond our expectations. Thank you Stacey and Pet Cremation. ❤️

On Tuesday me and my husband made the difficult decision to put down my 14 year old Luciano due to his quality of life. I misunderstood my vet and because it was done in my home,I assumed his remains would be handled by them. It was not. She immediately contacted B&H, the morning of and within the hour of his scheduled passing, and without hesitation they obliged. They were here within the hour and so understanding and professional and polite. 10/10 will recommend to anyone in this hard situation. May I also add that their prices were WAY cheaper than I had imagined even considering they drove from Columbus to Phenix City to provide their services. Thank you B&H for your gentleness and professionalism on such a hard day.

*** Tip: Check inside the blue gift bag! ***To be honest, the cremation company returned our beloved pet in a damaged wooden urn.The urn was placed in a blue gift bag; thus, the slight damage was not visible until we arrived home.A small urn can easily be replaced, of course...It's the principle, Honey...We were already grieving and in a state of shock...An Okey-Dok urn was the last thing to expect...Very disappointing and unprofessional. 🙁

When our beloved Josie passed they were very professional. Scott kept in contact with my wife until after the vet left our home. Shortly thereafter they arrived to pick her up and they were very courteous of the situation. We were able to pick up her remains the following day along with both a plaster and ink print of her paw. I would highly recommend their services if you are ever unfortunate enough to need them.

Losing a pet is devastating. Our family lost 2 of our members on the same day and we could not have asked for a better experience than we received here. Stacy was incredibly patient and respectful. We called twice to have some details changed and they never made us feel like a nuisance. I know we left our babies in good hands and that they were treated with respect until returned to us. We will definitely be using them again when the time comes.

I would recommend this company any and every time I'm asked. The level of care and compassion could never be matched. I am so very thankful that I chose them over the other local company that I had called first. I was told that it would be next Wednesday (6 days)until we could get our Baby Boy home. He passed away last night at 6:46 pm and we were on the way home with him this morning at 9am. They care, they took time to understand our needs and made this most difficult of times as easy as possible.

I was so pleased with Ms Stacy for letting me view my Semmie one last time. We were both struck by a copperhead snake and he went to the vet and I was taken to the ER. My Semmie didn't make it. We called on Sunday morning after my sweet Aslen died. Left a message but didn't get a call back. Called again that afternoon and did reach someone who said we could bring him Monday morning. I explained I did not need an urn, as my husband made him one. He arrived at the appointed time (9am) to someone who knew nothing of the arrangements. I waited all day for a call that he was ready to pick up, but never heard from them. Waited until 4pm the next day and then I called and asked when he would be ready, and we told "now". My husband immediately left to pick him up. He was returned without his tags, which I want and in a box I did not want. When I called to inquire they insisted they returned everything, and we were told he could be picked up the same day. We weren't, and they had both our phone numbers.

Amazing.....The unexpected death of my cat Zero left me, my brother and mom upset and shaken. He was a beloved cat that was with me in some hard times. The owners of this place are calm and understanding with us since had to handle paper work and cremation unexpectedly. I was stressed about finding a place for Zero to be cremated but they are the best choice for the job and I am happy with the results

My husband and I lost our beloved Duke several years ago, and Jessica was OUTSTANDING!!! We live over an hour away from Columbus and she met me with his urn over half way to Thomaston, GA to give me his urn.We just recently lost his sister, Pepper, a few days ago.
