These are the sweetest people in the world. They are amazing. I called on a Saturday morning and was told we are on our way . We got there with our boy and they took such good care with him. Thank you for all you do.

I unfortunately had to put my best buddy Harley to sleep at a vet I didn't know due to him rapidly declining a few weeks ago. I didn't expect all of this and we weren't prepared. I was inconsolable at the vet and didn't ask too much about where my dog's body was going. I picked up his remains today and I was shocked at the beautiful urn and other items and I can't say enough about how incredibly glad I am that my dog, my best friend, ended up with people who seem to genuinely care. The reviews here are lovely. I thought I would have a bag and a cardboard box. I was prepared to start my grieving process over again. I was in an unfamiliar area far from the vets that have cared for my dogs for a lifetime. But seeing him come to me in this urn was an unbelievable comfort. My boy and I lived such a full life together. I believe these people gave him the respect his tiny self deserved and in turn I am beyond grateful. Thank you from a stranger.

My baby Blizzy passed and I thought cremating him would be a painful process but when I walked in with him, I knew he would be taken care of and when I picked him up to take him back home, I was very impressed and at peace with the whole situation. They went above and beyond my expectations and they are very professional and seem very caring towards your animal and sensitive to the situation. I highly recommend.

I can’t express enough how grateful I am for how I was treated at Mountain View pet crematory. I don’t usually leave reviews but she honestly made us feel like family. We had an in home vet come help my 16 year old baby cross the bridge. It was a Sunday and the owner made sure she would be there when we arrived. My only complaint and it is 100% my fault for not clarifying, I just wasn’t in the right state of mind to do so.. when she says paw print, it’s literally a print on a sheet of paper. I had hoped for a clay mold like I have gotten from other places. She will treat you and your pet with complete respect and you will know you’ve made the right choice once the ashes are given back. I don’t remember the owners name but just know, if you want to do right by your baby bring them here.

There aren't words to express my gratitude to Mountain View Pet Crematory for all they did for me and my family. My Roxie died on a Sunday. The local crematoriums were either closed or told me to hold on to her body until Monday. I began expanding my search and called Mountain View Pet Crematory. When Jan answered the phone, I asked if they were open on Sundays. What she said next would define the entire experience. She said "We can be." She arranged to meet my family at a time that was convenient for us. She was caring and compassionate towards us and our dearly departed Roxie. She helped us through the entire process. The service was beyond exceptional. If the need for these services ever arise for you or your family I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you Jan and the rest of the members of Mountain View Pet Crematory for all that you do and for the compassion you share with the community.

The day we lost our sweet boy was one of the hardest days of our lives. Jan made a tough time a little easier knowing our sweet boy was with such a caring person from getting me his little nose and paw prints and clippings of his hair to being fast to respond to my questions she ordered his urn she made the whole process easy for me when I was lost after losing my sweet boy. So thankful for Mountain View Pet Crematory !

I messaged them at almost midnight on a Friday night and they were so quick to get back to me. They met with us, by appointment, on a Saturday and were so kind and understanding. There was no doubt in my mind that our baby would be taken care of when we dropped him off. We were even given a surprise foot and tail print of our beardie. This place is just so thoughtful as well as affordable. We will definitely use them again.
